My aunt and uncle were here too, meaning that our week was filled with family dinners. Stefan and I haven&#39;t done groceries in weeks.. we would just eat at my parents house every night with the family and Juliet would pack up bags of bagels and food for us to eat for breakfast everyday. No shame! But hey, my parents always buy way to much food, so really, it was win-win. It was so nice to have the family together.&lt;br /&gt;

We went running twice on the canal, saw some pretty views, got into The Handmaid&#39;s Tale (traumatic no? but I can&#39;t stop watching), shopped till we dropped, went to Bridgehead and Scone Witch, celebrated my uncle&#39;s birthday, and for some good old Canadian fun- went canoeing on the Canal!&lt;br /&gt;

  420. I found this recipe on pinterest (through cookeatshare.com) &amp;nbsp;a while back and went out and bought some pillsbury dough ( if you are like Martha Stewart, you can make your own). I kept putting it off until I was nearing the expiry date on the dough so decided that yesterday was as good a time as any to make it. When you first read the recipe it seems a bit complicated but it&#39;s a lot easier then it looks.&lt;br /&gt;

  423. - pillsbury dough- either french bread or biscuit&lt;br /&gt;
  424. - 1/2 stick butter&lt;br /&gt;

  426. - 2 tsp cinnamon&lt;br /&gt;
  427. -1/2 tsp nutmeg&lt;br /&gt;

  429. Directions&lt;br /&gt;
  430. -Preheat oven to 350&lt;br /&gt;
  431. -Melt butter on the stove, over medium low heat until browned (about 5 minutes or until you smell a nutty flavour)&lt;br /&gt;
  432. -mix sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a bowl&lt;br /&gt;
  433. - cut dough into thin slices (about 32) and then spread each piece out on a cutting board or baking sheet. press down to flatten. Brush each piece with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar&lt;br /&gt;
  434. - stack dough into piles of of 5 or 6 pieces and then cut each pile down the center&lt;br /&gt;

  578. -Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line the pan with paper muffin cups &lt;br /&gt;
  579. -Start with the filling. Place one unwrapped, 8-ounce package cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat on low power for 40 seconds. Stir in 1/4 cup granulated sugar and a few drops lemon juice and the vanilla. Stir until smooth. Set the filling aside while you make the muffin batter.&lt;br /&gt;

  581. -Whisk together wet ingredients and then add mixture&amp;nbsp;to dry ingredients. then add in the grated carrots.&lt;br /&gt;
  582. - Put some of the batter into the muffin pan ( 1-2 tablespoons depending on size of the muffin pan) ,then put one tablespoon of the frosting, and then cover with more batter.&lt;br /&gt;
  583. -Sprinkle the top with crystalized sugar (or regular sugar if you don&#39;t have any)&lt;br /&gt;
  584. - Bake for about 20 minutes&lt;br /&gt;
  585. cool for at least 10 minutes before removing muffins from pan. &lt;br /&gt;

Sift flour, baking pouder,&amp;nbsp;cinnamon, and nutmeg together. Mix in brown sugar and raisins. Beat eggs and oil together.&amp;nbsp; Pour eggs/oil and cereal mixture&amp;nbsp;into dry ingredients and mix lightly (do not overmix). Pour into cake pan and bake for 20 minutes or&amp;nbsp;until golden brown. &lt;br /&gt;
