The paper employs a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, including surveys, biometric data, and in-game analytics, to provide a comprehensive understanding of how game mechanics influence physical activity patterns, health outcomes, and sustained engagement.</p><p>This research investigates the environmental footprint of mobile gaming, including energy consumption, electronic waste, and resource usage.
