  45. <p>The 39-year-old actress was a major fan of the gameshow during its first run on ITV in the 1990s, and her agency has stated she is in talks with producers about appearing on the revival.</p>
  46. <p>Gemma heard that a celebrity special was in the pipeline, and said to her agent she would love to be involved,’ an insider told the <a href="https://www.mirror.co.uk/3am/celebrity-news/gemma-atkinson-says-bbc-celebrity-32633543" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Mirror</a>.</p>
  47. <p>‘Gladiators was Gemma’s favourite show as a kid, and, because she’s so into fitness now, it would be her dream gig. Talks are ongoing – the show team are thrilled that she is so keen.’</p>

  226. <p>Since the first season, which aired in 2011, the iconic actress has played the title character, DCI Vera Stanhope.</p>
  227. <p>The 78-year-old has decided it is time for her to step aside, as the programme begins filming its 14th and last season.</p>
  228. <p>Brenda remarked in a statement, &#8216;Working on Vera has been a delight from beginning to end, and I&#8217;m sad to say goodbye.</p>
  229. <p>‘But I am so proud of our achievements over the last 14 years. I’ll be forever grateful to the wonderful Ann Cleeves who created Vera, and to Elaine Collins who saw fit to cast me in the role.</p>
  230. <p>‘The producers, dream cast and crew have been fabulous and I’m going to miss them, but I won’t forget their huge talent, the camaraderie, laughter or kindness we shared nor the friendship of the people of the north east and our fans worldwide.</p>

  233. <p>The final season of Vera will consist of two two-hour episodes to wrap up the criminal drama.</p>
  234. <p>In a statement, executive producer Kate Bartlett said: &#8220;It is the end of an era and has been an extraordinary journey over 14 amazing series of Vera.&#8221;</p>
  235. <p>‘So many wonderful and talented people have been involved in the making of Vera across all the series, but none of us would be here without two incredible women: firstly, the absolutely extraordinary talent of the inimitable Brenda Blethyn. She is brilliant as DCI Vera Stanhope, a truly iconic character of our times.’</p>
  236. <p>Kate then went on to pay homage to the ‘amazing’ Ann Cleeves, who wrote the original novels and created the titular character.</p>
  237. <p>‘We will all be very sad to say goodbye to Brenda and everyone involved in making the show,’ she added.</p>

  240. <p>The final series of Vera is set to film this summer, with Brenda set to reunite with theproduction team who ‘she values as friends in her beloved Northumberland and North East,’ ITV said.</p>
  241. <p>Brenda has garnered several accolades for her portrayal as Vera over the years, including two nominations at the TV Choice Awards and the Crime Thriller Awards, as well as a Royal Television Society award.</p>
  242. <p>Fans were devastated to learn that Vera was no longer alive.</p>
  243. <p>One X user called Mike wrote: ‘Gutted. It’s really good but it’s understandable as brenda is doing other things I believe and it is gruelling I remember her saying. Still gutted.’</p>

  279. <p>However, the birth of their first child was not the only significant life event they had in 2023, as Kevin has disclosed that the pair discreetly migrated to Liverpool.</p>
  280. <p>He stated the proximity of Stacey&#8217;s mother, who lives in the northern city, influenced the choice to relocate.</p>
  281. <p>Kevin explained to the <a href="https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/whats-on/whats-on-news/bbc-strictly-come-dancings-kevin-29018804" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Liverpool Echo</a>: ‘Stacey loves looking at houses on the internet. Looking at interiors and stuff is her favourite thing to do.</p>

  289. <p>Stacey has expressed that being a mother transformed her perspective and gave her a greater empathy for others.</p>
  290. <p>She explained: ‘It’s such a cliché but everything I see now is through a very different lens.</p>

  297. <p>Stacey and Kevin welcomed their daughter Minnie in January 2023 and have mostly kept her out of the spotlight.</p>

  346. <p>The six-part drama, starring Fool Me Once actor Richard Armitage as doctor Matthew Nolan, premiered on Sunday night on ITV1 and ITVX, and audiences can&#8217;t get enough of it.</p>
  347. <p>The episode followed Matthew, who was suspected of murdering a lady in Beijing and was promptly sent back on the final aircraft of the day after arriving in London.</p>
  348. <p>DC Hana Li, played by Jing Lusi, is there to keep him in check, although she initially prefers not to interact with him outside of the work.</p>
  349. <p>It&#8217;s safe to say that fans couldn&#8217;t wait to see what happened, with many watching the entire series in one night.</p>

  398. <p>Gardeners&#8217; World brought a bit of rock &#8216;n&#8217; roll to BBC2 this week, with a genuine A-lister making a visit.</p>
  399. <p>Viewers checking in for Monty Don and the gang on Friday were shocked when none other than U2 bassist Adam Clayton &#8211; a member of the renowned band with Bono, The Edge, and Larry Mullen Jr. &#8211; took Adam Frost around his gorgeous garden.</p>
  400. <p>The Irishman has lived just outside Dublin since he was five, and the green-fingered musician makes the most of his surroundings.</p>
  401. <p>He purchased his home, which is surrounded by 17 acres of property and is near to where he attended boarding school as a teenager, in the 1980s, just after U2 topped the charts with The Joshua Tree.</p>
  402. <p>Despite having no experience of gardening, he knew he &#8216;found consolation outside&#8217;, so he converted an overgrown plot of land in a river valley into his own utopia.</p>
  403. <p>Over the previous three decades, he has planted over 4,000 trees, and the garden is full of rhododendrons, camellias, and magnolias.</p>

  456. <p>And one singer is on the verge of winning Britain&#8217;s Got Talent after her stunning singing captured the nation&#8217;s hearts.</p>
  457. <p>Amanda, 53, pleased the judges and the public so much that she received the season&#8217;s first Golden Buzzer.</p>
  458. <p>For the uninitiated, receiving the Golden Buzzer guarantees that an artist will advance directly to the live semi-finals, skipping the bootcamp stages.</p>
  459. <p>But fans believe Sydnie Christmas will go much further.</p>
  460. <p>The Kent native managed to change Simon&#8217;s mind with her amazing version of Tomorrow despite previously stating that she aspires to be a West End singer.</p>

  508. <p>‘The power, the beauty, the artistry, it blows everything else I’ve seen out of the water! Insane, incredible!’ Bruno praised, while Alesha spoke about how she can’t wait to watch ‘more of that’.</p>

  550. <p>Rylan Clark has revealed the &#8216;honest truth&#8217; about his legendary X Factor audition, and it is not what we expected.</p>
  551. <p>The 35-year-old national treasure rose to prominence in the talent competition in 2012, coming sixth, but he now admits he had no intention of doing so.</p>
  552. <p>Rylan has subsequently made a reputation for himself, starring on Celebrity Big Brother, which he won in 2012, Big Brother&#8217;s Bit on the Side, The Xtra Factor, Strictly&#8217;s It Takes Two, and This Morning.</p>
  553. <p>He has also been on Celebrity Gogglebox alongside his mother Linda, as well as hosting a BBC Radio 2 show.</p>
  554. <p>But none of it would have occurred if it hadn&#8217;t been for &#8216;Patsy the Peugeot&#8217;, with Rylan admitting that he never planned to become famous and only entered The X Factor when his vehicle broke down.</p>
  555. <p>He said: ‘I never intended what happened for me, to happen. I’ll tell you the Gods honest truth, the reason I went on X Factor was my car just broke down, right? Patsy the Peugeot, long may she rest.</p>

  560. <p>‘I thought, if I could go on that show, last one week of live shows, get a couple of gigs in some gay clubs, earn about 20 grand, I’ll be able to get a new Patsy, buy my mum a new front door, and might be able to start renting somewhere on my own as I was still living with my mum at the time.’</p>
  561. <p>Rylan went on to The Mirror: ‘Well I’ve built three houses and now I drive a Range Rover so f**k them, I’ve done alright!</p>
  562. <p>‘I don’t know tomorrow, but if it all flies away, I’ve got them two houses. That is<br />
  563. the worst case scenario – living with my mum again.’</p>
  564. <p>Rylan has previously remarked on his rise to prominence, stating that he was aware he was &#8216;the joke&#8217; at the outset of his career.</p>
  565. <p>He previously told <a href="https://inews.co.uk/culture/television/rylan-clark-massive-recluse-walk-street-1898498" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">the i</a>: ‘I was the joke, but I knew I was the joke.</p>
  566. <p>‘Listen, I’m not claiming to be f***ing Celine Dion or Mariah, but I can sing. But I weren’t supposed to sing on The X Factor. There is a box for every single person on there, and I ticked the “gay stereotype joke” box.</p>
  567. <p>‘I could either stand there and sing and hope to get through, along with a million other auditionees, or I could play the game and put on a feather boa and a light-up outfit and have an argument with Gary Barlow.’</p>
  568. <p>He added: ‘‘The council estate boy is always going to be there. I’ve not changed. My world changed. My teeth changed, my voice changed, but I never changed. Now people are just realising, “He is quite switched on! He does know what he’s doing!” I knew it years ago, but it was hidden with long blonde extensions and a feather boa.’</p>

  571. <p>Rylan, who had been in the profession for 10 years, launched his tell-all memoir after splitting from his husband after six years of marriage in 2021.</p>
  572. <p>He came out about the toll it had on him, including two heart failures and a hospitalisation following the end of his partnership.</p>
  573. <p>As well as the lows of his personal life, Rylan also reflected on the highs of his career over the ten years, telling his fans at the time: ‘We all know I should have lasted ten minutes, so how I’ve lasted ten years, I’ll never know.’</p>

  604. <p>While his social media posts included some adorable holiday photos and pictures of their baby son, the last one was a real, erm, treat.</p>
  605. <p>Taking to Instagram, Travis – who welcomed son Rocky with Kourtney last year – wrote: ‘Happy Birthday to my beautiful wife, soulmate and best friend forever. I love you, I love our life together.’</p>

  613. <p>Kourtney squatted on the toilet while staring directly into the camera, dressed in a black dress and heels, her hair slicked back, and flawless make-up.</p>
  614. <p>Many fans were left in stitches after seeing the post, branding it as a sign of a &#8216;true relationship&#8217; because they feel so at ease around one another.</p>
  615. <p>Not everyone found it amusing, though.</p>

  709. <p>Ozzy Osbourne has announced that The Osbournes will return to television after nearly 20 years since its last episode aired.</p>
  710. <p>The Black Sabbath rockstar, 75, is truly giving the people what they want, as he announced that the hit reality TV show will be re-released, allowing fans to relive &#8216;all the chaos&#8217; on the box again.</p>
  711. <p>When its first episode aired on MTV in 2002, The Osbournes, which followed heavy metal rocker Ozzy and his family life with wife and manager Sharon, 71, and children Kelly, 39, and Jack, 38, was an immediate hit.</p>
  712. <p>The Osbournes was the first show of its kind to win a Primetime Emmy, surpassing the HBO docuseries Project Greenlight, among others, for Outstanding Non-Fiction Programme (Reality) in 2002.</p>
  713. <p>It may have paved the way for The Kardashians, as its first season was the most-watched MTV series ever.</p>
  714. <p>Not only will we be able to watch some of the most iconic reality TV shows of the 2000s, but the show&#8217;s stars will be watching as well.</p>

  759. <p>Martin Lewis has announced that his ITV show, The Martin Lewis Money Show Live, will return for a one-time special this summer.</p>
  760. <p>Fans have expressed relief at the show&#8217;s return, claiming that the gap between season 13 in March and the next season in October was far too long.</p>
  761. <p>The 51-year-old financial expert revealed that after&#8217;many&#8217; viewers complained to ITV, the broadcaster decided to reverse their hiatus decision and relaunch the programme in just a few months.</p>
  762. <p>Martin announced on X: ‘When I announced that the @itvMLshow series was ending and we wouldn’t be back until October, many of you complained that was too long for the show to be off air in the current environment.</p>
  763. <p>‘Thank you. I put those to ITV. And we’ve now got a one off catch up special in June :)’</p>
  764. <p>The Bafta-nominated show has been running since 2012, and it is hosted by a financial journalist and broadcaster who teaches viewers how to make their money go further.</p>
  765. <p>From tips on how to get £15 per month for free to warnings about ISAs, the show teaches viewers how to be financially savvy in today&#8217;s market.</p>

  807. <p>Claudia Winkleman&#8217;s hit murder mystery series, which premiered on the BBC in 2022, captivated the nation, and two seasons later (plus US and Australian versions), we&#8217;re still obsessed.</p>
  808. <p>Faithfuls Meryl Williams, Aaron Evans, and Hannah Byczkowski won £101,050 in season one, while Traitor Harry Clark proved unbeatable in season two, winning £95,150.</p>
  809. <p>And, while Maddy Smedley and Diane Carson have become stars in their own right, Deadline reports that celebrities will face the ultimate test of deception, with the hope that the celebrity version will be filmed next year and aired later in 2025.</p>

  827. <p>After the first series aired, executive producer Sarah Fay said: ‘I think we’d want people who are so invested in the game and want to play the game, and I think that’s what brings the drama so well.</p>
  828. <p>‘We’ve been blown away by some of our celebrity support.’</p>
  829. <p>She continued: ‘I’d love to see Rylan [Clark], he’d be incredible, but also Kathy Burke is a fan. I mean Russell T Davies is a fan.’</p>

  994. <p>‘People don’t realize that I was working, and if I wasn’t working on the set, I had to do three hours of studio school a day, so I had no time to rest except lunch.</p>
  995. <p>‘There are moments that were fun and there were things I loved about it, but it is work and I think we do have to keep that in mind.’</p>
  996. <p>While Aubrey&#8217;s Modern Family co-stars moved on to other projects after the show ended in 2020, she returned to school and focused her efforts on her studies.</p>
  997. <p>However, as she grows older, she has revealed that she is ready to return to the spotlight and has been auditioning behind the scenes.</p>
  998. <p>‘I immediately went back into public school ands I’ve been there since,’ she added. ‘I took a bit of a break right after the show ended, and I thought that I would never act again in my life. Then I went to high school and I was like, “Maybe I should!”</p>
  999. <p>‘Now I’m auditioning again and that’s fun. I hope to do something – is there anything in the works currently? Not necessarily.</p>

  1082. <p>Since then, she has rarely left the spotlight, starring in Jennifer&#8217;s Body, New Girl, Taurus, and, most recently, the Expend4bles sequel.</p>
  1083. <p>However, the mother of three shocked many with her latest make-up-free Instagram post, which came just days after she debuted her new blue hairstyle at Coachella.</p>
  1084. <p>Megan posed in front of the mirror wearing a black bra and flannel bottoms, displaying her extensions and extensive tattoo collection.</p>

  1136. <p>Wary of alarming her followers, Dani added: ‘He said this is rare by the way, so anyone who’s got it, I don’t want to scare you. I don’t want to ringing your GPs tomorrow.’</p>
  1137. <p>Then came the drop, as Dani confessed: ‘I’ve basically got to have keyhole surgery to remove it.’</p>
  1138. <p>The mum-of-three added, ‘I can’t believe what’s happened,’ as she also wrote over the top of the video, alongside two shocked emoji: ‘Imagine I could have ended up with a fourth child this year.’</p>
  1139. <p>The NHS has two types of coils: the IUS or &#8216;hormonal&#8217; coil, which includes the brand name Mirena, and the non-hormonal IUD copper coil.</p>
  1140. <p>Both are small, T-shaped devices that are inserted into the womb. While an IUS terminates pregnancy by releasing a localised hormone progestogen into the womb, the copper coil prevents sperm from surviving in the cervix or womb without the use of hormones.</p>

  1187. <p>Sammy and Dani rekindled their romance after she split with Jack Fincham, whom she met on the ITV show.</p>
  1188. <p>Dani then separated from Sammy for the second time after he pleaded guilty to and was sentenced to jail for defrauding two vulnerable pensioners out of nearly £34,000 by posing as a financial adviser.</p>

  1199. <p>An IUS is very safe.</p>
  1200. <p>It is over 99% effective at preventing pregnancy.</p>
  1201. <p>However, the NHS says there are some ‘rare risks’.</p>
  1202. <p>These include pelvic infections (which usually occur within three weeks of a fitting); the IUS moving or coming out (usually within three months of having it fitted); and damage to the womb.</p>
  1203. <p>If the IUS fails, it can lead to an ectopic pregnancy – when a fertilised egg implants itself outside of the womb, usually in one of the fallopian tubes.</p>
  1204. <p>Ask for an urgent GP appointment or call NHS’s 111 if you have an IUS and:</p>

  1242. <p>The Channel 4 star, who welcomed son Ezra in June, posted photos of herself cradling her bump at her baby shower one year ago today.</p>
  1243. <p>Ellie, 33, said she only recently published the images because she &#8216;didn&#8217;t feel confident&#8217; at the time.</p>
  1244. <p>The heartbreaking confession left many of her 489K Instagram followers feeling&#8217;so sad&#8217;.</p>
  1245. <p>Jenna Barberella said: ‘Didn’t feel confident! That’s so sad to hear. Thank you for sharing them now, you look beautiful.’</p>
  1246. <p>Empathising with Ellie, Kate Johnson commented: ‘You looked so beautiful! Isn’t it awful that we don’t see the beauty in ourselves at the time? You look gorgeous.’</p>

  1357. <p>Lisa bursts into tears at the sight of the frail piglet, sobbing into Jeremy&#8217;s arm while he looks down solemnly.</p>
  1358. <p>Life on the farm is, as usual, unpredictable and full of twists and turns.</p>

  1401. <p>The 38-year-old actress is a body positivity advocate who has spoken openly about her struggles with anorexia in her teens and early twenties.</p>
  1402. <p>In an emotional post on social media, the Good Place star and former T4 host revealed that she was in &#8216;a lot of pain&#8217; and that a scan confirmed she had low bone density.</p>
  1403. <p>‘I have been in a lot of pain lately and it turns out 20 years of dieting has hurt my bone density. My bone density. In my 30s.</p>
  1404. <p>‘Please please please do not let diet culture drag you to where I am.</p>
  1405. <p>The Marvel actress, who appeared in She-Hulk, went on to discuss the long-term effects of eating disorders and how she hoped others would learn from her mistakes.</p>

  1410. <p>‘I know people think I’m annoying for going on and on about the harm of not eating enough, but no compliment I have ever received is worth the pain and regret of what happens to your body when you do extreme things for fast results.</p>
  1411. <p>‘My passion against diet culture is born of something that is not Holier than thou.</p>
  1412. <p>‘It is a desperate plea for you to not end up like me.’</p>
  1413. <p>The star has been candid about how her weight has influenced every aspect of her life.</p>
  1414. <p>In 2019, Jameela stated that she no longer speaks to her parents, whom she described as &#8216;fat-phobic&#8217;.</p>
  1415. <p>She told the <a href="https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/interview-jameela-jamil-on-why-she-stood-up-to-the-kardashians-sflvpqs20" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Sunday Times Magazine</a>: ‘Jutting hip bones were seen as a sign of peak brilliance both at home and at school. It didn’t matter that I did well academically or was a good swimmer. All I thought was important about me was that my jeans hung off my hip bones.’</p>
  1416. <p>In the caption of her recent post she added that she was ‘embarrassed’ about the long-term effects she now suffers from because she didn’t treat her body well.</p>
  1417. <p>‘I’m so sorry to my body. I’m so embarrassed that I did this to you. You tried to keep me alive and I tried to kill you.</p>
  1418. <p>‘I will spend the rest of my life fixing you and trying to stop others from hurting their bodies.’</p>
  1419. <p>The Poker Face star went on to say that the average person does not have the money to find out if their body will suffer from long-term issues as a result of diet culture, but celebrities do, making it even worse that some promote dangerous diets for fans to emulate.</p>
  1420. <p>‘The reason I get so mad when celebrities push these ideals is because we have the money for the tests that detect the horrific side effects of extreme dieting.</p>
  1421. <p>‘Most of the people emulating celebrity bodies and eating practices do not. If they mess up their bodies there is a team of experts ready to patch them up. Most do not have that luxury. And nobody talks about it.’</p>
  1422. <p>The actress has previously criticised celebrities like Khloe Kardashian for promoting weight loss shakes and perpetuating a &#8216;eating disorder culture&#8217;.</p>
  1423. <p>The star concluded by saying: ‘F*** diet culture.’</p>
  1424. <p><a href="https://theros.org.uk/information-and-support/osteoporosis/causes/anorexia/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">The Royal Osteoporosis Society</a> states that eating disorders such as anorexia can ‘affect healthy bone growth and lead to low bone density.’</p>
  1425. <p>They claim that there are several reasons for this, including the loss of oestrogen, a hormone responsible for healthy bones, when someone has anorexia, as well as the bones not receiving the nutrition they require.</p>

  1460. <p>Posh and Becks may share cheeky moments together, such as emotional birthday posts and ab-flaunting photos, but their personal lives are well-guarded.</p>
  1461. <p>Tom Bower, an investigative journalist, has hinted that he will look into the 48-year-old football legend&#8217;s alleged affair with Rebecca Loos as he sheds light on the Beckhams.</p>
  1462. <p>The House of Beckham: Money, Sex, and Power will be released on June 20, and Tom has promised that &#8216;Those who want to know about Beckham&#8217;s sex life will not be disappointed&#8217;.</p>
  1463. <p>He did not interview the couple, but reportedly spent two hours discussing them with a senior member of David&#8217;s team.</p>
  1464. <p>That is not to say that the power couple made research easy for him; he claimed they were attempting to prevent him from speaking with others.</p>

  1467. <p>Tom claimed to <a href="https://www.mirror.co.uk/3am/celebrity-news/david-beckhams-sex-secrets-set-32603007" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">The Mirror</a>: ‘The Beckhams made sure that quite a lot of people wouldn’t talk to me. But I did find enough people to talk to and got a lot of very interesting revelations. It was a book that surprised me.</p>
  1468. <p>‘We think we know everything. But in fact there is an enormous amount we don’t know – which the public will find out.’</p>
  1469. <p>It&#8217;s unclear whether the book will be detrimental to the couple, especially given the suggestion that it will reignite debate about the contentious affair.</p>
  1470. <p>Rebecca, his personal assistant while he played for Real Madrid in 2003, sold her story to News of the World.</p>
  1471. <p>David blasted the claims as &#8216;ludicrous,&#8217; and he and Victoria, 50, have consistently denied any extramarital activities.</p>
  1472. <p>In their Netflix documentary, David said that period was the ‘first time’ the couple had been ‘put under that kind of pressure in our marriage’.</p>

  1479. <p>Neither Victoria or David have addressed the book so far, focusing on Posh’s fabulous 50th birthday celebrations instead.</p>
  1480. <p>Sharing a slew of throwback well wishes on her Instagram story, the Spice Girls legend wrote: ‘As I get ready to step into 50 (in heels, of course!), I feel so incredibly blessed to have reached this milestone.’</p>
  1481. <p>As she listed her incredible achievements, Victoria added: ‘If you’re really lucky, you’ll find someone who believes in you even more than you do. @DavidBeckham, I’m forever grateful for your unconditional love and support.’</p>

  1508. <p>Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley met Jayne Seddon, who has been creating lifelike items for over 35 years.</p>
  1509. <p>The studio was filled with her creations, which ranged in price from £225 to £550. Ben and Cat had a pair to cradle during the conversation, in addition to the ones scattered on and around the sofa.</p>
  1510. <p>The realistic aspects of the baby led to Cat, 47, not being able to stop herself reassuringly stroking the toy. ‘I don’t know why I’m doing it,’ she said.</p>
  1511. <p>After complimenting the workmanship, Ben, 49, added that they could be considered a ‘little bit eerie’.</p>
  1512. <p>‘They feel so life-like but they’re not,’ he continued before asking what her response is to people who call them ‘sinister’ or ‘weird’.</p>

  1518. <p>Jayne also mentioned that she had made a doll for a man with autism who now feels more comfortable leaving the house.</p>

  1526. <p>The hair is angora mohair, the eyes are glass, and the weight is identical to that of a human baby. The handcrafted dolls are also painted with a unique formula that, they claim, will not fade or rub off.</p>
  1527. <p>On yesterday&#8217;s episode, Jon Bon Jovi joined Ben and Cat on the sofa before quickly leaving the studio.</p>
