1 (medelstor) lök<br />
½ dl havregryn<br />
1 dl mjölk<br />

2 tsk salt<br />
2 krm vitpeppar<br />

Skala och hacka löken, blanda havregryn och mjölk, låt blandningen svälla en stund.<br />
Blanda ihop alla ingredienser, rulla köttbullar och stek i smör/olja.<br />

(Jag hackar löken i matberedaren och sen tillsätter jag allt utom färsen) Blandar sen för hand ihop färsen med lökblandningen.<br />
Jag steker mina köttbullar i ugnen på 125 grader varmluft till en innertemperatur 65-68 grader kyler ner dem, steker dem sen i smör/olja vid servering.<br />
Att steka köttbullar i ugn spar tid och är mindre kladdigt.<br />

Brysselkål är en grönsak som tidigare oftast kom fram i grönsakshyllorna till jul och den serveras som tillbehör på många julbord.<br />

Men idag finns färsk brysselkål att köpa under hela hösten och vintern i många matbutiker. Just nu är det också bra pris på den, jag betalade tio kronor för 500 gram. Annars är grönsaker och framförallt rotsaker väldigt dyrt i viner.<br />

Vanligtvis kokar man brysselkålen men jag har valt att stuva den med grädde och ost.<br />

½ strimlad purjolök (ca 15 cm)<br />
1 skvätt vitt vin<br />
1-1½ msk skånsk senap<br />
1 dl grädde<br />
1 dl smakrik riven ost<br />
olja/smör<br />
Salt, peppar<br />
<br />
Fräs brysselkål och purjolök i olja/smör utan att det tar färg.<br />
Krydda med salt och peppar.<br />
Häll på vin, låt vinet koka bort.<br />
Tillsätt grädde och smaka av med senap. Koka brysselkålen ca 10 minuter eller tills den är mjuk men spänstig på låg värme. (utan lock)<br />
Ta grytan från värmen, rör ner riven ost.<br />

Ca 900 gram kokt skivad (fast) potatis<br />

1.5 dl Grädde<br />
1,5 cremé fraiche<br />

Olja/smör<br />
<br />
Skär upp isterbanden, dra av skinnet, hacka dem grovt.<br />
Fräs isterband och lök i smör/olja i några minuter.<br />
Varva skivad potatis med isterbandsröran och riven ost.<br />
Vispa ihop grädde och cremé fraiche krydda med salt och peppar.<br />
Häll på gräddblandningen.<br />
Gratinera i ugn ca 20-25 minuter.<br />

Den här helgen har vi förberett tomten för vintern, alla blomkrukor är tömda och allt som är frostkänsligt har burits in. Det känns skönt när man har betat av några måsten..<br />

Pasta, jag återkommer ofta till det. Men det är snabbt och smidigt att laga när man har tidsbrist.<br />

Förra julen skippade jag rödkålen på julbordet och istället gjorde jag en sallad. Det var nog nästan den rätt som var mest uppskattad på julbordet. Även min man och barn som inte är förtjusta i rödkål mumsade i sig den.<br />

Utanför fönstret är det höstlikt med gula löv på de flesta av träden, känns konstigt att det ska kunna bli upp mot tjugo grader varmt till helgen.<br />

Gratinerade brysselkål är ett minne från vår semester i San Diego hösten 2017. En av restaurangerna som vi åt på hade brysselkål som förtugg på menyn, hela restaurangen luktade brysselkål. Det var många gäster och även vi som mumsade på brysselkål. Tror inte det att denna rätt har eller kommer att serveras på våra svenska restauranger, men hemma hos oss har det blivit en favorit.<br />

Tärna och stek sidfläsket, låt rinna av på papper.<br />
Dela brysselkålen stek med snittytan neråt i en het oljad (använd lite av fettet från fläsket också) stekpanna. Det ska vara en mörk stekyta men inte bränd. Vänd och stek kålen någon minut på andra sidan .<br />
Lägg kålen på ett ugnsfast fat, toppa med krutonger, fläsk och riven parmesanost.<br />
Gratinera i ugn till osten är ordentligt smält.<br />

Hetta upp smöret i en stekpanna. När smöret är nötbrunt är det dags att lägga i krutongerna.<br />
Stek den runt om i smöret tills de är gyllenbruna och krispiga.<br />
Krydda med salt, peppar och vitlökspulver. Det går också bra att pressa över färsk vitlök.<br />
Ta upp krutongerna och lägg dem på hushållspapper.<br />

Har ni också det? Nu har jag bestämt att när jag öppnar en burk så ska jag skriva datum på burken.&nbsp; Jag hade även burkar som jag inte visste vad de innehöll sylter och marmelader jag kokat utan att märka upp burken med någon etikett. Men nu är det ordning och reda.<br />

Bröllopsmiddagen hade vi i gamla ångbageriet i Borensberg en fantastisk festlokal.<br />
Till middag fick gästerna börja med en bruschetta och därefter serverade vi en buffé med italienska charkuterier, sallad och lasagne. Jag lovar att gästerna uppskattade maten.<br />
Bland gästerna fanns det några vegetarianer som jag lagade lasagne till. Övrig lasagne hade vi beställt från Östenssons livs/kök i Motala. De lagar en fantastiskt god lasagne som de säljer i sina butiker.<br />

Jag har inte varit inne på bloggen på månader men nu är det åter dags att dela med mig av ny recept och kanske också gamla som jag har hottat upp..<br />
Vi avslutade sommaren med min dotters bröllop och min väns sjuttioårskalas som jag också lagade maten till.<br />
<br />
Förrätten som serverades på sjuttioårskalaset blev mycket populär så här kommer det utlovade receptet. Jag har tidigare serverat denna smörgås som ett smörrebröd tillsammans med andra smörrebröd. Tomater och oliver som jag använde av i det här receptet är av märket Ridderheims.<br />
