For KT, the lack of production from Moon Sung-gon and Moon Jung-hyun was particularly disappointing. Moon Sung-gon failed to score a single point in 17:25 minutes of action, while Moon Jung-hyun was held to two points.
In fact, these players are more recognized for their defensive abilities. However, that doesn’t mean they shouldn’t score at all.
The reason why these two are so important to KT is because they need to provide some perimeter support to help KT’s offense come alive. KT was able to defeat <a href="https://participation.lillemetropole.fr/profiles/edwardsrailcar/activity" title="">Changwon LG</a> in the quarterfinals of the playoffs and reach the championship game because of their outside shooting at the right time. It wasn’t just because Bass and Heo were good.
KCC has many players who can lead the offense with direct ball possession, especially Heo, Song Kyo-chang, Choi Jun-yong, and Alize DeShawn Johnson, while KT lacks them. With Bass and Heo-woong leading the offense, KT will need to capitalize on the chances that come from them. Ulsan has put the heartbreak of failing to reach the Asian Champions League (ACL) final behind it and has won three straight matches in K League 1. In the ninth round of the Hana Bank K League 1 2024, Ulsan came from behind to win 3-1 against Jeju United at Munsu Football Stadium on Monday, thanks to goals from Kelvin, Lee Dong-kyung, and Uhm Won-sang.
Lee Dong-kyung shined again in his final game before enlisting in the military. He has made a spectacular comeback this season. He became the first player in the K League 1 to reach double-digit offensive points (6 goals-4 assists). <content:encoded><![CDATA[The Korea Football Association (KFA) today announced the final roster of the women’s youth national team for the 2024 Asian Football Confederation (AFC) U-17 Women’s Asian Cup. The U-17 Women’s Asian Cup will take place from May 6-19 in Bali, Indonesia.
The U-17 Women’s National Team, led by head coach Kim Eun-jung, qualified for the Asian Cup with an undefeated record in the qualifiers held in April and September last year. In January, the team traveled to Portugal to gain experience against European teams to prepare for the tournament.
