Este o minune de copil, este fetita mult asteptata, este bucuria si incantarea intregii familii, iar pentru aceasta ii multumim lui Dumnezeu! Cu scuzele de rigoare, revin in&amp;nbsp;lumea blogger-ilor, incercand usor, usor sa recuper din timpul pierdut (multumesc toturor celor ce m-au urmarit, multumesc tuturor celor care au postat minunatii de retete, de imi lasa gura apa). De gatit am gatit si in timpul sarcinii, dar nu am avut dispozitia necesara sa fotografiez, de multe ori mancarea nici nu ajungea in farfurie, era devorata direct din vasul de gatit:)&lt;br /&gt;

  17. Reteta de comeback este una simpla, clasica insa foarte gustoasa:&amp;nbsp;Farfale cu brocoli si parmezan&lt;br /&gt;
  18. Ingiediente:&lt;br /&gt;
  19. - 300 gr paste tip fundita farfale&lt;br /&gt;
  20. - un buchet mic de brocoli&lt;br /&gt;
  21. - 20 ml ulei de masline&lt;br /&gt;
  22. - doi catei de usturoi&lt;br /&gt;
  23. - 30 gr parmezan&lt;br /&gt;
  24. Pastele se pun la fiert in apa cu sare dupa instructiunile de pe pachet. Buchetul de brocoli se spala si se rupe in bucati si se pune la fiert pentru 10-12 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
  25. Separat intr-o tigaie se caleste usor usturoiul in uleiul de masline. Se adauga pastele fierte si scurse de apa impreuna cu brocoli. Se ameste toate ingredientele pentru cateva secunde si se adauga parmezanul. Se servesc calde. Foarte bune!&lt;br /&gt;

Asa ca am sa pun reteta mea de sfinti moldovenesti(reteta pe care o fac eu, precizez nu este reteta mea proprie, o stiu de aacasa).Se face un aluat din:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-1 kg faina grau,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-200 gr zahar,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-500 ml lapte caldut,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-2 galbenuse de ou,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 50 gr drojdie,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-esenta de vanilie si razatura de lamaie si portocala,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-150 gr unt topit.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Se lasa la crescut cca o ora apoi se modeleaza nicte colacei , se rasucesc in forma de 8, se  lasa la dospit cam 15 min si se ung cu ou. Se coc la 150-160 grade pana se rumenesc frumos, se ung cu miere de albine si se presoara deasupra nuca macinata. Eu am mai improvizat, am fiert un sirop cu apa, zahar si esenta de rom si am insiropat sfintisorii, am uns cu miere pe deasupra si am presarat si nuca macinata si ciocolata rasa, ca sa fentez un pic tineretea mea sa manance(copilasul, de el e vorba , este mare fan ciocolata). A cesta este tortuletul pe care l-am facut pentru el. E ste un tort cu blat de cacao, umplut cu crema ganage si mascarpone, decorat cu barot(krantz, zahar caramelizat cu nuca), frisca, cu aschii de ciocolata si capsuni. A fost foarte gustos. Se intinde o foaie de aluat in tava tapetata cu hartie de copt, iar peste foaie se pune umplutura de ciuperci. Tot din aluat se taie fasii si se pun deasupra, inaintea mozzarellei(aceasta se pune peste umplutura sau chiar inauntru). /&gt;&lt;/a&gt; Pentru parjolute cu sos avem nevoie de:&lt;br /&gt;-800 gr carne tocata amestec vita si porc,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-2 morcovi, 2 cartofiori, rasi prin razatoarea mica sau dati prin masina de tocat carne,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-6-7 catei de usturoi,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- marar sau pantrunjel,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-2 oua,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 2 felii franzela inmuiate in apa,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-sere, piper si ulei pentru prajit.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Din aceste ingrediente se fac parjolutele si se prajesc in ulei incins, apoi se face sosul din:&lt;br /&gt;-2 cepe taiate marunt,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- un morcov dat prin razatoare,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-200 ml suc de rosii,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-4 catei de usturoi,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-o cescuta vin alb,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-3-4 lg ulei,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-o crenguta cimbru,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 2-3 foi dafin,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-2 lg faina de grau&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-sere si piper dupa gust.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Se pune ceapa taiata, impreuna cu 2 catei de usturoi taiati rondele, la calit cca 5 min, apoi se adauga vinul alb,  sucul de rosii, cimbrul, dafinul. Cand ceapa este gata se pune faina inmuiata cu 2 gl apa si cu ceilalti 2 catei de usturoi pisati, se amesteca bine sa nu ramana cocoloase si se pun parjolutele in sos, lasanduse pe foc inca 5 min. Daca ai toate cele necesare si in primul rand o gaina de tara, nu are cum sa nu iasa buna.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Am pus la fiert o jumatate de gaina, am spumato si am fiert vreo cateva ore, caci, zeama buna e cu gaina batrana, apoi am pus vreo 3 morcovi, 2 radacini de pantrunjel, o bucatica de telina, o ceapa si iarasi am fiert pana carnea se fragezeste. Intre timp am facut taitei cum am vazut acasa: am framantat un ou cu faina cat cuprinde pt a iesi un aluat tarisor si putina sare, am intins o foaie subtire de aluat si am portionat taiteii si i-am fiert separat in apa cu sare. Asa arata supa dar pentru domnisorul meu care e mofturos, noi am servit supa cu carnita, cu legumele taiate rondele si cu pantrunjel proaspat. Ce am uitat sa precizez? se pune si sare dupa gust . Uitati-va la reteta(4 portii):&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-400 gr paste proaspete,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-1 dovlecel mai mic,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-300 gr creveti decorticati,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-100 ml smantana,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-50 ml vin alb,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-4-5 lg ulei de masline,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-2-3 lg-te de pesto alla  genovese (sos de busuioc proaspat cu ulei de masline de la Knorr),&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-sere, piper si pantrunjel pt decor.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Pastele se pun la fiert in apa clocotita cu sare si ulei.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Dovleceiii taiati fidelute se pun in tigaie cu uleiul de masline, se lasa 3 min, apoi se pun crevetii si vinul alb. Se lasa 2 minute apoi se pune sosul de busuioc si spre final smantana, sare si piper dupa gust si se mai tine pe foc 2-3 min si la final  se adauga pastele fierte. Se servesc cu pantrunjel(eu am avut daoar uscat). Sunt niste paste obtinute din hrisca, faina si tarate de grau, bogate in proteine vegetale si fibre.&lt;br /&gt;Reteta e simpla si deloc costisitoare(4 portii):&lt;br /&gt;-320 gr paste pizzoccheri(cred ca merg si taitei),&lt;br /&gt;-160 gr cartofi,&lt;br /&gt;-125 gr unt,&lt;br /&gt;-125 gr frunze de varza sau spanac,&lt;br /&gt;-160 gr cascaval,(am folosit ementaler),&lt;br /&gt;-100 gr parmezan ras,&lt;br /&gt;-2 catei de usturoi,&lt;br /&gt;-sare si piper.&lt;br /&gt;    Apa cu sare se pune la fiert si cand incepe sa clocoteasca se pun cartofii taiati cubulete si frunzele de varza sau spanac taiate subtire. Dupa 5 minute de fierbere se adauga pizzoccheri si se mai fierb cca 15 min(daca se folosesc alte paste obisnuite cred ca necesita mai putin timp, pizzoccherii fierb mai greu). Separat intr-o tigaie se calesc cu unt, cei doi catei de usturoi, taiati feliute subtiri, apoi se pun in aceeasi tigaie cu untul si usturoiul pastele impreuna cu cartofii si varza. Se adauga branza taiata cubulete si piper dupa gust(se mai lasa 3 min ca sa se intrepatrunda gusturile si sa se topeasca cascavalul). Se servesc cu parmezan ras, cat sunt calzi. Dupa sarbatorile de iarna, cand mesele au fost pline cu bucate treditionale, am avut musafiri care mi-au gatit paste cu creveti si scoici. Nu am crezut vreodata ca o sa mananc asa ceva, dar pana la urma a fost bune, bune!!!!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Reteta e foarte simpla si mancarea un deliciu. Ce am folosit:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-500 gr paste proaspete,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-400 gr scoici,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-400 gr creveti,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-50 ml ulei de masline,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-100 ml vin alb,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-5-6 rosii chery,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-sare si pantrunjel proaspat.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Se pun la calit in ulei de masline scoicile, apoi crevetii si se stropesc cu vin, se calesc la foc mediu&lt;br /&gt;pana se desfac cochiliile la scoici cca 10 min, apoi se pun pastele fierte in apa cu sare si se mai amesteca pe foc cca 5 min, sa imprumute pastele din gustul sosului cu vin. Se spesoara pantrunjel verde si se servesc calde. Dar aceasta prajitura o faceam impreuna cu surorile mele de sarbatorile de iarna, de craciun ori de anul nou, cred ca asa era traditia (atunci faceam cate 5-6 feluri de prajituri, fiindca trebuia sa vina baietii cu uratul la noi... si cum noi eram trei susori si uraturii erau pe masura... ce vremuri frumoase!!!!!). Fiindca a sosit vremea amintirilor, a sarbatorilor, am facut din nou prajitura:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style=&quot;color:#ff0000;&quot;&gt;BLATUL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-350 gr zahar,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-70 gr margarina sau unt,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-2 oua,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-2 lg miere,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-200 ml lapte,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-1 praf de copt,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-400 gr faina,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-2 lg cacao si esente de rom, vanilie sau coaja rasa de lamaie si portocala.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Toate acestea se amesteca si se coc 40-45 min, la temperatura de 140-150 grade. Gogosile cu branza sarata, ori de oaie, ori de vaca, se numarau printre ele. Si yamiiiiii, cat de bune mai erau, eu puneam pe foc si ea le facea (atunci cand  eram mica, nu avea aragaz, le facea la soba sau cuptioras asa le zice in Moldova, eu le zic acum langosi, dar bunica le zicea:&quot;coltunasi cu branza&quot;). Nu cred ca se compara la gust, dar oricum sunt bune.&lt;div&gt;    Se face un aluat din 500 gr faina, un ou, un pahar de lapte caldut, drojdie cat o nuca mai mica, 5-6 lg de zahar, un praf de vanilie, 50 ml ulei si un pic de sare (tehnica obtinerii aluatului o stim cu totii), se lasa la dospit, iar intre timp se pregateste umplutura de branza din 200 gr branza de oi sarata sau telemea de vaca si un ou sau doua in functie de cat de zeroasa e branza.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;    Se intinde aluatul, se umple cu branza si se prajesc in ulei incins, se presoara zahar pudra. Este buna si usor de gatit. Aceasta se face in functie de imaginatia fiecaruia. Eu am folosit:o conserva de fasole fierte, 100 gr ton in conserva, o ceapa, 3-4 frunze salata verde, masline, ardel gras rosu, sare, piper, ulei de masline si zeama de lamaie. De ce? Cred ca din cauza ca am apelat la imaginatie si la ce am mai gasit prin frigider. Sa imi expun ideea: am facut mancarea intr-un vas yena dreptunghiular si am folosit urmatoarele:&lt;div&gt;- 500 gr carne tocata amestec,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- o ceapa,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 150 ml suc de rosii,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- un pic de ulei, sare, piper si busuioc,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 800 gr cartofi, curatati si taiati felii,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- o vanata mare, curatata, taiata felii rotunde si un pic undita in ulei,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; - 100 gr branza Grana padana rasa sau parmezan si mozzarella (150 gr),&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 4 oua,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 2 rosii decojite si taiate felii.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;    Am calit carnea cu ceapa tocata marunt in putin ulei, cu sucul de rosii, sare, piper si busuioc.Am montat in vasul de copt alternativ: un strat de cartofi rondele, un strat de carne, putina branza rasa, al doilea strat a fost cu vinete, carne si iar branza, apoi cartofi, carne branza, pana se umple tava.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Am pus apa cat sa cuprinda ultimul strat, care de obicei, e de cartofi, am pus deasupra mozzarella taiata feliute si rosiile decojite si taiate tot felii, am pus ouala batute bine si am presarat sare, piper si busuioc. Am dat la cuptor cca o ora la 180 grade. Am mancat cu o pofta de lup alaturi de o salata de sfecla rosie cu hrean. Mi-a iesit ffff gustoasa.
