By applying meta-analytic techniques, the study provides robust insights into the cognitive and emotional benefits and drawbacks of mobile gaming, with a particular focus on game genre, duration of gameplay, and individual differences in player characteristics.</p><p>This study investigates the effectiveness of gamified fitness elements in mobile games as a means of promoting physical activity and improving health outcomes.
