<description><![CDATA[<h2>More Able Leads Network Group: 8 May 2024 </h2>Exchange ideas, share information, and gain insights to support you in the role of More Able Lead <div><div> </div><div>Whether you are new to the role of More Able Lead, or well-established in this position, NACE’s new online Network Group meetings are designed to connect you with others to share ideas, gain valuable peer-to-peer advice and learn more about how NACE can support you.</div><div> </div><div>The sessions are facilitated by Christabel Shepherd, NACE Challenge and Curriculum Development Director, who has herself been a More Able Lead and taken schools through the NACE Challenge Award.</div><div> </div><div>Please note these sessions are peer-directed and designed to be light and informal. Other than a short feedback survey, they do not include paperwork or recordings. They are simply a great way for you to build connections across the NACE community with others in a similar role, no matter where you are based. So much more than just information sharing!</div><div> </div><h2>How it works:</h2><div><ul><li>When registering you will be asked to submit a question for consideration/discussion during the session.</li><li>Questions will be collated and shared with the group in advance, so you can arrive at the session with ideas to share. </li><li>Session facilitator Christabel Shepherd will open the session and share initial ideas. <description><![CDATA[<h2>KS5 Network Group: 9 May 2024  </h2><div><div>Connect with fellow KS5 leaders and practitioners for mutual support, discussion and exchange</div><div><div> </div><div>In response to member feedback and a growing number of Sixth Form Colleges and schools with Sixth Form joining our network, this network group has been created to offer a supportive space in which to raise and discuss questions, share experiences, and keep up to date with practical ideas to support your setting, while building connections and the Sixth Form communities.</div>Sessions take place termly, online, and are facilitated by NACE Associate Neil Jones.<div>Network Group sessions are peer-directed and are designed to be light and informal. Other than a short feedback survey, they do not include paperwork or recordings. When registering you will be asked to submit a question for consideration/discussion during the session.</div>Please note to help facilitate discussion between members we are currently restricting registration to two delegates from each school/college.  Event details </div></div>

Emma leads on the development of EYFS policy and practice, including the design and delivery of training programmes and supporting resources. She also works directly with individual schools and EYFS settings.</div><div> </div><div>Network Group sessions are peer-directed and are designed to be light and informal. Other than a short feedback survey, they do not include paperwork or recordings. In each session Emma will share new information, strategies and, in general, provide a means for participants to increase their personal banks of knowledge about current hot topics for debate (some of which will be identified in response to questions that can be submitted ahead of the session), within and across the EYFS. </div>Please note: sessions are subject to minimum registration numbers and may be cancelled in the event of low registrations. <description><![CDATA[<h2>More Able Leads Network Group: 26 June 2024 </h2>Exchange ideas, share information, and gain insights to support you in the role of More Able Lead <div><div> </div><div>Whether you are new to the role of More Able Lead, or well-established in this position, NACE’s new online Network Group meetings are designed to connect you with others to share ideas, gain valuable peer-to-peer advice and learn more about how NACE can support you.</div><div> </div><div>The sessions are facilitated by Christabel Shepherd, NACE Challenge and Curriculum Development Director, who has herself been a More Able Lead and taken schools through the NACE Challenge Award.</div><div> </div><div>Please note these sessions are peer-directed and designed to be light and informal. Other than a short feedback survey, they do not include paperwork or recordings. They are simply a great way for you to build connections across the NACE community with others in a similar role, no matter where you are based. So much more than just information sharing!</div><div> </div><h2>How it works:</h2><div><ul><li>When registering you will be asked to submit a question for consideration/discussion during the session.</li><li>Questions will be collated and shared with the group in advance, so you can arrive at the session with ideas to share. </li><li>Session facilitator Christabel Shepherd will open the session and share initial ideas.
