3.
If you are filled with resentment for example or insecurity this is where your energy field is! It will not be enough to just affirm and ask for love and assume you will get it, while your energy and vibrational field are filled with resentment and insecurity. Manifestation means having to learn how to heal and transform your inner being.

  4.
  5.
Manifestation isn't just about attracting what you want; it's fundamentally about becoming what you aspire to be. The essence of manifestation lies in the principle that you don't just manifest what you want; you manifest what you are. Here's a concise guide to making manifestation work for you, emphasizing actionable steps and the profound role of your personal transformation in the process.

  6.
  7.
Embrace the journey of becoming the version of yourself that aligns with your deepest aspirations. In doing so, you'll find that manifestation becomes not just a tool for attracting what you want but a transformative process that reshapes your entire being and reality.

  8.
Some Key Insights on Manifestation

  9.
You Manifest what you are

  10.
  11.
Your external reality is a reflection of your inner state. To manifest your desires, you must first embody the qualities and energy of what you wish to attract. This means aligning your thoughts, feelings, and actions with the essence of your goals.

  12.
  13.
The Power of Intention and Alignment

  14.
Manifestation thrives on clarity and emotional alignment. Knowing precisely what you want and why, coupled with the right emotional energy, sets the foundation for your desires to materialize.

  15.
  16.
Actionable Steps for Effective Manifestation

  17.
1. Define Your Desire: Start with a clear and specific intention. Know what you want and why it's important to you.

  18.
  19.
2. Embody What You Seek: Cultivate the qualities and energy that resonate with your desire. If you seek joy, practice being joyful. For abundance, appreciate what you have and the abundance around you.

  20.
  21.
3. Visualize and Affirm: Regularly visualize your goal as already achieved, and use affirmations that reinforce your capability and worthiness to receive it.

  22.
  23.
4. Grateful Living: Embrace gratitude for what you have and for what's coming. Gratitude shifts your focus from lack to abundance, attracting more of what you appreciate into your life.

  24.
  25.
5. Take Inspired Action: Manifestation requires action. Be open to guidance and take steps towards your goal, trusting that the universe will support you.

  26.
  27.
6. Release and Trust: Let go of attachment to outcomes and timelines. Trust that what you desire will come to you in the right form and time.

  28.
The Essence of Transformation

  29.
Understanding that you manifest what you are highlights the importance of personal growth in the manifestation process. As you evolve internally, your external world will transform to reflect this new state of being. This principle encourages a holistic approach to manifestation, one that encompasses self-improvement, mindfulness, and a deep connection with your desires.Manifestation is the new sexy word in the market! But to know how to actually do it you need to dedicate yourself to the deep and real work of transformation.Hit me up and book your call if you are ready to start the real manifestation, not the sexy manifestation!

           The Pursuit of Happiness

As a psychotherapist, I've had the privilege of delving into the complexities of human emotions and behaviours. Through countless sessions with clients, I've come to understand that the pursuit of happiness is a universal quest, but its attainment is often elusive.

  30.
  31.
One fundamental lesson I've learned is that happiness isn't a fixed destination but rather a journey. It's not about achieving a state of perpetual bliss but rather finding contentment and meaning amidst life's challenges.

  32.
  33.
One key to finding happiness is self-awareness. By understanding our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, we can identify what truly brings us joy and fulfilment. This self-awareness allows us to make intentional choices that align with our values and goals.

  34.
  35.
Acceptance of oneself is another cornerstone of cultivating happiness. It's about making peace with our imperfections, understanding that we are a work in progress, and embracing our humanity in all its facets.

  36.
  37.
In a world that often promotes unrealistic standards and fosters comparison, self-acceptance becomes a radical act of self-love. Self-appreciation isn't about vanity or ego. It's about recognizing our inherent worth, celebrating our strengths, and accepting our flaws with compassion. When we learn to acknowledge and embrace our unique qualities, we pave the way for genuine contentment.

  38.
  39.
Another essential component is fostering meaningful connections with others. Human beings are inherently social creatures, and nurturing relationships built on trust, empathy, and support can significantly enhance our well-being.

  40.
  41.
Moreover, cultivating gratitude and practising mindfulness can shift our focus from what we lack to what we already have. By appreciating the present moment and expressing gratitude for the blessings in our lives, we can cultivate a deeper sense of happiness and contentment. But how do we practice the art of choosing happiness amidst life's challenges?

  42.
  43.
It begins with a shift in mindset—a conscious decision to focus on the positive, to find gratitude in the smallest of blessings, and to approach each day with an open heart. It's about letting go of the past, releasing worries about the future, and embracing the present moment with all its beauty and impermanence.

  44.
  45.
I've witnessed firsthand the transformative power of self-awareness, self-appreciation, meaningful connections, gratitude, and mindfulness in fostering happiness. While the path to happiness may be different for each individual, these principles serve as guiding lights in the pursuit of a fulfilling and meaningful life.

  46.
  47.
It is easier said than done. These steps can be challenging. That’s when I with my 30 years of experience helping people come into play! It is important to practice the pursuit of happiness. A dedicated pursuit will take you there one little step at a time.

               Self-Esteem Starter Kit

Picture this: You're walking down the street, head held high, radiating confidence with every step. You feel comfortable in your skin, worthy of love and respect, and ready to take on the world. This, my friend, is the magic of self-esteem.

  48.
  49.
Self-esteem is like the fuel that powers your inner engine. It's the foundation upon which your confidence, resilience, and sense of self-worth are built. Yet, for many of us, cultivating healthy self-esteem can feel like trying to catch a butterfly with our bare hands—elusive and out of reach.

  50.
  51.
But fear not, for the journey to boosting your self-esteem is not only possible but also immensely rewarding. So, grab your magnifying glass, and let's explore the terrain of self-discovery together.

  52.
  53.
Firstly, let go of comparisons. In the age of social media, it's easy to fall into the trap of comparing ourselves to others' highlight reels. Remember, you are unique, with your own strengths, quirks, and talents. Embrace your individuality, and celebrate what makes you, well, you!

  54.
  55.
Practice self-care like your life depends on it—because it does (nurture all seven gates of your life). Treat yourself with the same kindness and compassion you would offer a cherished friend. Nourish your body with wholesome foods, move joyfully, and carve out time for activities that ignite your passion and purpose.

  56.
  57.
Challenge your inner critic. We all have that harsh voice (Defensive Self) in our heads that loves to point out our flaws and shortcomings. But here's the thing: that voice lies. Replace negative self-talk with words of encouragement and affirmation (use your Expanded Self). You are worthy, capable, and deserving of all the good things life has to offer.

  58.
  59.
Set realistic goals and celebrate your victories, no matter how small. Every step forward, no matter how tiny, brings you closer to the life you envision for yourself. Acknowledge your progress, and give yourself a well-deserved pat on the back.

  60.
  61.
Surround yourself with positive influences. Seek out relationships that uplift and support you on your journey. Distance yourself from toxic people who drain your energy and diminish your self-worth.

  62.
  63.
And lastly, remember that self-esteem is not a destination but a lifelong journey. It requires patience, perseverance, and a whole lot of self-love. So, be gentle with yourself, embrace your imperfections, and watch as your self-esteem blossoms like a flower in full bloom.

  64.
  65.
You are worthy, just as you are. So go ahead, cultivate your inner power, and shine bright.

         Anxiety Your Unwanted Friend

Do you ever feel like you're trapped in a whirlwind of worries, doubts, and fears? Welcome to the club! Anxiety, the unwelcome guest in the mansion of our minds, affects millions of people worldwide. But fear not, for understanding this sneaky intruder is the first step towards reclaiming your peace of mind.

  66.
  67.
Anxiety is like a trickster, disguising itself in many forms. Sometimes it's a nagging voice in your head, constantly whispering worst-case scenarios. Other times, it's a pounding heart, sweaty palms, and a racing mind, leaving you feeling like you're on an out-of-control rollercoaster.

  68.
  69.
But here's the secret: anxiety thrives on uncertainty. It feeds on our fears of what might happen, keeping us stuck in a loop of "what ifs" and hypothetical catastrophes. Yet, when we shine a light on our fears, they lose their power over us.

  70.
  71.
So how do we unmask anxiety and reclaim our peace? It starts with awareness. Notice when anxiety creeps in and acknowledge it without judgment. Then, take a deep breath and ground yourself in the present moment. Remember, you are not your thoughts.

  72.
  73.
Next, challenge those anxious thoughts. Ask yourself, "Is this fear based on facts or fiction?" Often, we catastrophize situations, blowing them out of proportion in our minds. By examining the evidence, we can separate reality from the stories we tell ourselves.

  74.
  75.
Practice self-compassion. You're doing the best you can with the resources you have. Treat yourself with the same kindness you would offer a friend in need.

  76.
  77.
Lastly, cultivate resilience. Just like a muscle, resilience grows stronger with practice. Embrace life's uncertainties as opportunities for growth rather than threats to your security.

  78.
  79.
Remember, you are not alone in this journey. Reach out to loved ones, seek support from a therapist, or join a community of fellow travelers on the road to inner peace.

  80.
  81.
So, the next time anxiety comes knocking at your door, greet it with curiosity and compassion. By unmasking anxiety, you unveil the path to a life filled with calm, clarity, and courage.

              Understanding Insomnia

Sleep is crucial for our well-being, but for many people, getting a good night's rest is a constant struggle. Insomnia, which means having trouble falling or staying asleep, affects millions worldwide. As a psychotherapist, I've learned that insomnia isn't just about not sleeping—it's a mix of different things that can make it hard to rest.

  82.
  83.
Understanding Insomnia: Insomnia isn't just one thing—it's a mix of stuff like feeling anxious, dealing with past traumas, and even how our brains think about sleep. Anxiety is a big part of it. It's like having a mind that won't quiet down, making it hard to relax and sleep. Trauma can also play a role, with bad memories coming back at night and making sleep difficult. Sometimes, our thoughts about sleep can make things worse too, like worrying too much about not sleeping enough.

  84.
  85.
How We Think and Feel: Our thoughts and feelings can also mess with our sleep. If we're always thinking about how bad it is not to sleep, or if we're constantly worrying about what might happen if we don't sleep, it can become a cycle that's hard to break.

  86.
  87.
Outside Influences: Our surroundings matter too. Things like noisy environments or screens before bed can mess with our ability to fall asleep. So, part of dealing with insomnia is making changes to our environment to make it more sleep-friendly.

  88.
  89.
Insomnia isn't just about tossing and turning at night—it's a mix of thoughts, feelings, and outside stuff that can make sleep hard. As a psychotherapist, my goal is to help people understand what's causing their insomnia and find ways to make it easier to get the rest they need. It's about finding balance and making changes that can lead to better sleep and overall well-being.

  91.
  92.
Osho is one of my favorite spiritual teachers. I would like to share his thoughts with you regarding lust and love.

  93.
  94.
He wisely says "When you become interested in a woman or a man as an object, sooner or later the interest is finished because once you have explored the object, nothing is left. Then you are ready to move to somebody else. The woman looks beautiful, but how long can she be beautiful? An object is an object. She is not yet a person to you; she is just a beautiful object. It is insulting. You are reducing a soul into an object, a subjectivity into an object. You are trying to exploit. You are turning her into a means. Your energy remains ignorant, and you go on moving from one woman to another, your energy is running in circles."

  95.
  96.
He says love means you are not interested in the woman or the man as an object. You are not there to exploit the other; you are not there to get something from the other. On the contrary, you are so full of energy; that you would like to give some energy to the person. Love gives.

  97.
  98.
And when love gives, it remains subjective, it remains rooted in oneself. Lovers help each other to be more and more themselves. Lovers help each other to become authentically individual. Lovers help each other to be centered. Love is respect, reverence, and worship. It is not exploitation. Love is understanding. Because energy is unoccupied with the object, it remains free, untethered. And that brings the transformation.

  101.
world of my sensations, to the world of my thoughts. The world of

  102.
sensations and emotions is rich, vibrant, and colorful, while the world

  103.
of thoughts can be flat and two-dimensional.

  104.
  105.
“Why am I here?” I asked myself every time I caught myself in the

  106.
world of thoughts. Then I would tap myself on the shoulder, so to

  107.
speak like my old Zen master used to do to us, and say “Back to the

  108.
moment you go.”

  109.
  110.
In this morning’s Yoga practice, I had to guide myself back to the experience

  111.
of being, over and over and over again. The habit of hiding away from

  112.
life, in the cocoon of our thoughts is strong. Somewhere in the past, a

  113.
threat, a painful or scary experience, had caused us to contract. We

  114.
shrunk away from our life force and from our moment-to-moment

  115.
expansion.

  116.
  117.
Then we became trapped in our safe smallness and allowed our minds

  118.
to entertain thoughts about life, instead of living it. In the thinking

  119.
world, our breath is shallow, our energy moves slowly and sluggishly,

  120.
our emotions are not fully experienced or expressed, and our thinking

  121.
mind gets fatter and fatter. So now what?

  122.
  123.
First, one must ask oneself, “Do I want to live here, in this thinking

  124.
world, or do I want to return to the living world?” Many choose to stay;

  125.
some choose to return. If you choose to come back to living, get ready

  126.
to master a fierce commitment to regain your aliveness. It is a moment-

  127.
to-moment choice to feel, to allow the energy to move, to accept what

  128.
is there, to surrender, and to let yourself slowly expand through the ups

  129.
and downs of emotions, energy, and sensations.

  130.
  131.
Slowly and surely, you become comfortable with living, and the river

  132.
that is your being begins to merge into the universal grand flow.

  136.
discovering, and living in the inner place of bliss that resides within

  137.
your Expanded Self. We all yearn to tap into the flow of natural joy, love,

  138.
and playfulness and learn to express it. If you can think of moments in

  139.
your childhood when you were a little bliss bubble, walking around,

  140.
giggling, crying, laughing, and playing - full of curiosity and awe - you

  141.
are clearly remembering the YOU that is still there.

  142.
  143.
Our life experiences often go partially unexamined, unresolved, and

  144.
unreleased. The easiest and most common way is to create a negative

  145.
assumption about our difficult experiences instead of acknowledging,

  146.
releasing, and integrating them to create a sense of strength. Imagine

  147.
your joy bubble, that true child-like self of yours, encrusted in layers

  148.
of self-made mud.

  149.
  150.
There’s no need to blame ourselves for our mud creation. There is

  151.
a need to realize that it is only mud and that we can begin to take

  152.
some of it off to spiritually, emotionally, and psychologically shower

  153.
ourselves. It helps to let go slowly and continuously of what we are

  154.
not (constricting thoughts, feelings, limiting beliefs, and stories) and

  155.
connect to our blissful self - the unconditional loving joy of the universe

  156.
residing within our hearts. Blissipline is unveiling more of who we truly

  157.
are, and inevitably it involves a level of love, acceptance, and intimacy

  158.
with ourselves.

  159.
  160.
Our Defensive Self resists this process and is threatened by it. It pulls

  161.
us away from our joy with busyness, drama, distractions, addictions,

  162.
and projections. This is understandable. Furthermore, we may not be

  163.
conscious that we’re acting out of our Defensive Self. The first step is

  164.
realizing our avoidance of ourselves, of our deeper feelings, and thus

  165.
our avoidance of experiencing the moment and life around us.

  166.
  167.
This is the first and the most continuous step since this avoidance of

  168.
truth and the moment can be very insidious, subtle, and deceptive.

  169.
One can master the spiritual intelligence to identify it and let it go,

  170.
moment-to-moment, allowing the truth to blossom.

If we can keep ourselves open to these emotions and embrace them, we can move through them and open up space for the innerspring. Osho, one of my favorite teachers and writers, recommends a breathing technique that transforms pain into compassion.

  174.
  175.
He instructs you to breathe in and imagine that you are breathing in all the darkness and negativity in your life. Welcome it into your heart. Please stop trying to resist it, avoid it, or destroy it. That has been taking up all of your energy. As you breathe in this heaviness, let it be absorbed into your heart before you exhale. And then the moment you breathe out, breathe out a golden light. Breathe out your greatest lightness, your highest joy, love, and blessing from your heart into the source of the negativity. You can transform the darkness in your life with your breath.

  176.
  177.
When breathing out, express all the love that you have, the blissfulness, and the benediction. Pour your love onto existence. This is the method of compassion: drink in all the suffering and pour out all the blessings. And you will be surprised what happens when you really do it. The moment you stop resisting all the darkness and heaviness in your inner world, they are no longer suffering.

  178.
  179.
He speaks about the power of the heart to transform any energy into light. The heart is a transforming force, the essential alchemist. It can bring in any misery, pain, or sadness and transform it into lightness. He encourages trusting the power of the heart. Once you have learned that your heart can do this magic, keep practicing it repeatedly. You can transform the planet with the power of compassion.

Unfortunately, most of us end up not achieving what we have promised ourselves in the New Year. Manifestation is an art, and it takes very specific steps and a very strong commitment.

  183.
I will share with you a practical and inspiring process to ensure that you manifest your goals and your dreams. You will have to do the work that each step presents but if you do you will move forward without a doubt. I have defined a seven-step process that I call “The Manifestation Highway.”

  184.
Remember each step builds off the last. No shortcuts on this highway!

  185.
Here are the 7 steps:

  186.
Positive Inner Paradigm

  187.
Vision

  188.
Road Map

  189.
Choices

  190.
Committed Positions

  191.
Forward Motion

  192.
Celebration of Victories

  193.
  194.
Positive Inner Paradigm

  195.
  196.
This step is the most important one; if we do not create a positive view

  197.
of ourselves, others and life in general, we will not manifest success.

  198.
Most of us get stuck in this step. In the Gates of Power Method®, we

  199.
work towards a deep appreciation of self, others, and life. Out of that

  200.
positive soil, healthy desires and dreams grow.

  201.
  202.
Vision

  203.
  204.
In this step, we cultivate a clear vision that springs out of our deepest

  205.
passions, needs, and desires. The vision needs to be detailed and

  206.
specific. We need to be able to imagine ourselves living, doing, and

  207.
feeling whatever we see in our vision.

  208.
  209.
Roadmap/Plan

  210.
  211.
This step is about making a plan of action. The plan should be well

  212.
thought out, practical, and specific. We need to chart our steps and

  213.
include deadlines and desired results.

  214.
  215.
Choices

  216.
  217.
We have our vision. We have our roadmap. Now it’s time to prioritize

  218.
and make clear choices. Each step on the plan requires us to make

  219.
specific choices that will translate into actions.

  220.
  221.
Commitments

  222.
  223.
Once we have defined our choices we need to make a list of

  224.
commitments that will serve our choices. Our commitments need to

  225.
also be specific. “How many by when!” which means how many are

  226.
we going to do, and by what time and date?

  227.
  228.
Actions/Forward Motion

  229.
  230.
Now it’s time to take action. We have the list of our commitments

  231.
and we have to act upon them consistently with focus and discipline.

  232.
If we find that certain actions don’t bring us the results that we

  233.
desire, we need to shift and possibly make new choices preceded

  234.
by commitments and actions. We keep our eye on the vision, and no

  235.
matter how many times we fall, we get up wipe the dust off our pants

  236.
and keep walking.

  237.
  238.
Celebration of Victories

  239.
  240.
We acknowledge even the smallest of victories, and we allow our-

  241.
selves to feel a sense of gratitude and joy about achieving them. We

  242.
also acknowledge our team and anyone who has supported us in

  243.
getting there.

In the story of Chanukah, a handful of Jewish warriors were able to defeat an enormous Greek/Roman army. Their victory stems from their passion, belief, and connection with the spiritual. In the story of Christmas, we’re celebrating the birth of a spiritual master whose message is love and oneness with the Father, which to me means oneness with the universal consciousness.

  270.
  271.
Both traditions celebrate the ability of us humans to unite and work with the spirit world. The times we live in are violent and turbulent. We can observe two extremes within humanity’s consciousness and manifestation. On the one hand: greed, commercialism, and materialism are accelerating. The source of this phenomenon is a disconnection between self and others and inner emotional and spiritual hunger. On the other hand: healing and unity consciousness are gathering momentum and with it the flowering of teachers, scientists and light workers who are the vehicle of transformation, and the wave of the future.

  272.
  273.
Many of us are caught in the in-between, the grey space that is neither this nor that. It is time to take a stand as to which camp we belong. Are we going to be the takers/users, or the givers/creators? We all have some grey shades or undecided little corners, but we are called to make choices in our personal and collective lives to create the present and the future. It looks like we must wake up, gradually or not so gradually, and align ourselves with the forces of constructive creativity.

  274.
  275.
I try to take an honest look at my choices and actions on a daily basis, and I would like to invite you to do the same. There are two ancient questions that human beings have asked since the beginning of time. These can help us stir ourselves in the right direction. The questions are: who am I? And, why am I here? If you ponder these deeply and sincerely, you will keep unravelling the layers and reach interesting insights about your true nature, your gifts, and your lessons. This inner quest will put you in the camp of the builders and creators who are committed to shaping the future.

  276.
  277.
Embrace the holiday spirit, radiate joy, and sow seeds of unity. Together, let's pave the way for a brighter, harmonious future.

We human beings are one with and part of this vibrational field. Every one of our thoughts, feelings and beliefs has a vibrational signature meaning, a specific music so to speak. We can rank the vibrational frequencies of our states of being. One tool that has gained popularity in recent years is the emotional vibration chart.

  279.
  280.
This chart depicts the spectrum of our emotions and ranks them by their vibrational frequencies. For example, emotions, fear, grief or shame move slowly and have low vibrational frequency. On the other hand, the feelings of willingness, acceptance and contentment move faster and are called middle-vibration emotions. The emotions of love joy, peace and gratitude are high vibrations emotions.

  281.
  282.
Low frequencies vibrations are heavy, challenging and draining. Mid-scale vibrations feel better. High vibrational frequencies are healing, inspiring and uplifting.

  283.
  284.
In the program of Gates of Power, we distinguish 3 different aspects of the soul. One is our Emotional Self, the second one is our Defensive Self and the third one is our Expanded Self (If you want to know more about the 3 aspects of the self download the pdf below). When our Emotional Self is steeped in trauma, fear, grief, guilt or shame, It vibrates at a low and sluggish pace. Our Defensive Self tries to cop with these feelings in a very urgent and fearful way, which creates even more contracted and slow energy.

  285.
  286.
In the program, I help people tap into their Expanded Self, that part of the self that lives in the realm of high vibrational frequencies. This part is in touch with the feelings of love, peace, gratitude and empathy. The counselling and training of the Gates Of Power method helps clients learn to use their Expanded Self to heal, support, embrace and strengthen the Emotional Self as well as the Defensive Self. So that they can move up to higher vibrational frequency and learn expectance, courage and contentment.

                   Light & Darkness

A few weeks ago I was moving through a challenging time when the war in Israel broke up. 288. Where was I choosing to put my focus?
  289. Was I going to choose to dwell in fears or truth?
  290. I chose to dwell in truth and I need to renew and return to the truth over and over again.
  291.
  292. This is the power of choice. It is consistent, conscious and deliberate shifting of our mindset from darkness to light. We can choose to dwell in our dark, fearful and angry place or to dwell in the light of hope, faith, and the knowledge that we are one with the cosmic wisdom that brings about healing order and balance.
  293.
  294. The holiday of Hanukkah is about making that choice. The ritual of kindling the menorah symbolizes not only a historical victory but a timeless lesson. In a world that often teeters on the brink of chaos, our internal light becomes the guiding force steering us away from the abyss of destruction.
  295.
  296. The darkness may loom, but it is our shared responsibility to make that choice and kindle our inner light, to nurture and protect the flame within. Chanukah's radiant message is a call to embrace the inherent goodness within ourselves and others.
  297.
  298. The celebration transcends religious boundaries, emphasizing the universal truth that our collective light, when united, becomes an unstoppable force against the encroaching darkness. Choose to live in your light.

              The 12 Days of Christmas

On the first day of stress-mas, my therapist said to me: Take a deep breath and count to three. On the second day of stress-mas,...

On the first day of stress-mas, my therapist said to me: Take a deep breath and count to three.

Why is that??

  332.

  333. Age calls for that, that’s true but there is more, the last 2 years of this journey have been trying, these have touched a need to see even more clearly the winding path of my life, a need for even a deeper recognition of my evolution.

  334.

  335. What am I seeing?

  336.

  337. I see important turning points, life-altering choices, heartbreaks, challenges, achievements, victories and creative endeavours, all leading to healing and spiritual maturity. It has been fascinating to witness the connections and the transformations.

  338.

  339. But one most important and striking element became very apparent to me while experiencing these life revisitings.

  340.

  341. At every juncture of my life, even as young as 10, I noticed that I was given some kind of help, guidance or protection.

  342.

  343. Here are some examples

  344.

  345. Two car accidents 1st when I was 12, & 2nd when I was 16 could have left me broken or paralysed and I was just bruised.

  346.

  347. A romantic heartbreak at a young age caused me to meet a partner who was one of my most loving and healing bonds.

  348.

  349. At the age of 20 somehow despite not showing any obvious acting talent I was chosen out of 1000s auditioning to be accepted into the academy for the performing arts and continued to have a successful career.

  350.

  351. Later in life, as I was moving through my emotional healing (it was painful and long), somehow the right spiritual teachers and therapists showed up in my life.

  352.

  353. In my work as an artist, within 30 years, inspiring creative ideas and visuals kept coming through and manifested in my work.

  354.

  355. The holistic method and program of "Gates Of Power" as a path of healing was shown to me in clear detail.

  356.

  357. The list goes on and on.

  358.

  359. I see a presence, a loving power, that is supporting me in all the challenges and the victories. That calls for tremendous gratitude. This coming Thanksgiving gratitude takes on a new meaning for me, a deeper more peaceful trust and a sense of connection to the creative force I am part of and one with.

  360.

  361. Take a look at your own life where do you see that help, guidance or protection was provided to you in life?

  362.

  363. Do you think your life events are coincidental?

  364.
OR

  365.
Can you see the universe putting stepping stones to help you proceed?

  366.

  367. I wish us all a time of deep gratitude.

We need a state of mind of leadership in Life and at Work. Leadership is like a chair. If one leg is loose or defective the chair is not going to stand and is bound to collapse.
  369.
  370. Our Life is the same, if we are not grounded, balanced and sturdy internally we will not be able to be effective leaders. This imbalance would throw off our Peace of Mind, Focus, Productivity, Relationships, Work Ethic and Personal Confidence.

  374. Autumn always reminds me of the necessity of death for the sake of renewal. Have you noticed that just before the leaves die and drop to the ground, the trees are covered by striking colors of gold and red shimmering in the light? I call this the moment of their enlightenment.

  375.

  376.

  377.
It is as if the leaves know that they are dying and are bursting with the last drop of life, celebrating their life and their death, both at the same time. I imagine that they feel they will join the earth and live in another form. It seems like nature knows that “death” is necessary for renewal. What we see as death is just a transformation from one state of existence to another. Maybe this is why I feel autumn is a celebration of letting go, with all the glorious colors and incredible beauty.

  378.

  379.

  380.
We can all learn from nature to trust the little or big “deaths” in our lives, the shedding of the old. If we can let go, we can renew and heal. For me personally, letting go of my Art-Loft in Peekskill was a starting point for transforming the way I lead my daily life. I have let go of where I spend most of my time, and where I put my focus within daily life. I saw the necessity to let go of an overburdening work schedule and create more time for personal relaxation, meditation, spending time with family and leisure.

  381.

  382.

  383.
Letting go of old choices is not easy we get attached to our comfort zone even if it is not serving us any Longer. A continual practice of heart-felt introspection of our life choices is needed and with it the daily practice of releasing the past.

  384.

  385.

  386.
I love coaching and assisting people in moving through the past and beyond it. We look at and identify what is true and lasting within us and what is unnecessary, limiting, and false. Being who we truly are is our source of inner strength and success.

  387.

  388.

  389.
At this crucial moment of the conflict between Israel and Hamas the terrorist organisation, my prayer is that the traumatic difficult past can be released at a future point and a renewed vision and possibility will be born for the two nations(Israel and Palestine). To live side by side and mutually contribute to each other rather than seek to destroy.
  390.
  391.

  392.
REFLECTION

  393.
Take a minute to meditate on what is important for you to let go of so that you can renew yourself and your life.

  394.
  395.
For example:

  396.
  397.
Write down your 3 negative habits you are ready to shed.

  398.
  399.
Are you ready to let go of the toxic patterns within your relationships in your life that are not serving you?

  400.
  401.
Are you ready to clear the clutter in your closet/home?

  402.
  403.
I hope you will take this opportunity to take advantage of this special time.

          Navigating a Troubled World

In the midst of wars, greed destroying the environment, the sabotage of personal and social freedoms, political strife, a life...

In the midst of wars, greed destroying the environment, the sabotage of personal and social freedoms, political strife, a life overwhelmed by media and the internet, as well as the basic struggle to survive economically, individuals are torn. In the privacy of their souls (each one of us), they must cling to their right and obligation to make choices that are constructive and loving. It is an arduous task!
  404.
  405. It takes the strength of character, a solid moral and emotional compass, a passion for life, as well as a love for self and others to not fall into the pit of bitterness, anger, blame, resentment, or resignation. So many of us buckle underneath what looks like senseless cruelty, extremism, and brutality that laces our lives and filters into our homes, minds, and souls.
  406.
  407. How do we stay positive, loving, and committed to doing good? It is a continuous challenge and commitment to choose and act on the side of forgiveness and compassion. Watching the news, there are many parts of the world that are being devastated by political/social forces, natural disasters, disease, and economic strife. To me, the brutal condition in the Middle East is a symbol of our struggle to maintain human dignity intact.
  408.
  409. Are we able to settle our minds and souls in the realm of justice, unity, and love? Not an easy choice. If we can awaken to this truth, we can find our inner peace. This is a one-day-at-a-time process, affirming the positive and not scumming to the negative.
  410.
