35.
Dubai is often celebrated for its glittering skyscrapers, futuristic skyline, and ambitious projects that push the boundaries of design. Yet, behind the city’s concrete and steel lies a quieter revolution — one driven by greenery. Landscaping contractors in Dubai are not simply planting trees and laying grass; they are redefining how people experience urban living in one of the world’s most dynamic cities.

 36.
 37.
 38.
 39.
From turning desert spaces into lush retreats to designing sustainable outdoor environments, these professionals are reshaping the way residents and visitors connect with their surroundings. In a city where luxury and innovation go hand in hand, landscaping is no longer an afterthought — it’s central to lifestyle, health, and sustainability.

 43.
The Growing Role of Landscaping Contractors in Urban Development

 44.
 45.
 46.
 47.
As Dubai continues to expand, the demand for professional landscaping has grown beyond individual villas and hotels. Landscaping contractors are now working hand in hand with real estate developers, architects, and government projects to design spaces that balance function, beauty, and sustainability.

 48.
 49.
 50.
 51.
Instead of viewing landscapes as decorative, urban planners see them as essential infrastructure. Well-planned green spaces reduce urban heat, support biodiversity, and create inviting communities where people want to live. Whether it’s a community park in Arabian Ranches or the tree-lined boulevards of Downtown Dubai, these spaces are a direct result of strategic landscaping efforts.

 56.
 57.
 58.
 59.
Dubai’s desert climate poses obvious challenges for greenery, but it also makes the city’s landscapes even more remarkable. Rooftop gardens, shaded walkways, and lush courtyards have become vital to urban life.

 60.
 61.
 62.
 63.
Families can gather in shaded parks, professionals can enjoy outdoor cafés surrounded by greenery, and children have safe, inviting spaces to play — all thanks to thoughtful design. Landscaping contractors in Dubai are not just providing aesthetics; they are creating experiences that enhance community living, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.

 67.
Luxury Garden Design: Outdoor Living Elevated

 68.
 69.
 70.
 71.
In a city where luxury is part of the lifestyle, outdoor spaces are expected to be just as impressive as interiors. Homeowners, hoteliers, and commercial developers are investing heavily in custom-designed gardens that reflect elegance and comfort.

 72.
 73.
 74.
 75.
Modern landscaping in Dubai now includes infinity pools surrounded by tropical planting, outdoor lounges with cooling mist systems, and vertical gardens that save space while making bold design statements. Luxury garden design has become a way for residents and businesses to showcase status, but also to create personal sanctuaries within the bustling city.

 76.
 77.
 78.
 79.
This growing demand is why choosing the right landscaping contractors is so crucial. The best firms don’t just follow trends — they innovate, blending luxury with practicality to deliver outdoor spaces that are both beautiful and livable.

 83.
Sustainability: Greening the Desert Responsibly

 84.
 85.
 86.
 87.
One of the biggest challenges for landscaping in Dubai is water usage. Traditional gardens can place immense strain on resources, which is why sustainability is now at the forefront of modern landscaping.

 88.
 89.
 90.
 91.
Leading contractors are adopting water-efficient irrigation systems, such as smart drip irrigation controlled by sensors that respond to soil moisture levels. Native and drought-tolerant plants are being incorporated to reduce water dependency while maintaining visual appeal. Even recycled materials are being used in pathways and decorative features to minimize environmental impact.

 92.
 93.
 94.
 95.
This is where landscape maintenance contractors play a vital role. Sustainable landscapes don’t stop at installation; they require careful, ongoing management to thrive in Dubai’s unique climate. Professional maintenance ensures that plants remain healthy, irrigation systems run efficiently, and outdoor spaces stay aligned with eco-friendly principles.

 117.

 118.

 126.
 127.
 128.
 129.
Take a stroll through communities like Jumeirah Golf Estates, Arabian Ranches, or Dubai Hills Estate, and you’ll see firsthand how landscaping is redefining urban living. These areas are not just collections of houses; they are vibrant neighborhoods where green spaces, walking trails, and outdoor social areas foster a sense of belonging.

 130.
 131.
 132.
 133.
Hotels, too, are heavily investing in landscaping to create unique experiences for guests. A resort on Palm Jumeirah, for example, may boast tropical-inspired gardens with shaded cabanas and private water features, turning a stay into an immersive escape.

 134.
 135.
 136.
 137.
Such examples highlight the strategic importance of landscaping contractors in shaping Dubai’s identity as a city where luxury and livability coexist.

 143.
 144.
 145.
With so many companies offering services, how do homeowners, developers, or businesses choose the right partner?

 146.
 147.
 148.
 149.
First, experience matters. Look for contractors with a proven track record of handling projects similar to yours — whether that’s villa landscaping, commercial development, or public space design. A reputable firm will also provide ongoing support through skilled landscape maintenance contractors, ensuring your investment continues to flourish long after installation.

 150.
 151.
 152.
 153.
Second, innovation and sustainability should be non-negotiable. The best contractors will recommend eco-friendly solutions and advanced technologies tailored to Dubai’s climate, ensuring long-term value.

 154.
 155.
 156.
 157.
Lastly, transparency builds trust. Clear communication, detailed proposals, and a commitment to quality workmanship separate professional landscaping companies from the rest.

 204.
In today’s fast-paced world, finding the time to work out can often feel like a challenge. Between work, family, and other responsibilities, many of us struggle to commit to long gym sessions. But what if there was a way to maximize your workout in less time, without sacrificing results? Enter EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) training, a revolutionary workout method that promises to do just that. If you’re in Dubai or anywhere else where time is precious, EMS training might be the solution you’ve been searching for.

 205.
 206.
 207.
 208.
In this blog, we’ll dive into what EMS training is, how it saves time compared to traditional workouts, why it’s so effective, who it’s best for, and some common myths and facts about this fitness trend. Let’s explore why EMS training is quickly becoming a favorite workout option for busy professionals, parents, athletes, and anyone who wants results in less time.

 209.
 210.
 211.
 212.
What is EMS Training?

 213.
 214.
 215.
 216.
Before we get into how EMS training works and why it’s so effective, let’s start with the basics: What exactly is EMS training?

 217.
 218.
 219.
 220.
EMS stands for Electrical Muscle Stimulation. Essentially, it’s a technique where electrical impulses are used to stimulate muscle contractions. These impulses are delivered through electrodes placed on the skin, typically at various points on the body. The goal is to mimic the natural electrical impulses your brain sends to your muscles during a workout.

 221.
 222.
 223.
 224.
The magic happens when EMS technology is used during exercise. By combining electrical stimulation with physical movement, EMS activates deeper muscle fibers than conventional workouts, engaging up to 90% of your muscles at once — compared to traditional exercise, which only engages around 40% to 60%.

 225.
 226.
 227.
 228.
This results in a workout that’s far more efficient, helping you achieve maximum muscle activation, improved endurance, and faster muscle recovery — all in a fraction of the time.

 229.
 230.
 231.
 232.
How EMS Training Saves You Time

 233.
 234.
 235.
 236.
In the bustling city of Dubai, where time is precious, EMS training is quickly gaining popularity as the perfect solution for individuals with hectic schedules. But how does it save you time compared to a traditional workout?

 237.
 238.
 239.
 240.
Shorter Sessions, Same or Better Results

 241.
 242.
 243.
 244.
One of the most significant advantages of EMS training is that it requires far less time than traditional workouts. A typical EMS session lasts only 20 minutes, while traditional workouts can take anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour.

 245.
 246.
 247.
 248.
During those 20 minutes, EMS training provides the equivalent of hours of traditional gym work. Because of the intense muscle activation, a 20-minute EMS session can burn fat, build muscle, and improve your fitness level in much less time than a standard workout. In today’s world of busy professionals and parents, this time-saving benefit is invaluable.

 249.
 250.
 251.
 252.
Perfect for Busy Professionals

 253.
 254.
 255.
 256.
Imagine you’re a busy professional in Dubai, where work often demands long hours. You’ve probably struggled to find time for a workout routine that doesn’t interfere with your work commitments. With EMS, you can fit in a full-body workout during your lunch break or before your evening meetings, without the need for a lengthy gym session.

 257.
 258.
 259.
 260.
EMS training is designed to be efficient and effective, meaning you don’t have to sacrifice hours of your day to stay in shape. Plus, you can work with the best fitness trainer in Dubai to ensure you’re getting the most out of each session, allowing you to maximize your time in the gym.

 261.
 262.
 263.
 264.
Why EMS Training Delivers Faster Results

 265.
 266.
 267.
 268.
Quick results are another reason why EMS training is gaining traction. While traditional workouts can take weeks or even months to show visible changes, EMS training provides much quicker outcomes.

 269.
 270.
 271.
 272.
Targeting Deep Muscle Fibers

 273.
 274.
 275.
 276.
Unlike conventional workouts, which primarily target the surface muscles, EMS stimulates deeper muscle fibers. This results in improved strength, muscle tone, and endurance in a shorter amount of time. When you use EMS training in combination with exercise, you’re pushing your muscles harder and faster, speeding up the process of muscle growth and fat loss.

 277.
 278.
 279.
 280.
Enhanced Metabolism and Fat Burning

 281.
 282.
 283.
 284.
Another reason for the rapid results is EMS’s impact on metabolism. The intense muscle contractions not only help build muscle but also accelerate fat burning. EMS training can boost your metabolism even after your workout, leading to an increase in calories burned throughout the day.

 285.
 286.
 287.
 288.
This makes EMS training an excellent choice for anyone looking to lose weight, increase muscle mass, or improve their athletic performance without spending endless hours at the gym.

 289.
 290.
 291.
 292.
Who Can Benefit from EMS Training?

 293.
 294.
 295.
 296.
You might be wondering if EMS training is for you. The great thing about EMS is that it’s versatile and can benefit just about anyone. Here are a few examples of who can benefit the most:

 297.
 298.
 299.
 300.
1. Busy Professionals

 301.
 302.
 303.
 304.
EMS is ideal for busy professionals in Dubai, where time constraints are common. If you can’t commit to lengthy gym sessions but still want effective results, EMS training provides a time-efficient alternative. Just 20 minutes a session, and you can target multiple muscle groups, increase endurance, and achieve better results in less time. By working with the best fitness trainer in Dubai, you can ensure that every session is optimized for your specific fitness goals.

 305.
 306.
 307.
 308.
2. Parents

 309.
 310.
 311.
 312.
For parents juggling family life and personal fitness goals, finding time to work out is often a challenge. EMS training allows you to get a full-body workout in under 30 minutes, making it perfect for those who have little time to spare but still want to maintain their health and fitness.

 313.
 314.
 315.
 316.
3. Athletes

 317.
 318.
 319.
 320.
Athletes looking for a way to improve their performance and recover faster can benefit from EMS training. EMS helps enhance strength and endurance, which is essential for high-performance sports. It also aids in muscle recovery, reducing the risk of injury and speeding up recovery after intense training sessions.

 321.
 322.
 323.
 324.
Myths vs Facts: Busting Common EMS Training Misconceptions

 325.
 326.
 327.
 328.
Like any emerging fitness trend, EMS training comes with its fair share of myths and misconceptions. Let’s separate fact from fiction.

 329.
 330.
 331.
 332.
Myth 1: EMS is Only for Athletes or Bodybuilders

 333.
 334.
 335.
 336.
Fact: EMS training is suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, tone muscles, or build strength, EMS can be customized to suit your specific fitness goals.

 337.
 338.
 339.
 340.
Myth 2: EMS Training is Dangerous and Can Cause Muscle Damage

 341.
 342.
 343.
 344.
Fact: When performed by a trained professional, EMS training is safe. The electrical impulses are carefully regulated to ensure that the muscles contract in a controlled manner, mimicking the body’s natural movements. However, it’s essential to work with a certified trainer to avoid overexertion.

 345.
 346.
 347.
 348.
Myth 3: EMS Training is the Same as Electrotherapy

 349.
 350.
 351.
 352.
Fact: EMS training is not the same as electrotherapy. While both use electrical impulses, EMS training is designed to improve fitness by stimulating muscle contractions, whereas electrotherapy is often used for medical purposes like pain management.

 424.
Standard Chartered has raised its Ether price forecast for 2025 to $7,500, up from a previous $4,000 target, citing a surge in institutional buying and the accelerating adoption of stablecoins following recent US regulatory changes.

 425.
In a report shared with Cointelegraph, the bank said Ether (ETH) treasury companies and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) have acquired 3.8% of all ETH in circulation since early June, almost double the fastest rate of Bitcoin accumulation by similar entities during the 2024 US election cycle.

 426.
“A lot has changed since our last ETH forecast update in March,” Standard Chartered wrote. “The first strongly positive sign was significant industry engagement from the Ethereum Foundation and Etherialize, two of the organisations behind the Ethereum ecosystem,” it added.

 427.
The British bank also noted plans by Vitalik Buterin to boost Ethereum’s layer-1 throughput by 10x, enabling more high-value transactions to settle onchain while delegating smaller transfers to layer-2 networks such as Arbitrum and Base.

 428.

Ether and Bitcoin price forecasts. Source: Standard Chartered

 430.
GENIUS Act to supercharge Ethereum’s stablecoin dominance

 431.
Standard Chartered cited the passage of the GENIUS Act in July as another major catalyst. The legislation provides a clear framework for stablecoins, paving the way for mainstream adoption. The bank noted that stablecoins account for 40% of all blockchain fees, with over half issued on Ethereum.

 432.
The bank expects the sector’s market capitalization to grow eightfold to $2 trillion by 2028, driving both direct and indirect demand for Ethereum through decentralised finance (DeFi) growth, where ETH already holds a 65% share of total value locked.

 433.
Standard Chartered anticipates ETH will surpass its previous all-time high by the end of Q3 2025, continuing its recent outperformance against Bitcoin. It projects the ETH-BTC ratio will climb from 0.036 to 0.05 as Ethereum’s fundamentals strengthen.

 434.
At the time of writing, ETH was trading at $4,692, less than 4% from its previous ATH of $4,891 registered in November 2021, according to data from CoinMarketCap.

 435.
Meanwhile, Standard Chartered’s new long-term outlook sets ETH at $12,000 in 2026, $18,000 in 2027 and $25,000 by 2028.

 438.
With ETH nearing a new all-time high, profit-taking is kicking in. As reported, the Ethereum whale collective known as 7 Siblings has sold $88.2 million worth of ETH over the past day, unloading 19,461 ETH at an average price of $4,532.

 462.

 463.
Key takeaways

 464.

 465.

 466.
With no personal income or capital gains tax and recent VAT exemptions on crypto transactions, the UAE provides an unmatched financial incentive for crypto investors.

 467.

 468.

 469.
Dubai’s VARA and Abu Dhabi’s FSRA lead with retail and institutional frameworks, while RAK, Sharjah and others are developing tailored zones and policies for Web3 innovation.

 470.

 471.

 472.
Free zones like DMCC, ADGM and DIFC offer business-ready ecosystems, while high-speed internet, 5G and cloud services make the UAE a plug-and-play hub for crypto firms.

 473.

 474.

 475.
The Golden Visa, safety, global connectivity and smart city living combine to offer crypto millionaires not just financial freedom but a secure, luxurious home base.

 476.

 477.

 478.
In recent years, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has emerged as a magnet for crypto millionaires. Across all seven emirates — from cosmopolitan Dubai and Abu Dhabi to rising hubs like Ras Al Khaimah and Sharjah — the UAE offers an enticing mix of zero taxes, clear regulations, cutting-edge infrastructure, visionary government support and an unrivaled lifestyle.

 479.
Specifically, a growing number of high-net-worth crypto investors are calling Dubai and Abu Dhabi home. This trend is significant: The UAE is now the world’s top destination for migrating millionaires, with an estimated 9,800 millionaires projected to move to the UAE in 2025 alone.

 480.
The country’s appeal is fueled by strategic government choices: regulatory reforms, favorable tax policies and even long-term residency options like the Golden Visa. In other words, a combination of business-friendly policies and an enviable living environment is driving this UAE crypto migration.

 481.
Below, this article breaks down five key policies and factors behind this phenomenon.

 482.

 483.
1. Tax-free crypto profits: Zero taxes on income and gains

 484.
The UAE’s zero-tax policy on crypto gains — no income tax, no capital gains tax — is a prime draw for global crypto investors. Crypto millionaires in the UAE enjoy 100% tax-free crypto profits, as the nation imposes no personal income tax or capital gains tax on individuals.

 485.
This means Bitcoin billionaires, non-fungible token (NFT) moguls and startup founders can cash out or reinvest their digital wealth without handing a cut to the taxman — a stark contrast to high-tax jurisdictions in Europe or North America.

 486.
Even after the UAE introduced a 9% federal corporate tax in 2023, personal crypto holdings remain untaxed and tax-free crypto profits are fully legal. Crucially, the government has gone a step further by exempting most crypto transactions from the 5% value-added tax (VAT).

 487.
In late 2024, the UAE’s Federal Tax Authority announced that cryptocurrency transfers and conversions would be VAT-exempt effective Nov. 15, 2024 (retroactively applied to transactions since 2018). This VAT exemption covers crypto trading and exchange services, treating them on par with other financial services.

 488.
The result is a virtually tax-free environment for crypto market participants, whether they are mining Bitcoin (BTC), trading on exchanges or realizing gains from token investments. Industry insiders highlight that the UAE’s combination of clear regulations and zero capital gains tax has created the “perfect environment for crypto growth.”

 489.
Did you know? Over 74% of UAE residents aged 25-34 are interested in crypto, and 21% plan to enter the market within the next 12 months.

 490.
2. Regulatory clarity: World-leading crypto frameworks in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and beyond

 491.
Clarity and certainty in regulation are paramount for crypto entrepreneurs, and the UAE delivers with pioneering frameworks.

 492.
Dubai: Retail-focused clarity

 493.

 494.

 495.
Dubai led the charge by establishing the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) in 2022, the world’s first regulator dedicated exclusively to virtual assets.

 496.

 497.

 498.
Backed by Dubai’s new virtual asset law, VARA provides clear licensing regimes for exchanges, crypto platforms and token issuers, instilling confidence for companies setting up shop.

 499.

 500.

 501.
Major crypto exchanges such as Binance and Crypto.com have obtained VARA licenses, reflecting Dubai’s attractiveness under well-defined rules.

 502.

 503.

 504.
Abu Dhabi: Institutional-grade compliance

 505.

 506.

 507.
Meanwhile, Abu Dhabi was an early mover in crypto oversight through the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).

 508.

 509.

 510.
As far back as 2018, the FSRA introduced a comprehensive regulatory framework for virtual assets, the first of its kind in the Gulf Cooperation Council region, covering everything from exchange licensing to custody rules.

 511.

 512.

 513.
This regulatory clarity in the ADGM has drawn institutional players; by late 2023, global firms such as Copper, Paxos and eToro had expanded into Abu Dhabi under the FSRA’s purview.

 514.

 515.

 516.
Abu Dhabi’s approach typically targets institutional and high-capital crypto activities, complementing Dubai’s more retail-focused market.

 517.

 518.

 519.
Crucially, the UAE is working to harmonize crypto regulations federally: Dubai’s VARA and the UAE’s Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) struck an agreement on mutual recognition, allowing VARA-licensed firms to operate across the UAE. This means a crypto exchange licensed in Dubai’s free zone can serve customers in other emirates, further integrating the national market.

 520.
Ras Al Khaimah: Specialized Web3 jurisdiction

 521.

 522.

 523.
Other emirates are also advancing regulatory initiatives. Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) made headlines by launching the RAK Digital Assets Oasis (RAK DAO), touted as the world’s first free zone exclusively for digital asset companies.

 524.

 525.

 526.
Established by law in 2023, RAK DAO is a specialized zone with independent authority under the new Department of the Future, granting it financial and legislative autonomy to craft crypto-friendly rules. It targets Web3 and virtual asset service providers, from metaverse builders to NFT platforms, offering them a tailor-made, common-law regime. This bold move positions RAK as a future-focused jurisdiction keen to attract blockchain business.

 527.

 528.

 529.
Sharjah, Ajman, UAQ, Fujairah: Emerging frontiers

 530.

 531.

 532.
Likewise, Sharjah has shown interest in blockchain applications.

 533.

 534.

 535.
Umm Al Quwain and Ajman are exploring fintech and digital economy initiatives, signaling that every emirate is embracing innovation.

 536.

 537.

 538.
While Dubai and Abu Dhabi set the regulatory gold standard, the unified theme is clarity, clear rules, specialist regulators and proactive laws, which gives crypto investors and companies the confidence to relocate to the UAE knowing where they stand legally.

 539.
Did you know? Telegram founder Pavel Durov has called Dubai home since 2017 and is now a UAE citizen. Once named the richest expat in the UAE, he ranked as the world’s 120th richest person in 2024.

 540.
3. Cutting-edge infrastructure: Crypto zones, hubs and innovation ecosystems

 541.
A supportive infrastructure underpins the UAE’s crypto appeal. Across the emirates, there’s a network of free zones, hubs and accelerators purpose-built for fintech and digital assets.

 542.
Dubai

 543.

 544.

 545.
In Dubai, the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) has established a renowned Crypto Centre, a comprehensive ecosystem hosting over 650 blockchain and digital asset companies as of mid-2025. Within this hub, crypto startups find co-working spaces, incubators and a supportive community, alongside access to DMCC’s business services.

 546.
Similarly, the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), while traditionally focused on finance, now accommodates a thriving fintech and crypto scene through its Innovation Hub and the DFSA’s regulatory sandbox for digital tokens.

 547.

 548.

 549.
Abu Dhabi

 550.

 551.

 552.
In Abu Dhabi, the ADGM on Al Maryah Island has become a crypto and blockchain innovation hub in its own right. ADGM operates under English common law and boasts a robust fintech ecosystem (Hub71) that, in 2023, launched a $2-billion+ initiative to fund Web3 and blockchain startups.

 553.

 554.

 555.
Over 5,000 Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) for wealth and business structuring have been set up in ADGM, a meteoric rise from just 46 SPVs in 2016. This signals how many family offices, investment funds and crypto project founders are choosing Abu Dhabi’s infrastructure to park assets and build new ventures.

 556.

 557.

 558.
Even Binance’s ex-CEO, Changpeng “CZ” Zhao, and other global billionaires have established holding companies in ADGM, leveraging its robust legal framework and crypto-friendly regulations.

 559.

 560.

 561.

 562.
Sharjah and beyond

 563.

 564.

 565.
Sharjah, known for its academic prowess, is contributing to infrastructure by nurturing human capital and innovation. The emirate hosts the Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park and recently launched a blockchain academy in partnership with layer-1 blockchain Sui at the American University of Sharjah. Through such initiatives, Sharjah is building a pipeline of blockchain talent and startups, complementing the physical infrastructure with intellectual infrastructure.

 566.

 567.

 568.
Further east, Fujairah is developing tech-friendly free zones (like Fujairah Creative City) and exploring blockchain use cases in sectors such as supply chain and finance, aiming to diversify its economy with digital ventures.

 569.

 570.

 571.
Ajman and Umm Al Quwain, while smaller, also offer cost-effective free zone licenses and supportive business environments for crypto-related startups, ensuring that entrepreneurs have options beyond the big cities.

 572.

 573.

 574.
Importantly, the UAE’s world-class digital infrastructure, ubiquitous high-speed internet, 5G networks and cloud data centers provides the backbone for any crypto or blockchain operation. Whether in Dubai’s bustling crypto co-working spaces or RAK’s new digital assets zone, crypto investors find a plug-and-play infrastructure ready to support their endeavors.

 575.
4. National blockchain and metaverse ambitions of visionary government

 576.
The UAE’s emergence as a crypto hub is no accident; it’s the product of deliberate, forward-looking government vision. The country’s leadership has woven blockchain and digital assets into its broader national strategies for innovation.

 577.
Strategic national goals

 578.

 579.

 580.
As early as 2018, the UAE unveiled Blockchain Strategy 2021, aiming to transfer 50% of government transactions onto blockchain platforms by 2021. This push not only streamlined public services but also signaled to the world that the UAE was serious about adopting crypto’s underlying technology at scale.

 581.

 582.

 583.
Building on that momentum, Dubai launched an ambitious Dubai Metaverse Strategy in 2022, with the goal of making the emirate one of the global top 10 metaverse economies. The strategy targets adding 4 billion UAE dirhams ($1.1 billion) to the economy in five years and creating 40,000 virtual jobs by 2030.

 584.

 585.

 586.
Initiatives under this plan include attracting 1,000 blockchain and metaverse companies (Dubai already had 1,000 firms in this space by 2022) and integrating metaverse tech into tourism, education and government services. In practice, this means Dubai’s government is actively experimenting with NFTs, virtual real estate and immersive digital services, fostering a climate where crypto-related ideas are welcomed rather than shunned.

 587.

 588.

 589.
Federal support

 590.

 591.

 592.
At the federal level, the UAE has a National AI Strategy and a Digital Economy Strategy, under which blockchain and crypto are key components for diversifying beyond oil.

 593.

 594.

 595.
High-level ministers (such as the minister of state for artificial intelligence, digital economy and remote work) champion crypto and metaverse projects, ensuring policy support at the top.

 596.

 597.

 598.
Regional alignment

 599.
Each emirate is finding its niche under this vision.

 600.

 601.

 602.
Abu Dhabi, for instance, through Hub71 and ADGM, focuses on big-ticket Web3 investments and institutional adoption (including a government-backed $2-billion fund for Web3 startups).

 603.

 604.

 605.
Dubai focuses on retail crypto adoption, blockchain in everyday services and emerging tech like tokenized assets and AI integration in finance.

 606.

 607.

 608.
Ras Al Khaimah’s creation of the RAK Digital Assets Oasis aligns with the national vision to become a “global crypto capital,” enabling RAK to specialize in nurturing early-stage Web3 innovators in a sandbox-like environment.

 609.

 610.

 611.
Even Sharjah’s emphasis on education (like the American University of Sharjah Blockchain Academy) echoes the strategic goal of building human infrastructure for a blockchain-based economy.

 612.

 613.

 614.
The government’s pro-crypto vision is also evident in international partnerships; for example, Dubai’s leadership has inked agreements with global crypto firms (like a recent deal with Crypto.com to develop blockchain solutions for real estate transactions) to pilot new use cases.

 615.
All these efforts, including blockchain strategies, metaverse roadmaps and tech parks, create a clear message: The UAE sees crypto and digital assets as integral to its future. This vision and openness reassure crypto entrepreneurs that by relocating to the UAE, they are aligning with a country that wants their industry to thrive.

 616.
Did you know? The TON Foundation’s offer of UAE golden visas to Toncoin stakers was quickly denied by local regulators, exposing a legal misstep. Despite support from influencers, including Telegram’s Pavel Durov, the plan clashed with strict UAE crypto marketing laws, highlighting the need for proper legal reviews.

 617.
5. Residency opportunities: Golden visas and an elite global lifestyle

 618.
Beyond the formal policies, the UAE offers an enviable lifestyle and residency benefits that strongly attract wealthy individuals, including crypto millionaires.

 619.
Key highlights include:

 620.

 621.

 622.
The UAE’s Golden Visa program, a long-term 10-year residency visa, has been a game-changer for investors, entrepreneurs and talented professionals.

 623.

 624.

 625.
Crypto founders who qualify (for example, by investing in UAE businesses or real estate or by attaining success in the tech sector) can obtain a Golden Visa, securing a decade of residency for themselves and their families with no local sponsor required.

 626.

 627.

 628.
The Golden Visa’s allure is its stability and simplicity: It lets expatriates safely base themselves in the UAE, open bank accounts, buy property and even sponsor family members with ease. In 2024, the government expanded the visa categories dramatically, introducing new sponsor-free residency tracks for everyone from digital content creators to even luxury yacht owners.

 629.

 630.

 631.
This inclusive approach signals that innovators of all stripes are welcome. A crypto hedge fund manager or blockchain developer can move to Dubai or Abu Dhabi, knowing they can secure long-term residency as easily as a more traditional investor.

 632.

 633.

 634.
The lifestyle advantages of the UAE are equally compelling. Dubai and Abu Dhabi consistently rank among the safest cities globally, with low crime and high political stability, a “safe haven status” that wealthy families highly value. Modern infrastructural amenities abound: world-class hospitals, international schools and universities, luxury malls and restaurants, and vibrant arts and culture scenes.

 635.
For crypto millionaires used to international travel, the UAE’s strategic location is a boon: Dubai and Abu Dhabi are major aviation hubs with direct flights connecting Europe, Asia and Africa within eight hours. This global connectivity allows investors to manage businesses across continents while enjoying a home base in the emirates.

 636.
Moreover, the quality of life is bolstered by cutting-edge smart city initiatives. For instance, UAE cities are investing in smart governance (you can pay government fees in crypto for select services and digital amenities, such as high-speed 5G, widespread crypto ATMs and even real estate deals via blockchain).

 637.
The day-to-day lifestyle, from sunny weather and luxury real estate to five-star entertainment and outdoor recreation, is often compared to a perpetual vacation. Such perks have not gone unnoticed by the crypto elite: Numerous crypto conferences (like Token 2049), blockchain summits and networking events now take place in Dubai annually, reinforcing the sense of a thriving community.

 638.
Crucially, the UAE also offers comfort on the legal and financial front: strong banking infrastructure with private banking services tailored to high-net-worth individuals and new family-friendly legal reforms (like secular options for marriage/inheritance) that provide expatriate families more certainty.

 639.
The crypto future is being built in the emirates

 640.
The UAE presents crypto millionaires not just a place to do business, but an upscale, convenient lifestyle and a secure home. It’s a combination of tax-free crypto profits by day and luxury living by night that is hard to match elsewhere.

 641.
From Dubai’s bold metaverse ambitions to Abu Dhabi’s institutional-grade infrastructure and Ras Al Khaimah’s Web3-first regulatory sandbox, each emirate plays a unique role in shaping the UAE as a comprehensive crypto haven. With visionary governance, cutting-edge infrastructure and a welcoming environment for innovators, the UAE isn’t just accommodating crypto — it’s actively shaping its global future.

 642.
In 2025 and beyond, the UAE’s message to crypto entrepreneurs is clear: Bring your ideas, bring your capital and build your future here. It’s a call that’s resonating around the world and one that continues to draw the blockchain elite to this crypto-friendly oasis in the desert.

 664.

 665.
The US federal debt has reached a record $37 trillion, adding fuel to calls that rising deficits and potential money supply growth may underpin a Bitcoin rally to $132,000 by year’s end.

 666.
“Thanks to the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, the debt just officially passed the $37 trillion mark,” said Representative Thomas Massie in a Wednesday X post.

 667.
The US deficit has risen to its latest record high a month after US President Donald Trump signed the One Big Beautiful Bill Act into law on July 4, which he said would cut as much as $1.6 trillion in federal spending.

 668.
Analysts said swelling deficits can eventually prompt looser policy, including quantitative easing, which is large-scale bond purchases by central banks that inject liquidity into the financial system.

 669.

Source: Thomas Massie

 670.
Bitcoin advocates argue that a growing money supply and rising inflation concerns may lead to a renewed recognition of Bitcoin’s (BTC) monetary scarcity, pushing the world’s first cryptocurrency to new all-time highs.

 671.
Related: Bitcoin’s corporate boom raises ‘Fort Knox’ nationalization concerns

 672.
Analysts outline path to $132,000

 673.
US Treasury data shows that US debt soared from $26.7 trillion in 2020 to over $37 trillion, marking a 38% increase in just five years.

 674.
Bitcoin rose over 925% during the same period, with its historic price growth “directly correlated” with US debt, according to Ryan Lee, chief analyst at Bitget crypto exchange.

 675.
“Ultimately, this will impact the American monetary system as a considerable amount of cash will be deployed into servicing this debt,” he said.

 676.

“The more the debt grows, the higher the likelihood of BTC price soaring to new highs.”

 677.
Moreover, the US government may also start exploring Bitcoin to fix its “massive national debt,” said Lee, adding that the “odds are stacked in favor of Bitcoin.”

 678.
Elon Musk criticized the spending bill in a June 5 X post, warning that it would “increase the deficit to $2.5 trillion.”

 679.
Related: BTCFi VC funding hits $175M as investors focus on consumer apps

 680.
Servicing the debt may also lead to an increase in the global M2 money supply, which could be the next significant catalyst for Bitcoin’s price.

 681.
Based on its correlation with BTC, the growing money supply could push Bitcoin above $132,000 before the end of 2025, according to estimates from Jamie Coutts, chief crypto analyst at Real Vision.

 682.

BTC projection to $132,000 on M2 money supply growth. Source: Jamie Coutts

 683.
The rising inflation and increase in M2 money supply may catalyze Bitcoin’s rally to the $132,000 high before the end of 2025, based on its correlation with the fiat supply.

 684.
Still, this estimate remains modest compared to perspectives shared by Arthur Hayes, co-founder of BitMEX and chief investment officer at Maelstrom, who predicted Bitcoin could climb to $250,000 if the US Federal Reserve pivots to QE, due to growing inflationary pressures.

 708.
Key takeaways:

 709.

 710.

 711.
ETH’s price jumped 10% today, inching toward its all-time high of $ 4,867.

 712.

 713.

 714.
Over $2.3 billion flows into spot Ethereum ETFs over six days.

 715.

 716.

 717.
Traders say ETH could rise as high as $13,000 once it enters price discovery.

 718.

 719.

 720.
Ether (ETH) surpassed $4,600 on Wednesday, up 8% over the last 24 hours as multiple bullish signals suggested that new all-time highs are inevitable.

 721.

ETH/USD weekly chart. Source: Cointelegraph/TradingView

 722.
ETH price set to break all-time highs

 723.
The ETH/USD pair reached an intraday high of $4,715 on Wednesday, just below the $4,867 all-time high reached in November 2021 (on Coinbase), data from Cointelegraph Markets Pro and TradingView shows.

 724.
“Bids for Ethereum continue to strengthen with the asset marching toward ATHs,” onchain data provider Glassnode said in a Tuesday post on X.

 725.
Glassnode explained that ETH has “served as a bellwether for broader altcoin performance” and its latest strength is now fueling speculation for further upside.

 726.
This performance is supported by a return of investor demand, in the form of capital inflows into spot Ethereum exchange-traded funds (ETFs). These investment products have seen a six-day inflow streak totalling $2.3 billion, with Monday setting a record $1 billion in net inflows.

 727.

Ether ETF flows table. Source: Farside Investors

 728.
“Another half a billion into spot ETH ETF, 5th best day since launch,” NovaDius president Nate Geraci said on X.

 729.
He added that this was a notable shift as the “spot eth ETFs have taken in nearly $1.5 billion more than spot BTC ETFs” since the beginning of July.

 730.
Moreover, treasury companies are increasingly accumulating ETH with holdings surpassing $16.5 billion.

 731.
BitMine Immersion Technologies leads with 1.2 million ETH ($5.33 billion), followed by SharpLink Gaming with 598,800 ETH after a 177% increase over the last month. The Ether Machine holds 345,400 ETH.

 732.

Top 10 entities holding Ether. Source: Strategic ETH Reserve

 733.
With more than 30% of ETH staked, i.e., can’t be immediately sold, this signals strong upward potential for Ether price.

 734.
Ethereum’s transactions near record highs

 735.
Ethereum’s daily transaction count reached a near-record high of over 1.87 million on Tuesday, with July 2025 recording approximately 50 million transactions, the highest in over a year.

 736.

Ethereum: Daily transaction count. Source: Nansen

 737.
Coupled with a near-all-time high total value locked (TVL) in DeFi, currently at $95 billion and with 61% of market share, this surge in network activity signals robust demand and utility.

 738.

Ethereum: Total value locked. Source: DefiLlama

 739.
How high can ETH price go?

 740.
The next major hurdle for ETH is close to the all-time high at around $4,700, according to analysts.

 741.
This level is the +1 standard deviation level of Ether’s active realized price, “often marking where selling pressure starts to build”, Glassnode said in their latest Week Onchain Report, adding:

 742.

“The $4.7K price point stands out as a key resistance to monitor. A decisive break above could signal the onset of a more speculative phase.”

 743.

ETH Active Realized Price. Source: Glassnode

 744.
“A breakout above $4,750 with sustained transaction momentum could ignite a price discovery phase,” said Cryptoquant analyst CryptoOnchain in a QuickTake analysis on Wednesday.

 745.
With respect to price discovery, several analysts said Ether could rise to areas beyond $10,000, based on various technical setups.

 746.
Analyst Jelle shared a chart showing ETH trading above a bullish megaphone with upside targets between $7,000 and $13,000.

 747.

 748.
One last hurdle to overcome.

 749.
Price discovery less than 5% away.

 752.
Crypto investor and YouTuber DivXMaN said that while the $7,500 ETH price target remains in play, the price discovery journey would take it to $13,000 based on “previous bull runs and rate of diminishing returns.”

 753.
As Cointelegraph reported, Ether price predictions after breaking the critical $4,000 level now go as high as $20,000 for the current bull market.

 775.

 776.
BitGo, a US-regulated crypto custodian, will safeguard assets for Central Asia’s first spot Bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF), which debuted Wednesday on the Astana International Exchange in Kazakhstan.

 777.
The Astana International Exchange (AIX), a stock exchange operating within the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) framework, announced the listing of the Fonte Bitcoin Exchange Traded Fund (BETF) on Wednesday.

 778.
Managed by AIFC-registered asset manager Fonte Capital, BETF offers indirect investment access to Bitcoin (BTC) to a wide range of investors, including retail participants, AIX said.

 779.
The BETF fund is physically backed by Bitcoin held in custody of BitGo Trust, a US-based subsidiary of BitGo, which is known for providing BTC custody to major US Bitcoin ETF issuers, including ARK Invest and 21Shares.

 780.
US-regulated cold storage for Kazakhstan

 781.
BitGo’s involvement in Fonte Capital-issued spot Bitcoin ETF marks the first time for the platform to provide institutional-grade Bitcoin access to investors in Central Asia, the company said in a statement on X.

 782.
“Kazakhstan is entering a new era for digital assets,” the company said, adding that it will offer its custody services through “secure, US-regulated cold storage.”

 783.

BitGo announced providing custody for BETF on Wednesday. Source: BitGo

 784.
While BitGo publicly acknowledged its role in the new spot Bitcoin ETF, neither Fonte Capital nor the Astana International Exchange mentioned the custodian in their announcements. Cointelegraph reached out to AIX, Fonte and BitGo for comment but had not received a response by publication.

 785.
BitGo’s role is a “double-edged sword”

 786.
The growing role of platforms like BitGo in spot Bitcoin products worldwide is a double-edged sword, according to Shady El Damaty, digital identity innovator and co-founder of human.tech by Holonym.

 787.
“On one hand, you’re getting institutional-grade custody right out of the gate, which matters for investor confidence. On the other hand, it highlights how concentrated this layer of infrastructure still is,” he told Cointelegraph.

 788.
Related: BitGo files for US IPO as crypto custody business surpasses $100B

 789.
El Damaty highlighted the growing need for local crypto products in developing markets, suggesting that relying on a single global player isn’t a long-term solution, but it still gets products like spot Bitcoin ETFs to market faster.

 790.
“BitGo’s involvement gives Kazakhstan an instant credibility boost,” he said, adding:

 791.

“Ideally, countries should be working toward building local custodians that meet the same security standards. That way, you’re not just importing financial infrastructure, you’re growing it at home, giving the market both sovereignty and resilience.”

 792.
Bakhrom Saydulloev, a local crypto insider and product lead at Mercuryo, echoed El Damaty’s view, emphasizing that strong local custody is crucial for the financial sovereignty of jurisdictions like Kazakhstan.

 793.
“But right now using a proven global custodian is the fastest route to credibility and foreign capital inflows,” Saydulloev told Cointelegraph.

 794.
Impact on the market

 796.
While AIX volumes are modest compared with giants like Nasdaq — which saw $73 billion in European equity trades last month — the BETF launch is significant as it provides regulated Bitcoin access to investors who have historically been excluded.

 823.
Bitcoin-focused investment company Metaplanet has surged almost 190% year-to-date (YTD), leaving Japan’s largest and most liquid blue-chip companies in its wake.

 824.
On Wednesday, Metaplanet released its earnings report for the second quarter of 2025. The report showed that the company’s YTD performance dwarfed the 7.2% average gain posted by the Tokyo Stock Price Index (TOPIX) Core 30, a benchmark tracking giants like Toyota, Sony and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries.

 825.
Metaplanet’s standout performance in 2025 comes amid its aggressive Bitcoin (BTC) pivot, with the Tokyo-listed company expanding its treasury through regular purchases.

 826.
Investors are placing bets on Metaplanet’s Bitcoin strategy paying off. According to the report, the number of Metaplanet shareholders climbed to over 180,000 as of June 2025, up 350% since it started its Bitcoin accumulation strategy in the fourth quarter of 2024.

 827.

Growth in Metaplanet shareholders. Source: Metaplanet

 828.
Metaplanet outperforms Japan’s TOPIX Core 30 amid Bitcoin strategy

 829.
Apart from Metaplanet outperforming the average gain by the index, the company has also surpassed the performance of popular individual stocks.

 830.
The report showed that Metaplanet’s YTD gains exceeded even the top-performing TOPIX Core 30 members, including Mitsubishi, Nintendo and SoftBank Group. These companies posted double-digit gains throughout the same time period but still lagged behind Metaplanet by wide margins.

 831.
Other index members like Japan Tobacco, Mizuho Financial Group and Tokio Marine Holdings posted modest gains. At the same time, companies like Toyota Motor Corp. and Murata Manufacturing showed slight declines, highlighting a gap in market sentiment.

 832.
Founded as a hospitality company, Metaplanet rebranded itself in 2024 as a Bitcoin accumulation vehicle, mimicking the playbook of US-based Strategy. According to the company, it remains the only firm offering regulated Bitcoin exposure in Japan within a public company framework.

 835.
Metaplanet to raise $3.7 billion to buy more Bitcoin

 836.
Metaplanet previously announced that it aims to acquire 1% of Bitcoin’s total supply by 2027. This means that the company plans to purchase 210,000 BTC over the next two years.

 837.
To help achieve this goal, the company announced on Aug. 1 that it will raise $3.7 billion dollars through a stock offering. The company said it intends to actively pursue equity financing as part of its Bitcoin Strategy.

 838.
In August, the company had already spent over $100 million to buy Bitcoin. On Aug. 4, Metaplanet purchased 463 BTC, with $53.7 million. The company followed it up with a $61.4 million Bitcoin purchase on Tuesday.

 862.
A core Ethereum developer said he was hit by a cryptocurrency wallet drainer linked to a rogue code assistant, underscoring how even seasoned builders can be caught by increasingly polished scams.

 863.
Core Ethereum developer Zak Cole fell victim to a malicious artificial intelligence extension from Cursor AI, which enabled the attacker to access his hot wallet for three days before draining the funds, he said in a Tuesday X post.

 864.
The developer installed the “contractshark.solidity-lang” that appeared legitimate with a professional icon, descriptive copy and more than 54,000 downloads, but it silently exfiltrated his private key. The plugin “read my .env file” and sent the key to an attacker’s server, giving access to a hot wallet for three days before funds were drained on Sunday, he said.

 865.
“In 10+ years, I have never lost a single wei to hackers. Then I rushed to ship a contract last week,” Cole said, adding that the loss was limited to a “few hundred” dollars in Ether (ETH) because he uses small, project-segregated hot wallets for testing and keeps primary holdings on hardware devices.

 871.
Extensions are becoming a ‘major attack vector’ for crypto builders

 872.
Malicious VS Code and extensions are becoming a “major attack vector, using fake publishers and typosquatting to steal private keys,” according to Hakan Unal, senior security operations lead at blockchain security firm Cyvers.

 873.

“Builders should vet extensions, avoid storing secrets in plain text or .env file, use hardware wallets, and develop in isolated environments.”

 913.
Bitcoin (BTC) is due for fresh gains within a week as institutions step up BTC buying, new analysis predicts.

 914.
In an X post on Wednesday, Charles Edwards, founder of crypto quantitative digital asset fund Capriole Investments, pointed to booming outflows from US exchange Coinbase.

 915.
Analysis: Institutions should spark fresh BTC price gains

 916.
Bitcoin is once more a target for institutional buyers as US inflation cools and markets see lower interest rates next month.

 917.
Capriole data showed that on Tuesday, 75% of Coinbase’s volume came from institutional players.

 918.
“All readings above 75% have seen higher prices one week later,” he noted.

 920.
Capriole calculates institutional “excess demand” this week as 600% of the number of the roughly 450 BTC mined daily.

 924.
Bitcoin benefits from Fed rate-cut optimism

 925.
The moves accompanied lower-than-expected US Consumer Price Index (CPI) data for July and a BTC price push toward all-time highs.

 926.
Related: Ethereum hits new multiyear high as Tom Lee’s BitMine plans $20B ETH raise

 927.
Asked why institutions “went crazy” as a result, Edwards drew specific attention to the outlook for interest rates.

 928.
“Because yesterday inflation was as expected, which means it’s a certainty the Fed will cut rates next month, and probably 3 times this year,” he wrote.

 932.
“Market-implied cuts for 2025 were unchanged following the release, with pricing still reflecting around 60bps of rate cuts,” trading firm QCP Capital observed about CPI reactions in the latest edition of its regular Asia Color market updates.
