By tracking player behavior over extended periods, the research assesses the impact of in-game rewards, challenges, and social interactions on players’ motivation and adherence to fitness goals. The paper employs a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, including surveys, biometric data, and in-game analytics, to provide a comprehensive understanding of how game mechanics influence physical activity patterns, health outcomes, and sustained engagement.</p><p>Accessibility initiatives in gaming are essential to ensuring inclusivity and equal opportunities for players of all abilities. Features such as customizable controls, colorblind modes, subtitles, and assistive technologies empower gamers with disabilities to enjoy gaming experiences on par with their peers, fostering a more inclusive and welcoming gaming ecosystem.</p><p>This study evaluates the efficacy of mobile games as gamified interventions for promoting physical and mental well-being.
