  59. <li>You can walk carefully from the first day (the day of surgery). Light and gentle activity like walking is recommended to prevent blood clots.</li>

  61. <li>Maintain a minimal range of motion in your shoulders. You can move but don&#8217;t stretch your arms too far or raise them above your shoulders.</li>

  65. <li>This week, you should be less harsh. The level of discomfort may also decrease.</li>
  66. <li>Increase the intensity of your walks slowly and slowly.</li>

  69. <h3>Week Three</h3>

  84. <li>Exercising too soon after surgery may cause the incision sites to open. This may lead to infection.</li>
  85. <li>You may also overrate your ability to lift objects and strain the area during healing.</li>

  90. <p>When you start training again, there are a few key ways to speed up your recovery while avoiding mistakes. Try these tips:</p>

  92. <li>Wear post-operative clothing for as long as your doctor recommends. Don&#8217;t try to put on a sports bra too early. Your doctor knows you and your recovery.</li>
  93. <li>If you can keep your post-op bra, switching to a sports bra may be better and more comfortable. This is especially true as you gradually begin to increase the strength and frequency of your exercise.</li>
  94. <li>Follow ALL your plastic surgeon&#8217;s references, even if you feel &#8220;better.&#8221; Traffic is good; push &#8211; no.</li>
  95. <li>Cover the area with clothing (such as a beach t-shirt), and once the incisions have healed, apply sunscreen that your local surgeon approves. Sun exposure may increase the risk of scarring.</li>
  96. <li>Call your doctor if you know any of the following: sudden, severe, or stabbing pain at the surgery site; feeling of warmth in the incisions or this area; sudden bleeding or opening of incisions; or fever greater than 100°F.</li>
  97. </ul>
