SK Sugar Gliders defeat Samcheok City Hall to win the inaugural H League title.
The SK Sugar Gliders defeated Samcheok City Hall 33-24 in the second game of the H-League Women’s Championship at the Shinhan SOL Pay 23-24 Handball H-League on Monday at SK Handball Stadium in Songpa-gu, Seoul.
The SK Sugar Gliders won the first game 34-26 on Nov. 27 and followed it up with a victory in the second game to become the inaugural H-League Women’s champions.
The SK Sugar Gliders won their first Korean League title in four years, and their first overall title in six years after winning the 2017 title.
The SK Sugar Gliders scored early in the first half to take a 7-3 lead with goals from multiple players. Samcheok City Government tried to make a comeback, but goalkeeper Park Sae-young made a save and SK Sugar Gliders had two ejections in a two-minute span.
However, the SK Sugar Gliders came back to take a four-point <a href="https://oldgit.herzen.spb.ru/totosafeguidecom1" title="lead">lead</a>, 13-9. The first half ended with SK Sugar Gliders leading 15-10.
SK Sugar Gliders’ momentum continued in the second half. They scored three goals in a row to take an 18-10 lead at the start of the second half. Samcheok City Hall tried to turn the tide by introducing Kim On-ah. Kim broke through and scored Samcheok City Hall’s first goal of the second half to cut the deficit to three goals, 18-13.
From there, SK Sugar Gliders gradually increased the score difference and slowly gained the upper hand. After holding off Samcheok City Hall’s late rally, SK Sugar Gliders finished the game with a 33-24 victory and were crowned champions.
SK Sugar Gliders’ Yoo So-jung led the offense with nine goals and five assists, Kim Ha-kyung scored six goals, and goalkeeper Lee Min-ji made 10 saves. Yoo was named MVP of the match.
For Samcheok City Hall, Kim Sun-hwa scored five goals, Kim On-ah, Kim Ji-ah, and Jeon Jeon-yeon each scored four goals, and Park Sae-young made 18 saves in goal.
SK Sugar Gliders head coach Kim Kyung-jin, who won the overall title, said: “It feels good to finish on a high note after a lot of hard work. In the middle of the game, our players got excited and caught <a href="https://www.totosafeguide.com" title="안전놀이터">안전놀이터</a> up, but I believed we could overcome it. I think we overcame the crisis and showed what we have in the second half to win the championship.”
“It feels great to be the first MVP in the postseason, and it’s even better to win the MVP after winning the title. We showed everything we have to offer,” said Yoo So-jung, who was named MVP.
Kang Kyung-min also said, “I heard a lot of people say that the team would win the championship after I transferred, but of course it didn’t happen, so I worked hard with the players every game, and I’m proud and happy that the result was good.”

Tottenham lost the 35th round of the 2023-2024 English Premier League (EPL) season against Arsenal, 3-2, at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, England, on Aug. 28 (ET). The loss further diminished Spurs’ chances of a top-four finish.
It was a tough 90 minutes for Spurs fans to watch. Spurs started to fall apart after Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg’s unfortunate own goal in the 15th minute. They were unable to control a counter-attack from Xherdan Shaqiri in the 27th minute, and their weak set-pieces became a problem again in the 38th minute. Tottenham tried to fight back after Cristian Romero’s gritty equalizer, but Son Heung-min’s penalty late on was all they could muster.
It was Pape Sarr, the youngest player to ever play for Tottenham, who brought a smile to the faces of frustrated Spurs fans. It happened before Son Heung-min took the penalty.

Salah won’t leave Liverpool despite spat with manager.
“Liverpool are confident that Mohamed Salah will resist the lure of Saudi Arabia and stay at the club this summer,” The Athletic reported on Monday (June 29). They already see him as part of their squad for next season.”
Liverpool’s irreplaceable ace in the middle of the park, Salah has been in a Liverpool shirt since 2017. In 348 career appearances, he has scored 210 goals and provided 88 assists. With his quick feet and excellent goal-scoring ability, he has long been the focal point of Liverpool’s offense. The Reds won the UEFA Champions League (UCL) in 2018-19 thanks to Salah’s performance. They followed that up with the coveted English Premier League title in 2019-20.
But Salah has been courted by Saudi Arabia since last summer. Saudi <a href="https://oldgit.herzen.spb.ru/oncasinositenet1" title="clubs">clubs</a> turned the European transfer market on its head last summer with the power of oil money. The league’s stature was boosted by the signing of big stars such as Karim Benzema and N’Golo Kante.
Now, this summer, they want Salah to join them. Salah has just one year left on his Liverpool contract, and his clash with Jürgen Klopp against West Ham United has led to speculation that he could leave this summer.
Salah started West Ham’s 2023-24 English Premier League match against Liverpool on May 27 from the bench in the 35th round of the 2023-24 season. After the teams were tied 2-2 in the 34th minute, Klopp rushed to bring Salah on as a substitute.

The Supreme Court has ruled in favor of Actosoft on the extension of the exclusive software license agreement (SLA) signed with a Chinese company for ‘The Legend of Mir 2,’ but the developer Wemade, which co-owns the intellectual property (IP), has countered by citing its victory in an ICC arbitration in Singapore.
On the 29th, Actosoft announced that the Supreme Court upheld a lawsuit filed in September 2017 by Wemade, which claimed that the exclusive license agreement for ‘The Legend of Mir 2’ in China signed by Actos with Shengqiu in June 2017 was invalid, in the Seoul Central District Court.
In 2021, the Seoul High Court ruled that “considering the length of time that the license agreement has been in place, the position, influence, and know-how of the licensee, it is a more stable and efficient option for Actos to maintain the existing contractual relationship rather than seek a new contractual partner,” and the Supreme Court recently ruled that Actos Soft’s SLA extension agreement with the licensee is valid, as did the Seoul High Court.
However, WeMade, which owns the IP for The Legend of Mir 2, is fighting back, citing its <a href="https://oldgit.herzen.spb.ru/sportstotolink1" title="victory">victory</a> in the International Criminal Court (ICC) arbitration.
Wemade has also filed lawsuits and arbitrations in the Chinese and Singapore ICCs challenging the validity of the SLA extension agreement, and in 2021, the Supreme People’s Court of China, the equivalent of South Korea’s Supreme Court, finally confirmed that the agreement was valid.
However, in the Singapore ICC arbitration, the arbitral tribunal finalized an award rejecting all of Actoz’s claims. In other words, while Actoz won the domestic lawsuit and China, the Singapore ICC arbitration was won by WeMade, and the two sides are still at loggerheads.
In fact, Whimaid tweeted on the 29th, “We have already won the ICC arbitration. As for the annulment action filed by Actos, the Singapore court rejected all of Actos’ arguments and confirmed the arbitral award, so there is no impact on the recognition and enforcement proceedings in China and Korea.”

The Legend of Mir 2 is an MMORPG game created and serviced by WeMade in March 2001 and became very popular in China in the early 2000s due to its oriental setting.
In June 2017, Actos signed an SLA with Shengqiu Games (then known as Shanda Games), which operated The Legend of Mir 2 in China, to extend the SLA until September 2023, but WeMade filed a lawsuit in September 2017, claiming that Actos violated the obligation of “prior mutual consultation” and abused its right to renew the contract and agency rights.
Since then, WeMade has consistently claimed that the SLA was invalid because Shengqiu Games violated the SLA by exceeding the scope of its authority by granting reuse permission without permission, and that Actos Soft extended the contract without prior consultation.

South Korean midfielder Lee Kang-in has once again brought home a trophy for Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).
On Monday (Sept. 29), PSG clinched the French Ligue 1 title for the 2023-24 season. It was the club’s 12th league title and third consecutive league crown.
The league leaders appeared to have clinched the title with a 3-3 draw at home against Le Havre in the 31st round of the league on Aug. 28, but second-place AS Monaco failed to close the gap on PSG with a 2-3 loss away to Olympique Lyonnais in the 31st round on Aug. 29. DLRKDD
The Round 31 result widened the gap between PSG (70 points) and Monaco (58 points) to 12 points with just three games remaining until the end of the season. PSG’s early title victory is confirmed as Monaco’s chances of overtaking them in the standings have disappeared, even if PSG lose their remaining fixtures.
After winning the league title for the past two years in a row, PSG returned to the top of the league this season to become Ligue 1 champions for the third year in a row, adding the 50th trophy to the club’s record.
After Monaco’s loss to Lyon clinched the Ligue 1 title, PSG took to their official social media accounts to announce the win. Lee Kang-in also took to Instagram to share a video of the club’s <a href="https://oldgit.herzen.spb.ru/majortotositetop1" title="victory">victory</a> and celebrate with a “trophy” emoji.
Ligue 1 also congratulated PSG on their 12th league title on their official social media accounts. Lee Kang-in’s theatrical equalizer against Le Havre drew attention when he called it the “title goal” that decided PSG’s championship.
Lee came off the bench in the 31st round of the 2023-24 French Ligue 1 match against Le Havre at the Parc des Princes in Paris, France, on Aug. 28 and entered the field at the start of the second half with his team trailing 1-2.
PSG conceded a goal in the 19th minute of the first half to start the game. Bradley Barcola equalized in the 29th minute to tie the game, but Le Havre took the lead again in the 38th minute.

PSG has reached the semifinals of the UEFA Champions League and will soon face German Bundesliga powerhouse Borussia Dortmund in a two-game series. The Korea Volleyball Association (KVA) on Saturday announced 16 players who will take part in a strengthening program in preparation for the 2024 Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) Challenge Cup. It is the first squad called by new head coach Isanaye Ramirez.
The 16-man roster includes a number of new names. Some players have not played a single match in the V-League, such as Lee Woo-jin of Vero Bali Monza and Choi Jun-hyuk of Inha University, while others are making their first appearance in the senior national team after strong performances last season, such as <a href="https://edwardsrailcar.com/" title="">토토사이트 순위</a> Shin Shin-jin and Han Tae-joon.

One of the reasons why Kim had such a great season is because of his former coach, Shin Young-cheol. Shin always recognized his potential and even said that he could be selected for the national team in the future. “He was very passionate about coaching me. If there was something I wasn’t doing well, he would point it out carefully. It was very hard to correct my posture with him, but I think I started to perform well as I got used to it. He was my first professional coach, and it was a great honor to work with him,” he said, expressing his gratitude to Shin.
As Shin said, Kim now wears the Korean flag on his chest. “At first, I was a little embarrassed. I’m so grateful to be able to wear the flag on my chest. I’ve never been selected for the youth national team, so it’s my first time wearing it. It’s a lot of pressure, but I hope it’s a time to see and learn a lot of things for the rest of my volleyball life,” she said of her time with the national team.
It can be nerve-wracking to make your first national team, but fortunately, Kim will be traveling to Jincheon with three of his trusted <a href="https://www.sitejabber.com/users/edwardsr10" title="">Woori Card</a> teammates – Lee Sang-hyun, Han Tae-joon, and Kim Ji-han. “We’ve always been together, so I think it will be a little easier. Especially me and (Han) Tae-joon, who are new to the national team, will be able to get a lot of help from the experienced players (Lee Sang-hyun and Kim Ji-han),” he said.
Woori Card’s new foreign coach, Mauricio Paes, will arrive in Korea in July after fulfilling the remaining schedule with the Iranian national team. For Kim, Ramirez will be the first foreign coach he has met. “It will be interesting to experience a foreign coach’s training methods and game management. It will be like a preview before I meet the head coach of the national team,” he said, expressing his excitement.
“As a member of the national team, if I am included in the final roster, I want to show that I can contribute to the team, and even if I can’t play, I will do my best to support and help my teammates from behind the scenes,” he concluded. The Chinese Volleyball Association has named Vital Heinen as the new head coach of the national men’s volleyball team. “In order to improve the competitiveness of the Chinese national men’s volleyball team and prepare for a new training cycle, the Chinese Volleyball Association has decided to appoint Belgian Vital Heinen as the head coach of the Chinese national men’s volleyball team after an evaluation by a group of experts,” the organization announced on its official website and social media on Friday.
The 1969-born setter began his coaching career in 2005 with Nolico Maschke in the Belgian League, taking over as head coach in his second year in 2006 and leading the team until 2012. From then until 2016, Heinen coached the German national men’s volleyball team while also holding club coaching positions at <a href="https://www.sportstotozone.com/" title="">스포츠토토</a> Ziratbankasi (Turkuye, 2012-2013), Bydgoszcz (Poland, 2013-2015), and Tours (France, 2015-2016).

In 2017, he became the head coach of the Belgian national team, and from 2018 to 2021, he was the head coach of the Polish national team, one of the strongest teams in men’s volleyball. Along the way, he also coached Friedrichshafen (Germany) from 2016 to 2019 and Perugia (Italy) from 2019 to 2021.
Heinen’s achievements in men’s volleyball over the past 15 years have been immense. As a national team coach, he won the FIVB World Championship (Poland 2018) and runner-up (Germany 2014), finished runner-up in the FIVB Volleyball Nations League (VNL) (Poland 2021), and won the European Games (Germany 2015), while as a club coach, he won the Italian Superliga runner-up (Perugia 2020-21), won four Belgian league titles, won five Belgian Cups, and finished third in the CEV Champions League (Perugia 2020-21).
In 2022, Heinen took on a new challenge. He was named head coach of the German national women’s volleyball team, while simultaneously taking over as head coach of Nürüper in the <a href="https://participer.valdemarne.fr/profiles/sportsttotozone0/activity" title="">Turkee Ligue Nürüper</a>. Known for his fiery personality and charisma during his time with the men’s national team, Heinen has been able to adapt to the German women’s national team while maintaining his personality, even taking part in the trademark German women’s national team dance routine during player introductions.
However, Heinen recently stepped down as head coach of both the Nürüfer and the German national teams, and at the end of last year, it appeared that a return to men’s volleyball was imminent, with reports suggesting that he was close to taking over the Iranian national team. However, Heinen’s decision was pushed back a little further when Mauricio Paes, who will be the head coach of Urikhad next season, was named head coach of the Iranian national team, and his final destination was the Chinese men’s national team.
Heinen was previously in Korea as head coach of the German women’s national volleyball team in June 2023 for the third week of the 2023 VNL Women’s Division at the Chilbo Gymnasium in Suwon. The Phoenix Suns were blown out 109-126 by the Minnesota Timberwolves in Game 1 of the 2023-2024 NBA Playoffs at the Footprint Center in Phoenix, Arizona, on Sunday (Feb. 27).
The loss dropped Phoenix to 0-3 and one game out of playoff contention.
It was a game that Phoenix didn’t seem to have a solution for. After being swept in Games 1 and 2 away from home by Minnesota, <a href="https://www.texasholdemsite.info/" title="">텍사스홀덤</a> Phoenix looked to turn things around, but it wasn’t to be.

They were stymied by Minnesota’s stout defense, led by Rudy Gobert, and were unable to stop the <a href="https://www.outlookindia.com/outlook-spotlight/recommended-major-toto-site-rankings-in-2024-top-15-toto-safe-playgrounds" title="">Anthony Edwards</a>-led offense at all.
Phoenix’s vaunted big three of Devin Booker, Kevin Durant, and Bradley Beal were completely outmatched by Edwards. In the first place, Phoenix’s big three specialize in offense. They”re bound to have weaknesses on defense. The problem is, they can’t even play offense. Against Minnesota, which has one of the best defenses in the NBA, Phoenix was helpless.
There are still four games left, but there’s no hope for Phoenix. Minnesota is dominating both offensively and defensively.
In the midst of this total mess, criticism of head coach Frank Vogel has been growing. Vogel is not a coach whose strengths lie in his ability to improvise and react quickly within the game. His weaknesses have been on full display in these playoffs.
The problem for <a href="https://www.openrec.tv/user/texaasholdemm0/about" title="">Phoenix</a> is that they don’t have a ball-handler who can orchestrate a game.
Phoenix traded Chris Paul last summer to acquire Beal. They traded Paul, who was aging and showing signs of decline, for Beal, who is younger and more of a scorer.
The problem is that Beal is not a player who can orchestrate a game, but rather a player who looks for his own individual scoring. Beal is a similar type of scoring shooting guard to Booker, Phoenix’s ace. It’s nearly impossible for two superstars of this type to coexist. Phoenix even has Durant.
Throughout the season, Beal and Booker alternated at the point guard position, but both players struggled and underperformed.
In the regular season, they were able to win games with their superstar weight class, but in the playoffs against the best teams, their weaknesses really showed. Even with good weapons, the offense struggled to get going without a leader.
The problem is Beale’s contract. Beal is under contract through 2027. He’s a high-priced player, and no team will be willing to take him on. Phoenix is stuck with a combination that is clearly failing. That doesn’t make the decision to trade Booker, their franchise star, any easier. It’s a frustrating situation for Phoenix.
If the Suns are helplessly eliminated in the first round of the playoffs, there’s no telling what could happen. Phoenix’s present and future are bleak. The Suns have their own first-round pick until 2030, with the exception of 2024.
