It introduced French cuisine and bistro culture to the area. As the restaurant prepared to set up shop in Montreal, venturing outside its home region for the very first time, our plans quickly moved beyond simple design. We knew we needed to elevate the Cochon Dingue brand and make it truly iconic to propel its provincial expansion.
The challenge was transforming a renowned establishment by shifting its French bistro roots into a fully Québécois operation: an evolution that would be reflected in its visual identity, tone, menu and layout.
Inspired by the legendary kitchen parties rooted in popular culture, the dining room's open-plan layout creates an inviting, friendly space, with tables set close together and service stations in view of diners to add to the laid-back atmosphere. The dancing pig icon, arched logo and inviting tone add a warm touch to the restaurant.

Channelling some 007 dramatic vibes, Alex shot in an underground brick location, using a mix of red backlight and cooler fill light to keep things sinister without losing sense of the matte grey paint or red accents on the car.
Alex enlisted Recom Farmhouse's London studio for full post support to realize the vision and finish the huge number or images for a rushed delivery. The team worked closely together to keep the vision alive while addressing client feedback and ensuring the vehicle remained the hero. All imagery was captured in-camera, and the dynamic shots were completely handheld on a medium format Fuji GFX at 1/30th of a second... As real as it gets!

The initiative creates a fresh, experience-driven brand touchpoint that travels across multiple locations in Hungary ? all with free entry for Telekom subscribers.
Visual Identity Concept:?The visual system was built around Telekom's iconic magenta, which was a required brand element. Instead of letting it dominate, we integrated magenta into a vibrant, playful color palette. This approach allowed us to preserve brand recognition while giving the festival its own distinctive and contemporary look.
