Interview by listening this word many of us get scared....Aren't you...? Interview is not a only one way process .It's a two way process...There is nothing to get scared ..its just like a formal talk which we have to do with official person. It's does not matter weather you are having interview for job ,for relation ship or for anything but there are several things which holds good for all. So here it goes,

<li style="margin: 0px 0px 0.25em; padding: 0px;">Before going to interview make some homework .in case you are going for job interview have a look on company website,if it is for relation than look on social media sites this will give you many idea about the insight of the person/organization.</li>
<li style="margin: 0px 0px 0.25em; padding: 0px;">1st check it out what you had mentioned in your resume ,CV or bio data. maximum of the question will be asked from that only.so be confident what you are providing .</li>
<li style="margin: 0px 0px 0.25em; padding: 0px;">Don't only just listen and answer .Take active part in the conversation .It's not like that you have to satisfy their criteria but your should also be comfortable with the way they work.the way they treat their employees .ask about anything whatever you want to know .If you ask question based upon your research ,they will feel that you are really very serious as well as interested and you got a plus point over other candidates.</li>
<li style="margin: 0px 0px 0.25em; padding: 0px;">after having interview thank them honestly .</li>
<li style="margin: 0px 0px 0.25em; padding: 0px;">send them a hand written thank you note and also do mention that what you like the most in conversation .</li>

So for the benefit of all, here are the question. For privacy reasons, identifiable data has been stripped and changed. <blockquote></blockquote> <blockquote> Yesterday I gave an interview in ABC company&nbsp; for the post&nbsp; AB Engineer. I've cleared all the rounds including the one taken by the Managing Director and my final interview is on Saturday. I don't know what will happen but I'll try my best. I'm sharing the interview questions asked by me so that It can be helpful for others through My-AeSI blog.&nbsp; Round-1 - I developed good professional relation with the H.R. through LinkedIn so my first round was easy. He just asked me about my educational qualification &amp; career objective.&nbsp; Round-2 - Tell me something about yourself ? - You have done engineering through correspondence mode so how did you manage practicals ? - Tell me about the projects you have done during academics ? - What is your career objective&nbsp; ? - What is Avionics and what all subjects have you studied in Section-B ? - You have not made any aircraft related project, all of your projects are of Embedded &amp; Robotics. Why ? - Tell me about your strength ?&nbsp; - What is the role of embedded system in Aircraft ?&nbsp; - Where do you want to see yourself in next 5 years ? - Being an engineer, Why are you doing M.B.A. ?&nbsp; Round-3 (With the Managing Director) - I'm giving you 5 minutes. Let me know about you, your family, education, projects and all in detail.&nbsp; - Why are you interested in engineering management ? - Even though there are thousands unemployed engineers in Bangalore so Why should I recruit you ? - I'll be investing lots of money on you, projects, clients and all... After 6 months or 1 year, you'll learn the technology and join any other company. Why should I give you this opportunity ? - How you can contribute to the field and the company ? - Okay I'm assigning you a task. Have a look on our website, understand what we do ? and so on... and then send an email (letter) to the H.R. on "How can you contribute to this company ?"&nbsp; If I like your letter, I'll call you for final session and It'll be around 30 minutes discussion.&nbsp; I've sent him the forwarded email. An AeSI guy, who is doing apprenticeship in NAL came for the interview. That post highlights all the mistakes he did during the interview. We were so angry over the way he handled himself, so i came up with that post. If you are coming for <a href="http://my-aesi.blogspot.com/2009/09/preparing-for-technical-interview.html">an aerospace interview then expect questions</a> on gas turbines and <a href="http://my-aesi.blogspot.com/2009/09/how-to-answer-interview-questions.html">you aren't allowed to say that I haven't studied that</a>. It's your limitation not mine. So spare us that excuse! A <a href="http://my-aesi.blogspot.com/2008/05/7-signs-of-unprofessional-resume.html">fresher's resume should be decent</a>, should have the right amount of the projects. Too many projects in the resume definitely raise a warning bell. Be sensible and take great care while putting them in your resume. And above all, you need to defend <a href="http://my-aesi.blogspot.com/2008/05/7-signs-of-unprofessional-resume.html">your resume</a>, you submitted it, so as an interviewer I fully expect you to at least know what you have written in the resume. And last of all. Professionalism !! Please be a professional. It's not about you. The company is not a charity institution to help you get stated in your career, it's business and you need to provide and show the potential to be a use to it. Otherwise you are as good as the chair you are sitting on while in the interview. So I jotted down the main points of this post as I awaited my call for the interview along with the other candidates. 1. Study the requirements clearly. This is the first step, not knowing the requirement is just like not know knowing where to aim at, not knowing what to shoot and not knowing&#160; where you are headed. So first and foremost point is get to know the requirements, what are they looking for, what skills they desire, how much experience they want and have listed on the requirement. 2. Study your cv. Yes your CV, the CV that brought you to the interview, ascertain what attracted your resume to the requirement, what your CV has that makes you good for the job, how the <a href="http://my-aesi.blogspot.com/search?q=skills+job" target="_blank">skills</a> and <a href="http://my-aesi.blogspot.com/search?q=experience" target="_blank">experience</a> listed in your cv matches to the requirement and what are the skills and points that you can highlight during the <a href="http://my-aesi.blogspot.com/search/label/interview" target="_blank">interview</a> from your CV that match with the requirement. 3. Study your projects and basics of what you have written in your resume. Take special note of the experience and the projects you have written, rehearse what those projects are and be prepared to tell someone in simple terms if you are ask you to explain a particular project, know the basics of the projects. If you have done a project on transient performance analysis of gas turbines, be prepared to answers with the questions on gas turbine basics. Likewise if stress analysis of centrifugal compressor is your forte then be prepared to answers basic questions regarding stresses and compressor. &#160; Will studying the above 3 things will only help secure you that job? Well yes it will help but articulating what you know in the interview will be the main deal. So practice your answers before hand. Don’t have a bookish answers but do have general idea on what and how to answers. Frame your answers based on your knowledge of the requirement, on what you written on your cv and to highlight the skills that are required for the job. Answer in a way to highlight the points on your <a href="http://my-aesi.blogspot.com/search/label/resume" target="_blank">resume</a> that fit with the requirement. So this are some of the ways one can prepare for a <a href="http://my-aesi.blogspot.com/search?q=technical+interview" target="_blank">technical interview</a>. Back in 2003 tejas patel gave DRDO SET examination and passed it. After that he had his DRDO technical interview. Every one has that, what special about it? After that he was generous enough to share his experience with us in the ouraesi club. C:u r in first semester , u have 3 more semesters.out of which 2 are practical.how will u join here? M:i will request u to give me time to complete,or i will take a break from m.tech and join here or i will shift my project in drdo and complete the M.tech. C:What if i dont give u time to complete the M.tech? M:I will request u to give me time...... C:what shall i ask? C:have u seen any wind tunnels? M:yes. C:where? M:iit madras. C:what type? M:all the three subsonic,transonic and supersonic. C:what is the test section range of supersonic windtunnel in iit madras? M:mach 2-2.5.(it depends,but to less complicate the matters i gave this number) C:wht is the area of the test section? M:(i couldnt recall exactlyso i said )100mm*100mm. then the professor from IISc took over. Prof:which is ur favourite subject? M:Gas dynamics P:Ok.i ask u one question. M:OK. P:design a mach 3 supersonic cruise missile,with nose l/d ratio of 1,middle lifting surface of l/d 10 and tail lifting surface of l/d 5. (I was quite confused to hear so high question ) M:is it blunt nose? P:yes (here i make a mistake) M:this is missile why do u want to have lifting surface? ALL:that u decide u have to design. (I showed something which was a missile but i dont know whether it was what he was asking or something different.but i suppose he wanted that only because he didnt gave any comment) P:show me the shock pattern. (again i was confused what to do,what we have studied is only bow shock and rest we dont know what happens at back) (Still drew something,he didnt commented so i suppose..) P:show me the location of CP? M:give me the freestream pressure. P:just tell me by ur idea where it will lie. M:between mid and tail section. P:why ? M:because we are having shock (some explanation i gave on paper by drawing ,and he was not satisfied) P:OK,if i give u three CP's of nose,midsection and tail section.can u find CP. (I was thinking to tell him to say what we do in CMcg way.that at cp the moment wont come.) P:i dont want explanation. M:yes P:how? (b4 i say something) P:my last hint (zigma M/zigma L) (b4 i start my word) P:i dont want explanation.just tell me. (b4 i start) C:Ok leave it. another prof of IISc. P2:what is stress concentration factor? (i had heard something like that but i couldnt recall so i gave bluff) M:max stress by average stress. P2:draw an rectangular element,make a hole in that,apply a tension load. P2:where will be the max stress? (b4 i can put my pencil on paper) P2:on the edges of the circle? M:yes. P2:ok,u must have learned theory of elasticity.take an element from that rectangular element.show me the stress pattern. (I showed something ,OK.I also know that it was wrong but i was off by the missile question) then came GTRE head:(he asked a simple question and i made mistake) G:take a rod and apply bending and torsion simultaneous ly.what will be bending moment diagram? G:will it be direct addition or direct subtraction? M:its addition(that's my mistake) G:direct? M:no,some equivalent value.(i couldnt recall the formula there which i would have dont atleast 100 times) then came the agra heads turn A:so u have seen the wind tunnel,what we do in wind tunnel? M:we test the model A:how we will test,directly i can take a model and test there? M:no there should be dynamic similarity.(at that time it could not recall kinematic similarity) A:what will u equate? M:reynolds no,and mach no in our cased. A:and ..? M:Froude no,but we dont give much preferrence to it. A:that's what i wanted. A:how will i test a LCA,if i have particular reynolds no then how will u test it in wind tunnel? M:we will match the reynolds no. A:how? M:suppose u have a one fifth model then vary other parameters so that it remains same. A:OK then again it came with chairman. C:u say u have worked on supersonic WT. C:why dont we dont equate reynolds no there? M:at high speed mach no i similarity is more important than reynolds no similarity. (this is probably the wrong answer) C:ok if i want to increase the test section mach no what should i do? M:increase the area ratio. C:will that be sufficient ? M:other consideration will be the pressure,either increase the total pressure or decrease the back pressure. C:ok what is area ratio? M(I explained that) C:what is throat area? (i explained that also) C:so can i increase the area in any way i like? M :no C:what if i put a cone?will it give me increase in mach no? M:no,it will have to be carefully designed C:why? C:OK,thank u,u can go. i know i had made lot of mistakes but this was my first technical interview.so i am happy even if i dont get it.i tried to perform well,but was baffled with the first question. any way the above is for others information so they dont make mistakes. tejas. </blockquote> so this is the post of tejas, i have intentionally left the message intact to give you the flavor of the sitution there. First of all thanks to tejas for the candid and honest mail about the interview. As mentioned in the earlier post, look from where most of the questions were triggered.. The fav subject is omni present and this is where the whole interview got its focus. See how different it would have been if the question tejas's answer was more related to a subject he knew a lot about. So the first lessons to learn is have your favorite subject ready. Let it be the subject that you know the most about and the subjects in which you are most confident. Second thing that you might have noticed is that all other questions that are asked are from the replies that tejas was giving, so you see interviewee is the one who leads the interview. It is your words that triggers the questions, so keep them to the territories that is topics that you are confident about. He bagan the group in rediff. You can still see the pages in rediff. Then when OURAeSi was formed, this group was merged with it and from then onward gururaj emailed his suggestions and remarks to the OURAeSI club. He was source of constant help and inspiration to me while in my days of aesi. His relevant advice and remarks that he emailed occasionally on ouraesi had many positive effect on me. Here i am listing out one of my favorite email that gururaj wrote covering fresher interview tips. <blockquote> Dear all, Along with visiting the site and reading articles kindly keep in mind that in almost all the interviews they see that how through the candidate is in Basics of the subject. Especially for freshers, its very important that they should be very strong in Basics. If you are an aerodynamist and you are asked something from propulsion side or structure side, then at least try to answer the basic concept behind the topic in which its asked and you don't have complete knowledge. Seeing from the point of view of basics and AMAeSI syllabus, I suggest that the Principles of Flight paper should be revised thoroughly by everyone who is preparing for interview in aerospace field. This paper gives basic concept and also it has a very good introduction part for all the Section B Streams. Most of them study only performance part, stability, airfoils etc. But along with this it has lot of things from propulsion, structure, avionics, instruments, etc, so kindly revise this paper thoroughly. Also revise the fluid mechanics, solid mechanics, workshop technology, aerodynamics-1, proppulsion-1 papers. It may be difficult to revise all these papers, so the best way is to take objective questions from any competitive exam books like GATE or any other papers. This will really make you good in basics. Remember that the person conducting will test your patience, communication skills and also aptitude along with your basics. The rule is "Always answer questions with confidence, even if you’re lying" Interview folks love to ask tough questions to see what kind of answer you’re going to give. So give an answer with confidence. The actual answer you give, whether in front of a group or talking one on one, is much less important than how you say it. Make something up if you have to. And when people try to confuse you, saying " Are you sure" Be confident and say yes!! Well a friend of mine is in a turbomachinery company where the top management are not very conversant with the technical topics, but still when they are interviewing someone they toss some difficult technical questions and check how the candidate handle them. So just take this advice. What ever be the question. If they doubt you on an answer, be confident and stick to your answers. One of the most common questions I got when in NAL was, “What’s the work you did in NAL?” The truth is that in a NAL, i did so many things from programming to analysis to designing, but that answer can only get you in trouble. So one day I will say I do design and analysis and the next day I will say that I did programming. Both answers are right, but I’m much better off giving one simple answer and saying it with confidence. I am posting it here as i know it will help aesi folks preparing for interveiw. This answers two basic questions regarding resume and how to prepare for interview? Question: What’s the ideal length of a resume in a world where every resume is electronic and not viewed printed out on paper? Answer: A page. Still. Your resume is a marketing document, not a summary of your life, so every line should be about an accomplishment. The more amazing your accomplishments, the fewer you need to list. For example, if you can write “Evangelized Macintosh and made it one of the most beloved brands in the world,” then you don’t need any other sales and marketing bullets on your resume. If you have totally lost perspective, and you think you have two page’s worth of incredible and relevant achievements, consider that hiring managers spend ten seconds evaluating a resume, and a scanner looks for ten keywords, which certainly fit on one page. So unless you have a great connection with the hiring manager, and you know he’ll look at both pages, don’t bother sending them. And if you do have that great connection then you are probably going to get an interview even if your resume sucks. Question: How should I prepare for an interview? Answer: An interview is a test you can study for. So memorize answers to the fifty most common questions. Most interviewers ask standard variations on standard questions, and there are right answers to these questions. Whether you are a stripper or a CIA agent, the answer to the question, “What is your weakness?” is a story about how your weakness interfered at work—in a specific situation—and you overcame it. Most of your other answers should be stories, too. This means you need to make them up before you get to the interview. Stories of your life are memorable. Lists of your life are not. Be memorable if you want to be hired. Another way to prepare is to go to the gym right before the interview. It doesn’t matter if you never go to the gym—although you should, because people who workout regularly are more successful in their careers. You should go right before an interview because people judge you first on your appearance, and if do heavy lifting with your back and stomach muscles you will stand up much straighter in the interview. This will make you look more confident, which is half the battle in being judged by appearance. They lack interview skills and manners. They are under prepared They bluff and don't even stand by those bluffs AeSI should mean quality!! You know you have the disadvantage of not having a well known entity backing you. So And AeSI graduate needs extra care to present him or her. Your degree and the Institution is not well publicized, so make an extra effort to be professional, presentable and prepared. When I was in NAL, we were a lot of 3-4 aesi graduates working as paid/unpaid training, but in that lot I had seen that they respected there degree and made efforts to show it in good light. When they prepared a resume, that was well prepared , when they went for interview, they researched the company and were prepared to handle questions arising from their resumes. As I have previously stated in my previous post <a href="http://my-aesi.blogspot.com/2007/09/how-to-prepare-for-interview.html">"How to prepare for interview after AeSI", </a>your resume is the first impression and this is where most questions will come out so know what you have written there and be there to backup what you have stated. First question paves the way for a better and positive result, so prepare it well. If you listed design of centrifugal compressor as your project, then know about it. Re-read all the basic theory that you have for the topic. And know the salient features of the project. If you have mentioned some project, know about that project, if it's Saras you have worked upon. Know which engine it is using. If compressor is your work area, know its working principle so that you can explain it to a lay person easily. Your resume will be your main showcase. So have consistent answers to according to the resume you have sent. Sometimes we send a resume, embellishing some facts here and distorting some to look good for our advantage. That's ok. Everybody does that, but know what you have written in your resume when you go for that interview. Always keep the sent resume in mind before you answer any questions. After the resumes, most other questions come up from your answers you give. So reply in a tactful way. While answering steer clear of topics that you know you won't be good in answering. The interviewer will just need one word to catch you. I have attended and listened to many interviews and from those I have seen that it’s not the interviewer who has the control of the interview. It’s the interviewee who has the control. He is the one who can lead it to any successful completion. So answer in such a way that the next question is asked on topics that you are comfortable answering. Lead the interview. In one of the interview, upon seeing my resume, the interviewer asked me to explain my project on axial compressor design and as I was explaining I mentioned entropy. He caught that word and then I had to answer 4 questions on entropy among which how many types of entropy caught me? So while answering choose your words correctly. Read the questions listed; you will also find some strategy suggestions with it. 1. Tell me about yourself: The most often asked question in interviews. You need to have a short statement prepared in your mind. Be careful that it does not sound rehearsed. Limit it to work-related items unless instructed otherwise. Talk about things you have done and jobs you have held that relate to the position you are interviewing for. Start with the item farthest back and work up to the present. 2. Why did you leave your last job? Stay positive regardless of the circumstances. Never refer to a major problem with management and never speak ill of supervisors, co-workers or the organization. If you do, you will be the one looking bad. Keep smiling and talk about leaving for a positive reason such as an opportunity, a chance to do something special or other forward-looking reasons. 3. What experience do you have in this field? Speak about specifics that relate to the position you are applying for. If you do not have specific experience, get as close as you can. 4. Do you consider yourself successful? You should always answer yes and briefly explain why. A good explanation is that you have set goals, and you have met some and are on track to achieve the others. 5. What do co-workers say about you? Be prepared with a quote or two from co-workers. Either a specific statement or a paraphrase will work. Jill Clark, a co-worker at Smith Company, always said I was the hardest workers she had ever known. It is as powerful as Jill having said it at the interview herself. 6. What do you know about this organization? This question is one reason to do some research on the organization before the interview. Find out where they have been and where they are going. What are the current issues and who are the major players? 7. What have you done to improve your knowledge in the last year? Try to include improvement activities that relate to the job. A wide variety of activities can be mentioned as positive self-improvement. Have some good ones handy to mention. 8. Are you applying for other jobs? Be honest but do not spend a lot of time in this area. Keep the focus on this job and what you can do for this organization. Anything else is a distraction. 9. Why do you want to work for this organization? This may take some thought and certainly, should be based on the research you have done on the organization. Sincerity is extremely important here and will easily be sensed. Relate it to your long-term career goals. 10. Do you know anyone who works for us? Be aware of the policy on relatives working for the organization. This can affect your answer even though they asked about friends not relatives. Be careful to mention a friend only if they are well thought of. 11. What kind of salary do you need? A loaded question. A nasty little game that you will probably lose if you answer first. So, do not answer it. Instead, say something like, That's a tough question. Can you tell me the range for this position? In most cases, the interviewer, taken off guard, will tell you. If not, say that it can depend on the details of the job. Then give a wide range. 12. Are you a team player? You are, of course, a team player. Be sure to have examples ready. Specifics that show you often perform for the good of the team rather than for yourself are good evidence of your team attitude. Do not brag, just say it in a matter-of-fact tone. This is a key point. 13. How long would you expect to work for us if hired? Specifics here are not good. Something like this should work: I'd like it to be a long time. Or As long as we both feel I'm doing a good job. 14. Have you ever had to fire anyone? How did you feel about that? This is serious. Do not make light of it or in any way seem like you like to fire people. At the same time, you will do it when it is the right thing to do. When it comes to the organization versus the individual who has created a harmful situation, you will protect the organization. Remember firing is not the same as layoff or reduction in force. 15. What is your philosophy towards work? The interviewer is not looking for a long or flowery dissertation here. Do you have strong feelings that the job gets done? Yes. That's the type of answer that works best here. Short and positive, showing a benefit to the organization. 16. If you had enough money to retire right now, would you? Answer yes if you would. But since you need to work, this is the type of work you prefer. Do not say yes if you do not mean it. 17. Have you ever been asked to leave a position? If you have not, say no. If you have, be honest, brief and avoid saying negative things about the people or organization involved. 18. Explain how you would be an asset to this organization You should be anxious for this question. It gives you a chance to highlight your best points as they relate to the position being discussed. Give a little advance thought to this relationship. 19. Why should we hire you? Point out how your assets meet what the organization needs. Do not mention any other candidates to make a comparison. 20. Tell me about a suggestion you have made Have a good one ready. Be sure and use a suggestion that was accepted and was then considered successful. One related to the type of work applied for is a real plus. 21. What irritates you about co-workers? This is a trap question. Think real hard but fail to come up with anything that irritates you. A short statement that you seem to get along with folks is great. 22. What is your greatest strength? Numerous answers are good, just stay positive. A few good examples: Your ability to prioritize, Your problem-solving skills, Your ability to work under pressure, Your ability to focus on projects, Your professional expertise, Your leadership skills, Your positive attitude 23. Tell me about your dream job. Stay away from a specific job. You cannot win. If you say the job you are contending for is it, you strain credibility. If you say another job is it, you plant the suspicion that you will be dissatisfied with this position if hired. The best is to stay genetic and say something like: A job where I love the work, like the people, can contribute and can't wait to get to work. 24. Why do you think you would do well at this job? Give several reasons and include skills, experience and interest. 25. What are you looking for in a job? See answer # 23 26. What kind of person would you refuse to work with? Do not be trivial. It would take disloyalty to the organization, violence or lawbreaking to get you to object. Minor objections will label you as a whiner. 27. What is more important to you: the money or the work? Money is always important, but the work is the most important. There is no better answer. 28. What would your previous supervisor say your strongest point is? There are numerous good possibilities: Loyalty, Energy, Positive attitude, Leadership, Team player, Expertise, Initiative, Patience, Hard work, Creativity, Problem solver 29. Tell me about a problem you had with a supervisor Biggest trap of all. This is a test to see if you will speak ill of your boss. If you fall for it and tell about a problem with a former boss, you may well below the interview right there. Stay positive and develop a poor memory about any trouble with a supervisor. 30. What has disappointed you about a job? Don't get trivial or negative. Safe areas are few but can include: Not enough of a challenge. You may say that you thrive under certain types of pressure. Give an example that relates to the type of position applied for. 32. Do your skills match this job or another job more closely? You should be clear on this with your family prior to the interview if you think there is a chance it may come up. Do not say yes just to get the job if the real answer is no. This can create a lot of problems later on in your career. Be honest at this point and save yourself future grief. 37. Are you willing to put the interests of theorganization ahead of your own? This is a straight loyalty and dedication question. Do not worry about the deep ethical and philosophical implications. Just say yes. 38. Describe your management style. Try to avoid labels. Some of the more common labels, like progressive, salesman or consensus, can have several meanings or descriptions depending on which management expert you listen to. The situational style is safe, because it says you will manage according to the situation, instead of one size fits all. 39. What have you learned from mistakes on the job? Here you have to come up with something or you strain credibility. Make it small, well intentioned mistake with a positive lesson learned. An example would be working too far ahead of colleagues on a project and thus throwing coordination off. 40. Do you have any blind spots? Trick question. If you know about blind spots, they are no longer blind spots. Do not reveal any personal areas of concern here. Let them do their own discovery on your bad points. Do not hand it to them. 41. If you were hiring a person for this job, what would you look for? Be careful to mention traits that are needed and that you have. 42. Do you think you are overqualified for this position? Regardless of your qualifications, state that you are very well qualified for the position. 43. How do you propose to compensate for your lack ofexperience? First, if you have experience that the interviewer does not know about, bring that up: Then, point out (if true) that you are a hard working quick learner. 44. What qualities do you look for in a boss? Be generic and positive. Safe qualities are knowledgeable, a sense of humor, fair, loyal to subordinates and holder of high standards. All bosses think they have these traits. 45. Tell me about a time when you helped resolve a dispute between others. Pick a specific incident. Concentrate on your problem solving technique and not the dispute you settled. 46. What position do you prefer on a team working on a project? Be honest. If you are comfortable in different roles, point that out. 47. Describe your work ethic. Emphasize benefits to the organization. Be sure that you refer to something that was beyond your control. Show acceptance and no negative feelings. 49. Tell me about the most fun you have had on the job. Talk about having fun by accomplishing something for the organization. 50. Do you have any questions for me? Always have some questions prepared. Questions prepared where you will be an asset to the organization are good.
