  42. <p>Jin Kisaragi, like most characters in Blazblue, is also <strong>broken</strong>, but in a different way. While the others that I’ve reviewed mainly focus on obscene amounts of damage, Jin is a <strong>defense based character</strong>. His kit consists of <strong>freezing enemies</strong> and slowly chipping away at their health&#8230; I am personally not a fan of the playstyle, but his arsenal makes him one of the <strong>most powerful characters</strong> in the game, thereby earning him a spot in my review list. Let’s begin!!</p>

  45. <h2>Jin Kisaragi Skills and Abilities Breakdown</h2>
  46. <p>Jin is the most versatile character in the game and most of his builds need to be carefully balanced. This guide tries to explain his abilities rather than pointing out which of them are more powerful than the other.</p>
  47. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  48. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  49. <h3>Skill</h3>
  50. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/2-184.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="alignnone  wp-image-61563" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/2-184.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Jin Kisaragi Build Guide" width="479" height="490" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Jin Kisaragi Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/2-184.jpg 565w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/2-184-391x400.jpg 391w" sizes="(max-width: 479px) 100vw, 479px" /></a></p>

  54. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/3-95.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="alignnone  wp-image-61564" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/3-95.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Jin Kisaragi Build Guide" width="478" height="504" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Jin Kisaragi Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/3-95.jpg 562w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/3-95-379x400.jpg 379w" sizes="(max-width: 478px) 100vw, 478px" /></a></p>
  55. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  56. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  57. <h2>Skill Breakdown</h2>
  58. <h3>Passive Potentials Jump (5/10)</h3>
  59. <p>Jin comes with a decent amount of mobility. Moreover, thanks to his freezing powers, I don’t need to jump around a lot. However, the later stages do become a bit challenging and I’ve been hit by a fair number of enemy attacks. So unless I have a decent stack of potentials that enable me to freeze enemies consistently, and in a wide area, I usually pick the recovery part of this potential. The rest of it isn’t that useful.</p>
  60. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  61. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/4-52.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61565" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/4-52.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Jin Kisaragi Build Guide" width="1252" height="310" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Jin Kisaragi Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/4-52.jpg 1252w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/4-52-400x99.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/4-52-1024x254.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/4-52-768x190.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1252px) 100vw, 1252px" /></a></p>
  62. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  63. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  64. <h3>Dash (8/10)</h3>
  65. <p>It’s a powerful ability indeed but it consumes MP, which is justified. This is not my go-to potential when it comes to damage, but it’s a solid choice, especially when I am out of rerolls and there isn’t anything better on offer. The dash ability is also a great opener as it freezes the enemy and sets me up for more combos.</p>
  66. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  67. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/5-15.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61566" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/5-15.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Jin Kisaragi Build Guide" width="1255" height="412" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Jin Kisaragi Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/5-15.jpg 1255w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/5-15-400x131.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/5-15-1024x336.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/5-15-768x252.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1255px) 100vw, 1255px" /></a></p>
  68. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  69. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  70. <h3>Touga Hyoujin (9/10)</h3>
  71. <p>Standard damaging skill that can also be used when airborne. Although it uses MP, I’ve found myself using this a lot. There are characters whose base attacks and abilities outshine their skill. Jin is a combo-based character and most of his abilities shine brightest when you’re weaving them together and his skill plays a crucial part in them. I usually avoid the hidden effects and mainly focus on the first two upgrades.</p>
  72. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  73. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/6-15.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61567" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/6-15.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Jin Kisaragi Build Guide" width="1252" height="541" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Jin Kisaragi Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/6-15.jpg 1252w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/6-15-400x173.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/6-15-1024x442.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/6-15-768x332.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1252px) 100vw, 1252px" /></a></p>
  74. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  75. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  76. <h3>Fubuki/Sekkajin (6.5/10)</h3>
  77. <p>I have never been able to unlock all of the abilities under this potential in a single run. During testing, I’ve found that the grounded version of the attacks aren’t all that powerful, not unless I unlock more of the hidden effects. In one run, I was lucky enough to create a build based on this potential alone and it was quite impressive. But I wouldn’t recommend it, especially for beginners. There are more powerful standalone abilities that kill enemies more efficiently.</p>
  78. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  79. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/7-8.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61568" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/7-8.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Jin Kisaragi Build Guide" width="1256" height="841" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Jin Kisaragi Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/7-8.jpg 1256w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/7-8-400x268.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/7-8-1024x686.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/7-8-768x514.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1256px) 100vw, 1256px" /></a></p>
  80. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  81. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  82. <h3>Hyouten Danka (7/10)</h3>
  83. <p>Although this is a powerful single-target ability, it’s way more complicated than the rest of his kit. I usually avoid this potential because in most cases I can’t execute it consistently. Once I managed to pick the first hidden effect which skipped the charge time altogether and I had a blast. However, it’s risky as in most cases I don’t have all the skills to make this work.</p>
  84. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  85. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/8-6.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61569" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/8-6.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Jin Kisaragi Build Guide" width="1253" height="666" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Jin Kisaragi Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/8-6.jpg 1253w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/8-6-400x213.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/8-6-1024x544.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/8-6-768x408.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1253px) 100vw, 1253px" /></a></p>
  86. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  87. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  88. <h3>Crystal Moonstorm EX (10/10)</h3>
  89. <p>Possibly my favorite potential in Jin’s kit. The charge time is low so I can execute this without getting hit. Moreover, it comes with a powerful cc effect by freezing enemies for quite some time. No matter what potential I choose, I always make sure to have at least the first upgrade of this potential.</p>
  90. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  91. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/9-8.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61570" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/9-8.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Jin Kisaragi Build Guide" width="1252" height="610" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Jin Kisaragi Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/9-8.jpg 1252w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/9-8-400x195.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/9-8-1024x499.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/9-8-768x374.jpg 768w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/9-8-477x232.jpg 477w" sizes="(max-width: 1252px) 100vw, 1252px" /></a></p>
  92. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  93. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  94. <h3>Hiyoku Getsumei (6/10)</h3>
  95. <p>Decent ability but hard to position optimally. I generally avoid this and invest my points into the skill which is much more reliable and offers better MP utilization.</p>
  96. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  97. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/10-8.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61571" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/10-8.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Jin Kisaragi Build Guide" width="1256" height="442" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Jin Kisaragi Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/10-8.jpg 1256w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/10-8-400x141.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/10-8-1024x360.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/10-8-768x270.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1256px) 100vw, 1256px" /></a></p>
  98. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  99. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  100. <h3>Kokuujin: Yukikaze (9/10)</h3>
  101. <p>Although it’s a powerful move, it utilizes MP, and it’s not efficient to upgrade two potentials that utilize MP. If I’ve already upgraded the skill, I avoid investing any points in this potential. However, if I get this early enough in the run, I often pick this over the skill.</p>
  102. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  103. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/11-58.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61572" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/11-58.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Jin Kisaragi Build Guide" width="1253" height="585" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Jin Kisaragi Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/11-58.jpg 1253w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/11-58-400x187.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/11-58-1024x478.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/11-58-768x359.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1253px) 100vw, 1253px" /></a></p>
  104. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  105. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  106. <h3>Rengoku Hyouya (6/10)</h3>
  107. <p>I’ve never actually needed this ability because the rest of Jin’s kit has a ton of freezing abilities. It’s better to upgrade them instead of investing points in an ability that forces me to stand still and also requires SP to execute.</p>
  108. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  109. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/12-96.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61573" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/12-96.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Jin Kisaragi Build Guide" width="1260" height="236" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Jin Kisaragi Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/12-96.jpg 1260w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/12-96-400x75.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/12-96-1024x192.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/12-96-768x144.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1260px) 100vw, 1260px" /></a></p>
  110. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  111. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  112. <h3>Universal Enhancement I (6/10)</h3>
  113. <p>This universal enhancement is focused more on offense and defense. I often pick this if I have a stance-based build that lacks freezing abilities. However, executing the combos takes practice and I still have a long way to go.</p>
  114. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  115. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/13-55.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61574" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/13-55.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Jin Kisaragi Build Guide" width="1255" height="326" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Jin Kisaragi Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/13-55.jpg 1255w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/13-55-400x104.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/13-55-1024x266.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/13-55-768x199.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1255px) 100vw, 1255px" /></a></p>
  116. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  117. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  118. <h3>Universal Enhancement II (9/10)</h3>
  119. <p>The second version focuses on freezing and slowing enemies and is much easier to execute than the UE I. I often pick this one for consistency, but I also lack enough practice with Jin. Maybe as I get better I may prefer the UE I over UE II or maybe some weird combination of both. Only time will tell.</p>
  120. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  121. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/14-62.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61575" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/14-62.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Jin Kisaragi Build Guide" width="1251" height="257" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Jin Kisaragi Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/14-62.jpg 1251w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/14-62-400x82.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/14-62-1024x210.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/14-62-768x158.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1251px) 100vw, 1251px" /></a></p>

  139. <p>Es is an emotionless wrecking ball. Entropy 60 is no joke, and I managed to get to the final boss with Es, something I haven’t done in a long time and with any other character. Not only is she mobile, but she also packs power behind every strike. Though the majority of it comes from the crests, once I managed to get a few potentials, I started covering the entire screen with crests. She’s fun, intuitive and, unlike others, has multiple powerful builds. Here is a deep dive into her kit.</p>

  149. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  150. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  151. <h2>Potentials</h2>
  152. <h3>Attack (6.5/10)</h3>
  153. <p>Only the first upgrade is useful as I could weave it into my combos or use it as a combo starter. The second level up isn’t all that useful as it forced me to stand still and charge attacks. It’s a fun ability in low difficulties, but in high entropies, I needed to move all the time. Being stationary made me vulnerable. Although I was able to execute one or two charged attacks occasionally, it was never fully charged, which defeats the entire point of the skill.</p>
  154. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  155. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/4-51.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61523" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/4-51.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Es Build Guide" width="1255" height="311" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Es Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/4-51.jpg 1255w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/4-51-400x99.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/4-51-1024x254.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/4-51-768x190.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1255px) 100vw, 1255px" /></a></p>
  156. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  157. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  158. <h3>Jump (4/10)</h3>
  159. <p>The second upgrade is the only viable option here as it lets me recover quickly once I am knocked down. The remaining two are decent abilities. They aren&#8217;t game-changing but they help in maintaining combo counters. I usually avoid them though.</p>
  160. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  161. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/5-14.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61524" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/5-14.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Es Build Guide" width="1251" height="276" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Es Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/5-14.jpg 1251w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/5-14-400x88.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/5-14-1024x226.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/5-14-768x169.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1251px) 100vw, 1251px" /></a></p>
  162. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  163. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  164. <h3>Dash (6.5/10)</h3>
  165. <p>Although this isn’t my go-to potential, there are many who base their entire build around the dash. More crests equal more damage, but I find other abilities (discussed later) generate more creasts and deal even more damage. Moreover, given how agile Es is, I quickly discovered that I rarely use the dash. The rest of her abilities take her all around the screen and there are other combos with the dash that are more useful. I only pick this after unlocking and upgrading her core potential.</p>
  166. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  167. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/6-14.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61525" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/6-14.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Es Build Guide" width="1252" height="505" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Es Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/6-14.jpg 1252w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/6-14-400x161.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/6-14-1024x413.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/6-14-768x310.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1252px) 100vw, 1252px" /></a></p>
  168. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  169. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  170. <h3>Crest Arts (7/10)</h3>
  171. <p>The second upgrade is much more powerful and I always remember to pick it up. Not only does it pierce enemies but also deals a ton of damage, way more than the spinning crest version.</p>
  172. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  173. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/7-7.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61526" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/7-7.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Es Build Guide" width="1255" height="430" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Es Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/7-7.jpg 1255w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/7-7-400x137.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/7-7-1024x351.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/7-7-768x263.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1255px) 100vw, 1255px" /></a></p>
  174. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  175. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  176. <h3>Type: Assaulter “Tristan” (6/10)</h3>
  177. <p>I find this a bit hard to land. The attack is flashy and it feels satisfying to land the third massive hit. But it&#8217;s a high skill and difficult to set up. The hitbox is small and I have to position her exactly on top of the enemy. If she’s off by a few pixels, she simply slams down. A good foundation in positioning and movement skills is required to execute this consistently.</p>
  178. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  179. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/8-5.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61527" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/8-5.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Es Build Guide" width="1248" height="410" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Es Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/8-5.jpg 1248w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/8-5-400x131.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/8-5-1024x336.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/8-5-768x252.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1248px) 100vw, 1248px" /></a></p>
  180. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  181. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  182. <h3>Type: Assaulter “Mordred” (10/10)</h3>
  183. <p>I always pick this potential because it’s a great combo starter and also grants me iframes for a short while. The inbuilt CC is also great as I get to fling enemies in the air and poke them with crests. The last upgrade transforms iframes into Dodge Invincibility. This means I can safely spam the attack without the fear of getting hit by the enemy. I am still experimenting with the third and fourth upgrades, but if executed correctly, it lets me execute airborne combos infinitely, making this one of the best high-skilled potentials in the game.</p>
  184. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  185. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/9-6.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61528" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/9-6.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Es Build Guide" width="1250" height="348" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Es Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/9-6.jpg 1250w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/9-6-400x111.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/9-6-1024x285.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/9-6-768x214.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1250px) 100vw, 1250px" /></a></p>
  186. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  187. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  188. <h3>Type: Assaulter “Gawain” (10/10)</h3>
  189. <p>This is possibly my favorite attack in the entire game. Whenever I am in a pickle and mess up my combos, I simply spam Gawain. The attack hits hard, has CC, and does AOE damage. The later upgrade increases the AOE effect and pulls enemies closer. There were times where I kept spamming the attack throughout the entire stage. Although I got impaled, burned, and singed by the occasional trap, spamming this attack is simply too much fun.</p>
  190. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  191. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/9-7.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61533" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/9-7.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Es Build Guide" width="1253" height="418" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Es Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/9-7.jpg 1253w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/9-7-400x133.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/9-7-1024x342.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/9-7-768x256.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1253px) 100vw, 1253px" /></a></p>
  192. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  193. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  194. <h3>Type: Assaulter “Galahad” (9/10)</h3>
  195. <p>I prefer spending MP on her skills, but the Galahad is also a strong competitor. It’s a matter of personal preference really. The blink seems much cooler as I get to do it in slow motion. It’s a great combo starter as it takes me closer to the enemies, knocks them down, and sets them perfectly for more attacks.</p>
  196. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  197. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/11-57.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61531" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/11-57.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Es Build Guide" width="1255" height="447" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Es Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/11-57.jpg 1255w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/11-57-400x142.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/11-57-1024x365.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/11-57-768x274.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1255px) 100vw, 1255px" /></a></p>
  198. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  199. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  200. <h3>Type: Assaulter “Bedivere” (4/10)</h3>
  201. <p>I have never picked this, nor do I recommend it. There are way better options than a single ‘diagonal slash”. Avoid this at all costs.</p>
  202. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  203. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/12-95.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61530" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/12-95.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Es Build Guide" width="1247" height="227" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Es Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/12-95.jpg 1247w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/12-95-400x73.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/12-95-1024x186.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/12-95-768x140.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1247px) 100vw, 1247px" /></a></p>
  204. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  205. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  206. <h3>Universal Enhancement (10/10)</h3>
  207. <p>The third upgrade is a must-have for Es. It greatly boosts her damage and CC potential as she generates more crests with each strike. It’s one of the most powerful universal enhancements in the entire game. As for the remaining upgrades, over-exhausting MP isn’t all that useful, but I do see the potential in the last two upgrades. Although my mastery of her is limited, I assume being able to execute any move while airborne can turn her into a killing machine in the right hands.</p>
  208. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  209. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/13-54.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61529" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/13-54.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Es Build Guide" width="1257" height="372" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Es Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/13-54.jpg 1257w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/13-54-400x118.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/13-54-1024x303.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/13-54-768x227.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1257px) 100vw, 1257px" /></a></p>

  227. <p>Do you like guns, more guns and even more guns?? If yes, then you’ll surely love Kokonoe. She has an arsenal of weapons that’ll let you rain hell on your foes. <strong>Missile launchers</strong>, check. <strong>Laser strikes from outer space</strong>, check. <strong>Massive gauntlet hands</strong>, check. <strong>Explosive barrels</strong>, check. Her firepower is unparalleled in the game and if built correctly, you can blast enemies into oblivion before they realize what hit them&#8211;let’s take a peek at what this half-beastkin has to offer&#8230;</p>
  228. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  229. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  230. <h2>Kokonoe Skills and Abilities Breakdown</h2>
  231. <h3>Skills</h3>
  232. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/2-180.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone wp-image-61459" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/2-180.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Kokonoe Build Guide" width="404" height="392" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Kokonoe Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/2-180.jpg 500w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/2-180-400x388.jpg 400w" sizes="(max-width: 404px) 100vw, 404px" /></a></p>
  233. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  234. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  235. <h3>Passive</h3>
  236. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/3-92.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone wp-image-61460" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/3-92.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Kokonoe Build Guide" width="404" height="413" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Kokonoe Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/3-92.jpg 489w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/3-92-391x400.jpg 391w" sizes="(max-width: 404px) 100vw, 404px" /></a></p>
  237. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  238. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  239. <h2>Potentials</h2>
  240. <p>Most characters in the BlazBlue franchise usually grant utility/status abilities as you upgrade a single potential. However, Kokonoe’s potential almost always grants <strong>more attacks and raw damage</strong> the more you level them up. I even defeated bosses before they got 10 attacks off. Her DPS is crazy, as you’ll realize after going through the list of her potentials.</p>
  241. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  242. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  243. <h3>Attack (6/10)</h3>
  244. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/1-1409.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61461" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/1-1409.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Kokonoe Build Guide" width="1024" height="367" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Kokonoe Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/1-1409.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/1-1409-400x143.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/1-1409-768x275.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></a></p>
  245. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  246. <p>I always pick the first level, as it boosts her overall damage. The remaining two are choice picks. Slowing enemies isn’t useful, as her attacks have a <strong>massive hitbox</strong>. Moreover; I move around a lot and pepper the enemy with attacks from every direction. The super armor is also wasted on her as I focus on damage rather than defense.</p>
  247. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  248. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  249. <h3>Jump (8/10)</h3>
  250. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/2-181.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61462" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/2-181.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Kokonoe Build Guide" width="1024" height="298" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Kokonoe Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/2-181.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/2-181-400x116.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/2-181-768x224.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></a></p>
  251. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  252. <p>This potential is a must pick for me because I deal damage to enemies <strong>without any extra cost</strong>. Moreover, the fire offers decent cc on weak enemies and the overall damage adds up during prolonged fights.</p>
  253. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  254. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  255. <h3>Armament No. 11.1 (10/10)</h3>
  256. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/3-93.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61463" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/3-93.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Kokonoe Build Guide" width="1024" height="360" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Kokonoe Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/3-93.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/3-93-400x141.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/3-93-768x270.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></a></p>
  257. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  258. <p>This is one of the <strong>most devastating attacks</strong> in the entire game&#8230; I’ve won entire runs by focusing my build around this potential. Every upgrade of this potential is useful. It breaks defense, lets you wander off while the skill is being cast, &amp; once you have it maxed out, you can even fire lasers for additional damage. No matter what you’re building, <strong>always pick this potential</strong> if you come across it.</p>
  259. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  260. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  261. <h3>Armament No. 6 (7/10)</h3>
  262. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/4-50.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61464" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/4-50.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Kokonoe Build Guide" width="1024" height="252" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Kokonoe Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/4-50.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/4-50-400x98.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/4-50-768x189.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></a></p>
  263. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  264. <p>Too many times I have accidentally teleported myself into the gaping maws of an incoming enemy attack. I prefer linear movement, but I am gradually warming up to this potential. The trick to using this potential is practice. If executed correctly, I am able to dodge any enemy attack. The tricky part lies in gauging the teleportation distance, which I am sure will improve over time.</p>
  265. <p>&nbsp;</p>

  267. <h3>Armament No. 2 (9.5/10)</h3>
  268. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/5-13.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61465" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/5-13.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Kokonoe Build Guide" width="1024" height="429" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Kokonoe Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/5-13.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/5-13-400x168.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/5-13-768x322.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></a></p>
  269. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  270. <p>The reason why I am deducting half a point is because the laser pillar is only summoned in an open field. It doesn&#8217;t appear if you’re in an enclosed space. The rest of the kit is perfect. Punches deal high damage and also cc enemies for better area control. In higher entropies, I always reroll for this potential because it’s really that powerful.</p>
  271. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  272. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  273. <h3>Armament No. 5 (4/10)</h3>
  274. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/6-13.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61466" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/6-13.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Kokonoe Build Guide" width="1024" height="328" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Kokonoe Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/6-13.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/6-13-400x128.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/6-13-768x246.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></a></p>
  275. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  276. <p>I have never used this ability before, simply because the discharges stop a few feet from the location from where it originates. Although you can set up multiples of them, not being able to guess the total travel distance is a disadvantage. Moreover, enemies can simply move out of the hitbox, rendering the attack useless. I avoid this potential like the plague, but if you’re able to make it work, please leave us tips in the comments below&#8230;</p>
  277. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  278. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  279. <h3>Armament No. 5EE (5/10)</h3>
  280. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/7-6.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61467" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/7-6.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Kokonoe Build Guide" width="1024" height="216" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Kokonoe Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/7-6.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/7-6-400x84.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/7-6-768x162.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></a></p>
  281. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  282. <p>The only redeeming quality of this potential is that it seeks out enemies. I would pick it up if it homed in on enemy locations automatically and didn’t require an extra upgrade to unlock the feature. But sadly, that’s not the case. I can hit the enemy 3-4 times by the time the first pillar reaches them. The cc is good, but the inherent slow nature of the ability prevents me from choosing it, especially in higher entropies.</p>
  283. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  284. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  285. <h3>Armament No. 8EE (6.5/10)</h3>
  286. <h4><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/8-4.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61468" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/8-4.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Kokonoe Build Guide" width="1024" height="351" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Kokonoe Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/8-4.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/8-4-400x137.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/8-4-768x263.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></a></h4>
  287. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  288. <p>The SP ability is a classical anime skill and I love it. The damage is nice and it pretty much covers the entire stage. Moreover unleashing a missile barrage on your enemies is the <strong>ultimate god like experience</strong> in my opinion. But it’s not build-defining, as it takes a while to gather enough SP to launch a second attack. This is a flavor pick and I usually go for this one once I have a completed build.</p>
  289. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  290. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  291. <h3>Universal Enhancement (5/10)</h3>
  292. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/9-5.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61469" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/9-5.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Kokonoe Build Guide" width="1024" height="494" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Kokonoe Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/9-5.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/9-5-400x193.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/9-5-768x371.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></a></p>
  293. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  294. <p>I don’t like the random nature of this potential. Components spawn randomly and though detonating them deals significant damage, I don’t trust the random attacks. Moreover, the build takes a long time to come online and even then it’s mediocre at best. There are better and more powerful alternatives in her kit that you should upgrade rather than this one.</p>

  312. <p>When it comes to shooters, we generally tend to think of games where the player takes most of the responsibility. It’s only natural, really, with <strong>AI NPCs</strong> often just getting in the way of the gameplay. However, with <strong>Tactical Squad: SWAT Stories</strong>, things are looking a little bit different, and I can’t wait to see how this game does once it’s released.</p>
  313. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  314. <p>Tactical Squad, as the name would suggest, is about more than just being a shooter (although FPS is definitely one of its big appeals). However, there’s a very strong focus on the need to cooperate with your squad, too, which can play directly with your ability to complete objectives.</p>
  315. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  316. <p>Notably, as the commander of a skilled SWAT team, you’ll be responsible not only for gunning down any hostiles who might get in the way of completing your mission but also for managing your team’s equipment and members. Far from just being a handy feature, this is set to be an integral part of the game play, drawing inspiration from real-world scenarios where such collaboration would have proved essential to mission success.</p>
  317. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  318. <p>High-risk missions are a given here, and the stakes can range from bomb threats to hostage situations and a great deal in between. This is something that I’m particularly interested in seeing once Tactical Squad releases, as every mission is irrefutably a little different.</p>
  319. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  320. <p>You’ll need to understand your adversaries and truly take command of your team to succeed &#8211; but knowing the <strong>controls</strong> is definitely an added bonus (not getting very far without that!) Luckily, we’ve summarized some of the main controls you need to know as follows to help.</p>

  546. <h3>Command Menu</h3>
  547. <p>In Tactical Squad&#8217;s single-player mode, the <strong>Command Menu</strong> is a fundamental gameplay feature that lets you and your squad function as a unit under your tactical plans. Bring it up by holding Tab and use the displayed wheel to issue various commands to your AI-controlled team. Some of the options change depending on what you&#8217;re aiming at.</p>
  548. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  549. <p>Some commands marked with a square &#8211; like <strong>Move/Open</strong> &#8211; open more command options in a submenu when selected, so that you can be more precise with your tactical approach.</p>
  550. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  551. <p>You can switch between issuing orders either to <strong>Red Team</strong>, <strong>Blue Team</strong>, or both teams at any time by using Z.</p>
  552. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  553. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  554. <h3>Quick Commands</h3>
  555. <p>The Quick Command is a convenient feature that can make your reactions faster. You can use it by pressing Tab to quickly issue a single command to your currently selected officers. It is displayed in the lower-left corner of the game screen.</p>
  556. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  557. <p>The Quick Command is the default command, most likely to be used in Tactical Squad in a given context. It changes automatically, depending on the different objects or areas you&#8217;re aiming at.</p>
  558. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  559. <p>For example, the most frequent interactive object in the game is the door. The Quick Command changes when you aim at different parts of a door, such as its lock, its center, its bottom center, and its bottom left corner. Each area corresponds to different types of equipment that can be deployed with the door. Likewise, aiming at NPCs changes the Quick Command prompt depending on the different states they can be in.</p>
  560. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  561. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  562. <h3>Squad Movement Basics</h3>
  563. <p>Squad movement is accomplished through such commands as <strong>Fall In</strong>, <strong>Move/Open</strong>, and <strong>Cover</strong>. These commands make your team move to predefined positions or the player&#8217;s aim direction.</p>
  564. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  565. <p><strong>Fall In</strong> orders the officers to regroup on your position and follow you.</p>
  566. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  567. <p><strong>Cover</strong> orders them to provide cover fire for you.</p>
  568. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  569. <p><strong>Move/Open</strong> is split into commands that allow you to specify the type of room clear that the squad is supposed to perform. It appears as <strong>Move</strong> when advancing to a room with an open door and as <strong>Open</strong> when advancing to one with a closed door. (See Clearing Rooms)</p>
  570. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  571. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  572. <h3>Clearing Rooms</h3>
  573. <p>Clearing rooms is a fundamental maneuver for tactical advancement and suspect engagement. While interacting with a closed door, you can use the <strong>Open</strong> command submenu to choose an option for clearing a room.</p>
  574. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  575. <p><strong>Open</strong> splits into additional commands for ordering your officers to deploy grenades before clearing a room. There is also the <strong>Leader &amp; Clear</strong> command that allows you to throw the grenade first and then have the other officers perform a room clear.</p>
  576. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  577. <p>If the door is locked or barricaded the officer who is checking the door status will notify you about it. If such an event occurs, you need to breach or use some other method of getting through.</p>
  578. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  579. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  580. <h3>Breaching Rooms</h3>
  581. <p>In the case of a locked door, you can use the <strong>Breach</strong> command submenu. These commands involve multiple types of equipment for the breach.</p>
  582. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  583. <p>First is the breaching tool. This will be the main tool used to breach the door. It can be an explosive, shotgun, or battering ram. The second is the grenade deployed after an effective breach.</p>
  584. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  585. <p>In the case of Leader variants, officers perform the relevant breaching action and wait until you throw a grenade into the room before advancing.</p>
  586. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  587. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  588. <h3>Lockpicking</h3>
  589. <p>To pick a lock, you can issue the relevant command using the <strong>Investigation</strong> command submenu. This command will be available only after a door is discovered as locked by you or officers.</p>
  590. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  591. <p>To equip the <strong>Master Key</strong>, aim at the lock of the locked door and press the displayed key or press 4.</p>
  592. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  593. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  594. <h3>Mirroring</h3>
  595. <p>You can issue a <strong>Mirror</strong> command using the Investigation submenu. This command will only be available if the Mirror is included in the squad&#8217;s equipment.</p>
  596. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  597. <p>To equip the Mirror, aim at the bottom area of the door and press the displayed key or press 3. To use the mirror, press LMB and RMB.</p>
  598. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  599. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  600. <h3>Restraining</h3>
  601. <p>Every time a suspect or civilian surrenders, they should be restrained. You can issue the relevant <strong>Restrain</strong> command or do it manually. To do it manually, you can move up close to the suspect and press the F key. Deceased persons must also be restrained.</p>
  602. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  603. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  604. <h3>Reporting to TOC &amp; Collecting Evidence</h3>
  605. <p>You can collect dropped weapons and evidence by pressing the F key or issuing the <strong>Secure the Evidence</strong> command. Every evidence collection automatically reports status to TOC.</p>
  606. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  607. <p>Officer and civilian casualties and suspects should also be reported by pressing the F key.</p>
  608. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  609. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  610. <h3>Deploying</h3>
  611. <p>You can issue the <strong>Deploy</strong> command, which depends on the selected target and available officer equipment. Grenades, the Stun Gun, and shotguns can be used to make suspects/civilians surrender.</p>
  612. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  613. <p>Equipment like C2 or shotguns with special ammo can be used to breach doors.</p>

  685. </ul>
  686. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  687. <ul>
  688. <li><strong>Reinforced doors</strong> have sturdy bracing and are usually larger than others. Such doors fully protect their lock from shots and require more <strong>Battering Ram</strong> hits to be forced open.</li>

  909. <p>Welcome BlazBlue Junkies. Today we have <strong>Noel</strong>, our shy and reserved prodigy who packs quite the punch! Her blasters are nothing to scoff at and will take you places you never imagined. I mean literally, she is one of the most agile characters in the game&#8230; You can run circles around enemies while dealing consistent damage from afar. Or you can rely on <strong>iframes</strong> to skirt past enemy attacks. Here is a detailed view of her skills to help you decide. Enjoy!</p>
  910. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  911. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  912. <h2>Noel Skills and Abilities Breakdown</h2>
  913. <h3>Skill</h3>
  914. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/2-179.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone wp-image-61390" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/2-179.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Noel Build Guide" width="362" height="546" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Noel Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/2-179.jpg 530w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/2-179-265x400.jpg 265w" sizes="(max-width: 362px) 100vw, 362px" /></a></p>
  915. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  916. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  917. <h3>Passive</h3>
  918. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/3-91.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone wp-image-61391" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/3-91.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Noel Build Guide" width="362" height="546" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Noel Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/3-91.jpg 562w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/3-91-265x400.jpg 265w" sizes="(max-width: 362px) 100vw, 362px" /></a></p>
  919. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  920. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  921. <h2>Potentials</h2>
  922. <p>The acrobatic gunslinger has some interesting potentials. You can dodge attacks and deal damage all day or you can sacrifice some mobility for a <strong>higher dps</strong>. Let’s review her skillset and decide for ourselves.</p>
  923. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  924. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  925. <h3>Attack (6/10)</h3>
  926. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/4-49.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61392" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/4-49.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Noel Build Guide" width="1257" height="845" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Noel Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/4-49.jpg 1257w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/4-49-400x269.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/4-49-1024x688.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/4-49-768x516.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1257px) 100vw, 1257px" /></a></p>
  927. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  928. <p>The basic bread and butter. You can never go wrong with this one. The <strong>Flash Suppressor</strong> limits mobility so I ignore it mostly and stick to the <strong>big AOE spread</strong> for more damage. What makes the AOE great is the ability to fire it instantly. It’s a great <strong>CC ability</strong> and when paired with the rest of her kit, plays a crucial role in dealing consistent damage over time.</p>
  929. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  930. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  931. <h3>Jump (6/10)</h3>
  932. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/5-12.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61393" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/5-12.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Noel Build Guide" width="1260" height="850" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Noel Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/5-12.jpg 1260w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/5-12-400x270.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/5-12-1024x691.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/5-12-768x518.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1260px) 100vw, 1260px" /></a></p>
  933. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  934. <p>Love a good mobility build? This potential is a steal. Being able to spot jump and getting to shoot the ground twice, later with <strong>explosive rounds</strong> feels great, works great and deals a ton of damage to helpless enemies.</p>
  935. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  936. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  937. <h3>Dash (9/10)</h3>
  938. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/6-12.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61394" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/6-12.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Noel Build Guide" width="1272" height="852" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Noel Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/6-12.jpg 1272w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/6-12-400x268.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/6-12-1024x686.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/6-12-768x514.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1272px) 100vw, 1272px" /></a></p>
  939. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  940. <p>I recently started exploring Noel’s kit and this potential feels like her true combo starter. It not only grants <strong>iframes</strong>, but also knocks enemies down, deals <strong>AOE damage</strong>, and can be executed in air. You can also transition to any dodge stance while dashing making this a priceless skill in high entropies.</p>
  941. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  942. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  943. <h3>Zero-gun: Fenrir/Bullet Train (7.5/10)</h3>
  944. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/7-5.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61395" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/7-5.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Noel Build Guide" width="1262" height="847" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Noel Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/7-5.jpg 1262w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/7-5-400x268.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/7-5-1024x687.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/7-5-768x515.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1262px) 100vw, 1262px" /></a></p>
  945. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  946. <p>Noel has several skills and when considered separately, they are quite weak. It’s when you start weaving them together seamlessly during your main attack combos that they start showing their true potential. Noel has other abilities which accelerate her <strong>MP generation</strong>, so make sure to pick that up as well.</p>
  947. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  948. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  949. <h3>Type XIII: Revolver Blast (5/10)</h3>
  950. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/8-3.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61396" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/8-3.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Noel Build Guide" width="1257" height="847" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Noel Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/8-3.jpg 1257w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/8-3-400x270.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/8-3-1024x690.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/8-3-768x517.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1257px) 100vw, 1257px" /></a></p>
  951. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  952. <p>I don’t rely on maintaining combo counters and the higher air to ground damage doesn&#8217;t offer much of a benefit. Picking this isn’t an option unless you’re a god-level expert. Not beginner friendly, so avoid this if you’re just starting out.</p>
  953. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  954. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  955. <h3>Quick Reload (8/10)</h3>
  956. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/9-4.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61397" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/9-4.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Noel Build Guide" width="1257" height="847" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Noel Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/9-4.jpg 1257w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/9-4-400x270.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/9-4-1024x690.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/9-4-768x517.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1257px) 100vw, 1257px" /></a></p>
  957. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  958. <p>A must have potential if you’re building around your skill. <strong>Instant MP replenish</strong>, lower cooldowns, <strong>iframes</strong>, and faster MP generation, every bonus is useful and adds to your overall DPS.</p>
  959. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  960. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  961. <h3>Shroud Fall (4/10)</h3>
  962. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/10-5.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61398" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/10-5.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Noel Build Guide" width="1258" height="847" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Noel Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/10-5.jpg 1258w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/10-5-400x269.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/10-5-1024x689.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/10-5-768x517.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1258px) 100vw, 1258px" /></a></p>
  963. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  964. <p>I don’t like standing still when I am playing as Noel. The ability is powerful, but you have to sacrifice mobility to use it and standing still to deal more damage doesn&#8217;t synergize with their overall kit. Good luck making it work in high entropies.</p>
  965. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  966. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  967. <h3>Zero-gun: Sleipnir (6/10)</h3>
  968. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/11-56.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61399" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/11-56.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Noel Build Guide" width="1253" height="848" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Noel Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/11-56.jpg 1253w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/11-56-400x271.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/11-56-1024x693.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/11-56-768x520.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1253px) 100vw, 1253px" /></a></p>
  969. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  970. <p>Fires a massive laser gun using SP. The half decent thing about this potential is the <strong>iframes</strong>. The damage isn’t bad, but stationary attacks aren’t my style. You can consider picking this one if you have limited refreshes.</p>
  971. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  972. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  973. <h3>Universal Enhancement (10/10)</h3>
  974. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/12-93.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61400" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/12-93.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Noel Build Guide" width="1258" height="851" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Noel Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/12-93.jpg 1258w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/12-93-400x271.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/12-93-1024x693.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/12-93-768x520.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1258px) 100vw, 1258px" /></a></p>
  975. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  976. <p>A solid foundation never hurt anyone. The first and third abilities are a must have in every build. <strong>Penetrating attacks</strong> kill enemies quicker and more <strong>iframes</strong> help you survive longer in higher entropies. You can never go wrong with this universal enhancement.</p>

  994. <p>Given how the game transforms into a literal bullet hell in higher entropies, mobility is an outright necessity&#8230; You&#8217;d think that creating a slow character in such a fast paced gameplay loop would definitely end in failure, but luckily that&#8217;s not the case. Hakumen is a remarkable character in the game and when built correctly, he can steamroll the enemy into oblivion with his blinks and devastating slashing attacks.</p>
  995. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  996. <p>In this in-depth guide, we&#8217;ll be discussing all of his potentials, so you know which combinations synergize well and which ones to pick if you want to reach the high entropy late games.</p>
  997. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  998. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  999. <h2>Hakumen: Skills &amp; Abilities Breakdown</h2>
  1000. <h3>Skill</h3>
  1001. <p><strong>Kokuujin:</strong> Yukikaze</p>
  1002. <p>&nbsp;</p>
1003. <p><strong>Takes a blocking stance. Blinks upon blocking an attack.</strong></p>
  1004. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  1005. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  1006. <h3>Passive</h3>
  1007. <p><strong>Battle Hardened</strong></p>
  1008. <p>&nbsp;</p>
1009. <p>Gain Super Armor upon taking or blocking a hit.</p>
  1010. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  1011. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  1012. <h2>Potentials</h2>
1013. <p>Potentials are abilities that you unlock as the game progresses. They are like evolutions and each character has a different set of potentials that affect their playstyles. Here is a list of all potentials for Hakumen.</p>
  1014. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  1015. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  1016. <h3>Kandachi (5/10)</h3>
  1017. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Kandachi.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61326" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Kandachi.jpg" alt="Kandachi" width="1024" height="336" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Hakumen Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Kandachi.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Kandachi-400x131.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Kandachi-768x252.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></a></p>
  1018. <p>&nbsp;</p>
1019. <p>A sub-par potential that transitions into quick attacks at the end of a jump or dash. Although it grants you super armor, there are better alternatives that not only grant the armor but mobility as well.</p>
  1020. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  1021. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  1022. <h3>Jump (7/10)</h3>
  1023. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Jump.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone wp-image-61327 size-full" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Jump.jpg" alt="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Hakumen Build Guide" width="1024" height="490" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Hakumen Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Jump.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Jump-400x191.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Jump-768x368.jpg 768w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Jump-730x350.jpg 730w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></a></p>
  1024. <p>&nbsp;</p>
1025. <p>Jump-based potentials aren&#8217;t the most powerful, but they do offer versatility to your playstyle. Not only does it let you recover quickly, but the Hotaru is a great combo starter that lets you swiftly transition into other attacks seamlessly&#8230;</p>
  1026. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  1027. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  1028. <h3>Isaha (9/10)</h3>
  1029. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Isaha.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61329" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Isaha.jpg" alt="Isaha" width="1024" height="343" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Hakumen Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Isaha.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Isaha-400x134.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Isaha-768x257.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></a></p>
  1030. <p>&nbsp;</p>
1031. <p>Isaha is a key combo piece and is a must-have potential should you come across it during the game. It not only lets you travel further and quicker with every dash but also grants you an extra dash with more Invincibility frames. This is a must-pick potential if you want to make it to the late game.</p>

  1033. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  1034. <h3>Kokuujin: Yukikaze (10/10)</h3>
1035. <p>Kokuujin: Yukikaze is your bread and butter when it comes to dealing with late-game mobs. Gaining the ability to Blink 3 times in a row may seem underrated compared to some of the other flashy moves on the table, but it offers a consistent way to deal damage without taking any hits yourself.</p>

  1038. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  1039. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  1040. <h3>Zantetsu / Kandachi (6/10)</h3>
1041. <p>The powered up slash is a key damage-dealing attack in Hakumen&#8217;s kit and being able to execute it without the wind-up phase is quite beneficial.</p>
  1042. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  1043. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Zantetsu-Kandachi.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61331" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Zantetsu-Kandachi.jpg" alt="Zantetsu Kandachi" width="1024" height="258" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Hakumen Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Zantetsu-Kandachi.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Zantetsu-Kandachi-400x101.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Zantetsu-Kandachi-768x194.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></a></p>
  1044. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  1045. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  1046. <h3>Yanagi (5/10)</h3>
  1047. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Yanagi.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61332" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Yanagi.jpg" alt="Yanagi" width="1024" height="251" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Hakumen Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Yanagi.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Yanagi-400x98.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Yanagi-768x188.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></a></p>
  1048. <p>&nbsp;</p>
1049. <p>It&#8217;s a nice move, but when it comes to dash-based attacks, Kokuujin: Yukikaze is a better alternative.</p>
  1050. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  1051. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  1052. <h3>Shiden (10/10)</h3>
  1053. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Shiden.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61333" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Shiden.jpg" alt="Shiden" width="1024" height="362" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Hakumen Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Shiden.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Shiden-400x141.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Shiden-768x272.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></a></p>
  1054. <p>&nbsp;</p>
1055. <p>The Shiden is an alternative to the Kokuujin: Yukikaze, although not as powerful. The mobility offered by Shiden is crucial considering how bad Hakumen is when it comes to mobility. The attack reset is an advanced tech &amp; you won&#8217;t be able to pull it off constantly unless you have some experience with him.</p>
  1056. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  1057. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  1058. <h3>Kokuujin: Shippu (4/10)</h3>
  1059. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Kokuujin-Shippu.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61335" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Kokuujin-Shippu.jpg" alt="Kokuujin Shippu" width="1000" height="341" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Hakumen Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Kokuujin-Shippu.jpg 1000w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Kokuujin-Shippu-400x136.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Kokuujin-Shippu-768x262.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px" /></a></p>
  1060. <p>&nbsp;</p>
1061. <p>Flashy attacks like these look good on paper, but when it comes to actual gameplay, you&#8217;re better off with tried and tested potentials. The Kokuujin: Shippu is a powerful move, but it locks you in place and makes you vulnerable to enemy fire. In high entropies, one hit can chunk 10-20% of your HP, which means mobility is the key when it comes to finishing your runs. So prioritizing potentials that either have bonus movement or super armor is a safer bet.</p>
  1062. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  1063. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  1064. <h3>Kokuujin: Jinrai (3/10)</h3>
  1065. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Kokuujin-Jinrai.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61336" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Kokuujin-Jinrai.jpg" alt="Kokuujin Jinrai" width="1024" height="365" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Hakumen Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Kokuujin-Jinrai.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Kokuujin-Jinrai-400x143.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Kokuujin-Jinrai-768x274.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></a></p>
  1066. <p>&nbsp;</p>
1067. <p>The Jinrai is like an ultimate move that does significant damage to enemies. However you do need to be efficient at blocking enemy fire in order to use this consistently. It&#8217;s not a bad move but in most cases, you&#8217;d have already finished the enemy even before you had a chance to use Jinrai. Moreover, it doesn&#8217;t offer any passive abilities which means there is no incentive to pick this over other potentials that proc/activate with every attack or dash.</p>
  1068. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  1069. <p>&nbsp;</p>
  1070. <h3>Universal Enhancement (7/10)</h3>
  1071. <p><a href="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Universal-Enhancement.jpg"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-61337" src="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Universal-Enhancement.jpg" alt="Universal Enhancement" width="1024" height="194" title="BlazBlue Entropy Effect - Hakumen Build Guide BlazBlue Entropy Effect Guides, Game Guides" srcset="https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Universal-Enhancement.jpg 1024w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Universal-Enhancement-400x76.jpg 400w, https://guides.magicgameworld.com/files/Universal-Enhancement-768x146.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></a></p>
  1072. <p>&nbsp;</p>
1073. <p>A must have potential in every super armor build. Even if you&#8217;re not running one, the flat defense bonus could help you survive some late game hits while maintaining a respectable HP for the ultimate boss fights.</p>
