I used the facilities and was back in less than three minutes (yes, I sometimes time myself). There was another person in the seat I was sitting in. I shared with him that I had just gone to the restroom, that that is my beer in front of him, etc. The person in the seat, rolled his eyes (what's up with everyone rolling their eyes lately??), but moved two seats over. No big deal, correct. Then, as is happening more and more often his female companion flies down from the rafters and proceeds to go up one side of me and down the other, with all kinds of vitriol. I only went to the restroom, had been in the same seat for close to three hours, there were other open seats, and places at the bar, and on the other side of Elvira. So, what is the proper etiquette??

 170.
David, thanks for the clear explanation of the CRTs and how to make sense of them. In my project, I'm trying to build a static C library linked against a DLL CRT (I used /MDd). Your dumpbin command above showed the expected output, but I also tried using dumpbin /dependents and dumpbin /imports, and neither of those commands seem to indicate a dependency on the DLL version of the CRT. Why not? Also, I've posted this same question on SO here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/9947589/windows-c-runtime-library-not-linking-like-i-expect

 194.
C# is based on C I don't understand why people think its slower than C++ perhaps it would be easier to acknowledge C# as managed C++ language?
 195.
 196. Most your points are based on skepticism or lack of use, some article compare C# as equivalent contender to C++ and some commercial games have actually been built using C#.
 197.
 198. On another factor C++ speed is not all that it is cracked up to be, too many operational run time problems in actual practice. Need proof? Just run any game written in pure C++, the only thing that has saved C++ in the long run thus far is the fact its old and that we now have multi-threaded processors.

 247. Allows monitors in any config, dual screen support, up/dowm/left/right & wrap-around (you will need to go to the advanced button for that)

 254. &BTW: File copy via LogMeIn, as far as I know, uses your bandwidth 2x - once up, once down. what if you want to move files/ directories, or movie collections, etc - that's what you run 2x PC's for, is more processing power+sync, right? so copying a 2.5gb video render in Vegas Pro Studio over to my laptop to demo it later, uses 5gb of my internet?
