3. La Fachada de la casa es de mármol travertino que es combinado con granito de color gris oscuro en varias áreas, como en el plano vertical de la fachada principal. El Blanco tiene el papel principal en el edificio (en interiores y exteriores). Además, cuenta con numerosas ventanas amplias. Ambos elementos dan a la casa una gran cantidad de luz y vitalidad. Tiene un acceso directo desde una calle privada situada en el norte. En la zona sur se encuentra un amplio jardín que está unido con el desarrollo de espacios verdes urbanos.<br />

Todo el diseño se centra en el lago y se compone de una serie de marcos espaciales que ofrece espacios privado como zonas públicas. El lago está rodeado de numerosos robles que forman una hermosa copa alrededor del lago, que lo separa de la extensión de las tierras agrícolas.&lt;br /&gt;

16. Las salas de estar están abiertos a la vista al lago y los bosques, pero visualmente cerrados a los vecinos de los lados. El exterior de la casa se hace en forma sostenible con un revestimiento de Ipe, concreto y paneles de aluminio. 17. Es una construcción con un diseño simple basado en líneas rectas y volúmenes geométricos. Estas piezas arquitectónicas ha creado como terrazas y voladizos de la fachada posterior de donde es posible ver las espectaculares vistas del Océano Atlántico. Piedra caliza cubre todo el edificio. Además la fachada de la vivienda incluye muchos grandes ventanales que dan mucha luminosidad y sensación de amplitud.<br />

23. &lt;/div&gt;A single-family house of 250m2 that tales place in Mera, a coastal village of La Coruña. It is a construction with a simple design based on straight lines and geometrical volumes. These architectural pieces have been created as terraces and corbels in the back façade from where is possible to see the spectaculars views of Atlantic Ocean. Limestone covered the whole building. Furthermore the housing’s façade includes many large windows that give a lot of luminosity and spaciousness sensation. La casa está situada en la costa este de Jutlandia, Dinamarca y allí viven dos padres y cuatro de sus hijos. La casa tiene tres niveles que resuelven todos los problemas del sitio. Además la casa tiene preciosas vista al mar, habitaciones con unas vistas impresionantes a las terrazas al aire libre en 2 niveles diferentes. El sótano incluye garaje, trastero, bodega, salas de juegos, baños y una piscina cubierta con amplia zona con acceso directo al jardín. El primer nivel incluye el vestíbulo principal, un lavadero, dormitorios, baños, una cocina abierta y un gran salón con acceso directo a la terraza más baja. La planta superior incluye cuarto de baño principal, dormitorio principal con vestidor y un salón más pequeño con una chimenea. El piso superior tiene una vista panorámica única hacia el mar y el acceso a la terraza en la azotea rodeada por un seto de bambú. En la parte central de la casa un gran mural destaca la sala de entrada de altura triple, creando una gran conexión vertical a través de la casa.&lt;br /&gt;

La casa tiene tres niveles que resuelven todos los problemas del sitio. Además la casa tiene preciosas vista al mar, habitaciones con unas vistas impresionantes a las terrazas al aire libre en 2 niveles diferentes. El sótano incluye garaje, trastero, bodega, salas de juegos, baños y una piscina cubierta con amplia zona con acceso directo al jardín. El primer nivel incluye el vestíbulo principal, un lavadero, dormitorios, baños, una cocina abierta y un gran salón con acceso directo a la terraza más baja. La planta superior incluye cuarto de baño principal, dormitorio principal con vestidor y un salón más pequeño con una chimenea. El piso superior tiene una vista panorámica única hacia el mar y el acceso a la terraza en la azotea rodeada por un seto de bambú. Y lo hace con un ejercicio de equilibrio inestable de estructuras que envuelve el recinto de habitación permitiendo que la visión escape, con estructuras pesadas, a grandes trazos, para que su disposición provoque la acción gravitatoria que mueve el espacio, y así define el lugar.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style=&quot;text-align: justify;&quot;&gt;El orden de apilamientos estructurales genera un helicoide que parte de un apoyo estable, la viga madre, para ir desarrollándose en sentido ascendente con estructuras cada vez mas ligeras hasta cerrar la secuencia con un punto que culmina el sistema de equilibrio. Son siete elementos cuyos encuentros responden a su naturaleza constructiva, a sus solicitaciones, y sus esfuerzos expresan su condición estructural. Con ello la casa se torna aérea, ligera, transparente, y el espacio que ha llenado su interior gira con la vida. La aparente simplicidad de sus encuentros exige una compleja ingeniería gracias al armado, y al pretensado y postensado de los aceros que cosen el alma de las vigas. Un año de ingeniería para construir la estructura en siete días, gracias a una total prefabricación de las partes y una cadencia de montaje perfectamente coordinada por un guión técnico. Todo nuestro esfuerzo para desarrollar la técnica en busca de un espacio concreto. Y así surge un lenguaje sorprendente, donde la forma desaparece dejando paso al espacio desnudo.
