  7. حذرت وكالة الفضاء الأمريكية &quot;ناسا&quot; من خطر تعرض الكرة الأرضية إلى عاصفة مغناطيسية شمسية قوية عام 2012 من شأنها التسبب بأضرار لا تقل قيمتها عن تريليون دولار ، وذلك من خلال تقرير خاص صدر عن الوكالة ونشرتها على موقعها عبر الانترنت.&lt;br /&gt;
  8. وأوضح التقرير على أن الخطورة تكمن في غياب أي دراسات علمية شاملة لهذا النوع من العواصف التي تنشا عن دورة الشمس التي تمر فيها كل 11 سنة ، وغياب أي إجراءات وقائية ، يضاف إليها سرعة تشكل الموجات المغناطيسية ووصولها ، إذ إن العاصفة الشمسية المذكورة تقطع المسافة الفاصلة بين الشمس وكوكب الأرض التي تقدر بـ150 مليون كلم ، خلال يومين من صدورها من باطن الشمس ، ما يجعل من الصعب تحديد موعد وصولها الدقيق.&lt;br /&gt;
  9. وقد سبق أن شهد كوكب الأرض عاصفتين &quot;خفيفتين&quot; شمسيتين ، العام 1989 والعام2000 عطلتا الاتصالات والطاقة في ولاية &quot;كيبيك&quot; وفي مناطق من الولايات المتحدة لفترات زمنية مختلفة ، بينما تعود آخر العواصف الشمسية الكبيرة المؤرخة نتائجها إلى العام 1859 ، حين تعطلت شبكة التلغراف العالمية كلياً ، وتكتمل حركة الشمس كل 11عاماً ، ينتج منها إطلاق هذه الطاقة الكهرومغناطيسية بنسب متفاوتة ، تبلغ أقصاها مرة كل قرن حسب التوقعات ويتوقع التقرير أن نشهدها العام ,2012&lt;br /&gt;
  10. وأوضح التقرير أن العواصف الشمسية هي مجموعة من الموجات الكهرومغناطيسية تقوم بنقل سيول هائلة من الالكترونات ، تفوق قدرة الحقل المغناطيسي للأرض الذي يعتبر بمثابة الدرع الواقي الذي يحافظ على التوازن الكهرومغناطيسي للأرض.&lt;br /&gt;
  11. وتقوم هذه الموجات الكهرومغناطيسية بتعطيل أجهزة الاتصال اللاسلكية ، كالأقمار الاصطناعية وشبكات الهاتف النقال والاتصالات الدولية ، ويمكن أيضا أن يكون لها نتائج كارثية على قطاعات مهمة ، كالاتصالات العسكرية والمدنية والتجارية ، وحركة النقل والتجارة وشبكة الإنترنت.&lt;br /&gt;
  12. وعندما تحدث الإنفجارات الشمسية تخرج الرياح الشمسية من هذه البقع على شكل عواصف مغناطيسية تهدد غلافنا الجوي ، وهذه العواصف هي المسؤولة عن اختلال الاستقبال الإذاعي والتلفزيوني ، وعن الاضطرابات الكبيرة في الطقس ، كما أن نشاط البقع الشمسية يزيد احتمال الأعاصير والزوابع فوق المحيطات ، ففي الشمس مجالات مغناطيسية قوية ، قد تفوق المجال المغناطيسي الأرضي أو الشمسي بمئات أو آلاف المرات ، إضافة إلى أنها محاطة بأعاصير هيدروجينية ، وأن العلاقة التي تحكم البقع الشمسية تتبع دورة تتكرر كل 11 سنة. وتشير العديد من الأبحاث العلمية أن غالبية الأوبئة الخطرة ، مثل الطاعون والكوليرا والتيفوئيد والحصبة الوبائية ، تظهر عند أوج النشاط الشمسي الذي يحدث كل 11 سنة ، وقد توصل أحد علماء اليابان إلى اكتشاف زيادة مفاجئة في نسبة بروتين الدم عند الجنسين ، عند النشاط الكبير للبقع الشمسية الذي يؤثر على المجال المغناطيسي الأرضي ، كما وجد أن النشاط الشمسي يسبب هبوطاً في نسبة الخلايا اللمفاوية في الدم ، كما لوحظ أثناء النشاط الشمسي المكثف تضاعف عدد المرضى الذين يعانون من أمراض تعود إلى نقص الخلايا اللمفاوية. وأكد العلماء أن ذلك يسبب العديد من الأمراض المرتبطة بالاضطرابات المغناطيسية التي يسببها نشاط البقع الشمسية ، ومنها مرض التدرُّن الرئوي والجلطة الدموية الخ. وقد بيَّنت الأبحاث وجود صلة قوية بين النشاط الشمسي وهبوط القلب الناتج عن الجلطة ، حيث وُجًد أن الأشعة الشمسية تساعد على تكوين الجلطات بالقرب من الجلد ، وأن هذه الجلطات هي التي تؤدي إلى الانسدادات المميتة في الشريان التاجي.&lt;br /&gt;
  13. وكان القمر الصناعي الياباني الخاص بالاتصالات &quot;كوداما&quot; قد تأثر بالعاصفة المغناطيسية الشمسية التي ضربت الأرض ، وقد أعلنت وكالة الفضاء اليابانية انه تم إيقاف عمله ، على أمل تشغيله لاحقا بعد انقشاع العاصفة.&lt;br /&gt;
