This was stated in a press release.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The university will provide Student Assistance Fund during the fall semester.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Brac University initiated the initiative in 2020 during the summer semester as a quick response to the Covid crisis.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;In light of the economic consequences of the Covid crisisi on the economy, Professor Vincent Chang, Vice-chancellor announced that he would continue financial assistance for students.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;For the fall semester, the financial aid for students will be the same as for previous semesters. Each student will receive a tuition fee waiver of 10% and a non-tuition fee waiver of 100 percent. A limited number of undergraduate students will be eligible for tuition fee waivers of up to 100% and 15%, depending on their financial need. Students affected by the current pandemic will be able to submit their tuition in installments.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Brac University has provided financial aid and scholarships totaling $ 11 million to four semesters students in the last four semesters.&lt;/p&gt;
