The satisfaction of finally cracking a difficult puzzle after careful analysis and experimentation is a testament to the mental agility and perseverance of gamers, rewarding them with a sense of accomplishment and progression.</p><p>This study evaluates the efficacy of mobile games as gamified interventions for promoting physical and mental well-being.
