Fata de reteta cu pui asta e un pic diferita deoarece porcul se face mai greu.<br />Asadar, am cumparat jumatate de kg. de carne de porc fara grasime pe care am spalat-o bine si am taiat-o cubulete. Am adaugat sare si piper, am prajit-o in ulei incins (foarte putin) cu capac apoi am stins-o cu un pahar de vin alb. Dupa ce s-a evaporat vinul iar carnea s-a prajit, am adaugat o mana de ciuperci champignon si am lasat in continuare sub capac pana s-au facut si ele.<br />Separat, in alta tigaie, am incins 30 ml. de ulei in care am prajit 250 g. de cus cus pana acesta face spuma si i se schimba culoarea. In acest moment am adaugat 700 ml. de supa (sau apa cu delikat) si am mai lasat 10 minute la foc mic. E gata cand cus cus-ul este al dente (nu crantane, nu se lipeste de dinti). Desi nu am fost dezamagita niciodata de vreo alta reteta de pui la cuptor mi-am zis sa o incerc si pe asta sa vad ce mare descoperire o fi. Apoi mi-am amintit ca americanii in general mananca semipreparate si poate de asta e un mare mister cum iese un pui perfect la cuptor.<br />Asadar...puiul spalat si uscat cu un servetel se da cu sare si piper peste tot, se unge cu cateva linguri de ulei de masline si se introduce o lamaie intreaga in interior intepata cu o furculita pe alocuri. Se leaga picioarele si se introduce la cuptor vreo doua ore (in functie de marimea puiului). Cam asta-i tot. Am inabusit prazul taiat rondele cu o lingura de ulei si un pahar de vin alb apoi am adaugat doua linguri de bulion. Am facut in oala de tuci ca m-am gandit ca iese mai bun. Dupa ce a fiert am adaugat carne de pui prajita in prealabil, o mana de masline si am mai lasat la fiert inca 10 min. Intr-o oala in care fierbe apa cu sare se adauga legume taiate marunt sau date prin razatoare (de data asta am avut pastarnac, telina, morcov si ceapa dar merge si ardeiul si rosia). Cand sunt fierte se adauga borsul si zarzavatul apoi dupa 7-8 minute perisoarele care se fac asa: se formeaza mici bile (cam cat o nuca) dintr-un amestec format din 500-600 g. carne tocata, un ou, o legatura patrunjel taiata marunt, sare, piper, o lingura de ulei si o ceapa prajita in prealabil. Stiu, nu e foarte sanatos cu ceapa prajita, merge si cruda dar e mai bun asa. Perisoarele fierb in cateva minute iar optional puteti adauga taitei. De data asta am cumparat cod congelat insa data viitoare o sa incerc cu peste proaspat. <br />
Pestele se curata, se spala bine si se da cu sare, apoi se prajeste in ulei incins. Separat se face o fiertura din doua parti apa si o parte otet la care se adauga frunze de dafin, piper boabe si sare. Se curata o ceapa solzisori si un morcov rondele si se oparesc un minut in apa cu otet dupa care se scot. Totul se lasa la racit.<br />

Aproape de final se adauga leustean si patrunjel si gata. <br />Eu am avut peste proaspat "marca" fitofag iar stelutele le-am obtinut dintr-o lingura de ulei de masline. Am folosit o punga de ciuperci congelate care au fost foarte bune, le prefer celor din borcan care imi dau senzatia ca stau in formol...parerea mea:)<br />Cum spuneam am calit ciupercile in putin ulei de masline iar cand au fost gata am adaugat si un ardei gras rosu pe care l-am mai lasat un minut fara insa sa se inmoaie. Peste ciuperci si ardei am adaugat carnea si 400 ml de smantana si am lasat la fiert la foc mic aproximativ 7-8 minute. M-a invitat intr-o zi la un wok cu bunatati si mi-a placut atat de mult &nbsp;incat atunci cand am ajuns acasa m-am hotarat sa fac si eu ceva asemanator. <br />
Se gaseste de cumparat la Kaufland un plic "Fix China" care face practic toata treaba...trebuie doar putina carne prajita simplu in <u>foarte</u> putin ulei (pui, porc sau vita) peste care se adauga continutul plicului cu apa rece (metoda este descrisa pe plic). Cand este gata amestecul, se lasa deoparte.<br />
Intre timp am fiert orezul in apa condimentata cam 15 min. sau cat scrie pe cutie apoi l-am prajit intr-o tigaie teflonata fara ulei si am lasat &nbsp;la foc mare&nbsp;pana se deshidrateaza iar boabele se separa complet. Peste orez am adaugat apoi o punga de legume chinezesti si le-am facut impreuna la foc mare doua-trei minute cu sos de soia si putin praf de ghimber.<br />

Cum am facut eu (desi va puteti juca in fel si chip): piscoturile le-am rupt in jumatate, le-am inmuiat in cafea tare si dulce apoi am tapetat niste cupe de inghetata. Intre timp am mixat pudra de sarlota cu 300 ml. lapte rece si am umplut cupele. Doua ore la frigider si gata.<br />
Se mai poate adauga lichior de cafea in cafea, sau daca praful de sarlota este cu aroma de ciocolata se mai adauga un plic de cafea instant. Trebuiau ornate cu boabe de cafea dar nu am avut pe moment....data viitoare.<br />

Un exemplu de mancare rapida este cea din poza de jos. Am fiert cartofii cu sare, am condimentat niste pulpe de pui si le-am lasat la cuptor cu lamaie, vin alb si putin ulei cam o ora. In plus , am adaugat si niste usturoi in coaja care este foarte bun dupa ce s-a copt. O mancare pe care o fac cand nu am prea mult chef si mai ales timp de gatit. <br />

Mai mereu face coaste la gratar pe care le pregateste cu foarte multe ingrediente la care nici macar nu m-as fi gandit. Inspirata de emisiune am cumparat si eu o bucata de coasta de porc pe care m-am gandit sa o condimentez cu tot felul de chestii poate poate iese la fel de interesant. Am spalat coasta (ca cine stie prin cate maini o fi trecut) am uscat-o cu servetele si am condimentat-o cu ce vedeti in poza. Daca ii dai un morcov iti face patru feluri de mancare si mi se pare delicioasa si o coaja de copac gatita de el. Banalul vin fiert este mult mai deosebit facut in acest fel: zaharul se pune la fiert cu putina apa si cand s-a facut caramel se adauga condimente clasice precum cuisoare, scortisoara, anason (toate se gasesc in pachetelul pentru vin fiert de la Fuchs) se mai adauga si putina coaja de la o portocala si o lamaie iar dupa cateva minute vinul care trebuie sa fie de calitate. Mai trebuie un pachet de unt care se amesteca cu boia, sare, usturoi granulat, cimbru, coaja rasa de la o lamaie si ce alte condimente mai doreste fiecare, putina miere pentru final.<br />Puiul spalat bine (de preferat sa fie rece) si uscat cu servetele se unge cu unt peste tot. In interior eu am introdus o lamaie fara coaja feliata si o crenguta de cimbru...e optional. L-am infasurat apoi intr-un tifon de mai multe ori (cam trei straturi) si l-am mai stropit cu putin ulei de masline. Sosul rezultat este delicios. <br />
Se face asa: carnea de porc se taie cubulete cam de 3cm. si se prajeste in putin ulei (pus la incins cu un minut inainte) pana devine aurie, se stinge cu un pahar de vin alb sau rose, se adauga o ceapa mare taiata solzisori si se tin toate ingredientele sub capac trei-patru minute fara insa sa scada sosul de tot. Se adauga sare si piper si gata. Eu am asortat totul cu branza de vaci..dupa pofte. Foarte bun.<br />

Prunele fara samburi le-am lasat cu zahar pana acesta s-a topit si s-a format un sos dupa care le-am scos si am umplut cu ele tarta iar sosul l-am fiert pana a devenit gros ca mierea si l-am folosit pe post de topping la final. Nu au fost greturi si alte chestii asociate unei sarcini insa eram in stare sa mananc numai verdeturi daca era dupa mine. Mai putin cu carnea si retete complicate in toata aceasta perioada. Postez niste poze facute ce-i drept mai pe la sfarsitul sarcinii cand mi-a mai revenit pofta de a gati. <br />

Anul trecut am incercat si afumat si garantez ca nu gasesti nimic mai bun. <br />Pentru portia asta am avut piept de porc fara os (sa fie cat mai slab cu putinta) pe care l-am condimentat cu un plic de usturoi uscat, sare mai multa, condiment pentru porc din comert, boia de ardei iute si dulce, piper. Dupa ce l-am condimentat l-am fiert la foc mic iar in oala am adaugat si o crenguta de cimbru. Cand a fiert l-am mai condimentat o data si l-am lasat in cuptor cam doua-trei ore. Modificarea consta in faptul ca in loc de carne de pui am folosit de vita iar modul de preparare e putin diferit. Asadar, am fiert doua portii de orez in apa si condimente (orez gen "thai" care nu se lipeste), peste care am adaugat cubulete de vita prajite, ciuperci taiate felii si am acoperit tot cu supa crema de ciuperci.<br />

Cand e gata se adauga in tava o mana de fasole fiarta, doua rosii, doua frunze de dafin, cimbru, suc de rosii, sare si piper apoi se da iar la cuptor pana scade sosul format si arata ca in poza.<br />
