<li>Handle vendors related to fleet management</li>
<li>Build & develop Driver Operations Intercity Division</li>
<li>Manage and execute acquisition strategies for big fleets (Van, Pickup Box, and Engkel Box)</li>
<li>Ensure a high fulfillment rate for intercity delivery</li>
<li>Collaborate with other related departments to ensure the best delivery experience</li>
<li>Assess, develop, and refine intercity delivery drivers SOP</li>
<li>Operation planning & execution of customized solution projects with corporate clients</li>
<li>Execute smaller cities expansion in the mid & long term</li>
</ul>
 What we seek: 
<ul>
<li>Minimum Bachelor Degree</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years experience in related fields (land transportation, contract logistics)</li>
<li>Great project management skills</li>
<li>Advanced spreadsheet skills and ability to analyze big datasets to suggest data-driven decisions</li>
<li>Experience in Google Workspace, CRM, and internal database toolsFluent in English (verbal & written speaking and writing)</li>
<li>Fluent in English (verbal & written)</li>
</ul>
