The study explores how event-based gameplay influences player motivation, urgency, and spending behavior. Drawing on behavioral psychology and concepts such as loss aversion and temporal discounting, the paper investigates how time-limited events create a sense of scarcity and urgency that may lead to increased player engagement, as well as potential negative consequences such as compulsive behavior or gaming addiction. The research also evaluates how well-designed time-limited events can enhance player experiences without exploiting players’ emotional vulnerabilities.</p><p>This study applies social network analysis (SNA) to investigate the role of social influence and network dynamics in mobile gaming communities. It examines how social relationships, information flow, and peer-to-peer interactions within these communities shape player behavior, preferences, and engagement patterns. The research builds upon social learning theory and network theory to model the spread of gaming behaviors, including game adoption, in-game purchases, and the sharing of strategies and achievements. The study also explores how mobile games leverage social influence mechanisms, such as multiplayer collaboration and social rewards, to enhance player retention and lifetime value.</p><p>Virtual avatars, meticulously crafted extensions of the self, embody players' dreams, fears, and aspirations, allowing for a profound level of self-expression and identity exploration within the vast digital landscapes. Whether customizing the appearance, abilities, or personality traits of their avatars, gamers imbue these virtual representations with elements of their own identity, creating a sense of connection and ownership. The ability to inhabit alternate personas, explore diverse roles, and interact with virtual worlds empowers players to express themselves in ways that transcend the limitations of the physical realm, fostering creativity and empathy in the gaming community.</p><p>This paper investigates the ethical implications of digital addiction in mobile games, specifically focusing on the role of game design in preventing compulsive play and overuse. The research explores how game mechanics such as reward systems, social comparison, and time-limited events may contribute to addictive behavior, particularly in vulnerable populations. Drawing on behavioral addiction theories, the study examines how developers can design games that are both engaging and ethical by avoiding exploitative practices while promoting healthy gaming habits. The paper also discusses strategies for mitigating the negative impacts of digital addiction, such as incorporating breaks, time limits, and player welfare features, to reduce the risk of game-related compulsive behavior.</p><p>This study investigates the economic systems within mobile games, focusing on the development of virtual economies, marketplaces, and the integration of real-world currencies in digital spaces. The research explores how mobile games have created virtual goods markets, where players can buy, sell, and trade in-game assets for real money. By applying economic theories related to virtual currencies, supply and demand, and market regulation, the paper analyzes the implications of these digital economies for the gaming industry and broader digital commerce.
