Some people say change is a good thing. Others would debate it.

That’s right, they’ll all be illegal.
Now, as for the first four, they’re already banned.
But as for TikTok, that one’s coming — in case you missed it, the <a href="https://born2invest.com/articles/topranked-nordvpn-affiliate-program-review/">ban-TikTok</a> bill was signed into law <a href="https://apnews.com/article/tiktok-divestment-ban-what-you-need-to-know-5e1ff786e89da10a1b799241ae025406" target="_blank" rel="noopener">this week</a>.
So now, the obvious question on everyone’s lips is “what’s next”?
And the answer to that depends on what you’re actually interested in, and who you ask.
For us here at <a href="https://topranked.io/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">TopRanked.io</a> HQ, we’re most interested in your ability to keep making money.
Later on, we’ll get to what all this means in the short term. But for now, we’re going to focus on what this means in the long — post-TikTok — term.
<h5 class="wp-block-heading">Is There Life After (the) Death (of TikTok)?</h5>
Now, if you’re like everyone else who’s currently making bank on TikTok, then maybe you’re one of the thousands who are <a href="https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-68894156" target="_blank" rel="noopener">losing their minds right now</a>.
And if you’re one of them, then I say blame TikTok.
You see, in a thinly veiled attempt to discourage lawmakers from voting through the bill, TikTok’s PR boffins and lobbyists have been spruiking stories about how great TikTok is for small businesses. Most visibly via <a href="https://tiktokeconomicimpact.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">this website</a> and <a href="https://a-us.storyblok.com/f/1018266/x/de2d6d149f/tiktok_us_impact.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">this report</a>.
That website/report is supposed to be an “economic impact” analysis highlighting how great TikTok is for American businesses/entrepreneurs/creators. And, of course, there are plenty of creator/small business “success stories” designed to tug at your heartstrings.
Naturally, the press being the press (that is, lazy) picked up these stories and ran with them without batting an eye lid.
After all, why question the information a self-interested entity hands you?

The end result is that now the news is littered with stories like the one I linked above, or <a href="https://apnews.com/article/tiktok-ban-senate-sales-advertising-f5d0f37bcff80dcf2e8eb76277a0e984" target="_blank" rel="noopener">this one</a>, <a href="https://www.forbes.com/sites/shirajeczmien/2024/03/25/why-a-us-tiktok-ban-is-a-terrible-idea-for-small-brands-and-creators/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">this one</a>, <a href="https://www.fastcompany.com/91068406/this-why-small-business-may-face-big-challenges-tiktok-gets-banned" class="broken_link" target="_blank" rel="noopener">this one</a>, <a href="https://www.katc.com/news/local-news/in-your-parish/how-a-proposed-ban-on-tiktok-could-affect-small-businesses" target="_blank" rel="noopener">this one</a>, and I think you get the point…
… repeat the line enough, and the truth becomes manifest.
That truth, to quote TikTok directly, is that the ban will “damage millions of businesses, deny artists an audience, and destroy the livelihoods of countless creators across the country.”
And, as an affiliate marketer, that includes you.
Or does it?
Well, no.
You see, like many businesses, TikTok tends to occupy some rather zero-sum corners of the economy.
Their video editor can’t magically turn 24-hour days into 25-hour days, thus creating an extra hour’s worth of attention they can sell to advertisers.
Their discovery feed can’t give birth to millions of new consumers who can go and support small businesses.
And their secret algorithm certainly can’t make $15 billion worth of spare change magically appear in their user’s pockets, which it would need to do if TikTok really did create the $15 billion worth of value for businesses that it claims it created.
And thus, if TikTok can’t “innovate” these things into existence, then its disappearance certainly won’t make these things disappear.

And that means, at best, all TikTok is is a redistribution mechanism.
Its popularity redistributes attention away from other social media platforms.
Its addictive algorithm redistributes attention away from more productive activities.
And, at best, the content it hosts diverts dollars from one business to another.
No value is created at any point.
So really, the only logical conclusion is that SMBs, as a whole, will be fine if TikTok does disappear off the face of planet Earth.
And that means, you, the humble affiliate marketer, will also be fine.
Or, at least, you should be.
The trick here, if you’re heavily invested in TikTok, will be to pick up on the key word from above.
Redistribution.
That’s what’s gonna happen if TikTok disappears.
Dollars… attention… content… it will just get redistributed elsewhere.
So your job is to figure out where that elsewhere is, and get there before anyone else.
<h5 class="wp-block-heading">So What Comes Next?</h5>
The obvious answer to “What comes after TikTok?” would be one of the other short-video products.
You know the sort — Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or maybe even one of the smaller upstarts like Likee.
What’s interesting here is that, if you dig a little more, the “obvious” answer also has some deeper logic.
To start with, TikTok has sort of hit a turning point in the last year.
It’s user growth has stalled as people start <a href="https://archive.ph/PWuNf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">quitting the app as they hit their 20s</a>.
Alongside this, time spent in the app has grown by just 1%.
And its engagement rates have fallen straight through the floor.
In one “multi-source” study, the authors found engagement rates on TikTok had dropped from 5.69% a year ago, to just <a href="https://www.digitalinformationworld.com/2024/03/multi-source-data-highlights-tiktoks.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">2.63% today</a>.
That’s a massive drop.
Meanwhile, <a href="https://storylab.ai/youtube-video-shorts-statistics/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">YouTube Shorts is growing at 135% a year</a>, and Meta claims Instagram Reels has driven a <a href="https://www.forbesindia.com/article/take-one-big-story-of-the-day/how-reels-has-changed-instagrams-growth-trajectory/91241/" class="broken_link" target="_blank" rel="noopener">40% increase in time spent on the app</a>.
And let’s not forget Snap, as in Snapchat. You do remember Snapchat, don’t you?
It looks like this:

They just released their earnings report this week. Apparently, revenues are way up on the back of a <a href="https://www.cnbc.com/2024/04/25/snap-snap-q1-2024-earnings-.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">10% growth in Daily Active Users</a> (DAUs) and a <a href="https://techcrunch.com/2024/04/25/snap-total-watch-time-on-tiktok-competitor-increased-125/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">125% increase in watch time</a>.
In short, even if the TikTok ban ultimately fails, it’s probably time to start considering that TikTok might not be the center of the short video universe forever anyway.
<h5 class="wp-block-heading">Takeaway</h5>
The good news about all of the above is that everything seem to be pointing towards other short video apps as the successors of TikTok.
That’s good news because it means if you’re already doing stuff for TikTok, you’re just an extra upload away from hedging your bets in case TikTok does disappear off the face of America.
And that’s doubly good news because you might be hedging your bets for a while. After all, there’s a good chance that either of the following scenarios plays out.
<ul>
<li>TikTok launches a bunch of legal challenges and the whole thing drags out for years.</li>
<li>TikTok wins above legal challenges and doesn’t get banned.</li>
<li>China and Byte Dance cave in TikTok gets sold.</li>
</ul>

Now fast forward to today, and guess what the media’s now reporting on?

Now, to be totally honest, the exact method we gave you isn’t the same as the “parasite” method the article reports on.
But, let’s face it, the base method is the same — piggyback on Reddit for massive SEO reach.
Pretty neat right?
You’d better go all in on this method, right?
Well, hold your horses for just a minute.

If you’ve been keeping up with all the <a href="https://topranked.io/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">best affiliate programs</a> long enough to have read our Reddit method, then you probably also know about “the law of shitty clickthroughs”.
If you missed it, that was in our <a href="https://born2invest.com/articles/libertex-affiliate-program-review/">Libertex Affiliate Program Review</a> edition.
The general gist of that was that by the time everyone’s talking about the “latest marketing hack”, it’s already too late.
Of course, that’s not to say the method is dead.
Far from it.
The only difference is, now that everyone’s catching on, it becomes less of an easy hack, and a lot more like regular, ultra-competitive SEO.
On the plus side, the only method given away in the reporting on this elsewhere is a simple comment-on-other-peoples’-posts method. And while this is all well and good for piggybacking off of already-ranking content, it’s not the most powerful.
On the other hand, the method we gave away in our <a href="https://born2invest.com/articles/mate-affiliates-affiliate-program-review/">Mate Affiliates review</a> edition was a slightly more powerful method. Sure, you take a bit more of a chance about whether your content will actually rank on Google. But, if it does rank, your content’s not just some random comment buried in a thousand other comments.
Plus, if you’re careful, you’re less likely to get downvoted by the Reddit vigilantes.

The Lyon-based company Terre et Lac, specializing in the design of ground-mounted <a href="https://born2invest.com/articles/green-arms-crowdfunding-crowdfundme/" target="_blank" aria-label=" (opens in a new tab)" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="ek-link">photovoltaic power plants</a>, has announced the opening of a crowdfunding operation for the installation of a shade plant in the parking lot of the Lely Environnement company in Voreppe. 
The collection, amounting to 175,000 euros, is reserved for residents of Isère and neighboring departments (Rhône, Loire, Ain, Savoie, Hautes-Alpes, Drôme and Ardèche). The fundraising will allow participants to contribute to the financing via an interest-bearing loan. To do this, they must first register on the lendosphere.com platform.
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Photovoltaic power plant in Voreppe: 155 tonnes of CO 2 saved per year</h3>
The company Lely Environnement, specializing in the collection, treatment and recovery of non-hazardous industrial waste, wishes to install this plant in the parking lot of its new headquarters. A total of 3,640 photovoltaic panels will be installed for a surface area of 7,248 m2 , to enable the production of 1,547 kWp of renewable energy. The plant will produce a cumulative 1,802 MWh, equivalent to the average electricity consumption of 360 homes.
Terre et Lac estimates a saving of 155 tonnes of carbon emissions released each year. The Lyon-based company currently manages a portfolio of projects under development of more than 500 mWp, and is targeting 1 gWp in operation or under construction by 2030.

The Lyon group Terre et Lac (€10.8 million in turnover in 2019, construction and operation of ground-based photovoltaic solar infrastructure) succeeded in September in an initial fundraising of €18 million via its company Corfu Solaire. This has joined forces with Mirova, a management company of the BPCE group which owns 40% of Corfu Solaire through its Mirova Eurofideme 4 fund. Financing allowing it to carry out twelve solar energy projects.
“We will seek capital via infrastructure funds to finance the construction of these projects from 2021. All our projects are then sold through holding companies,” explained Pierre-Emmanuel Martin, president of Terre et Lac.
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Terre et Lac: coherent photovoltaic projects</h3>
The manager mentions the difficulties linked to planning authorizations for this type of infrastructure in a sector, that of renewable energies, “which is a real combat sport.” And the latter clarified: “We have chosen an economic model built on decentralization while the State and the main energy operator, EDF, have a centralized DNA. In other words, we are playing against a team which has the referee in his squad.”
A determination that convinced Mirova. “The Corfu Solaire team has demonstrated its ability to develop photovoltaic projects that are coherent in terms of regional planning, winning the support of local elected officials and the population, and innovative in terms of technology and financial structuring This financing is fully in line with our strategy to support the French energy transition,” added Raphaël Lance, director of Mirova’s energy transition funds.

Since its Series D of 486 million euros in January 2022, almost nothing has stood up to Qonto, now finding the company on the first position in the fintech ranking. With a valuation of 4.4 billion euros before the financing crisis hit tech in the second quarter of 2022, the B2B neobank does not hide its ambitions and positions itself among the players consolidating the fintech ecosystem. Its recent <a aria-label=" (opens in a new tab)" href="https://born2invest.com/articles/qonto-buys-regate-one-million-customers/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="ek-link">purchase of Regate</a> is an illustration of this.
In this context, it is not surprising to find Qonto on first place on the podium in the 3rd edition of the Fintech 100 rankings of Truffle Capital and Finance Innovation, carried out in partnership with BPCE and Sopra Steria. The company created in 2016 by Alexandre Prot and Steve Anavi is ahead of Ledger, a leading player in securing crypto-assets, and Younited Credit, a specialist in consumer credit. 
Swile, which also got its hands on Bimpli, a subsidiary of the BPCE group, in 2022, and Alan , first in the ranking last year, complete the Top 5. As a reminder, this ranking is established based on several criteria ( growth, workforce, fundraising, etc.).
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Recomposition of the fintech ranking in the midst of a drop in fundraising</h3>
In total, 201 fintech companies and insurtech companies were surveyed as part of this 2024 ranking edition. All of these companies generated a turnover of 2 billion euros in 2023 If the income of players in the sector has increased in recent years, the opposite has happened in terms of fundraising. Thus, the fintech companies and insurtech companies listed have raised barely 482 million euros in total in 2023, compared to 1.1 billion a year earlier.
This drop is explained by the scarcity of financing in tech but also by a profound restructuring of the Fintech 100 rankings. And for good reason, this 2024 edition is marked by a profound restructuring of the ranking with the entry of 39 new companies, such as Pigment, new tricolor unicorn after a raising of $145 million, which lands directly in 10th place, and the exit of 10% of those present in the previous edition due to a cessation of activity or an acquisition by a large group or a fintech, like Luko, taken over by Allianz.
Furthermore, the biggest increases can be attributed to Assurly (+54 places), Defacto (+54), Lemonway (+52), Alma (+42) and Cashbee (+38). On the other hand, it’s a cold shower for Leocare (-56), Rosaly (-55), Paylead (-38) and Trustpair (-33).
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">A sector between consolidation and regulation</h3>
In terms of key lessons from the study, it should be noted that 72% of the companies surveyed operate in the B2B market and that 45% are considering an external growth operation or a merger. It must be said that with financing more difficult to obtain, the current period is conducive to consolidation in the sector. 
However, the financing crisis in tech does not necessarily lead to massive waves of layoffs, since 96% of the players who took part in this 2024 edition plan to recruit over the next six months, representing a total of 1,633 positions to be filled.
Furthermore, 68% of respondents indicate that they have international coverage or want to expand it in the next 12 months. Unsurprisingly, Western Europe, the Benelux, the Iberian Peninsula and the United Kingdom are the markets favored by French fintech companies and insurtech companies. 39% of companies also list French and foreign competition among the main risks and challenges they face on a daily basis. 
However, what concerns them most is compliance and changing regulations (55%). Availability of funding (36%) and shortage of talent (34%) were also among respondents’ areas of concern. It will be interesting to monitor the evolution of the perception of these issues from one year to the next during the 2025 ranking edition.

Merck continues to invest in biotechnology. The pharmaceutical multinational has announced that it will allocate more than 300 million euros to the launch of a <a href="https://born2invest.com/articles/rd-spending-biotechnology-increased/" target="_blank" aria-label=" (opens in a new tab)" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="ek-link">new research center</a> in Germany. Specifically , the complex will be located at the group’s headquarters in Darmstadt.
The project is part of an investment program being developed by the German city, for which Merck has contributed around 1.5 billion euros until 2025. The new building will open its doors in 2027 and will employ 550 workers .
With the new investment, Merck will provide solutions in the production of antibodies , mRNA applications and products for biotechnology production, among other research. “With this investment, we are enabling scientific progress for the benefit of millions of patients and customers around the world,” said Belén Garijo, CEO of Merck, in a statement.

The Advanced Research Center of the pharmaceutical group brings together key research for the development of new medicines. The company is also engaged in research into cell culture media and pharmaceutical formulation and purification aids, as well as digital reference materials.
In recent years, Merck has made several investments on a global scale. Last March the group announced that it would disburse another 300 million euros, but for a plant in South Korea specialized in the production of bioprocessing. All in all, Merck has been announcing investments of more than €2 billion since 2020 with the aim of expanding the capabilities and possibilities of biological sciences to meet the growing demand for medicines worldwide.
The Merck group accumulated net sales of 20.99 billion euros in 2023, 1.6% less than in the previous fiscal year, while its gross operating result (ebitda) fell 14.2%, to 5.9 millions of euros. By 2024, the pharmaceutical company plans to return to the path of growth through sales in its Life Science division and the recovery of the semiconductor materials market.

One of the surprising trends revealed by ESW’s Global Voices survey, which surveyed consumers around the world to measure the importance they place on the “sustainability” <a aria-label=" (opens in a new tab)" href="https://born2invest.com/articles/cotton-production-better-cotton-inditex/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="ek-link">criteria of the products</a> they buy on E-commerce sites: in India or China, these criteria are more important than in France or the United States. We knew that the inflationary surge of the last two years had reduced the attractiveness of environmentally friendly products and a “sustainable” supply chain in France in favor of purchasing power concerns. This is confirmed in the latest Global Voices report from ESW , the world leader in direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce. 
Thus, French consumers are less concerned about “sustainability” in their purchases than they were a year ago with a score of 53 points this year, compared to 59 in 2023, falling below the world average of 55 points*.
But one of the most surprising developments in this report is that consumers in some emerging countries are now significantly more concerned about sustainability than their counterparts in advanced countries. This is the case in India (75 points), the United Arab Emirates (74 points), China (70 points) and Mexico (67 points), which top the list, far ahead of the three countries already mentioned but also Japan (32 points), Germany ( 46 points), the United Kingdom (46 points), Switzerland ( 48 points), Canada (48 points), and the United States (49 points).
“We are surprised to discover that the level of concern consumers have about environmental impact, and what they value most from the brands they use, depends largely on where they live ” comments Martim Avillez Oliveira, Chief Revenue Office of ESW, quoted by this company’s press release. “The data suggests that although French consumers have been encouraged to make environmentally friendly choices for years, the intensity and redundancy of these messages, as well as the increasing pressure that inflation places on households, could drive consumers at a tipping point.”

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Sustainability: Young people and more motivated luxury buyers</h3>
Among the other trends revealed by this study, the greatest motivation of young people is found almost everywhere in the world. Thus, generation Z has a global average score of 61, generation Y (millennials) 60, generation X 53, and baby boomers barely 49. A trend that we find in France, where, however, the score of Millennials is decreasing (57 against 63 last year).
Additionally, a third of all respondents globally are environmentally conscious shoppers. The survey classifies buyers who scored 80 or higher on the sustainability scale as eco-friendly buyers. Globally, more than half of consumers surveyed (55%) said they were more aware of greenwashing than a year ago, and 27% said they considered environmental transparency. a brand when they made a purchase.
Also note that, according to this study, buyers of luxury products are 1.5 times more likely to be attentive to sustainability issues than others. Likewise, shoppers who value authentic brands are 50% more likely to be eco-friendly shoppers. Overall, 63% of consumers said they value authentic brands and expect “ honesty and transparency about their environmental credentials ” from them.
Finally, consumers who appreciate big brands are also more concerned about the environment with a sustainability score of 62 compared to 47 for others. 32% of brand buyers are likely to be environmentally conscious consumers. Additionally, brand buyers believe that a brand name signifies higher quality and better value. These buyers have high expectations not only for products and services, but also for environmental impact.

In the wake of the activation process of the Regional Development Company (SDR) Agricultural Innovation, after its validation at the end of the extraordinary session of November 2023 of the Souss-Massa Regional Council, a new stone was brought to the building of this structure. As a reminder, this was created jointly by the Agadir Horticultural Complex (CHA), under the Hassan II Agronomic and Veterinary Institute (IAV) and the Souss-Massa Regional Council.
During a ceremony, held at the end of the week, in Aït Melloul, Agadir, the vision of the SDR and the CHA by 2035 was presented, in particular the strategic partnerships. This vision includes projects falling within the prerogatives of the State, the attributions of the SDR and cooperation projects with the private sector. On this last point, a tripartite memorandum of understanding was sealed between Karim Achengli, president of the Souss-Massa Regional Council, Farid Lekjâa, director of the CHA and Hassan Al Jaber, boss of the Qatari group NAAAS Holding.
This partnership concerns the component of the Agadir International Horticultural Hub, notably the experimental farm covering 23 hectares in the form of production glass greenhouses. This project is part of the Agricultural Innovation action plan which also includes the analysis laboratory, research and development with the center of excellence based on a consortium for research, development and innovation (RDI) in the agricultural field with agricultural professionals. Also worth mentioning is the incubator for agribusiness leaders and an eco-museum which will be built over an area of 20 ha in the argan tree biological reserve.
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Horticultural sector in Agadir: Two production units for tomatoes and red fruits</h3>
Cooperation with the Qatari holding company will concern the aspect linked to agricultural production, in addition to the role assigned to the SDR, in this case the launch of the tomato production unit on 10 ha and another blueberry production unit on 8 ha. In addition to the production players (Agricultural Innovation and NAAAS Holding), the marketing players, recommended as part of this project, are the Dutch Harvset House for tomatoes and the American Driscoll’s for red fruits. Preliminary studies for this project, which will be led by Agricultural Innovation, have already been carried out.
As for the second component of the International Horticultural Hub, it is provided by the training center on two hectares, in the form of a glass greenhouse, which will provide academic training through work-study and certification with the strengthening of the capacities of the SDR. Agricultural Innovation, also involved in the research and development aspect, also has a center of excellence. 
This concerns agro-development projects, in particular the development of varieties resistant to viruses and climate variations in addition to the zero residue project and water engineering, with the École normale supérieure de Lyon.
Note that USAID is one of the recommended partners for the development of this R&D component and the center of excellence.
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">20 startups incubated each year in Agadir</h3>
This R&D component is closely linked to another component of this project, in this case the incubator which aims to support 100 startups by 2029. In detail, this structure will aim for 20 startups each year in order to better support project leaders over a period of five years.
The first group of startups will be welcomed in September 2024 with a first startup specializing in the production of virus-resistant seeds and varieties, notably Tobrev, and capable of resisting the cold while adapting to climate change. The aim is to reduce dependence on seeds by capturing 20% of imports which amount to around 76 million euros, mainly tomatoes.
This project will also be carried out with a Spanish partner. Furthermore, with a capacity of 500 beds, the CHA, which already accommodates 476 students, is in the process of increasing its reception capacity. The goal is to increase capacity to 1,200 beds in order to train 1,000 agricultural executives by the year 2034, through the school of engineers and technicians. New specialties will also be introduced (water engineering, horticulture and landscaping, in particular).
In this sense, three schools will be created in Agadir. These are the institutes of horticulture and water engineering as well as the landscape school. On this last point, a master’s degree is in the process of being accredited next September. It should be noted that the SDR Agricultural Innovation has capital of around 5 MDH. It was created by five shareholders including the Souss-Massa Regional Council which will hold the lion’s share of its round, i.e. 49,992 shares out of 50,000. The rest of the actions are shared with the Hassan II Agronomic and Veterinary Institute.
The Agadir Horticultural Complex (CHA) will have five actions while the other entities in the round table (Ministry of the Interior, Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services “CCIS-Souss-Massa” and Regional Agricultural Chamber Souss-Massa) hold one symbolic share each.

Merck Sharp&Dohme (MSD) receives a boost from Europe. The American <a aria-label=" (opens in a new tab)" href="https://born2invest.com/articles/pharmamar-increases-profit-first-quarter/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="ek-link">laboratory</a> has announced that the European Commission (EC) has approved the compound pembrolizumab, the base of Keytruda, an oncological drug. This is the company’s star drug, the best-selling in 2023 and whose sales the pharmacy expects to represent 50% of sales in 2028. This approval follows the positive resolution of the Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (Chmp) issued in February 2024.
“Despite clinical advances for patients with metastatic lung cancer, this pathology continues to be the main cause of cancer death in Europe, reinforcing the need to treat these patients in the early stages of the disease, where we can obtain greater impact,” said Dr. Solange Peters, director of the department of medical oncology and thoracic diseases at the Vaudois University Hospital Center in Lausanne, Switzerland.

The results given by MSD for the fourth quarter represent a quarterly net loss, but this is an expected figure after the agreement that the company closed with the Japanese pharmaceutical company Daiichi Sankyo to develop three cancer treatments.
The pharmaceutical division of the German multinational invoiced 12.1 billion euros in the fourth quarter, which is 8% more than in the previous period. Keytruda, whose patent expires in 2028, became the best-selling drug in 2023, and the consulting firm Evaluate Pharma predicts that it will continue to lead the top 10, sharing the ranking with Gardasil, also from MSD, in ninth position .

In the era of business digitalization, the implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems has emerged as a fundamental pillar for the success and efficiency of organizations.
