  382. &lt;li&gt;It has seen the material learnt several times - repeat and write your chapters.&lt;/li&gt;

  384. &lt;li&gt;Take short breaks after 40 -60 minutes of sitting - stretch, walk in fresh air, talk and refresh yourself.&lt;/li&gt;
  385. &lt;li&gt;Make a timetable and stick to it.&lt;/li&gt;
  386. &lt;li&gt;Break down your chapter into smaller portions.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
  387. &lt;li&gt;Write down points in each portion and learn them- create a link in them to remember.&lt;/li&gt;
  388. &lt;li&gt;Write down the points. Read several times again.&lt;/li&gt;
  389. &lt;li&gt;Write down answers to questions without looking at the book.&lt;/li&gt;
