88.

 89.
We work to together to provide the cheerleaders with an experience unlike rec cheer to avoid burn out or loss of

 90.
Our staff is filled with Professional coaching in stunts & tumbling which we plan on utilizing more this year!

 91.
We have Experienced Coaches at all levels that stick to practice goals and standard procedures

 92.
We pride ourselves for our positive program that encourages girls from around the area to work as a team, create bonds and work together to achieve goals

 93.
We have created standards and goals at each level and will work with girls to help them achieve or work towards

 94.
We are looking for additional competitions to participate in to provide the girls with other opportunities!

 95.
We make it FUN while we make sure they are LEARNING and MAKING PROGRESS!!

 96.
We had an overwhelmingly amount of coaches at ALL LEVELS that notices a SIGNIFICANT difference between our Spring Team Cheerleaders!! Its not just the SPRING COMPETITION it’s how you do it & who you do it with!

 97.
Our cheerleaders create goals before season and we help them achieve them! We had many athletes last year achieve new tumbling skills, stunts skills, new tricks in the pyramid & much more!

 98.

 99.

 100.
TEAMS

 101.
Although we have a good idea on how we are going to create teams, please understand our main goal is to ensure each team is successful and each cheerleader makes progress. Therefore, when we create teams we will create them based off of stunts groups that we feel can achieve the stunts we hope to be able to achieve within the season- with the help of Coach Jayson and his progressions! (Why are we doing this? It’sis another way for us to make sure the cheerleaders are learning something NEW!) Speaking ofprogressions, we strongly believe that you have to take 1 step at a time (hit A before moving on to C).Having said that, your cheerleader may not have the experience with certain skills needed that may place her on a team that will allow her to learn skills that she is ready for!

 102.
Grades 1-8 (teams will be split based on stunt groups, competition experience and rec team affiliation)

 103.
Be a part of this Special Team of Cheerleaders that want more! Practices and routines will provide intensity your cheerleader may want and the structure you aresearching for to give your cheerleader that extra step in the right direction!

 334.

About Cheer City

 335.
Cheer City provides in house and virtual classes that focus on technique, timing and training. Our classes consist of tumbling, jumps, stunts, motions, transitions and more!

 336.
It’s simple… don’t take 7 months off of something you love. Instead continue to practice and train to go back a stronger more polished cheerleader for your team!

 337.
Many teams are not given the opportunity and time to provide each cheerleader with ability to grow. Concentrating on their competition routine is the main goal for everyone- forgetting that these cheerleaders need feedback, one on one attention and need to learn basics in order to see improvement.

 338.
Here at Cheer City we keep Cheerleading around after your competitive team’s season is over. We focus on making sure each cheerleader makes improvements in their individual cheer technique. This includes motions, jumps, transitions, stunting basics, learning choreography and more. Training like a cheerleader is not easy to do, but these classes
we will insure each girl/boy goes back to their competitive team a stronger, more balanced and confident cheerleader.

 339.
Our focus at Cheer city is to create well rounded cheerleaders. Understanding there is more to cheerleading then tumbling, we focus other aspects of choreography and cheer training. We will establish and build upon the basics of cheer which allow each cheerleader to succeed when going back to their competition team. Providing classes for all levels, we will insure progress through visual content, individualized progression cards and a reward system. Cheerleading is a sport that allows you to contribute your talents on a team, while still challenging yourself as an individual athlete and achieving your very own personal goals.

 340.
What the classes look like?

 341.
Each class will include both technique and training. To reinforce or teach technique the girls will be explicitly taught the skills step by step. Additionally, they will receive one on one feedback on how to improve or excel! Training will involve executing drills, stations and individualized direction to strengthen each cheerleader. Knowing that when you are stronger- your motions are tighter, your jumps are higher and no matter what position in a stunt group- you are better prepared!

 342.
What we have learned from the last year at Cheer City, is the more time dedicated to instruction and training the more progress is made. We are happy to assist you with what would be the best program for your cheerleader. We know
that come the end of July you may be dedicated to your rec team, but let us help you be the best you can be when going back for the Fall.
