The face becomes heavy, cheeks become flabby and you carry double chins. You can cover these flaws with expert makeup, but the agony remains as it is. The simple and safe way to get rid of this problem is to do certain facial exercising including the exercising of the full body. When you lose the gross weight, the facial fat goes away as well.</p><p>Exercises are simple</p><p>You do not have to change the routine exercising currently being followed by you. Do not stop aerobic workouts or yoga if you are practicing them regularly. Keep it in mind that, you need to reduce the fat from the whole body. Hence, just include a few simple exercises for the facial fat accumulation.</p><p>(a) Close your eyes and put fingers on eyelids. Now, try to bring eyelids down with the eyebrows going up. It helps toning the forehead portion of the face. Continue for five minutes every day. You may find deposition of fat under eyes. Relax and try to make an up and down movement of eyeballs keeping eyes closed. Imagine seeing an object in this position and continuing this for at least 15 minutes. Draw eyebrows up as far as possible in this exercise. Never open eyes during the exercise. Relax by counting 1-10. Repeat it for 10 minutes every day.</p><p>(b) Wash your hands and fingers properly before you start this exercising. Put a finger in your mouth and suck it with as much force as possible. Count 1-10 and stop and withdraw the finger from the mouth. Repeat it at least for 10 times a day. It will definitely help you to regain the normal shape of your cheeks.</p><p>Next, Tilt the head backwards and put pressure on both cheeks against the palm of your hands and try to create a laugh keeping your mouth closed. Continue it for 10 minutes every day. Your cheeks regain the earlier looks once again.</p><p>(c) Tilt the head backwards slowly and smoothly until you feel pressure on the neck. Try to move the jaw from right to left and left to right. Perform this for five times a day to tone up the neck and shoulder muscles to lose fat.</p><p>(d) Sit straight and tilt the head slowly backwards and look to the ceiling with the face parallel to the ceiling. Try to put the lower lip on the upper one by keeping the mouth closed and count 1-10. Relax and repeat it for 10 times a day. Sit on a chair and tilt the head backwards and face the ceiling. Move the head in a circular motion keeping lips closed and count 1-20. Relax and repeat the feat for five minutes a day to get rid of double chin problem.</p><p>(e) Open your mouth as much as possible until it hurts lips, chin or cheeks and count 1-10. Relax and repeat it for five minutes a day. Many studies show that the salesperson is more concerned with price than prospects and customers. Amateurs love to talk about price. I am also going to give you access to refreshing alternatives for mainstream media. That is if you are as tired of all the hassle, like ridiculous Ts and Cs, fact checkers, and all the rest of the crybabies! These sites you are about to access are exceptionally engaging audiences, the majority (<em>over 70%</em>) are from top tier countries (<em>USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand</em>).</p><p><u>Getting Buyer Traffic without all the Hassle</u>.</p><p>Getting traffic to affiliate links is one thing. But, getting those visitors to convert into sales and engagement is quite another. Let’s face it, everyone getting started with affiliate marketing immediately run after mainstream media and social giants. Just stop already! Stop wasting your time and effort only to get blocked, banned and suspended.</p><p>Spending days and even weeks researching and creating unique content, only to get a kick in the nuts! All that hard work down the drain, and then you must wait for your blocked or banned period to expire. But I must admit, I am glad they drove me to that point of frustration. So much so that I found refreshing alternatives and haven’t looked back since.</p><p><u>Discussing the Sites and Refreshing Alternatives</u>.</p><p>I must be honest and say that these sites you are about to access does not quite have the number of visitors than the giants. But ask yourself this. Would you rather have 1,000,000 visitors without a single engagement? Or would you prefer 10,000 visitors that are active, engaging and buying from you? Yip, I thought so.</p><p>A single visitor that converts, is worth more than 100,000 visitors with zero engagement and/or sales. When you work your butt off driving traffic, then some engagement and sales are rather refreshing, right? So, let’s look at some of these refreshing alternatives to the mainstream giants.</p><p>· <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="https://rumble.com/register/WiseWays">Rumble</a></p><p>· <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="https://www.bitchute.com/accounts/referral/deonchristie">BitChute</a></p><p>· MeWe (<em>Search Your Browser</em>)</p><p>· Gab (<em>Search Your Browser</em>)</p><p>Rumble and BitChute are alternative video platforms like YouTube. Only Rumble will pay you for video views a lot faster. Because Rumble will optimize your video minutes after uploading it. Therefore, you can start earning for clicks from the get-go. BitChute is a little more challenging with regards to video views and monetization. But that is besides the point.</p><p>With BitChute, prepare to be blown away by an 80% top tier traffic spike. Within 3 days, I got nearly 3000 video views from 25 videos. But get this, I didn’t make a single video and I got 4 sales from affiliate offers in the video descriptions! Now that is what I call buyer traffic! But how the heck did you do that, you may ask? Let me show you.</p><p><u>Getting High-Quality videos without making A Single video</u>.</p><p>Getting high quality videos to use and make money is simple and you will need but one tool to convert the videos. But you will have access to this free tool in a little bit. Really simple to do especially when you have the original video creator’s permission without asking. The steps are rather simple, just start by going to your YouTube channel.</p><p>Next you want to enter the keywords and/or search phrases you want to target in the search bar and search. A whole list of videos will appear in the YouTube search results. But you cannot use most of these videos because of copyright. To the top left on your YouTube search page, you will see “Filter”. Simply click on filter, and then activate “<em>Creative Commons</em>“. Now you have a list of videos you can use with permission.</p><p>Do a quick check before you copy the video URL and convert it by expanding the video description section. Right at the end of the description you will see.</p><p><strong>License – Creative Commons Attribution license (reuse allowed)</strong></p><p>This means that you can reuse the video, which is great for affiliate marketing especially. Because there are many videos about reviews and success stories with several affiliate products that you can use. Then simply promote the affiliate offer that the video is about.</p><p>Once you have decided on a video under creative commons, copy the video URL. But not the URL in the search window. You want to copy the video URL in the “Share” option. Then simply add the video URL to the YouTube Downloader tool in the steps below. Before we move on to the next heading, let’s just go over the basic steps one more time.</p><p>1. Search YouTube for a Particular Target Keyword.</p><p>2. Enable Creative Commons.</p><p>3. MeWe, and Gab. Where you want to share your videos that you have uploaded to Rumble and BitChute once done. But you also want to engage with audiences and join groups. These two sites are like social media giants but without all the hassles, and rules to work through.</p><p>Once you have created your Gab and MeWe accounts be sure to complete your profiles as professional as possible. Simply because a faceless and/or suspicious profile will not get much attention, if any at all. But social networking profiles is an entire subject on its own.</p><p>With anything you do online, always make your profiles as complete as possible because you are competing with people that do. Here you’ll find heavyweights such as Louis Vuitton and Tiffany’s just a short walk from high-street names like H&M and Forever 21, as well as the cavernous Abercrombie & Fitch flagship store!</p><p>New York is also home to some of the world’s most famed department stores including Saks, Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s. One of the most highly recommended is The Village Mall just off Jumeirah Road, which houses a mix of unusual, unique designer shops and more popular international brands. The Mall of the Emirates is one of the city’s largest shopping centres whose highlights include the world-famous indoor ski slope.</p><p>Another unmissable aspect of Dubai shopping is the Souks, which are frequented by tourists and locals alike, all doing their best to haggle for a bargain!</p><p><strong>Milan – Italy</strong></p><p>Milan is one of the world’s fashion capitals and is synonymous with the biggest names in designer fashion such as Armani, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana and Gucci, all of whom set up their original boutiques in this city.</p><p>As Italy’s top source of ‘alta moda’ (high fashion), Milan is home to one of the four “International Fashion Weeks”. Whether you’re shopping for a bespoke suit from Savile Row or something more alternative and unique from Camden Market, London’s underground system can transport you round the city in a matter of minutes.</p><p>Oxford Street is a heaven for high street shopping, although the crowds and queues can be quite hellish! For a more upmarket experience, Mayfair or Knightsbridge are both home to many of the big designer names.</p><p>London is also home to Harrods, the world’s most famous department store and as much a tourist attraction as a shopping destination. Harrods is probably most famed for the claim that they could obtain “Everything for Everyone, Everywhere” and the subsequent rumour that US President Reagan once ordered a baby elephant from the store.
