  22.            <description><![CDATA[ sorry ich hatte es mit der firmware von tonokip versucht und repsnapper.weil die firmware von tonokip beim compilieren keine fehlermeldung gebracht hatt. aber hab jetzt vor lauter frust damit aufgegeben. weil jedesmal als ich auf verbinden im repsnapper gedrückt habe haben die motoren nur kurz für ne sekunde gezuckt und dann wurde doch keine verbindung hergestellt.<br />

  24. also hab mir jetzt die firmware von teacup geholt. und wollte jetzt mal nachfragen was ich da jetzt überspielen muss und wie. was ich umbenennen muss und in was. <br />

  44. Bei der teacup ist z.B schon eine vorbereitete config.h    für die Ramps 1.2 drin.<br />

  105. Ich habe mich entschlossen einen Prusa mendel drucker zu bauen oder bzw. habe ihn schon gebaut.<br />
  106. habe jetzt allerdings ein paar probleme.<br />

  108. Als Vorabinfo ich habe den drucker fetig und möchte jetzt den arduino mega + ramps 1.2 verwenden. habe diese teile auch alle schon da. bekomme sie nur nicht zum laufen.<br />
  109. <br />
  110. meine frage ist jetzt was mss ich alles machen um die beiden chips dazu zu bekommen das sie endlich den drucker in gang setzten?<br />
  111. <br />
  112. also was muss ich auf den arduino hochladen und generell wie geht es weiter.<br />
  113. <br />
  114. Für schnelle hilfe danke ich jetz schon mal.<br />

  182.            <description><![CDATA[ ich habe das schwarze ABS von GRRF bisher auf 250 gedruckt. Heizbett auf 100. Layer alle fest. Angefangen habe ich mit 240°, da hatte ich auch das Problem, daß ich die Layer einzelnd abziehen konnte. erhöht habe ich dann den Flow um 2 Punkte und die Temperatur auf 250. Seitdem keine Probleme. <br />
  183. Das die Rolle nicht gleichmäßig 3mm hatte.... ist dann ein anderes Thema. Wurde aber ohne Disskusion zurück genommen, die neue ist auf dem Weg.<br />
  184. Nachtrag: derzeit drucke ich mit ABS Blau von Reprapsource. Auch auf 250°, aber weniger Flow.]]></description>

  194. Zum Versatz: werde mal die Potis etwas hochdrehen, und zusehen, das meine Gen6 eine zusätzliche Kühlung bekommt. Den Rest kann ich ausschließen, da mein Druckkopf mit einem LED-Ring beleuchtet ist, die externe Lampe aus war, der Rechner nichts macht außer die Daten zum Drucker schicken. Hatte dieses Problem bisher nicht, erst Gestern. <br />

Ich habe gestern Abend erst mal einen Test mit 255° gemacht - war schon besser - die Layer waren besser verschweißt aber noch nicht optimal - die Oberfläche war noch nicht so glänzend wie beim Filament von RepRapWorld. <br />

  336. Bringt vor und Nachteile mit sich... Nachteil ist die erhöhte Temperatur in dem Moment, da das Filament ja weicher wird, und der Transport schneller "durch geht".<br />

  349.            <description><![CDATA[ habe seid Heute das gleiche Problem. Habe das erste "große" Bauteil gedruckt. Layer thickness 0,1; Feed &amp; Flow bei 24. Bewußt langsam gedruckt, da es perfekt werden sollte. war dann mal nichts. Nach knapp 24 Std Druckzeit habe ich jetzt abgebrochen, weil irgendwann Heute Nachmittag ein Versatz in X eingetreten ist. Bei kleinen Teilen gab es bisher keine Probleme. Brauche da mal Unterstützung bei der Fehlersuche, da alle hier beschriebenen Fehlerquellen auszuschliessen sind, da schon abgehakt. Ärgerlich ist halt, das nach 2/3 der Druckzeit der Fehler auftritt. <br />
  350. Desweiteren habe ich das Problem, das ich nicht genug Temperatur am Druckbett habe. MAcht es Sinn, den Drucker komplett in eine Kiste zu packen um die Temperatur quasi "einzufangen"?]]></description>

  370. Anfangs hatten die kein 3mm-Filament, nur 4mm für ihre Kunststoff-Schweißmaschinen.<br />

  372. Als ich die ab 2006 ein paar mal auf 3mm-Filament angesprochen hatte, sagten sie mir, daß es erst ab einer Mengenabnahme von über einer Tonne für sie interessant wäre, da reinzusteigen.<br />

  374. Als dann immer mehr Anfragen kamen, gab's irgendwann auch das 3mm-Filament, die Qualität ist aber immer nur so gut, wie der Techniker den Vorschub nach dem Extruder kontrollieren kann, und was sie gerade als Basis- und/oder Recycling-Granulat da haben.<br />

  376. Soviel ich weiß, können die bis zu 25% 'altes', undefiniertes Zeug unterrühren, ohne daß es fürs Spritzgießen unbrauchbar wird.<br />

  389. im Moment bei Reprapsource  vorher bei Watterott  alles das selbe Material... manchmal noch mit Herstelleraufkleber, Manchmal mit eigenem.<br />

  391. Gutes Material kommt aus Amerika von Ultimaschine.  Der von Reprapsource will mal eine größere Menge rüber holen.  Watterott hat es aufgegeben sich mit dem Hersteller rum zu ärgern.<br />

  393. Aber dieses Problem besteht schon lange.... hab ich mich schon oft genug drüber ausgelassen und auch geärgert.<br />

  415. Diese Knoten verstopfen die Düse. DAS ist nämlich die Rolle die nicht druckbar ist.<br />
