Bitay also welcomes India’s crypto tax restrictions. The exchange aims to target people in their early twenties and early thirties.
One million consumers now use <a href="https://www.bitay.com.tr/en" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">Bitay</a>, and the company has already set up an office in Gurgaon in India. As of October 2021, India is second in the world in terms of Cryptocurrency users, according to the most recent <a href="https://www.chainalysis.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">Chainalysis</a> data. According to the data, the Indian crypto market grew by a remarkable 641% in June 2021.
It was revealed that Bitay intends to target Indians between the ages of 21 and 35 who live in major cities such as Mumbai and Delhi as well as Chennai and Kolkata as well as Pune and Hyderabad as well as Bangalore and Ahmedabad.
Bitay’s CEO, <a href="https://www.crunchbase.com/person/niyazi-yilmaz" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">Niyazi Yilmaz</a>, stated the following:

In addition to India, Bitay plans to grow its operations in the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Estonia, all of which have a thriving Cryptocurrency scene. Bitay now has licenses in 12 states in the United States of America. It is a bold move since there is uncertainty in the crypto market in India over taxation and blanket ban.

There is a lawsuit against the <a href="https://home.treasury.gov/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">Treasury Department</a> by a non-profit <a href="https://thenewscrypto.com/tag/blockchain/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">blockchain</a> advocacy organization Coin Center for allegedly including an unconstitutional addition in their infrastructure bill. <a href="https://www.coincenter.org/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">Coin Center</a> has stated that it has filed a lawsuit in federal district court against the Treasury Department, contesting the execution of Section 6050I’s reporting requirement under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.
<h2 id="h-compliance-with-the-6050i-amendment">Compliance With the 6050I Amendment</h2>
The lawsuit stated:
<blockquote class="wp-block-quote">“In 2021, President Biden and Congress amended a little-known tax reporting mandate. If the amendment is allowed to go into effect, it will impose a mass surveillance regime on ordinary Americans.”</blockquote>
In order to comply with the 6050I amendment, all inbound transactions for $10,000 or more must have the sender’s name, date of birth, and Social Security number reported. Non-fungible token (<a href="https://thenewscrypto.com/tag/nft/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">NFT</a>) artists and NGOs that accept anonymous contributions are among those impacted by the modification, according to Coin Center, which released a statement about the changes.
The 6050I clause is not intended to gather information about third parties but rather to collect information about the entire public who participates in crypto transactions, Coin Center said as their initial argument. According to the corporation, “the second claim is about our freedom of association,” which prohibits the government from requiring groups to preserve and publish member lists; a Supreme Court case was cited in support of this stance.
Toward that goal, Coin Center issued an open letter to the crypto community, saying:
<blockquote class="wp-block-quote">“We are considering adding additional co-plaintiffs to this suit, so if you might fit this description and are interested, please get in touch.”</blockquote>

A-Rod and his new model girlfriend were dancing and singing, with the Yankees slugger even playing percussion on a tambourine, according to photos taken of the couple.
Rodriguez, 46, and the 25-year-old blonde bombshell were first linked in <a href="https://pagesix.com/2022/01/24/alex-rodriguez-is-enjoying-life-amid-kathryne-padgett-outings/">January when the couple snuggled up while at a Green Bay Packers playoff game at Lambeau Field.</a>
At the time, insiders told Page Six Rodriguez was still “a single dude,” but now it appears Padgett is the ex-baseball’s player first serious fling since he and Jennifer Lopez parted ways.
The two were all smiles at “Taverna Anema e Core” Saturday with a glass of wine in hand. The couple kissed while they were sitting down and then continued that once they hit the dance floor.

TORONTO — Rory McIlroy won the RBC Canadian Open on Sunday and gave the PGA Tour a strong response to the start of the Saudi-funded LIV Golf Invitational, closing with an 8-under 62 to win a wild race to the finish with Justin Thomas and Tony Finau.
McIlroy had his first title defense on the PGA Tour, even if he had to wait for it. He won golf’s fourth-oldest national open in 2019 at Hamilton Golf & Country Club, only for the the COVID-19 pandemic to cancel the next two editions.
Thomas pushed him to the end at St. George’s Golf & Country Club, and the tournament effectively ended on the 17th hole. McIlroy and Thomas were tied and in the rough. McIlroy hit a wedge that rolled out to tap-in range, while Thomas missed a 10-foot par putt, a two-shot swing. Thomas closed with a pair of bogeys and still shot 64.
McIlroy finished at 19-under 261 for a two-stroke victory.
“I feel like it’s getting tougher and tougher to win on the PGA Tour,” McIlroy said. “Just look at the two guys that I played with today. I went out with a lead and had to shoot 8-under par to get the job done. So the depth of talent on this tour is really, really impressive. And going up against guys like J.T. and Tony and coming out on top, that’s something to feel really good about.”
Finau holed a 40-foot birdie putt on the 18th for a 64 to finish second alone.
“Rory played great,” Finau said. “He closed it out and hat’s off to him on a week like this. That’s fantastic playing on the weekend. I played great, he just played a couple shots better.”

Thomas was third at 14 under. Justin Rose matched the tournament- and course-record with a 60 — with three eagles and three bogeys — to tie for fourth with Sam Burns (65) at 14 under.
A week before the U.S. Open, the Canadian crowd was enormous having been kept away since 2019, and thousands surrounded the 18th green as the threesome of McIlroy, Thomas and Finau finished.
“It was really cool to be a part of and just really happy to get the win today and obviously sets me up well going into next week in Boston,” McIlroy said. “But right now I just want to enjoy this and focus on this.”
McIlroy has been one of the strongest opponents of the LIV Golf series and spoke out against the money being paid to players like Phil Mickelson and Dustin Johnson. Greg Norman, who runs the LIV Golf, said in a story in the Washington Post that McIlroy had been “brainwashed” by the PGA Tour.

McIlroy won for the second time this season, adding to his October win in Las Vegas in the CJ Cup. He won for the 21st time on the PGA Tour.
“This is a day I’ll remember for a long, long time,“ McIlroy said soon after the victory. “Twenty-one PGA Tour wins, one more than somebody else.”

It was a dig at Norman, who had 20 career tour wins.
McIlory repeated the jab later in the his main interview session when his victory total and accomplishments were noted in his introduction, saying: “And one more than Norman.”
“I had extra motivation of what’s going on across the pond,” McIlroy said. “The guy that’s spearheading that tour has 20 wins on the PGA Tour and I was tied with him and I wanted to get one ahead of him. And I did. So, that was really cool for me, just a little sense of pride on that one.”
Rose was 11 under with three holes to play. He bogeyed the 16th, hit to 2 feet on 17 for birdie, then went over the green on 18 and missed an 18-foot par putt. Carl Pettersson also shot 60 at St. George’s in his 2010 victory.
“I’m totally disappointed, because you know what’s at stake, for sure,” Rose said. “I never shot 59 before, so it would have been a lovely footnote on the week.”

He regretted hitting an 8-iron instead of a 9-iron on 18 with 159 yards to the pin.
“I don’t know how much was in my control or not, but we were right in between two clubs and I went the wrong way on a decision and paid the price for it,” he said.
Corey Conners was the top Canadian, shooting a 62 to finish sixth at 12 under.
“Felt like the last few days I played really solidly,” Conners said. “Just last few weeks even, just hadn’t maximized the game, hadn’t got as much out of the game as I wanted. Definitely, nice to have low round today. Played really well. Definitely, felt it coming.”

In terms of the winners for the big evening,<a href="https://www.pinkvilla.com/entertainment/hollywood/jesse-tyler-ferguson-welcomes-baby-husband-justin-mikita-overjoyed-and-excited-new-journey-548238"> Jesse Tyler Ferguson</a> bagged the Tony Award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Featured Role in a Play for his performance in Take Me Out. Among other winners was also Deirdre O’Connell who bagged the best actress in a play for Dana H. Also, another major win happened to be Myles Frost who bagged leading actor in a musical award for channelling pop star Michael Jackson in MJ.
Also, Patti LuPone took home her third Tony, this time for supporting actress in a musical, for her performance in Company.

This thing may have the worst power to weight ratio we have ever featured on BangShift but that’s not a really relevant stat. Why? When a machine makes more than 1,100hp it is impressive. When that vehicle weighs 336,000lbs, it is just plain awesome. Meet the Komatsu D575A-3 Super Dozer. This is the largest production bulldozer in the world and it has been in production since 1991. Built by the Komastu company this is a machine designed to be used in massive open mines to move material and keep the operation running. With the right blade this monster can push 125 cubic yards of material. That’s a wall of dirt that is not easily described but when you know that it is basically capable of pushing its own weight through the Earth you start to see the picture.
The huge size of the dozer means that if it needs to be moved significant distances it gets disassembled and moved in 6-8 tractor trailer loads. Machines like this one are a far cry from the old, open operator style cable dozers that were the standard for many years. Advancements in technology have seen blade designs change substantially, they have seen power levels rise, and perhaps more importantly to the guy inside, they have seen operator comfort revolutionized. We are not saying that it is an easy day at the office operating one of these beasts but we are saying that when the operator is done for the day he or she does not feel like they have been beaten with hammers in a soot filled chamber.
The engine is a 12-cylinder turbodiesel that has a bore and stroke of right around 6.75″ square. That means the engine comes in at right about 3,000ci. No small block for sure! The machine stands some 16′ tall and 38′ long. One of the great stats is the fact that because of its tracks the Komatsu is only pressing on the ground with about 23lbs of pressure per square inch. Wild, right?

Freedom of the Press Foundation President Glenn Greenwald spoke at Consensus 2022 in Austin, Texas, today, and he strongly warned about the risks of a future without financial privacy for crypto.
<h2 id="h-failing-as-an-electronic-cash-system">Failing as an Electronic Cash System</h2>
The underlying issue of <a href="https://thenewscrypto.com/tag/bitcoin/">Bitcoin</a> is that it is not private, according to Snowden, who made headlines in 2013 when he disclosed secret National Security Agency papers outlining monitoring methods of U.S. people. Referencing the Bitcoin whitepaper, he said, “It is failing as an electronic cash system because cash is largely intended to be anonymous.”
Though he acknowledged that Bitcoin’s public ledger had certain faults, Snowden claimed he was “very much a fan” of the technology and compared it to gold, saying that the borderless aspect of Bitcoin and crypto more generally is an astounding thing. Immediately after the meeting, Snowden tweeted that gold is “Bitcoin that can’t be sent over the Internet.”
Zcash and <a href="https://www.getmonero.org/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">Monero</a>, two privacy-focused cryptocurrencies, were also mentioned in passing. Zcash’s zero-knowledge proof mechanism struck Snowden when he first read its whitepaper, as he claimed earlier under the alias John Dobbertin that he had helped invent Zcash.
Snowden went on to say that many crypto assets are “closer to money” than currencies, further elaborating on his thoughts on the potential of crypto technology. Also, he cautioned about the consequences of the financialization of the crypto business. Because of the financialization of cryptocurrencies, he claimed the market was becoming more fragmented and implied that he feels consumers are not focused sufficiently on the technology.

On their best day, and this clearly wasn’t it, the lovably accommodating Chicago Cubs, whose ownership took a complete pass on the 2022 season, scarcely have a chance to beat this win-a-day Yankees juggernaut. 
But on this day, when the shining young light of the pitching rotation, Keegan Thompson, gifts the Yankees walk after walk after walk, and the third baseman drops a routine pop-up that precedes two unearned runs, and it all happens within the first half-hour, the game is over almost before it starts. 
The Cubs are not only bad, they are historically unclutch. They did manage Sunday to halt their crazy streak of zero hits in 48 at-bats with runners in scoring position — worst in 40 years. 
The Yankees’ competition this season certainly is not from the likes of the Cubs, who may be playing for 2024 (if they’re lucky), or even the decent denizens of the AL East, most of whom are trying, a couple of whom are actually pretty darned solid, at least by normal baseball standards. 
The Yankees’ race now is to see where they stack up in history. 
These Bombers are in another world, and perhaps should be in a higher league. The <a href="https://nypost.com/2022/06/12/yankees-destroy-cubs-with-18-runs-to-complete-sweep/">18-4 victory</a> on an otherwise dreary day can hardly be seen as shocking over the Cubs, who repaired back to the cozy confines of lovely old Wrigley Field, where the team is toasted at the bars that line Sheffield, Addison and Clark, win or lose.

As for these Yankees, after their relative respite this weekend, the schedule demands they play the next 13 games against teams two through four at the top of the American League. The hardest part of their 162-game slate would normally be seen as a challenge. But who can even say anymore?

The Yankees are dominating like nobody’s business, having begun a ridiculous 44-16. They lead the majors in OPS (.758), slugging percentage (.434), home runs (94), ERA (2.84), WHIP (1.06), home runs allowed (47) and more. 
The Yankees’ target at present isn’t the stacked Blue Jays, smart Rays or even hated Astros, who are all lined up next up for the boys from The Bronx. It’s about the record books at this point. They are on pace for 119 victories, which would top the MLB seasonal record of the 2001 Seattle Mariners, who somehow won a record 116 teams the year after Alex Rodriguez left for riches, fame, occasional trouble and careers in TV, real estate and basketball. 
Presumably, all those M’s bonded together to prove the newly minted $252 million man was unnecessary or they so enjoyed not having to put up with him anymore, one or the other. 
Speaking about the 119-win pace, Yankees star Aaron Judge said, “That’s tough to sustain. But if anyone could do it, [this] could be the team.”

Those ’01 Mariners, apparently so overwhelmed to be eliminated by the Yankees in their magical season, never bothered to make it back to the playoffs again — or past the ALCS. So forget them. The Yankees’ real competition is the all-time greatest teams in the pantheon of their history — champions all. It is these memorably excellent Yankees squads (the order is mine). 
1. 1927 (110-44, .714). Babe Ruth hit 60 HRs and later finished with 714, same as this historic team’s winning percentage. 
2. 1939 (106-45, .702). Joe DiMaggio was just warming up two years before his hitting streak. 
3. 1961 (109-53, .673). Roger Maris and Mickey Mantle battled to top Ruth. 
4. 1998 (114-48, .704). Unlike that Mariners team, they ran through the postseason and finished with a World Series sweep of the Padres.

I quizzed some Yankees I deemed the smartest (of course I have zero idea who’s smartest) to see how much history they knew, and from my unscientific, wholly incomplete test, Gerrit Cole and Giancarlo Stanton are the smartest of my smart guys, as they named both the ’27 and ’98 teams, and knew there was a team in the thirties up there are as well. 
Whatever, these Yankees are focused on the challenge at hand, which to this point has seemed like a light task at best. Even most of the teams that are trying (not you, Cubbies) are barely putting up a fight. 
The lineup Aaron Boone posts daily is most of the intrigue they’ve provided in this stretch of 11 wins in 12 games and 11 straight at home (Sunday’s looked like an analytics dream, starting with Judge — the AL MVP favorite — and descending from there, almost in order of productivity to date). Starters Josh Donaldson and Jose Trevino didn’t play, and Kyle Higashioka and the historically hot Matt Carpenter stepped in to combine for four homers (two apiece). 
“It’s more than the talent,” Carpenter said. “This is a very united club.” 
Meantime, Yankees players don’t seem focused on history, or their crazy pace. They often mention that it’s early, and things change. They also say they don’t concern themselves with history. But deep down, they have to recognize something special is happening around here.
