The conditions were dangerous, with nowhere to sleep or eat for the majority of the impacted week. Company losses were nominal because of Terry's decision to immediately respond as the storm was approaching. Store management and employees were provided a safe shelter at Cracker Barrel when no other places had food and electricity. Hinkley Management was recognized as the top fundraising group in the most recent campaign for the Midwest region and second highest overall. She pushes them to be the best version of themselves professionally, and at the same time she can speak about them on a personal level as if they grew up on the same street. They knew right away that she had what it takes to be an effective facilities manager. Since coming on board, she has made a huge impact in both the Jimmy John's and Sonic brands. She developed an online training seminar for Sonic, onboarded Jimmy John's into Ecotrak, established PM programs for Sonic, and passed the exam to earn her CRFP. The FM team worked extremely hard to continue to deliver a high level of support to the Red Lobster operators. And when he made the change to facilities, that knowledge has served him well throughout his career. He has also been very busy volunteering his time with RFMA, spending 2 years co-chairing the&nbsp;task force that developed the benchmarking study, servings as the first vice-chair in 2019, chair in 2020 and immediate past chair in 2021.   727. RFMA is humbled and pleased to be partnering with the <a href="https://www.stoutstreet.org/">Stout Street Foundation</a> located in&nbsp;Commerce City, CO for our RFMA Gives 2020 project!&nbsp;Below are some of our potential RFMA Gives 2020 projects and needs.&nbsp;<br />

  732. <strong>Residents Building</strong><br />
  733. •<span> </span>Grease Services: Provide pumping/maintenance for in-ground grease trap for one (1) year<br />
  734. •<span> </span>Kitchen Equipment Repair: Service providers willing to provide repair service to hot and cold side equipment at no charge to the facility as needed with their current equipment<br />
  735. •<span> </span>Hood Cleaning: Routine Hood Cleaning Program for one (1) year<br />
  736. •<span> </span>Waste Services: Provide roll-off container(s) for some projects<br />
  737. •<span> </span>Shelving for storage rooms on the 4th floor- Metro Style<br />
  738. •<span> </span>Painting: Paint entire exterior of building (6 stories)<br />
  739. •<span> </span>Paint Sundries Supplier: Provide paint and sundries for building exterior and interior work for Volunteer Day&nbsp;<br />
  740. •<span> </span>Landscaping: Provide materials for minor landscaping needs for Volunteer Day&nbsp;<br />
  741. •<span> </span>Ceiling Tiles: Provide new ceiling tiles for 1st floor of building, mainly the hallways<br />
  742. •<span> </span>Cabinetry: Supply &amp; install new counter-tops for reception desk<br />
  743. •<span> </span>Lighting: Supply 20-30 can light fixtures (LED) for existing dropped ceiling<br />
  744. •<span> </span>Lighting: Supply 20-30, 2'x 4' LED fixtures to replace existing fluorescents<br />
  745. •<span> </span>Flooring: Supply and install new vinyl flooring in laundry room on 1st floor (~300 sq. ft.)<br />
  746. •<span> </span>Kitchen Equipment: New 4-6 ft. S/S tables&nbsp;<br />
  747. •<span> </span>General Contractor: Remodel exiting restrooms (10) to include new walls, flooring, vanities, plumbing, lighting. Most are individual bathrooms.<br />
  748. •<span> </span>Window Covering/Shades: Provide and install window shades for the residents rooms (70-75 required)<br />

  779. •<span> </span>Plumbing: Remodel small mop sinks to include sinks, walls (FRP), flooring, and plumbing fixtures for three (3) mop sinks<br />
  780. •<span> </span>General Contractor, Electrician, Flooring: Remodel one (1) elevator interior to include upgraded lighting, flooring, and wall coverings<br />

  782. <strong>3rd Floor Admin/Gathering Room</strong><br />
  783. •<span> </span>Flooring: Replace carpet and replace with new flooring<br />
  784. •<span> </span>Furniture: Need 20 new round and 15, 8 ft. rectangle tables<br />
  785. •<span> </span>Equipment: New refrigerated salad and buffet style hot bars<br />
  786. •<span> </span>Lighting: Upgrade existing 2'x 4' fluorescent fixtures to LED (approx. 100)<br />

  788. •<span> </span>HVAC Contractor: Replace one (1) Carrier Heat Pump system<br />
