Your physician will review your medications and determine if any changes are needed for the day of the surgery. </li> <li>On the day of the surgery, notify your physician if you have had any changes to your health since the surgery was scheduled.</li> </ul> </div> <div class="one-third"> <ul> <li>Wear casual, loose and comfortable clothing.</li> <li>Leave all jewelry and valuables at home.</li> <li>Remove all nail polish, make up and contact lenses before you come to OSI.</li> <li>Bring an identification card and all insurance cards with you.</li> </ul> <p>Your surgeon will provide instructions on preparing for your specific surgery. Please contact your surgeon’s office if you have any questions about your surgery or how to prepare for it.</p> </div> <div class="one-third"> <h3>Following Your Surgery</h3> <p> You will not be allowed to drive or take public transportation (including a bus or taxi) home from your surgery. Please arrange for transportation home.
