working with top hospitals in our country. She reflects her passion and
dedication in her work and makes a real impact on people and communities every
single day. But some years back, this dream not only seemed impossible for her,
but she was convinced that her career is over.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; margin-left: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 12.0pt; margin: 12pt 0cm;"><span lang="EN" style="font-family: Roboto;">5 years back when Meenakshi was in her
3rd-year MBBS, she was accused of something that had the power to completely
ruin her future. It was a regular day in the life of this young and
super-ambitious girl when she was suddenly called to the committee’s office and
was told that the college disciplinary committee had received an anonymous tip
claiming that she had been caught cheating and had been seen sharing answers
with other students.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; margin-left: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 12.0pt; margin: 12pt 0cm;"><span lang="EN" style="font-family: Roboto;"></span></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh_J1lOiLJhiYQ1uWjqTaqw0TwcJd9dyOJTBR_TCjHT2kTY7U_FY5SiE7dSz8YQLfuzF22KkCxxSrwDcf_582p001nWuHuZCB0_S9MiB5PIoOnYWILKiSMGWf_LIygoXWhUnx6VlI7e5YANuFtYXr4AFhUuKsnNO_RtC-ek4MpoM94xcT3hoU5H2E5U4g/s1024/ERP-Solutions-For-Medical-Colleges.jpg" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><span style="font-family: Roboto;"><img alt="ERP Solutions for Medical College" border="0" data-original-height="1024" data-original-width="1024" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh_J1lOiLJhiYQ1uWjqTaqw0TwcJd9dyOJTBR_TCjHT2kTY7U_FY5SiE7dSz8YQLfuzF22KkCxxSrwDcf_582p001nWuHuZCB0_S9MiB5PIoOnYWILKiSMGWf_LIygoXWhUnx6VlI7e5YANuFtYXr4AFhUuKsnNO_RtC-ek4MpoM94xcT3hoU5H2E5U4g/w320-h320/ERP-Solutions-For-Medical-Colleges.jpg" title="ERP Solutions for Medical College" width="320" /></span></a></div><span style="font-family: Roboto;">For someone who has always been such a
diligent student and never cheated in her entire life, this came as a shock.
But determined and confident that she was, she refused to give up without a
fight. She knew that she had to clear her name. She decided to gather evidence
to prove her innocence. She went back to the library and looked up the textbook
and notes that she had studied for the exam. She also spoke to her classmates
who had taken the exam with her, and they all confirmed that she had not
cheated. Luckily, she also remembered that day before the examination in the
morning when she was talking with her friend and discussing the subject, she
saw one of the professors peeping around the corner. She took a chance and went
to meet that professor and explained the whole situation; the professor helped
her by confirming her innocence.<o:p></o:p>
</span><p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; margin-left: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 12.0pt; margin: 12pt 0cm;"><span lang="EN" style="font-family: Roboto;">Meenakshi then presented all the evidence
to the disciplinary committee, and they were forced to re-open her case. They
questioned the students who had taken the exam with her, and also the professor
who had witnessed the whole incident, which confirmed her innocence. After much
deliberation, the committee finally exonerated Meenakshi of all charges. She
was relieved and grateful.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; margin-left: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 12.0pt; margin: 12pt 0cm;"><span lang="EN" style="font-family: Roboto;">Meenakshi was lucky that she found the
evidence, but not everyone is not this lucky or for that matter, so resilient.
Hence, it is extremely important for universities to have effective governance
that offers freedom to stand for the right, exhibits authority, and fosters an
environment of trust and honesty. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
