The paper employs a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, including surveys, biometric data, and in-game analytics, to provide a comprehensive understanding of how game mechanics influence physical activity patterns, health outcomes, and sustained engagement.</p><p>This study explores the integration of augmented reality (AR) technologies in mobile games, examining how AR enhances user engagement and immersion.
