45.

I used to think that if I needed help, it meant I was failing—failing at business, failing at life, failing at motherhood. Like I should be able to do it all on my own, like some kind of superhero.

 46.
Sound familiar?

 47.
But here’s the truth: We’re not meant to do this alone.

 48.
The other morning, after another long night without much sleep, I called my beautiful mama in tears. Without hesitation, she dropped everything, picked up organic groceries, made us a shepherd’s pie, and drove nearly two hours just to be here. And you know what? I needed her here. I needed her love, her support, her extra set of hands.

 49.
That same day, I saw a reel on Instagram about how raising children takes many hands. And in that moment, something clicked: I needed to allow myself to be supported. I had to let go of the idea that needing help was a weakness and start seeing it for what it really is—a necessity.

 50.
So let me ask you: Where do you need more support?

 51.
Is it at home? Can you ask your parents, in-laws, or friends for help? Can you hire someone to take some weight off your shoulders—maybe a babysitter, a nanny, a cleaner? Can you get meals delivered? What do you need? Write it down and get it.

 52.
Is it in your business? Do you need a VA or a coach?

 53.
A Little Homework for You

 54.
Grab a journal or a fresh note on your phone and write down:

 55.

 56.
What do I need help with right now? (Be brutally honest, no filtering.)

 57.
Who or what could help me? (Think big—people, services, investments.)

 58.
What’s ONE small step I can take today to receive that help? (It could be sending a text, booking a call, or simply admitting to yourself that you don’t have to do it all alone.)

 59.

 60.
Because here’s the thing: We are not supposed to do this alone. We are not supposed to struggle in silence. The more we allow ourselves to receive, the more energy we have to pour into the things that truly matter—our babies, our businesses, and ourselves.

 61.
Let’s get better at asking for support and receiving it.

 62.
Life is so much better when we do.

 97.

I’ve been thinking a lot about seasons lately. Not just in nature—but in life and business.

 98.
Right now, I’m in newborn season—a time of devotion, slowing down, and being fully present (even when part of me wants to speed up). And I love it. AND I miss my work.

 99.
Both can be true.

 100.
I have big dreams—a mastermind, SheLaunch live events, a SheLaunch retreat, and welcoming hundreds of new dream clients into SheLaunch every month (which is actually happening right now). I feel the fire inside me, ready to go. But instead of rushing forward, I’m choosing to embrace the season I’m in.

 101.
And that got me thinking…

 102.
What Season Are YOU In?

 103.
Just like in nature, we all move through different seasons in life and business. Each one has a purpose. Each one is necessary. And when we learn to work with our season instead of against it, that’s when we thrive.

 104.
Spring – The Season of Growth & New Beginnings

 105.
This is the season of starting fresh—launching new ideas, planting seeds, and feeling the excitement of what’s possible. Energy is high. Momentum is building. You might be:

 106.

 107.
Creating a new offer, launching a business, or stepping into something new

 108.
Feeling inspired and motivated to take action

 109.
Ready to GO BIG

 110.

 111.
How to Thrive in Spring:

 112.

 113.
Say YES to opportunities that excite you.

 114.
Take bold action—momentum compounds.

 115.
Stay patient—everything great starts as a tiny seed.

 116.

 117.
Summer – The Season of Expansion & Abundance

 118.
This is the thriving season—everything you planted in spring is growing fast. You’re in momentum, seeing results, and feeling unstoppable. Business is booming, creativity is flowing, and things are happening. You might be:

 119.

 120.
Scaling, launching, or hitting new revenue levels

 121.
Fully booked with clients and opportunities

 122.
Feeling lit up and at your peak energy

 123.

 124.
How to Thrive in Summer:

 125.

 126.
Keep going—ride the momentum.

 127.
Be mindful of burnout—celebrate, rest, and recharge.

 128.
Enjoy the harvest—success is meant to be savored.

 129.

 130.
Fall – The Season of Transition & Letting Go

 131.
Fall is the in-between. It’s when we reflect on what’s working, release what’s not, and prepare for a new chapter. It’s a time for refining, realigning, and slowing down just enough to gain clarity. You might be:

 132.

 133.
Feeling called to shift direction in business or life

 134.
Letting go of offers, work, or habits that no longer serve you

 135.
Reevaluating your priorities and setting the stage for what’s next

 136.

 137.
How to Thrive in Fall:

 138.

 139.
Reflect: What’s working? What’s not? What needs to go?

 140.
Lean into change—trust what’s unfolding.

 141.
Make space for what’s next. Clarity comes when we create room for it.

 142.

 143.
Winter – The Season of Rest & Inner Work

 144.
Winter is stillness. It’s the season of deep inner work, recalibration, and restoration. You might feel like nothing is “happening,” but this is when the most important growth occurs. You might be:

 145.

 146.
Resting, healing, or taking a step back

 147.
Feeling less inspired or unclear on your next move

 148.
Doing deep personal development work behind the scenes

 149.

 150.
How to Thrive in Winter:

 151.

 152.
Give yourself permission to rest—this is necessary for the next season.

 153.
Focus on mindset, healing, and setting foundations.

 154.
Trust the process—your next season of expansion is coming.

 155.

 156.
Your Homework for Today:

 157.

 158.
Identify which season you’re in right now. No judgment—just awareness.

 159.
Embrace it fully instead of resisting it.

 160.
Take one aligned action today based on your season.

 161.

 162.
I’d love to hear from you babe—what season are you in right now? Jump over to Instagram and let me know, I’d love to hear from you.

 163.
Whatever season you’re in, trust it. Work with it. You’re exactly where you’re meant to be sister.

 197.

Last night was one of those raw, real moments. Prince woke at 1am for a feed; I fed him, got back into bed, and couldn’t stop replaying the day in my head. I spent 90 minutes berating myself for getting frustrated with Bambi. My inner critic was screaming, “You’re a shit mama,” and I felt like I was failing.

 198.
After beating myself up, I realized something: my frustration wasn’t about Bambi—it was my nervous system crying out for care. I’m running on little sleep at the moment, and I ended up projecting my stress onto my sweet, darling girl. It’s not okay, and it’s not the mama I want to be. At 2am, all I wanted to do was go into her room, scoop her up, hold her tight, and tell her how sorry I am and how much I love her.

 199.
This experience reminded me of a core principle I live by and teach to my SheLaunch clients: I take responsibility for how I show up. Whether it’s at home or in your business, owning our energy is the catalyst for transformation and action. When we take responsibility for how we show up, we move into action and out of blame. Nothing good comes when we sit in blame with no movement forward. Taking ownership rewires our brain for action.

 200.
So ask yourself this, babe: In which area of your life do you need to take responsibility?

 201.

 202.
Is it with your work? Do you need to stop blaming others, the algorithm, or the climate, and start doing the work and taking responsibility?

 203.
Or is it at home? Do you need to take 10 minutes to fill yourself up so you aren’t projecting your stress onto your children or partner? What do you need… some sun, a meditation, a workout?

 204.

 205.
Wherever it is, it’s time to take responsibility. It’s empowering and essential for our own happiness, as well as the happiness within our homes and businesses.

 206.
So, my sweet sister, this is your invitation to take responsibility in your business and life—because everything is so much better when you do.

 241.

When I gave birth to Prince, it was a dream—a 1.5-hour, textbook home water birth. It happened fast. I laboured on the bed, then the toilet, then the bathroom floor, where my waters broke. In that moment, I knew it was game on. I was yelling for my birth team to hurry up and fill the pool because he was coming—fast.

 242.
Just in time, the pool was ready. My midwife helped me in, and as I settled into the water, I felt the first big push building. Then, fear crept in. I had a choice: resist the sensation or surrender to it. I chose to surrender. I breathed into the moment, let go, and within two pushes, his head was out.

 243.
I waited for the next wave, with Nick behind me in the water, hands ready to catch our little darling. The same feeling returned—resist or surrender? I surrendered. And just like that, Prince was born into the water and into his Papa’s hands. It was magical, like a dream.

 244.
This moment made me reflect on how often in life, motherhood and in business we resist. We hold on, we fight, we control. And in doing so, we make things so much harder than they need to be. But when we trust, surrender, and let go, everything flows so much more effortlessly.

 245.
Think about it in business…

 246.

 247.
Maybe you’re holding on tightly to an offer that no longer feels aligned, afraid to pivot.

 248.
Perhaps you’re resisting showing up more because it feels vulnerable, even though deep down, you know it’s the next step.

 249.
Or you’re gripping onto an outcome, wanting things to happen on your timeline instead of trusting that things are unfolding exactly as they should.

 250.

 251.
And in motherhood…

 252.

 253.
Maybe you’re trying to control every little thing—naps, routines, feeding schedules—only to find yourself exhausted and frustrated when things don’t go to plan.

 254.
Perhaps you’re resisting help, trying to do it all on your own, when deep down, you know surrendering and allowing support is exactly what you need and would feel so much lighter.

 255.
Or maybe you’re clinging to an idea of how things should be, rather than embracing the beautiful chaos of what is.

 256.

 257.
So let me ask you—where are you resisting in your business? In your life? In motherhood?

 258.
What would happen if you let go, trusted, and allowed just a little bit more?

 259.
This is your invitation sweet sister to not resist, to surrender, to lean in and trust the process. Life, motherhood and business flow so much more effortlessly when you do.

 260.
Here’s to surrendering instead of resiting.

 294.

If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ll know I’m a HUGE fan of meditation—I even have my own guided meditations! I learned Vedic meditation in 2012, and I was hooked. Twenty minutes, twice a day, baby.

 295.
At first, decades of fatigue were released, stress melted away, and my anxiety dissolved. Then, in 2013, Nick and I got together, and guess what? He was also a Vedic meditator. Meditating together—morning and night—became our sacred ritual.

 296.
We’d wake at 4am, light a beeswax candle, and sit. After our workday, before dinner, we’d come together again and meditate. Reflecting on that time, I realize it was the calmest, most peaceful, and grounded I’ve ever felt. My nervous system was so chill.

 297.
When I was pregnant with Bambi, I meditated even more—and I loved it! After she arrived, I shifted to the “Mother’s Program”: meditating while breastfeeding, or whenever and however long I could. It was perfect for that season of life.

 298.
Eventually, when we found our rhythm as parents, I returned to my 20-minute morning practice. I didn’t always manage the second session, though, and honestly, I felt the difference. Now, with two children, I crave (and my nervous system craves) those twice-daily meditations more than ever.

 299.
The other day, as my nervous system felt fried, I was putting Prince to sleep while Bambi yelled for me from downstairs, “I want Mama.” In that moment, I reminded myself:

 300.
This is my meditation.

 301.
And everything shifted. My body relaxed. My nervous system found calm amidst the chaos.

 302.
So right now, if I can’t do my formal practice, I meditate whilst breastfeeding, whilst shushing and patting, whilst sitting beside him waiting for him to fall into a deep sleep so I can tend to Bambi, whilst both kids are wanting me, whilst Bambi is losing it, and Prince is crying. This is my meditation.

 303.
I know there will come a time when I’ll return to twice-daily, formal meditations. But for now, I meditate in the beautiful chaos.

 304.
If you’re a working mama like me, and you’re in the thick of it, let this be your reminder: Don’t be hard on yourself. Meditate in the mess. Your nervous system will love you for it, your children will feel it, and you’ll show up as a happier, more grounded version of yourself.

 305.
I hope this inspires you.

 340.

If you follow me on Instagram, you may already know the news—I had a baby! A beautiful, healthy baby boy named Prince. We are completely in love, soaking up every moment with him. His eyes, his smell, his smile… I’m absolutely obsessed.

 341.
But today, I want to get real with you about something not often talked about.

 342.
The transition from one child to two has been big. Not in the same way as becoming a first-time parent, though. With my first babe, I felt a lot of self-doubt: Am I doing this right? Should I swaddle or not? Pacifier or no pacifier? Co-sleeping? Pumping? There were so many questions and so little confidence at the start.

 343.
This time, with Prince, it’s different. I feel much more confident—I’ve been here before, and I trust myself more now.

 344.
But here’s what caught me off guard: the grief.

 345.
I’ve been grieving the shift in my relationship with Bambi. I miss her so much and there’s a deep sadness that comes with letting go of what was to make space for what is. And no one talks about this.

 346.
I imagine that this happens with each new baby, and maybe even other big life transitions. But here’s the truth: feeling this grief is normal. It’s human.

 347.
It’s something we don’t need to hide from or push away. When we allow ourselves to feel, to process, and to talk about these emotions, we move through them. I’m sharing this because I want you to know: if you’ve felt something similar, you’re not alone.

 348.
Maybe you don’t have children, but you’ve felt grief in other forms—the end of a chapter, a change in a relationship, or the closing of a door. Whatever it looks like for you, I want to encourage you to lean in. Feel it fully. Let it flow through and wash over you.

 349.
And most importantly, remember: nothing is wrong with you. You are simply a human having a human experience.

 350.
It’s easy to look at people on social media and think their lives are perfect, but let me give a mega truth bomb on you… no one’s life is perfect. Don’t forget that.

 351.
Here’s my 3-step process I do when big feelings arise…

 352.
1. Embrace it. I used to avoid emotions, but that never worked. Now, I open my arms to them and welcome what comes up.

 353.
2. Feel it fully. Let the emotions wash over you like a wave. Did you know that most emotions only last 90 seconds when we fully feel them? And remember: this too shall pass.

 354.
3. Move it through your body. My favorite way to do this? Dance it out. Put on a Nick Broadhurst or enobe track, grab your hairbrush microphone, and bust out your best moves. It’s the ultimate energy-shifter!

 355.
No matter what you’re going through right now, I want you to know: you are not alone. You’re stronger than you think, and you can move through hard things.

 392.

 393.
How scheduling white space in your calendar leads to business growth.

 394.
Why it’s critical to start your day with intention.

 395.
How to stop your business from creeping into your personal life and gobbling up all your free time.

 396.

 397.

 398.
Do you ever feel like your business is calling the shots, not you?

 399.
You’re not alone.

 400.
Most of us start a business dreaming of freedom, autonomy and fulfillment.

 401.
But if you’re not careful, this dream can slip through your fingers. Instead, your business can become a demanding boss — pushing you around, bulldozing your boundaries, and dictating everything from which tasks you focus on to the length of your workday.

 402.
So how can you tell if you’re in the driver’s seat or if you’ve accidentally slipped into passenger mode?

 403.
And more importantly, how can you get back behind the steering wheel?!

 404.
Read on for the solutions that’ll help you regain control of your time, your dreams, and your entrepreneurial empire…

 405.

 406.
Red Flag #1: You’re tethered to your inbox.

 407.
Do you feel a rush every time you clear an email?

 408.
Does reaching inbox zero give you shivers of bliss?!

 409.
Beware of what I call the ‘Inbox Illusion’.

 410.
While it might seem like you’re crushing it every time you archive an email, spending time in your inbox often gives a false sense of productivity. It allows us to feel like we’re busy, but is this ‘busy-ness’ genuinely pushing our business forward?

 411.
Nine times out of ten, the answer is no — it’s all an illusion.

 412.
The Fix:

 413.
As entrepreneurs, it’s crucial that we learn how to differentiate between tasks that keep us ‘busy’ and those that genuinely foster growth. (This applies to everything, not just email!)

 414.
With your inbox specifically, it might be time to switch up your approach: Batch your inbox sessions as much as possible. Try scheduling specific times during the day to check emails. And turn off all notifications — the world won’t end if you don’t see that email within three seconds of its arrival. (Promise!)

 415.
Red Flag #2: Your calendar looks like a Tetris game gone wrong

 416.

 417.
If your calendar is jammed with back to back meetings, appointments and commitments, it’s time to reassess.

 418.
As the CEO of your business, it’s critical that you have periods of uninterrupted white space in your schedule in order to engage in the kinds of tasks that move your business forward — like strategic planning, deep work, and overall visioning.

 419.
So if you feel so over-scheduled that you can barely fit in a bathroom break, it’s a sure sign that your business might be calling the shots.

 420.
The Fix:

 421.
Schedule in your ‘CEO Time’ FIRST. It’s the priority — it should come before any of those other tasks.

 422.
Another scheduling hack I love: Instead of scheduling 60 minute meetings, schedule 35-45 minute ones. (Or instead of scheduling 30 minute meetings, schedule 15-20 minute ones, and so on.) So much can be done in that time. This tightened timeframe encourages participants to be concise, prepared and on point — and it allows YOU to reclaim valuable time.

 423.
Hot tip: If you struggle with an overstuffed calendar, not getting enough done, and never taking time off, I highly recommend getting your hands on a copy of Time Magic, the book I co-wrote with Nick. Check it out here.

 424.
Red Flag #3: Vacay? What’s that?!

 425.
If your idea of a holiday is moving your laptop from your desk to the couch, then honey, we need to talk.

 426.
Humans are not designed to be ‘on’ 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year long. You need to rest, and your brain needs a break.

 427.
The Fix:

 428.
Schedule regular downtime and (gasp!) actual vacations. If that’s not possible for you right now, then work towards this in the near future. Not only are holidays great in and of themselves, but you’ll come back to work feeling energized and reinvigorated after having had a proper break.

 429.
Red Flag #4: The word ‘no’ feels out of reach

 430.
You’ve become a “yes-woman”, piling on projects, clients, and commitments — even when you don’t have capacity for them.

 431.
This is an easy trap to fall into, especially in the early days of business when it feels like you need to jump on every opportunity that comes your way.

 432.
But remember: every ‘yes’ is a ‘no’ to something else — maybe even your sleep or sanity.

 433.
The Fix:

 434.
Sometimes, a polite ‘no’ is the kindest thing you can do for yourself.

 435.
It’s not about being negative; it’s about being clear on your priorities — and putting what’s important to YOU, first.

 436.
Red Flag #5: You’re reactive, not proactive

 437.
You’re constantly putting out fires. Instead of setting the tone for your day, you’re bouncing from one crisis to the next, like a pinball machine on overdrive.

 438.
The Fix:

 439.
Start your day with intention. Whether it’s through meditation, breathwork, journaling, or just sipping tea in the sun, give yourself time to set the vibe for your day. You’d be amazed how big an impact this one simple shift can make.

 440.
Red Flag #6: Work has invaded the rest of your life

 441.
If you’re taking calls during family dinners or answering emails at your kid’s soccer game, it’s a sign that your work is invading your life and you’re suffering from ‘work creep’.

 442.
Work creep is a HUGE cause of overwhelm and exhaustion for entrepreneurs. It makes you feel like you can never truly switch off, because you’ve always got one foot in work mode.

 443.
The Fix:

 444.
Set boundaries and stick to them. When you clock off for the day (or the weekend), commit to that decision and be fully present in your personal life.

 445.
And remember, YOU determine when you’re available, not your clients or customers.

 446.
Red Flag #7: You’re all fizzle, no flame

 447.
The biggest red flag that your business is running you? You’ve lost your spark.

 448.
When your motivation has fizzled and your passion has left the building, it’s a giant sign from the Universe that you need to pause, recalibrate and reevaluate.

 449.
The Fix:

 450.
Don’t worry: a missing spark doesn’t mean you need to ditch your business and start over. Sometimes, all it takes is a small shift to reignite your passion.

 451.
Start by reconnecting with your why. Revisit the dreams and goals that inspired you in the first place — maybe it’s time for a vision board refresh or a session with a business coach for some new insights.

 452.
And never underestimate the power of taking a break. Stepping away, even briefly, can rekindle that missing spark. Just like in relationships, a little space can make all the difference.

 453.
So there you have it: the 7 warning signs that your business might be running you — and how to turn the ship around.

 454.
The Key Takeaway?

 455.
Your business is an extension of your passion, dreams, and hard work; it shouldn’t become the puppet master pulling your strings.

 456.
Taking back control means recognizing that true success comes from balance, prioritizing yourself, and leading with intention.

 457.
It might take some effort to implement the above strategies, but once you do, you won’t just reemerge as the leader of your business, but of your destiny too.

 458.
You’ve got this, Beautiful.

 497.

 498.
The 5 key life areas to start decluttering.

 499.
How to free up mental bandwidth by decluttering forgotten and overdue tasks.

 500.
Why it’s crucial to reassess your routine when you enter a new season of life.

 501.

 502.

 503.
You know how amazing it feels to declutter your home?

 504.
And how clear, light and energized you feel when you’re done?

 505.
Well, imagine multiplying that feeling tenfold by decluttering not just your space, but your entire life!

 506.
Decluttering your life has so many benefits — it can help you release areas of resistance, reconnect with your values, and reclaim a ton of precious time and energy.

 507.
Curious to try it for yourself?

 508.
Here’s how…

 509.

 510.
1. Declutter Your Calendar

 511.
Begin by reviewing your calendar for the next few months.

 512.
Look at every upcoming commitment and ask yourself: “Will this increase my joy, my health, my income, or my alignment with my values?”

 513.
If the answer is no, that’s a sign that the activity might not deserve a place in your schedule, and you might want to consider removing or withdrawing from those commitments.

 514.
Then, to keep your calendar clutter-free moving forward, embrace the power of saying “no” and be incredibly intentional about what you say yes to.

 515.
2. Declutter Your Routine

 516.
Different seasons of our life require different habits and routines in order for us to thrive — and here’s the tricky bit: what worked in one season may not work in the next.

 517.
For me, with a newborn and a toddler, I’ve had to streamline a lot. My morning routine is much shorter now, and my daily meditations? These days, they usually happen while I’m feeding or if I wake up before my babes.

 518.
To declutter your routines, ask yourself:

 519.

 520.
What season of life am I in right now?

 521.
What routines or habits does this season require for me to thrive?

 522.
What routines or habits am I holding onto that are no longer working, or that aren’t as supportive as they could be?

 523.

 524.
By reflecting on and reconsidering your routine, you’ll find you have more time and energy for the things that are important to you.

 525.
3. Declutter Toxic Relationships

 526.
Life is too short to invest in relationships that drain you.

 527.
Take this opportunity to reflect on the people in your life and consider the impact they have on you.

 528.
If a relationship is consistently one-sided, or leaves you feeling depleted or unappreciated, it may be time to reassess its place in your life.

 529.
It can feel tough sometimes, but removing yourself from toxic relationships allows you to nurture more positive ones and focus on your personal growth.

 530.
4. Declutter Your Task List

 531.
We all have those lingering tasks that seem to never get done and that stress us out every time we think about them.

 532.
Take a moment to write them all down — maybe you need to return something to the store, get something fixed, or file that batch of papers clogging up your desk.

 533.
Then make a plan to get these tasks DONE. If you can, allocate time to batch them as quickly as you can.

 534.
If that’s not possible or feels too overwhelming, commit to getting them done incrementally — for example, one per day, or three per week etc.

 535.
Trust me: the satisfaction you’ll feel when these tasks are finally done-and-dusted is unbeatable!

 536.
5. Declutter Your Goals

 537.
Do you feel scattered and overwhelmed because you’re trying to achieve a heap of different goals at once?

 538.
The reality is that most people can only focus on 1-3 major goals at once, for example: one business goal, one health goal, and one creative goal.

 539.
Much more than that can lead to overwhelm and limit your progress.

 540.
To declutter your goals, write down everything you’re currently working towards and ask yourself:

 541.

 542.
Does this goal still serve me?

 543.
Am I still lit up by it?

 544.
Is it building towards my greater vision?

 545.
Do I *want* to keep working towards it?

 546.

 547.
If you answered ‘yes’ to all or most of these questions, fantastic — keep chasing that goal until you get it.

 548.
But if not, maybe that goal needs some adjustment, or maybe you want to declutter it right now and instantly free up space for the goals that do truly light you up.

 549.
Key Takeaway

 550.
By taking these steps to declutter your life, you won’t just free up time and energy, you’ll be actively making space for more health, happiness and growth in your life.

 551.
Keep in mind that decluttering is an ongoing journey, not a destination. So be sure to regularly reassess and realign with what truly matters.

 552.
And remember, the less clutter in your life, the clearer your path to success, joy and fulfillment.

 553.
You’ve got this, Beautiful!

 593.
How to turn 10 minutes into hundreds of dollars.

 594.
An unexpected way to supercharge your health and nutrition goals.

 595.

 596.

 597.
Happy New Year.

 598.
I love January so much. There’s so much magic and potential in the air, don’t you think?

 599.
One of my favorite things to do at this time of year is to harness that fresh-start energy and get extra organized.

 600.
For me, it’s not just about getting clean and tidy (although I love that part too!).

 601.
More importantly, it’s about creating an environment that enhances your productivity, reduces stress, and brings a sense of calm to your daily life and mind.

 602.
So let’s jump into January with 8 simple yet powerful ways to bring organization and clarity to your new year.

 603.

 604.
1. Your Computer Desktop

 605.
Is your computer desktop cluttered with files, downloads and shortcuts?

 606.
This digital mess is the equivalent of having papers strewn all over your desk — and we all know how difficult it is to focus in that kind of environment!

 607.
Solution: Sort, file or delete everything that’s on your desktop, and set your desktop background as your 2025 vision board or a beautiful family photo (or something that makes you smile).

 608.
If you’re completely overwhelmed by files, try creating a folder that’s time based (e.g. ‘2024’ or ‘December 2024’) and dump everything from that time period into the folder. This can save you the hassle of sorting through things manually, but still allows for easy searching should you need anything.

 609.
Time needed: 3 minutes

 610.
Result: A feeling of calm and clarity every time you log on to your computer.

 611.
2. Your Car

 612.
It’s startlingly easy for your car to turn into a storage unit for crumbs, trash, and random items.

 613.
This mess can then trigger a stress response every time you sit in the driver’s seat. (Hello, cortisol spike!)

 614.
Solution: Take a clothes basket out to your car and fill it with every single item that doesn’t belong in there. Then bring it back inside and sort through everything, putting things away as needed and trashing or recycling what’s not.

 615.
Time needed: 10 minutes

 616.
Result: A huge feeling of satisfaction every time you get into your freshly cleaned car!

 617.
3. Your Subscriptions

 618.
Having subscriptions that you don’t use is like flushing money down the toilet.

 619.
So check in with yourself — and your bank account. Do you really need all those streaming services? What about those business subscriptions you haven’t used for ages?

 620.
Solution: Take a moment to glance through your bank statements and the subscriptions on your phone to spot your regular payments. (Some banks will even highlight them for you, making this process easier.) Identify the ones you don’t need and go ahead and cancel them right now. I’ll wait!

 621.
Time needed: 10-15 minutes

 622.
Result: Potentially hundreds if not thousands of dollars saved every year. (You’re welcome!)

 623.
4. Your Wardrobe

 624.
Do you feel a jolt of stress every time you open your wardrobe?

 625.
Maybe it’s crammed too full to see anything properly. Maybe it’s stacked with clothes you don’t like, that don’t fit, or that don’t feel like *you* anymore.

 626.
Solution: Go through your wardrobe with an editor’s eye and curate it down to the essentials that you regularly wear and love. For everything else, gift them to a friend, host a ‘clothes swap’ party, give them to a homeless or women’s shelter, or donate them to a charity shop.

 627.
Time needed: 1-2 hours

 628.
Result: Sweet, sweet relief every morning when it’s time to get dressed and you’re confronted with a streamlined selection of clothes that you actually *like* wearing.

 629.
Hot tip: Want to learn more about streamlining your fashion choices, reducing the clothes you buy and extending the life of your garments? Check out my epic interview with mother-daughter fashion duo Daisy Burgess and Caroline Poiner on How To Quit Fast Fashion. Prepare to have your mind blown!

 630.
5. Your Inbox

 631.
An overflowing inbox can be super stressful. Let’s tackle it.

 632.
Solution: Take some time right now to get back to Inbox Zero. Create folders or labels for different types of emails, delegate to your team, archive what you can, delete irrelevant messages, and unsubscribe from newsletters you never read.

 633.
Time needed: 15 minutes initially, then a few minutes daily.

 634.
Result: Radically reduced digital clutter along with radically reduced stress.
635.

 636.
6. Your Home Office / Workspace

 637.
A cluttered home office can significantly hinder productivity. So why not ride that wave of fresh January momentum and get it looking spick and span?!

 638.
Solution: Start by decluttering your desk. Organize your paperwork, shred documents you no longer need, and arrange your office supplies. Consider cable management solutions to keep wires untangled and out of sight. Finish by sticking up a visual reminder of your goals for the year.

 639.
Time needed: 1-2 hours

 640.
Result: A more productive and less distracting workspace, boosting your efficiency and focus for months to come.

 641.
7. Kitchen Pantry and Refrigerator

 642.
The kitchen is the heart of the home, but it can also be the epicentre of clutter! A clean pantry and fridge won’t just feel amazing and make cooking and meal planning easier, it will also make your 2024 health and nutrition goals far easier to stick to.

 643.
Solution: Organize your pantry by categorizing items and using storage solutions like bins and labels. Clean out your refrigerator, check expiration dates, and organize the contents for easy access.

 644.
Time needed: 1-2 hours

 645.
Result: The joy of a well-organized kitchen, easier meal preparation and a giant boost to your health and nutrition goals!

 646.
8. Personal Care and Wellness Items

 647.
Are you a bowerbird for makeup and skincare products? Does your bathroom cabinet rival Sephora in terms of the sheer number of items? Let’s do something about that.

 648.
Solution: Go through your bathroom cabinets and drawers. Dispose of expired products, organize your toiletries, wash your makeup brushes, and declutter items you no longer use. This is also a good time to review the ingredient listings on your products and toss any that don’t align with your values.

 649.
Time needed: 20-30 minutes

 650.
Result: A streamlined bathroom and wellness routine, making your daily rituals more enjoyable and efficient.

 651.
Key Takeaways From This Process

 652.

 653.
Each of these tasks takes a little time upfront, but pays off exponentially down the track in terms of peace of mind, efficiency, productivity and more.

 654.
By tackling these areas, you’ll not only create a more organized environment, you’ll also enhance your daily living experience.

 655.
Finally, the key to successful organization is to not overwhelm yourself – take it one step at a time, do a little bit every day, and revel in the process of creating more orderly and serene spaces in your life.

 656.

 657.
You’ve got this, Beautiful!

 696.

 697.
7 powerful questions to help you reflect on your past year.

 698.
The Goldilocks Rule for goals that stretch but don’t stress you.

 699.
The crucial importance of regular check-ins.

 700.

 701.

 702.
Can you feel it? That fresh, inspiring energy of 2025?

 703.
I adore this time of year for many reasons, but one of the biggest is that it’s when I do my most important goal-setting session of the year.

 704.
To be clear, I don’t *wait* until the New Year to set goals — I’m constantly aligning, assessing and refining my goals all the time throughout the year.

 705.
But that said, there’s something undeniably special about the momentum January brings, and riding that energetic wave can definitely add extra ‘oomph’ to your goals.

 706.
So with that in mind, today I want to share the exact process I use to set and achieve big, exhilarating, heart-expanding goals.

 707.
I’ve refined and expanded this process over many years, and I SWEAR by it. Here’s how it works…

 708.

 709.
Step #1 — Reflect On The Challenges of 2024

 710.
Answer the following questions.

 711.
These answers are just for you (and your partner, if that feels good for you). So please don’t censor or judge yourself. Be as honest, open, kind and compassionate with yourself as you can (that’s where the true gold lies!).

 712.
1. What felt hard this past year?

 713.
2. During the more challenging times in 2024, how did you show up? Are you happy with how you showed up or could you have shown up differently?

 714.
3. What’s something you’ve been doing that you’d like to stop doing?

 715.
4. What are you pretending is working in your life… but it’s really not?

 716.
5. What has caused you more stress or worry than it’s worth?

 717.
6. How have you been making things harder for yourself than they need to be?

 718.
7. How have you been complicit in creating the conditions you say you don’t want?

 719.
You’re doing great, let’s keep going.

 720.
Hot tip: To make your goal-setting as easy as possible, I’ve put this entire process into a Google Doc for you, that you can copy and fill out.

 721.
Step #2 — Celebrate Your 2024 Wins

 722.

 723.
You deserve a round of applause, babe.

 724.
For some of us, it can feel super uncomfortable to celebrate ourselves. If that’s you, I want to encourage you to step into the role of your own biggest cheerleader. Ask yourself:

 725.
1. What worked really well in 2024? (It doesn’t matter how big or how small these ‘wins’ are, list them all!)

 726.
2. What life areas or activities made you feel most fulfilled? Why?

 727.
3. What have you achieved or what are you most proud of over the past year?

 728.
4. What are the 3 biggest lessons you have learned?

 729.
5. What nourished you on a soul-level this past year?

 730.
6. When did you feel like the best version of yourself?

 731.
7. Describe your 3 favorite memories from the past year. What do they have in common?

 732.
Step #3 — Set Your Goals

 733.
Now that we have reflected on the year that’s passed, it’s time to ponder the year ahead.

 734.
My personal rules for setting goals are that they have to:

 735.

 736.
Inspire me so much that I get goosebumps thinking about them. (If I don’t care that much about them, what’s the point?)

 737.
Be specific, measurable, and have a timeline.

 738.
They also have to meet the Goldilocks Rule: be big enough that they inspire you, but not so big that they overwhelm you and stress you out. Somewhere in between — where they stretch and inspire you, but still feel doable — is the sweet spot.

 739.

 740.
Ok, keeping the above in mind, let’s set your big, beautiful goals for 2025.

 741.
Answer the following:

 742.
1. For each of the following life areas, set 1-3 goals:

 743.

 744.
Health

 745.
Wealth

 746.
Relationships

 747.
Family / Parenting

 748.
Spiritual

 749.
Work / Business / Career

 750.
Creative

 751.
Personal Fulfillment

 752.

 753.
Phrase your goals in the present tense, eg “I have completed my first marathon by 31st December 2025.”

 754.
2. With all those goals in front of you, now pick THREE that will be your main focus. Break each of these three main goals down into smaller goals. (Continuing with the above example, your smaller goals could be to complete a 10km run, a 20km run and a half marathon by certain dates throughout the year.)

 755.
3. In order to hit these goals, what daily activities do you need to commit to?

 756.
4. In order to hit these goals, what habits or actions will you need to STOP doing?

 757.
5. How will you deal with setbacks?

 758.
6. What kind of person do you need to become to make all this possible?

 759.
7. Why is this year going to be different to other years?

 760.
Step #4 — Visualize it happening

 761.
Every morning take 2 minutes to sit somewhere quiet and comfortable, close your eyes, and envision yourself one year from now, having hit your goals out of the park.

 762.
How do you feel? How do you act? What are your new habits? How did you make this happen? What feels easy now? What parts of your current identity have you left behind?

 763.
Sit there visualizing your success, smile and soak your cells in the feeling of achievement and completion.

 764.
Step #5 — Track your progress

 765.
As the saying goes, what gets measured gets managed. So: how are you going to measure your progress on your goals? Decide now, and go ahead and set it up (for example, create your spreadsheet or download a tracking app).

 766.
Step #6 — Schedule Check-Ins

 767.
Regularly reviewing your goals helps keep you on track, allows you to pivot when necessary, and significantly increases your chances of turning your dreams into reality.

 768.
Personally, I like to reread my goals at least a few times each week, and schedule a proper check-in and reevaluation approximately once per quarter.

 769.
Whatever frequency you decide, go ahead and schedule those sessions in your calendar now.

 770.
Step #7 — Take Inspired Action

 771.
From here, with all this epic groundwork done, there’s nothing to it but to do it!

 772.
So let’s get your year of goal-kicking off to the best possible start by taking inspired action right now.

 773.
Pick one of your main goals, identify which sub-goal you’d like to get started on, and dive in. It doesn’t matter how small this first step is, it’s still a powerful way to show yourself and the Universe that you mean business!

 774.
The Key Takeaway

 775.
So there you have it: this is how I’m approaching my goal-setting this year. I hope this guide gives you some clarity on how to plan out your own goals and make 2025 your best year yet.

 776.
Remember, goals only work if *you* do, friend.

 777.
So what are you waiting for?!

 778.
You’ve got this, Beautiful!
