  4. 200 gram roomkaas (philiadephia, of bij aldi smaakt ook lekker)&lt;br /&gt;
  5. 250 gram poedersuiker&lt;br /&gt;
  6. flinke scheut karamelsaus van dr. oetker&lt;br /&gt;
  7. &lt;br /&gt;
  8. roomboter en roomkaas op kamertemperatuur laten komen, roomkaas laten uitdruppen (zit altijd wat vocht bij). dit door elkaar mixen op middelhoge snelheid tot het lekker zacht is.&lt;br /&gt;
  9. daarna beetje voor beetje de poedersuiker erbij. dan een flinke scheut karamelsaus erdoor mixen. op smaak brengen.&lt;br /&gt;
  10. voor extra stevige topping doe je er meer poedersuiker bij.&lt;br /&gt;
