  99. ingrediënten voor ijstaart 10 personen:&lt;br /&gt;

  101. 1 half diepvriesdoosje rode vruchten mix en 1 half diepvriesdoosje aardbeien&lt;br /&gt;
  102. 1 liter slagroomijs&lt;br /&gt;
  103. 200 ml slagroom&lt;br /&gt;
  104. 2 eetlepels suiker&lt;br /&gt;
  105. 100 gram kanelly&#39;s of kaneelbiscuitjes vermalen ( vermalen tot je 100 gram hebt)&lt;br /&gt;
  106. 40 gram roomboter&lt;br /&gt;
  107. 5 eetlepels bosvruchten of aardbeienjam&lt;br /&gt;
  108. chocolade snippers&lt;br /&gt;
  109. 1 springvorm 20cm bekleed met bakpapier&lt;br /&gt;
  110. &lt;br /&gt;
  111. de gewenste hoeveelheid aan vruchten laten ontdooien. houd wat apart voor de garnering.het ijs in een half uur smeuïg laten worden. De slagroom stijf kloppen met de suiker erdoor.de koekjes in de keukenmachine verkruimelen en met de gesmolten boter vermengen. druk de koekkruimels plat in de springvorm.&lt;br /&gt;
  112. de ontdooide vruchten met 5 eetlepels jam mengen en door de slagroomijs roeren tot egaal mengsel.&lt;br /&gt;
  113. dit vruchtenijs over de koekbodem verdelen.en hierop de slagroom spuiten. garneer daarna met de overgebleven vruchten en chocoladesnippers. laat de taart in 3 a 4 uur weer bevriezen en haal een half uur voor het serveren uit de diepvries.&lt;br /&gt;
  114. op schaal laten ontdooien.&lt;br /&gt;

  116. tip: je kan ook de koekbodem dikker maken door meer koek te nemen en iets meer boter.&lt;br /&gt;
  117. tip: je kan ook de taart zonder de opgespoten slagroom invriezen en dan de slagroom erop spuiten en met de overgebleven vruchten garneren voordat je de taart serveert.&lt;br /&gt;

  408. verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden&lt;br /&gt;
  409. rol het deeg uit tot het een 1/2 cm dik is. gebruik uitstekers of snijd de koekjes naar eigen bedachte vorm uit.&lt;br /&gt;
  410. leg ze op een rooster op bakfolie in het midden van de oven.&lt;br /&gt;
  411. zorg dat de koekjes niet tegen elkaar aan komen.&lt;br /&gt;
  412. bak ze ongeveer 13 minuten totdat ze een goudbruin randje hebben.&lt;br /&gt;
  413. de koekjes zijn nu nog zacht maar dat hoort zo, met het afkoelen worden ze harder.&lt;br /&gt;
