type='text'>Ataque hacker na eleição vira arma política de desinformação para apoiadores do presidente Bolsonaro</title><content type='html'>&lt;p&gt;No domingo (15), quase 500 páginas de apoiadores do presidente Bolsonaro e outras páginas de direita se uniram no Facebook visando a defesa do voto impresso, para questionar a integridade das urnas eletrônicas e do TSE.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;O movimento foi crescendo conforme informações sobre a possibilidade de um ataque de negação de serviço e um vazamento de dados antigos do tribunal foram divulgados no fim da manhã da votação, resultando em um atraso nunca visto antes.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Segundo especialistas, o DDoSS, alegado pelo TSE, não tem interferência direta com a lentidão da apuração.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Houve um monitoramento de um grupo de apoiadores do presidente Bolsonaro, incluindo investigados no inquérito envolvendo as fakes news, que acontece desde outubro em inúmeras postagens que questionam a credibilidade do TSE, bem como a segurança das urnas. Esse monitoramento foi realizado pela organização SaferNet, que também investiga uma provável operação coordenada para os ataques hacker no dia das eleições municipais.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Uma publicação com a imagem de uma pessoa com a máscara do grupo hacker Anonymous e uma frase do empresário Winston Ling que dizia: &quot;Em dia de eleição, TSE é hackeado ? Hoje, 15/11, dia das eleições municipais, o grupo hacker Cyber Team anunciou que invadiu os servidores do TSE, e para comprovar o ator, expôs uma base de dados da entidade&quot;. Esse post foi realizado pelo perfil da parlamentar Bia Kicis (PSL-DF) e foi compartilhada centenas de vezes por grupos e páginas de bolsonaristas e outras figuras da direita, como o escritor Olavo de Carvalho e o ex-ministro da justiça Sergio Moro.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;O grupo reivindicou o ataque e o TSE confirmou o vazamento de dados, porém afirmaram que a ofensiva não comprometeu o pleito, agências de checagem julgaram que o conteúdo disseminado era parcialmente falso.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As redes sociais Facebook e Twitter disseram que não tem um balanço sobre os posts rotulados para compartilhar, já o Google afirmou que &quot;em anúncios, não permitimos mensagens sensacionalistas ou que se vinculam a eventos de comoção nacional. Conteúdos que violam nossas políticas podem ser removidos imediatamente das nossas plataformas.&quot;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;A deputada Bia Kicis afirmou a Folha que não insinuou fraude, já Ling não respondeu aos questionamentos sobre a postagem. Além destes, as mensagens de outros parlamentares apoiadores do presidente Bolsonaro viralizaram nos grupos de direita, como do deputado Filipe Barros (PSL-PR) e da deputada Alê Silva (PSL-MG).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;O blogueiro e bolsonarista Oswaldo Eustáquio, escreveu em sua página do Twitter, sem nenhuma prova que &quot;a esquerda está decidindo quem vai para o segundo turno&quot; acompanhada da hashtag fraudenaseleições. Vale lembrar que em junho o mesmo foi preso no âmbito das investigações sobre atos antidemocráticos.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Entre as mensagens que foram compartilhadas pelos internautas, há crítica às urnas eletrônicas, pedidos pelo voto impresso e a acusação de fraude nas eleições.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;A segurança das urnas eletrônicas brasileiras tem sido tema de discussão na comunidade cientifica há anos.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Segundo o professor Diego Aranha, uma das principais referências do assunto, o grupo de conspiradores fizeram uso da crítica para justificar os argumentos técnicos que não se sustentam, como se as urnas fossem compradas de China ou da Venezuela e que o país estaria sob influência internacional. Com essa atualização, o total do Paraná passa para 1407 casos e 86 falecimentos.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Do total de pessoas com diagnóstico confirmado, 915 já foram liberadas do isolamento e são, portanto, consideradas recuperadas.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Das quatro pessoas que morreram nas últimas 24 horas, três residiam em Curitiba (dois homens com idade de 80 e 77 anos e uma mulher de 87 anos) e um homem em Foz do Iguaçu (com idade de 42 anos).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Enquanto isso, prefeitos do litoral batem cabeça. Os decretos não possuem qualquer razoabilidade, não tendo fundamentos para justificar as medidas restritivas adotadas. Além disso, muitos prefeitos, como o de Paranaguá, já sinalizam reaberturas, revisão do que é ou não essencial, isso em meio a expectativa de aumento de casos.
