A méretei 41x41x33mm (tengely nélkül). Arra már rájöttem, hogyan találhatok érpárokat (tekergetve van egy kisebb ellenállás ha a pólusait összeérintem). Viszont arra keresek megoldást, hogy a tekercsek egymáshoz való viszonyát is ki tudjam deríteni. Vagyis leginkább attól tartok hogy egymásnak ellenkező irányban dolgozik a két tekercs, ha rosszul van bekötve. Plazmavágóson dolgoztam is. Kettő elképzelésem van. Mozgatás fogasléc + fogaskerék. Itt a gond és a fő kérdés, hogy lehet kottyanás mentesíteni?<br /><br />A másik elképzelés kottyanás mentes golyós orsó és anya, itt meg a fő kérdés: Mekkora Nm-es léptetőmotor kell hozzá? Illetve mennyivel nagyobb mint a fogasléceshez?<br />Alap elgondolás, hogy nem jó az egyforma az a következő.<br />A fogaslécnél csak a fogaskereket elhanyagolható súly + a fej súlyát kell főként mozgatni legalább a z és az x irányban. Y irányban meg az egész hidat.<br />Golyós orsónál legalább egy 3 m-es orsót kell forgatni, pl legyen ez a hídon lévő x tengely, a hidat illik 2 oldalról vonszolni az 2x 2 m golyós orsó. És a Z irányban is mondjuk minimum 50 cm orsó kell. Ezek mind tömegek, és csapágyazásuknál fogva súrlódó ellenállások. Jóval több mint egy fogasléces megoldásnál.<br /><br />Valamint mire elég mondjuk egy 1.2 Nm-es léptetőmotor ereje, vagy mire elég egy 6 Nm-es é? Ebben a témában nem vagyok otthon. Biztos hogy a nagyobb a jobb, de nem tudom elképzelni a méreteket. Teszem fel az 1.2-es nyomatéka ha ráteszek egy 40 cm-.es rudat merőlegesen a tengelyére és szkanderezni próbálok vele, akkor még le tudom nyomni, a 6Nm-es meg ellentart, vagy esetleg le is nyom?<br /><br />Azért kérdezem, mert se túl nagyot, se túl kicsit nem szeretnék venni. Vagy mihez viszonyítsam ezek erejét?<br /><br />Maga a gép 3D nyomtatna is, fejet is tudok hozzá beszerezni, nyomtató szálat is. De úgy akarom megcsinálni, hogy le tudjam aplikálni róla a nyomtató fejet, és a helyére fel tudjam tenni a lézerest gravírozni, meg (mivel elég erős hozzá) szabásmintát vágni a páromnak a nm-es anyagokból. Ez mellé én javasolnám hogy töltsd le a CURA nevezetű szoftvert. Én kezdőknek ezt javasolnám ugyanis sokkal kevesebb a beállítás és térben is könnyebben el tudod helyezni a tárgyat. Nagyon jó lehetőségek vannak benne és folyamatosan fejlesztik a programot. Az ABS-el való nyomtatás igen igen nehézkes mert nagyon érzékeny a műanyag a hőmérséklet különbségekre és a páratartalomra. Persze a műanyagipari tudásom az véges, mechanikával és sw környékkel nincs nagy baj. Ami kérdéses: octoprint megoldást használt már valaki? Úgy mire kell figyelni?<br />Egyébként most sima Ubuntu PC ami vezérel, bár van hozzá lcd modul sd slottal, de azt még nem volt bárotságom üzembe helyezni.<br /><br />Mivel szeleteltek a jó eredményért? Mindenkinek!<br />Én tegnap fejeztem be az első 3d nyomtatóm összerakását. Egy Prusa i3 rol van szó.<br />Most az a gondom, hogy a motorok terhelés alatt nem birnak elfordulni. Az Y tengely működik tökéletesen, a másik kettő pedig egy nagyon pici rásegitéssel tud menni csak.<br />Olyan mintha nem lenne elég ereje a motornak. Én arra tippelek hogy a tápom lenne gyenge. ??? Még az egyetemen kezdtem el az első gépemet építeni egy BFB rapmant, utánna mendel típusú gépeket építettem. Amit nemrég raktam össze egy saját tervezésű mágneses karokkal felszerelt Rostock delta robot. Nagyon gyors, imádom kb 90mm/s nyomtatási sebességel tud nyomtatni, szinte semmi súrlódás, melegedés a motoroknál mikrokontrollereknél nincs és nagyon stabil. (középső gép a képen)<br /><br />Ezt a gépet szeretném DIY kit-ben árulni, lehetőleg a legolcsóbban, nem csak itthon. Jelenleg ott áll a dolog, hogy most fogok egyeztetni cnc-s cégekkel a gép alkatrészeinek legyártatásában. A géphez saját marlin alapú firmware-t írtam, amihez készítettem magyar nyelvű változatot is. A megmunkálófej jelenleg J-head MK V, 5.6 ohmos rezisztorral és 100k termisztorral. <br />Egyenlőre teljesen egyedül dolgozok a projekten, ugyanis hazaköltöztem az egyetem végeztével vidékre.<br />Az ár nagyjából 4-500 euró lenne a teljes kit esetében.
