The paper proposes a conceptual framework that integrates psychological theories with game design principles to develop therapeutic mobile games. Furthermore, the study explores the ethical implications of using mobile games for mental health interventions, such as user privacy, data security, and informed consent.</p><p>This study examines the growing trend of fitness-related mobile games, which use game mechanics to motivate players to engage in physical activities.
