Mas, proprietários de animais domésticos devem se preocupar com o que deixam para trás na hora de partir. Afinal de contas, abandono e maus-tratos são crimes previstos em lei e se houver flagrante, seu vizinho tem o direito de invadir sua casa, é o que alerta o advogado civil Leonardo Teles Gasparotto. Entenda por quê:</span></div>

54. <span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;">“Todas as vezes que um animal estiver sendo espancado ou mesmo maltratado de outra maneira, acorrentado e/ou sem comida e/ou sem água, sob o frio ou o calor intenso, sendo envenenado ou na iminência de o ser, por exemplo, dentro de um imóvel privado é constitucional e é também legal qualquer pessoa invadir o recinto e salvá-lo, independentemente de autorização judicial ou do respectivo proprietário”, afirma categoricamente o advogado em artigo para o portal jurídico JusBrasil.</span></div>
55. <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;">A informação pode cair como uma bomba para muitos donos irresponsáveis com seus animais, que deixam-os muitas vezes por dias, semanas ou meses sem alimentação adequada ou suficiente. Não são raros os casos em que denúncias se tornam escândalos na mídia. Mas, se afinal, é permitida a invasão e obrigatório o acompanhamento policial em favor do invasor, muitos poderão se perguntar: com base no quê?</span></div>
56. <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span>Diz a Lei: </span><span>De acordo com o advogado, o parágrafo XI, do artigo 5º da Constituição Brasileira, além dos artigos 150, 301 e 303 do Código de Processo Penal (CPP), preveem que em caso de flagrante delito decorrente de prática de crime (e maus-tratos a animais é um crime previsto no artigo 32 da Lei 9605/1998, que trata de crimes ambientais) a casa do dono pode ser, sim, ser invadida a qualquer hora do dia ou da noite para libertação do animal em aflição.</span></span></div>
57. <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;">Segundo Gasparotto, o Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) entende até que “a polícia pode invadir local sem mandado judicial a qualquer hora do dia ou da noite para coletar provas, desde que haja flagrante delito no local” e “estejam presentes razões plausíveis para a tomada dessa medida, devendo ser justificada posteriormente em processo próprio”, afirma.</span></div>

Mas, para resguardar a segurança jurídica de quem executar o resgate é importante que se filme todo o processo de invasão, registrando com máximo de detalhes e explicando de que modo há crime de mau-trato no estabelecimento em questão.</span></div>
66. <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;">Por fim, alerta o advogado, exija que seja imediatamente lavrado um boletim de ocorrência policial, “objetivando responsabilizar civil, penal e administrativamente o agente causador do crime contra o bicho acudido”, conclui.</span></div>

Aeroporto, em Bauru, Luana procurou o Centro de Controle de Zoonoses (CCZ) na última segunda-feira (24) em busca de um cachorro paraplégico que tinha visto em suas redes sociais. “Meu interesse era pegar um bichinho que ninguém quisesse”, relata. No local, os profissionais logo souberam por quem Luana estava interessada.</span></div>

270. <span style="font-size: x-large;">Conhecido por ser o “cãozinho-propaganda” da campanha de vacinação contra a raiva em Bauru, no ano passado, Ceninha foi vítima de um atropelamento aos seis meses de idade. Debilitado, o filhote foi resgatado pela equipe do CCZ, responsável por submetê-lo a exames veterinários que constataram uma fratura em sua coluna vertebral.</span></div>

Com sequelas físicas irreversíveis, Ceninha não voltaria a apoiar as pernas traseiras com firmeza para andar.</span></div>

A saída encontrada pelo CCZ para proporcionar à Ceninha mobilidade e qualidade de vida foi equipá-lo com uma cadeira de rodas adaptada, especialmente confeccionada para atender as necessidades do animal e em conformidade com suas características físicas.</span></div>

Ele ganhou o nome com a inicial “C” e não “S”, na época, devido aos direitos autorais pertencentes a marca Senna.</span></div>

Valéria justifica que a adoção de um animal com deficiência demanda cuidados que nem todos têm ou poder ter.</span></div>

Hoje, a unidade conta com outros três cachorros e uma gata com deficiência e a espera de uma família. Entre eles estão um cachorro chamado Pata, com problema em uma das pernas, e duas cadelas. A gata, de nome “Fia”, possui traumatismo na coluna. Além deles, um cachorro de nome “Veio”, com idade avançada, espera também por um novo dono.</span></div>

300. <span style="font-size: x-large;">Depois de adotados, os animais continuam a receber acompanhamento de um fiscal do Centro por meio de visitas domiciliares. O intuito é dar continuidade aos cuidados iniciados ainda na unidade, monitorar a adaptação do bichinho em sua nova casa e fiscalizar possíveis ocorrências de maus tratos, com pena de recolhimento do animal e autuação do proprietário.</span></div>

Por isso é importante reservar um tempo no dia desta visita, já que a interação com o futuro companheiro é fundamental para encontrar o animal ideal. Evite dar animais como presente, já que muitas vezes a família não está preparada para receber um bichinho.</span></div>

Para evitar o abandono e a superpopulação de cães e gatos, providencie a castração dos animais, seja ele macho ou fêmea. Você também deve proporcionar uma alimentação adequada e água fresca. É importante sempre mantê-lo em condições de higiene.</span></div>

498. poeticidade e, muitas vezes, confundidas com um conto. Vale lembrar que a
499. crônica, nos dias atuais, possui uma forma de expressão bem particularizada,
500. com características próprias que a tornam distinta e inconfundível com o conto.
501. Este é pura ficção, a crônica não o é, sua gênese radica na realidade

508. Meireles, Manuel Bandeira, Carlos Drummond de Andrade, Rubens Braga, Paulo
509. Mendes, Paulo Francis, Érico Veríssimo e tantos outros, integram a galeria dos
510. grandes cronistas brasileiros. Todos cultivaram ou cultivam a crônica com

516. pessoas, etc. Dentre ao autores de minha preferência, escolhi Cecília Meireles,
517. autora de um dos textos que mais aprecio por sua poeticidade, pela
518. sensibilidade como ela percebe a realidade que a rodeia e pela reflexão que faz
519. acerca da relação entre humanos e animais:<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span><i>Um

522. Um cão apenas descreve um encontro casual da autora com um pequeno cão sujo e
523. doente que dormia à sombra de uma porta. Desse fato corriqueiro, a cronista faz
524. um tocante relato acerca da miséria, do abandono e da solidão em que vive o
525. animalzinho, vítima da indiferença das pessoas e da omissão dela própria, que
526. nada fez para ajudá-lo, apesar do olhar de súplica que a pequena criatura lhe
527. lançou. Consciente de sua omissão e já com o peso da culpa a pesar-lhe na
528. consciência, ela diz: “Até o fim da vida guardarei seu olhar no meu coração.
529. Até o fim da vida sentirei esta humana infelicidade de nem sempre poder

539. no mesmo cenário indiferente, alheio: os mesmos elementos do ambiente rodeiam a
540. autora que sobe “de ânimo leve e descansado passo” e o triste cãozinho que
541. desce “como um velhinho maltrapilho, cansado, de cabeça baixa, sem firmeza e

Além desta postagem, outra, uma pessoa diz ter um celular smartphone por um cachorro de raça grande ou pequena, de preferência Chow Chow.</span></div>
