“There was two kind of camps. There was the Winona Ryder camp and the Angelina Jolie Camp,” Elisabeth told host <a href="https://www.justjared.com/tags/kelly-ripa/" title="Kelly Ripa">Kelly Ripa</a>. said, clarifying that the groups were happening off camera “but based on what was on camera.”
She continued, saying, “I was in the Winona Ryder camp, and the Angelina Jolie camp was really cool. Those were the really cool girls.”
Elisabeth added that she “was so intimidated” by Angelina‘s group and didn’t think that she would ever belong. 
“I’ve spoken to Angelina since then. She’s lovely. But at the time, it was just incredibly intimidating,” she recalled.
Elisabeth said that she never broached the topic with Angelina, saying, “I’m sure she would have no idea what I was talking about anyway.”

<a href="https://www.justjared.com/tags/angelina-jolie/" title="Angelina Jolie">Angelina Jolie</a> is responding to <a href="https://www.justjared.com/tags/brad-pitt/" title="Brad Pitt">Brad Pitt</a>‘s latest request in their faceoff over the sale of Miraval, a winery that they shared joint ownership of in France while together. 
The high-profile exes have been going back and forth over Angelina‘s attempt to sell off her share in the company for years now. There have been quite a few developments this month.
In legal documents, Angelina alleged that Brad <a href="https://www.justjared.com/2024/04/04/angelina-jolies-team-accuse-brad-pitt-of-physical-abuse-amid-ongoing-battle-over-winery-someone-close-to-him-responds/">refused to let her sell her shares without signing an “expansive” NDA</a>. It was alleged that the agreement might prohibit her from discussing past incidents of abuse in the relationship. 
Brad‘s team <a href="https://www.justjared.com/2024/04/05/brad-pitt-responds-to-angelina-jolies-argument-over-ndas-in-sale-of-winery-friend-describes-her-abuse-allegations-as-a-smokescreen/?=morehere">responded in court</a> and accused Angelina of putting up a “smokescreen” to distract from the issue at hand. They also asked the actress to provide evidence of all of the NDAs that Angelina has signed and had others on her team sign.
Her team responded to the request.

Angelina‘s team called Brad‘s request “expensive,” “wasteful,” “unreasonable” and even “abusive” in the latest court documents obtained by <a href="https://pagesix.com/2024/04/26/entertainment/angelina-jolie-says-she-shouldnt-have-to-turn-over-ndas" onclick="getOutboundLink('https://pagesix.com/2024/04/26/entertainment/angelina-jolie-says-she-shouldnt-have-to-turn-over-ndas'); return false;">Page Six</a>.
“Pitt apparently intends to argue that, over the past two decades, Jolie had or at least considered other NDAs with other people and entities, about other matters not in any way connected with Pitt’s abuse,” her lawyers wrote. “He says he wants to argue that since Jolie considered and/or entered other NDAs over her lengthy career, his proposed NDA covering his spousal and child abuse couldn’t possibly have been the reason the deal collapsed.”
They continued, adding, “To effectuate this plan, Pitt now demands that Jolie review every contract she has ever considered or entered over the last two decades to see if any contained any form of NDA (both non-disparagement and non-disclosure).”
Aside from being time-consuming to compile, her team implied that sharing the documents would violate her privacy and the privacy of others.
“Forcing Jolie to spend the time and expense of gathering and producing all of this documentation is expensive, wasteful, and unreasonable — and the latest manifestation of Pitt’s abusive conduct toward Jolie. The Court should not allow it,” they argued. 
They said that it was a sign of a larger problem, writing, “Pitt’s motion illustrates the harm and humiliation victims of domestic violence face in Court. Because Jolie dares to raise the issue as a defense in this case, Pitt seeks to dig up nearly two decades of contractual relationships to supposedly ‘impeach’ her reaction to Pitt’s attempt to cover up his abuse.”
“Pitt wants to argue that Jolie entered NDAs with others, so there was no harm in Pitt demanding an NDA to cover his abuse. But there is a fundamental and obvious difference: In none of those other NDAs was Pitt trying to silence abuse of his own family. The Court should not validate this dangerous argument. This case will be decided by evidence concerning Miraval and the dealings between Pitt and Jolie — not by Jolie’s dealings with third parties on topics having nothing to do with Miraval’s sale,” they said, ultimately adding, “Pitt’s motion should be denied.”
Angelina and Brad will have a hearing over the faceoff on May 16, but they are unlikely to have a trial this year.

The production is an adaptation of S.E. Hinton‘s 1967 novel of the same name. Angelina‘s tattoo features the words, “Stay Gold” in cursive handwriting, replicating the book’s most famous line.

The 48-year-old actress told <a href="https://people.com/angelina-jolie-reveals-daughter-vivienne-biggest-theater-fan-8630493" onclick="getOutboundLink('https://people.com/angelina-jolie-reveals-daughter-vivienne-biggest-theater-fan-8630493'); return false;">People</a> that Vivienne is her family’s biggest “theater head.”
“Hands down,” Angelina said. “She’ll correct me. She’ll say, ‘Didn’t you read the memo? We have to do this, we have to go through this.’”
Regarding Vivienne‘s work on The Outsiders, the Eternals star jokingly detailed her daughter’s commitment to the project.
“She’s been a really tough assistant,” Angelina said. “She takes it very, very seriously.”

For the occasion, Angelina, 48, wore a bronze cape with a matching silk dress. She styled her hair in soft waves and finished off the outfit with statement earrings and a bold red lip. 
Vivienne, 15, opted for a denim jumpsuit. She wore her hair straight and cozied up next to her mom to take photos. 
Earlier this month, the pair <a href="https://www.justjared.com/2024/04/04/angelina-jolies-daughter-vivienne-makes-rare-appearance-with-her-mom-at-the-outsiders-preview/">stepped out for the Broadway play’s preview</a>. <a href="https://www.justjared.com/tags/brad-pitt/" title="Brad Pitt">Brad Pitt</a> responded to <a href="https://www.justjared.com/tags/angelina-jolie/" title="Angelina Jolie">Angelina Jolie</a>‘s latest legal filing in their standoff over the sale of Miraval, a winery that they shared joint ownership of in France. 
If you need a reminder, Angelina has been trying to sell her share of the winery for years now. Though she was <a href="https://www.justjared.com/2021/09/23/angelina-jolie-allowed-to-sell-her-share-of-her-brad-pitts-winery-estate/">granted permission to do so</a> in 2021, Brad sued her and <a href="https://www.justjared.com/2022/02/17/brad-pitt-files-lawsuit-against-ex-wife-angelina-jolie-over-recent-business-deal/">argued that she was breaking a previous agreement</a>.
The legal standoff developed significantly this week after Angelina filed court documents stating that she had faced pressure to sign an “expansive” NDA before Brad would agree to buy her out. 
It was alleged that the agreement would <a href="https://www.justjared.com/2024/04/04/angelina-jolies-team-accuse-brad-pitt-of-physical-abuse-amid-ongoing-battle-over-winery-someone-close-to-him-responds/">prohibit her from talking about past incidents of physical abuse</a>, which her team claimed happened before <a href="https://www.justjared.com/2022/10/04/brad-pitt-abuse-allegations-court-documents-reveal-what-allegedly-happened-to-angelina-jolie-kids-during-2016-airplane-incident/">an infamous 2016 incident</a> involving the couple’s children.
On Friday (April 5), Brad hit back via his own filing as friends close to him accuse Angelina of putting up a “smokescreen.”

In his newly filed court documents, Brad‘s team does not deny that an NDA was requested. However, they are demanding that Angelina provide evidence of the other NDAs that she has entered and argue that they void Angelina‘s argument.
“If Jolie conditioned her continued employment of an individual on that individual’s agreement to an NDA covering what they witnessed in her home – including her treatment of her children and Pitt - that would be highly probative of whether she truly believed the provision requested by Pitt was an ‘unconscionable gag order,’ The same is true with respect to any NDA between Jolie and any third party with whom she is in a relationship or who has assisted with the care of the couple’s children,” they wrote.
They continued, writing, “To the extent that Jolie requested this third party’s silence about her family or home life, particularly in a circumstance where there was no business justification, it would speak volumes about whether Jolie actually viewed Pitt’s requested NDA, which was linked to the Miraval business, as the deal-ender she subsequently alleged it to be.”
“Jolie adamantly refuses to produce the many other NDAs that she signed or requested from others during the relevant time period, along with related documents, presumably because she knows they will severely undermine her defenses,” they added, saying that she described the documents as “not relevant.” 
Brad‘s lawyers claim that her argument was presented to “rationalize” her refusal to sell her share of the winery to Brad in the first place. 
Additionally, they said that Angelina had proposed her own NDA in initial attempts to come to an agreement over the sale. The couple already discussed NDAs over their separation, too. 
Angelina‘s behavior has been described as a “smokescreen” by those close to Brad.
Another source issued a statement saying: “This case isn’t about what took place on a plane in 2016. It’s about whether they had an agreement not sell their interests in the winery and family home without the other’s consent. That’s what Brad and his team are focused on, and so far the legal momentum has been on their side.”
It is unlikely that Brad and Angelina will have a trial over the situation in 2024. However, a hearing is taking place on May 16.

The documents, obtained by <a href="https://people.com/angelina-jolie-lawyers-claim-brad-pitt-abuse-started-before-2016-plane-incident-8624974" onclick="getOutboundLink('https://people.com/angelina-jolie-lawyers-claim-brad-pitt-abuse-started-before-2016-plane-incident-8624974'); return false;">People</a>, read, “While Pitt’s history of physical abuse of Jolie started well before the family’s September 2016 plane trip from France to Los Angeles, this flight marked the first time he turned his physical abuse on the children as well. Jolie then immediately left him.”
Her team claims that Brad made signing an NDA a contingent on agreeing to allow Angelina to sell off the winery. Seemingly this is in an effort to keep details from a separate custody battle under wraps. 
People noted that Brad‘s team has previously accused Angelina of requesting an “even broader” NDA.
Her attorney Paul Murphy shared a statement with the outlet: “Mr. Pitt refused to purchase Ms. Jolie’s interest when she would not be silenced by his NDA. By refusing to buy her interest but then suing her, Mr. Pitt put directly at issue why that NDA was so important to him and what he hoped it would bury: his abuse of Ms. Jolie and their family. After eight months of delays, this motion asks the Court to force Mr. Pitt to finally produce that evidence.”

Meanwhile, someone close to Brad has denied the claims as “misleading, inaccurate and/or irrelevant.”

It also featured a painting of Jon on the skirt inspired by their documentary American Symphony, which follows the couple amid Suleika‘s cancer battle.

“My gown was designed by the one and only Angelina Jolie, complete with an American Symphony-inspired painting on silk by the brilliant artist Chaz Guest,” she wrote. I typically dread getting dressed for this kind of thing. After being in treatment for the last two years, I have a real love-hate relationship with clothes. But Angelina made me feel so beautiful and so seen that my eyes kept welling up during our fitting.”
Suleika continued, “To have the story of American Symphony emblazoned on the literal fabric of my gown feels like a map of where we’ve been and how far we’ve come. It’s an embodiment of the love and the creative forces that have seen us through.”

Their versions of Jane and John Smith absolutely sizzle so hotly on screen that they sparked romance rumors while filming and wound up dating and eventually getting married in the years that followed. 
While the movie is famous for introducing us to the former A-list couple, it turns out that they almost weren’t paired up in the roles. In fact, Brad was first tied to the movie with another popular actress. However, she had to back out, which led to Brad also briefly departing the project. 
After that, several other stars were considered for the roles of Jane and John before Brad and Angelina were finally cast. 
The list includes a popular singer, one of Brad‘s exes and so many more of Hollywood’s most recognizable stars.

After taking a moment to think, Jonny started laughing and said, “I jumped out of an airplane…Well, it wasn’t my idea.”
When asked why he would do such a thing, Jonny answered, “I was dating a young lady called Angelina. And she she said, ‘Let’s do something exciting this weekend.’”
Angelina was able to convince Jonny to travel to Hemet, a city just outside of Los Angeles, where they ended up jumping out of a plane together.
“She is cool as a cucumber,” Jonny said of Angelina. “Fearless, that woman.”
