The paper employs a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, including surveys, biometric data, and in-game analytics, to provide a comprehensive understanding of how game mechanics influence physical activity patterns, health outcomes, and sustained engagement.</p><p>This study presents a multidimensional framework for understanding the diverse motivations that drive player engagement across different mobile game genres.
