  57. <p>If you ask me to what extent I am aware of not being able to do a declaration of criminal offenses against Mr Nossbaum, I can explain the consequences of this.</p>
  58. <p>“I have known Mr. Nossbaum for many years because we share same interests, namely music and sports. That’s how I knew and know that Mr Nossbaum was involved during conversations with him and that he was affected by the healthcare inspection on a number of complaints submitted to him in his act as a MD.</p>
  59. <p>He has asked me several times for crimes committed against him and how to act. This he did, because I have been working as a police detective for 37 years, in various functions, at the moment as police inspector at the police academy.</p>
  60. <p>He, and his wife, Mrs van Dijk, are more threatened with a crime against life. Among other things, in receiving a bulletin letter. In addition, there have been several destructions committed to the home and cars. Intentional car screws have also been removed from his car, causing a very serious accident with severe bodily injury from Mr. Nossbaum. When Mr Nossbaum tried to declare this, declares were  ignored systematically, or the declare was dismissed after a short period of time without thorough investigation. This course of affairs has greatly embarrassed me.</p>
  61. <p>Last year, I contacted Mr Nossbaum with a senior police officer of the Hague Police Unit to advise him and make it possible to declare there. However, after a long time, the answer came to the conclusion that the cases were “politically sensitive” and no declaration has been received. It have not become clear what was the underlying cause.</p>
  62. <p>I know that Mr Nossbaum is a brave caring and very knowledgeable (three times Master graduated) M.D  in at least four serious cases.</p>

  65. <li>The case of so-called permanent fillers,</li>
  66. <li><span class="VIiyi" lang="en"><span class="JLqJ4b ChMk0b" data-language-for-alternatives="en" data-language-to-translate-into="nl" data-phrase-index="0">Characterassassination via the national and worldwide (social media), which led to the suicide of a general practitioner and demonstrably serious abuse of power and serious transgressive behaviour.</span></span></li>

  70. <p>In addition, the extremely damaging newspapers have appeared on him in the Telegraph and the Algemeen Dagblad and social media have greatly contributed to demonizing M.D Nossbaum. If you can not declare any harm, defamation or insult, your name is damaged for a lifetime and you can not refute it. Therefore, I do not think it’s possible to remove these articles from Google and the Internet.</p>
  71. <p>A number of years ago, at the request of Mr Nossbaum, I had a conversation between Mr Nossbaum and his wife, including Mr inspector Neefjes IGJ , inspector and Mrs Ten Cate-Adema (IGJ) at the IGZ. Mr Neefjes has conducted a preliminary investigation into a complaint against Mr Nossbaum in connection with his and “involvement” in the illness of his mother-in-law. The medical disciplinary committee was only of the opinion that Mr Nossbaum should not have prescribed medication without the GP, despite an urgent request from family and his mother-in-law. Even though Nossbaum had followed all medical protocols and informed consent existed.</p>
  72. <p>I could not and cannot have the impression that there was already much prejudice from IGZ inspector Frank Neefjes about Mr Nossbaum’s negligent “doing” and the lack of a formal complaint, there was a high degree of bias towards Mr Nossbaum. I responded to this during the conversation.</p>
  73. <p>The statement by Mr. Neefjes that the IGJ is above the law was remarkable. An example is that Mr. Neefjes approached Mr. Nossbaum’s general practitioner and, through blackmail, gave the general practitioner the name of Mr. Nossbaum’s treating neurologist (See car “incident” of Mr Nossbaum).</p>

  75. <p>The IGJ can close any practice / private clinic / hospital with immediate effect on the basis of IGZ articles!</p>
  76. <p>The most bizarre IGJ article example was article 38 of the then IGJ(Z), that everyone was allowed to inject permanent fillers in the face, provided that it was under the responsibility of a M.D!</p>
  77. <p><span class="VIiyi" lang="en"><span class="JLqJ4b" data-language-for-alternatives="en" data-language-to-translate-into="nl" data-phrase-index="0" data-number-of-phrases="1">The IGJ makes health care in the Netherlands seriously unhealthy and as an institution is it therefore a contradiction in terms. Article 38 of the IGZ at the time is the ultimate shadow of this non-functioning organ.</span></span></p>

The consequences were dramatic for Nico Tromp, his wife, children and the village of Tuitjenhorn. Nico Tromp was unable to live with his professional &#8220;life&#8221; afterwards due to the criminal consequences generated by the IGJ. Later, among other things, at the European Court it appeared from forensic anesthetic research that G.P Tromp had indeed acted correctly. </span></span></div>

  211. <p>Als u mij vraag in hoeverre ik op de hoogte ben van <u>niet</u> het doen kunnen doen van aangifte betreffende strafbare feiten tegen de heer Nossbaum en de gevolgen hiervan kan ik u hierover het volgende verklaren.</p>
  212. <p>“ ik ken de heer Nossbaum al gedurende een groot aantal jaren vanwege het feit dat wij gezamenlijke hobby’s delen, namelijk muziek en sporten. Zo wist en weet ik dat de heer Nossbaum, door gesprekken met hem, verwikkeld was en is geraakt met de inspectie voor de gezondheidszorg omtrent een aantal klachten die  tegen hem zijn ingediend in zijn handelen als arts.</p>
  213. <p>Hij heeft mij meerdere keren om advies gevraagd betreffende strafbare feiten die tegen hem gepleegd zijn en hoe te handelen. Dit deed hij omdat ik al ruim 37 jaar werkzaam ben als opsporings ambtenaar bij de politie, in diverse functies, op dit moment  als inspecteur van politie bij de politieacademie.</p>
  214. <p>Hij, en zijn echtgenote, mevrouw van Dijk zijn  meerdere bedreigd met een misdrijf tegen het leven. Onder andere in het ontvangen van een kogelbrief. Daarnaast zijn er aan de woning en auto’s meerdere vernielingen gepleegd. Ook zijn opzettelijk wielbouten van de auto van zijn auto losgedraaid, waardoor  een zeer ernstig ongeval ontstond met zwaar lichamelijk letsel van de heer Nossbaum .  Wanneer de heer Nossbaum trachtte hiervan aangifte te doen werd er stelselmatig geen aangifte opgenomen, of werd de aangifte na korte tijd, zonder gedegen onderzoek geseponeerd. Deze gang van zaken heeft mij in sterke mate bevreemd.</p>
  215. <p>Vorig jaar nog heb ik de heer Nossbaum in contact gebracht met een hoge politiefunctionaris van de eenheid Haaglanden om hem te adviseren en het mogelijk te maken daar aangifte te doen. Echter na geruime tijd kwam uiteindelijk het antwoord dat de zaak “politiek gevoelig lag” en is er geen aangifte opgenomen. Wat hieraan ten grondslag ligt is mij niet duidelijk geworden.</p>
  216. <p>Ik weet dat de heer Nossbaum in tenminste twee ernstige zaken, het meervoudig ernstig sexueel misbruik van kinderen en de zaak van de zogenaamde permanente fillers “klokkenluider” is. Deze en andere zaken bestrijken een termijn van meer dan 10 jaar. Met klokkenluiders, zo leert de geschiedenis loopt het over het algemeen slecht af. Er is mijn inziens een causaal verband tussen genoemde zaken en wat de heer Nossbaum overkomt en overkomen is.</p>
  217. <p>Daarnaast de uiterst beschadigende kranten artikelen over hem in de Telegraaf en het Algemeen Dagblad zijn verschenen hebben in sterke mate bijgedragen tot het demoniseren van de heer Nossbaum. Als je dan geen aangifte kan doen van smaad, laster of belediging, is je naam levenslang beschadigd en kan je niets weerleggen. Het lukt mijn inziens daarom ook niet om deze artikelen van onder andere het internet te doen verwijderen.</p>
  218. <p>Ik ben een aantal jaren geleden, op verzoek van de heer Nossbaum aanwezig geweest bij een gesprek tussen de heer Nossbaum en zijn echtgenote met onder andere ,  de heer Neefjes, inspecteur, bij de IGZ . De heer Neefjes deed een vooronderzoek betreffende een klacht tegen de heer Nossbaum naar aanleiding van zijn handelen en betrokkenheid bij het overlijden zijn schoonmoeder. Ik kon en kan mij niet aan de indruk onttrekken dat er toen al in het voorgesprek, zonder dat er sprake was van een formele klacht, sprake was van een sterke mate van vooringenomenheid door de heer Neefjes over het nalatig handelen door de heer Nossbaum. Ik heb hier tijdens het gesprek nog een reactie op gegeven.</p>
  219. <p>Afsluitend ik ben van mening dat er een onlosmakelijk verband bestaat tussen het niet kunnen doen van aangifte en de wijze waarop een aantal zaken verlopen zijn en de huidige klachten over het handelen van de heer Nossbaum”.</p>

  221. <p>If you ask me to what extent I am aware of not being able to do a declaration of criminal offenses against Mr Nossbaum, I can explain the consequences of this.</p>
  222. <p>“I have known Mr. Nossbaum for many years because we share same interests, namely music and sports. That’s how I knew and know that Mr Nossbaum was involved during conversations with him and that he was affected by the healthcare inspection on a number of complaints submitted to him in his act as a MD.</p>
  223. <p>He has asked me several times for crimes committed against him and how to act. This he did, because I have been working as a police detective for 37 years, in various functions, at the moment as police inspector at the police academy.</p>
  224. <p>He, and his wife, Mrs van Dijk, are more threatened with a crime against life. Among other things, in receiving a bulletin letter. In addition, there have been several destructions committed to the home and cars. Intentional car screws have also been removed from his car, causing a very serious accident with severe bodily injury from Mr. Nossbaum. When Mr Nossbaum tried to declare this, declares were  ignored systematically, or the declare was dismissed after a short period of time without thorough investigation.   225. <p>Last year, I contacted Mr Nossbaum with a senior police officer of the Hague Police Unit to advise him and make it possible to declare there. However, after a long time, the answer came to the conclusion that the cases were “politically sensitive” and no declaration has been received. It have not become clear what was the underlying cause.</p>
  226. <p>I know that Mr Nossbaum is “whistleblower” in at least two serious cases, the sexually serious sexual abuse of children and the case of so-called permanent fillers. These and other matters cover a term of more than 10 years. With whistleblowers, the history is generally bad. In my opinion, there is a causal link between the issues mentioned and what Mr Nossbaum has happend what has happens to him.</p>
  227. <p>In addition, the extremely damaging newspapers have appeared on him in the Telegraph and the Algemeen Nieuwsblad have greatly contributed to demonizing Mr. Nossbaum. If you can not declare any harm, defamation or insult, your name is damaged for a lifetime and you can not refute it. Therefore, I do not think it’s possible to remove these articles from Google and the Internet.</p>
  228. <p>A number of years ago, at the request of Mr Nossbaum, I had a conversation between Mr Nossbaum and his wife, including Mr Neefjes, Inspector at the IGZ. Mr Neefjes conducted a preliminary investigation into a complaint against Mr Nossbaum in response to his actions and involvement in the death of his mother in law. I could and can not hold the impression that there was already a great deal of prejudices by Mr Neefjes about the negligent act of Mr Nossbaum and the absence of a formal complaint, there was a high degree of bias by mr. Neefjes. I have responded to this during the conversation.</p>
  229. <p>In conclusion, I believe that there is an inseparable link between failure to declare and the way in which some cases have expired and the current complaints about Mr Nossbaum’s actions.</p>
