Drawing on organizational behavior theory and motivation psychology, the paper investigates how gamification can improve employee performance, job satisfaction, and learning outcomes. The professionalization of esports has also led to the development of coaching, training facilities, and esports academies, paving the way for a new generation of esports professionals and cementing gaming as a legitimate career path.</p><p>This research examines the role of geolocation-based augmented reality (AR) games in transforming how urban spaces are perceived and interacted with by players. The study investigates how AR mobile games such as Pokémon Go integrate physical locations into gameplay, creating a hybrid digital-physical experience.
