Survived by his wife, Apostle Mrs. Lilian Kumah, and six children, he was affectionately known as Lawyer John Kumah among his constituents.</p>
  137. <p>He was admired for his integrity and dedication to fostering employment opportunities, inspiring hope in the people of Ejisu, located in Ghana&#8217;s Ashanti Region.</p>
  138. <p>Prior to his political career, Kumah founded Majak Associates Ltd, a construction company involved in projects nationwide. Later, after becoming a lawyer, he established Aduaprokye Chambers before assuming the role of CEO at the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP) in 2017.</p>
  139. <p>During his time at NEIP, he oversaw the training of 45,000 startups through the Presidential Business Support Programme, significantly contributing to youth employment.</p>
  140. <p>Recognized for his contributions, Kumah received accolades such as the Most Efficient, Prominent Government Appointee in 2018 and inclusion among President Akufo Addo’s top 20 Most Humble and Respectful Appointees in 2019.</p>
  141. <p>As a longstanding member of the NPP, he had been actively involved since 1992, starting at grassroots levels. He founded the Young Patriots, a youth political activist group within the NPP, and served on the party&#8217;s Communication Team.</p>
  142. <p>In his dedication to Ejisu, Kumah secured substantial funding for various infrastructure and job creation projects in the constituency, reflecting his commitment to serving his constituents.</p>
