The research examines how mobile games, particularly those designed for workplace environments, integrate elements such as leaderboards, rewards, and achievements to foster competition, collaboration, and goal-setting. Drawing on organizational behavior theory and motivation psychology, the paper investigates how gamification can improve employee performance, job satisfaction, and learning outcomes.
