31.

Upon getting information about an upcoming school science fair and the need to consider a topic of interest, many students will typically have no idea where to get started. While the science fair is typically a common occurrence in any school at any grade level, there are different types of topics that should be taken a look at depending on the age of the student. After first taking a look at the many different categories of science projects, you will be able to locate a suitable choice of topic to take to the next level. There is a wide variety of categories that fall under the types of science projects that can be chosen for a school science fair. These include biology, chemistry, physics, microbiology, biochemistry, medicine, environmental, mathematics, engineering, and earth science. While you may not have yet learned very much in any of these categories, don’t be afraid to see what each one entails. Taking a good look at your interests will allow you to focus on the right direction to take. Many resources are also available for those who are unsure as to the topic they are wanting to use to create their science projects. If you take a look at the topics that fall under the biology category, you will likely notice that there are topics that deal with plants, animals, and humans. For those who are in 2nd grade or 3rd grade, an interesting topic may be to determine if ants are picky over what type of food they eat. While this topic might not be of interest to an 8th grader, it is certainly something in the biology category that an elementary school student would enjoy.Along with the biology category, a high school student may want to take a look at diffusion and osmosis in animal cells as this would be a more appropriate topic for the grade level. A student in 6th grade would be more advanced than an elementary school student, but not as advanced as a high school student. At this middle school grade level, a topic of how pH levels effect the lifespan of a tadpole may be of interest.Whichever resource is used to locate a topic for science projects, it is always a good idea to consider the grade level of the student prior to making a selection. It is always assumed to be best to have a project at an appropriate level in order to keep the attention of the student and provide a fun and enjoyable learning experience.

  60.

A warning to the reader: This article argues that modern science has been turned upside down, revealing the remedy to Steven Hawking’s observation that the greatest mistake humanity has ever made was to invent artificial intelligence. The correction to that mistake necessitates an up-to-date familiarity with Buckminster Fuller and C P Snow’s third culture, in which human survival is about gaining a new perspective on the unification of Science with Art.Rather than this new perspective constituting an attack upon science, it draws attention to the crucial importance of Fuller and Snow’s synergistic Science-Art concepts. The effort to place those concepts within the perspective associated with very recent, crucial scientific discoveries, will allow for a better understanding of the nature of reality, in particular, relevant to carcinogenic growth and development. The Feb-Mar 2016 issue of Philosophy Now contained an article by Magdalena Scholle about how the philosopher, Nietzsche, inspired Dali. Her observation that Nietzsche’s first book The Birth of Tragedy deserves particular attention by art critics, is now one of pivotal scientific importance. Evidence exists to demonstrate that Dali’s intuitive assessment of Nietzsche’s Two spirits of art, as he diagnosed it, included one spirit being an expression of an inner stereoscopic evolutionary phenomenon.Scientists argued that Dali’s well known obsession with what he called “stereoscopic art” failed to resonate directly to the viewers’ vision. During 2003, asymmetrical electromagnetic 3D viewing glasses were manufactured and later sold along with their patent (USD669522 – 3D glasses) to the entertainment industry. The scientists that created them noted that some of the paintings by the artists, Vincent van Gogh and Paul Cezanne, when viewed through their glasses, depicted stereoscopic images. The philosopher of science, Immanuel Kant, laid the ethical foundations of the Electromagnetic Golden Age of Danish Science. Both he and the philosopher, Emmanuel Levinas, had diagnosed Plato’s search for an artistic ethic as being an asymmetrical electromagnetic vision belonging to the creative mind.Dali’s passionately felt inner stereoscopic artistic inspiration has now been made visible and measurable, as an evolutionary process. This fact warrants the critical attention by philosophers of art that Scholle advocated. Asymmetrical electromagnetic visual observation now reveals that artists all over the world, during the 21st Century, unconsciously paint much more dramatic 3D stereoscopic images than artists throughout recorded history. The critical attention to this by philosophers of art will involve overcoming the severe culture shock of medical science being turned upside down by the new stereoscopic awareness. This is ethically preferable to the entertainment industry ignoring it.Eminent epidemiologists have noted that an acceleration of the commercial manufacture of stereoscopic 3D information and communication devices has brought about a dysfunctional 3D global epidemic. This problem was summed up within an MIT Technology Review by David Zax July 29, 2011 entitled, Does 3D Hurt Your Eyes? Yes, Says Science – Now how do we fix the stereoscopic mess we’ve gotten ourselves into? Zax refers to a paper published in the American Government’s National Institute of Health’s Medical Journal of Vision, July 21, 2011, in which it states “The paper almost treats 3D like a strain of some virus that can’t be contained, only treated. The assumption appears to be that 3D is here to stay, and that as good epidemiologists we must do what we can to mitigate the damage it inflicts.”The natural evolution of stereoscopic inner vision and the stereoscopic epidemic explains Nietzsches’ ‘two spirits of art’, referred to by Scholle. The above mentioned culture shock embraces the same problem that C P Snow attributed to the functioning of mainstream science’s mindset. Einstein’s governing ‘Premier law of all of the sciences’ the universal heat death law, is now an obsolete understanding of the second law of thermodynamics, which incorrectly sentences all life in the universe to frozen extinction. Quantum biological cancer research’s living information flows in the opposite direction to second law thermodynamic heat-loss energy.Isaac Newton considered that mechanical first cause principles were “pretentious hypothesis”. Although Einstein harboured doubts about quantum mechanics’ infallibility, his understanding of the second law, based upon mechanical logic, can no longer to be considered as the premier law of all of the sciences. In the second Edition of Encyclopaedia Perthensis, or Universal Dictionary of Knowledge, Volume 14, printed in Edinburgh by John Brown in 1816, Newton’s first principle logic causing gravitational force has been quoted under the entry ‘Mechanical’ on page 118. Newton most emphatically stated that the cause of gravity is not mechanical. Under the entry, ‘Mechanically’ he demonstrated that mechanical gravitation first cause principles are pretentious. This information is quoted from Newton’s published 28th Query Discussions, in the second edition of his journal, Opticks. Newton based his denunciation of mechanical first principle logic upon the work of ancient Greek scientists, “… who made a vacuum and atoms and the gravity of atoms the first principles of their philosophy tacitly attributing gravity to some other cause than dense matter.”Whether Newton was right or wrong is irrelevant. Quantum mechanics and its offspring cannot deliver first cause principle logic that has been derived from the false assumption that Newton held gravity to be caused by the mass of objects in space. This authentic argument reveals that science is being turned upside down, and it correlates with Snow’s argument that modern science does not communicate about evolutionary biological processes, because it has no insight into the true nature of the second law. The absence of scientific synergistic communication within mechanical and biological dialogue requires that substantial evidence be provided, in particular, concerning the process of inner stereoscopic evolution. The Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America (vol. 101 no. 27, 2004) included the paper, Binocularity and Brain Evolution in Primates. It stated that while stereoscopic vision in primates is extremely complex, its “evolutionary purpose is unknown”. Conversely, The British Medical Journal on the 6th of August, 1953 ( vol 2, issue 4831) published the paper Evolution of Binocular and Stereoscopic Vision in Man and Other Animals. In its conclusion, the question is asked whether complex inner stereoscopic vision within the human mind will ensure human survival or be used to destroy civilisation. This paper led to further in-depth research and discovery, of immense human survival importance, that has been disregarded by mainstream science. Scientists such as CP Snow, the Nobel laureate, Szent-Gyorgyi and Buckminster Fuller, all realised that this dysfunctional aspect of scientific research, unless rectified, would lead to the end of civilisation. The stereoscopic research of the British scientists remained isolated from mainstream science until 2012, when it was fused into quantum biology by Professor Massimo Pregnolato and Professor Paolo Manzelli, recipients of that year’s Giorgio Napolitano Medal, awarded on behalf of the Republic of Italy. Together with the Italian artist, Roberto Denti, they linked Science-Art Research in Australia to their Italian quantum biology discoveries as being an integral part of the 21st Century Renaissance, a rebirth of the ancient Platonic Greek Science for ethical ends. Also, in 2012, the physicist Guy Deutscher’s book of the year, Through the Language Glass upgraded the discarded 19th Century evolutionary linguistic colour perception theories of the British Prime Minister, William Gladstone and the German philosopher of biological science, Wolfgang von Goethe. The resulting neurological science was compatible with the Australian-Italian Science-Art quantum biology research findings. Furthermore, the evolutionary process of unconscious artistic intuition, observable though asymmetrical electromagnetic stereoscopic glasses provided for important optics research expanding upon the use of optical mathematics theory during the 1980s. The measurement of the life force governing seashell growth and development through space time, reprinted by the world’s largest technological research institute, IEEE, in 1990, as an important 20th Century discovery, is recorded in the online book, C P Snow and the NASA high Energy Project.Dali dismissed Descartes’ science research axiom, “I think therefore I am”, writing in favour of Freud’s first principle being the “Joy of Life” paradigm. Platonic ethical emotional first cause principles were associated with the nature of infinity by many philosophers of science including Newton, Liebniz and Georg Cantor. Cantor’s mathematical theories now uphold most of modern science. However, his theory of ‘actual’ infinity completely upset the modern scientific mind, which for many years has been governed by an obsolete understanding of the second law of thermodynamics. That law led to the evolutionary belief that the living process must move toward extinction. Within this mindset, the concept that life could possibly evolve toward infinity by embracing infinite fractal logic technologies would seem impossible. Cantor, one of history’s most famous mathematicians, become the most detested one for his highly contentious paradigm, “The fear of infinity is a form of myopia that destroys the possibility of seeing the actual infinite, even though it in its highest form has created and sustains us, and in its secondary transfinite forms occurs all around us and even inhabits our minds.”In, Beyond Infinity: Georg Cantor and Leopold Kronecker’s Dispute over Transfinite Numbers, the author Patrick Carey wrote that the mathematician, David Hilbert, famous for his development of Hilbert space, basic to the foundation of functional analysis, wholeheartedly supported Cantor’s work. He defended it by claiming that it was “nothing less than the finest product of mathematical genius and one of the supreme achievements of purely intellectual human activity.” The author of Brainfilling Curves, Jeffery Ventrella, researcher of infinite boundaries of fractal curves, wrote that Hilbert’s work was about different kinds of infinity, beyond mainstream science, in the highly vilified Cantorian sense. The human cell changes its geometrical shape when it is poised to transmit first principle cause information, as it divides itself as an infinite fractal expression. In his 2009 article, The Human Genome in 3 Dimensions, Brandon Keim provides the highest resolution picture ever of the genome’s 3D structure at that critical moment. Its fractal shape and not just its DNA content transmits health information in a manner “which remains largely unexplained by traditional” genomic science. In mathematical terms, the cell employs a geometrical shape belonging to the Hilbert curve family structure. Georg Cantor had thoroughly researched the Platonic Greek Science that Newton saw as being the correct authority on first cause principle logic, functioning within their infinite universes. We can now explain about Kant and Levinas’s asymmetrical electromagnetic ethics in a more sociable manner, in particular, to reveal how to obtain first cause principles concerning the nature of dysfunctional carcinogenic growth and development. They agreed with Plato that traditional art was unethical. This can be explained by referring to the spirit of Greek art being enhanced by the culture of the Roman Empire. The Roman Colosseum, hailed within Roman culture as the epitome of Greek art, in which the mathematics employed in its construction were used to construct beautiful aqueducts, carrying fresh water to the city of Rome. This was touted as being artistically superior to the artistic construction of useless Egyptian pyramids. We can argue that the Colosseum’s Science-Art form, used to stage sadistic acts of murder for the entertainment of the populace, was an unethical art form. This dysfunctional tradition of Science-Art echoes the cause of the global stereoscopic 3D epidemic, of concern to epidemiologists. The 3D virus of concern to the epidemiologists is transmitted to the human mind through an artistic collaboration with contaminated mathematics. Through the global acceleration of information and communication devices this virus has become an incurable epidemic. The virus appears to be a strain of the mathematical dysfunctional intent placed into poker machines, where aesthetically pleasing sounds and colour images can bring about a heroin-like addiction, compelling some people to play themselves into a state of bankruptcy. Vast governmental revenue from legalised poker machine gambling echoes the structure of the global stock market, in which the world debt of 200 trillion dollars cannot be paid. The functioning of living cells as an electromagnetic unit is well understood and its associated ethical nature can be considered to belong to an infinite universal evolutionary purpose. Nietzsche’s traditional understanding of the spirit of art is confined to the flow of carcinogenic heat death logic. Living information can manipulate its way through the infinite geometrical shape of the cell poised to divide itself, however, the flow of heat death energy, flowing in the opposite direction can contribute no relevant information concerning that process. However, Dali’s stereoscopic science intuitions are sympathetic to the spirit of the electromagnetic stereoscopic first cause non-carcinogenic information, transmitted to the daughter cell as a first cause logic communication, in the evolution of emotional consciousness. At the very moment of cell division we see that its infinite geometrical shape does not allow the traditional spirit of art to predominate in the human evolutionary process, but utilises one associated with infinite stereoscopic inner vision. The author of Living Cells are Electromagnetic Units, Dr Riejo Makela M. D., has spent a lifetime arguing that,”By using the closed circuit systems [obeying obsolete carcinogenic heat death law] when studying living cells, the scientists of today reject the obligatory existence of magnetic fields with electric fields.” He argues that within this mindset, an understanding of first cause cancer growth and development is prevented. He is one of many scientists that have pointed out that traditional mathematics is unable to describe first cause principles involved in solving the conundrum of how, after cell division, both cells are identical.Dali’s stereoscopic theories can appear to be associated with an intuitive Greek logic about first principles, much the same as the New York Library of Science in 1957 published the book Babylonian Mythology and Modern Science, which stated that Einstein derived his theory of relativity from the mythological mathematical intuition belonging to Babylonian culture. C P Snow in his Science-Art Third Culture modified both Dali and Einstein’s intuitive origins, in which 21st Century quantum mechanics’s evolution of stereoscopic vision later became a rigorous foundation for the new upside-down science. Snow’s Science-Art theories, specifically different from traditional, unethical Science-Art logic, transposed Newton’s first principle logic, and Dali’s emotional intuitions, into potentially practical technological aspects of the abovementioned Deutscher linguistic colour perception theories. The 2013 discovery that the junk DNA helix communicates health and wellbeing information to DNA, and is considered to be using an inner stereoscopic 3D language is now of crucial importance. In 2004, Harvard University, Massachusetts University and the Royal Danish Consulate, held an international symposium to explain to the world about the social importance of the message of the electromagnetic Golden Age of Danish Science. They noted that it had been mostly written in Danish and not translated, making it “invisible to English speaking scholarship.” This article is an attempt to help the remarkable upside-down mainstream science to synergise with C P Snow and Buckminster Fuller’s human survival Third Culture, in the name of Utopia or Oblivion.

  92.

The question in the title is a very important one, and I think all of us should have this question in mind and search for a complete answer. The truth is though, that we only ask about health when we have a serious problem. A official definition of health is given by The World Health Organization who defined health in its broader sense in 1946 as “a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”. For 1946 it was not a bad definition, but let’s face it, times have changed and life has evolved since then, so today we have 2 new aspects of health to consider: emotional health and spiritual health. If we take a step back and try to see the “big picture” we realize that each aspect of health influences the other aspects, for example if someone has an emotional problem it will cause physical problems, spiritual problems, mental problems and social problems too, so it’s very important to solve the problem when we first see it even if we don’t think that an emotional problem is important. In the incipient phase the emotional problem could be solved by simply talking to a friend, but if we let it develop it could need serious professional help. After this example I think you will want to know more about each aspect of health, so let’s see what they mean and how can we improve them.Physical health – the first thing that comes to my mind when I think about perfect physical health are babies – they are the best example because they run all around the place and use their energy until they fall asleep. If we could do the same, I’m sure we would have a better physical health. A definition of physical health would be that it is a state in which all of the organs are functioning well 100% of the time, so in order for that to happen we have to give our body good nutrients, good exercise and enough rest. It may sound too simple, but it shouldn’t be more complicated than this.Mental health – one good example for this is inventor Thomas Alva Edison, he tried and failed more thousand times to invent the light bulb, but he was strong enough mentally not to give up, and he eventually succeeded. Mental health is a state of well-being that allows you to reach your true potential and contribute to the community. It may seem strange for some of you, but actually helping others is the greatest thing that we can do and it keeps us happy and healthy, so in order to improve your mental health start by helping the people around you, I can tell you for sure that you will feel very good by doing so.Emotional health – imagine a little girl on a Christmas evening opening her presents, that for me is an example of good emotional health, because gratitude and happiness are the healthiest emotions for us. I think emotional health is about feeling good, grateful, happy and not being afraid to share these emotions with all the people we interact with. A good way to improve our social health is by doing both physical and mental exercises that we like to do, for example if you like to play tennis and chess, please do so as often as you can.Social health – the best indicator for social health is the ability to make friends. The social aspect of health is very important, because we are social beings and it’s scientifically proven that if someone is ill and their loved ones are with them, they recover faster than if they were to stay alone. A tip on how to improve your social health would be to understand the fact that “it’s nice to be important, but it’s more important to be nice”.Spiritual health – is the most important aspect of health from my perspective because it influences all aspects of our health and often it is neglected. We have to take care of our soul as well as we take care of our physical body and the best way to do this is by meditation. Please don’t be scared if you don’t know what meditation is or how you can do it, because it’s a lot easier than you think, in fact you don’t have to do anything, just stay still and silent. If you can remain still and silent for 15 minutes a day and gradually increase this interval to an hour a day, it will have a great influence on your spiritual health and on your overall health too.By now I am confident that the question: What is health? is no longer a difficult one for you. Thank you for reading this article, and please try to improve each aspect of your health now that you know how to do it.

  108.

Let’s start today off with a little pop quiz. What if you were presented with two stocks: Company A which will likely grow earnings at 10% annually, and Company B which will grow at 3% annually – which would you choose? Most investors might likely prefer A, the high growth company, over B, the low growth company. But here’s the catch, a stock often trades at a value that has less to do with its fundamentals and more to do with investor expectations.Where Company A might be well positioned to grow, investors may feel way more bullish about Company A’s prospects that Company A might be able to deliver on. And that can cause more harm than good. So while Company A superbly executes and consistently delivers 10% growth, investors may have expected say 15% growth – and will punish Company A’s shares when results show a “mere” 10% increase. On the other hand, investor expectations for Company B may be at 1% annual growth and its stock could well get a boost when it delivers 3% growth.Crazy, but such expectations-based stock performance is rather common in the stock market. In fact, I remember my early days following stocks and being surprised when great stocks would get hammered even when they delivered fundamentally sound results… I’d be genuinely confounded but I soon caught on, and it’s this learning that I want to share with you… that it’s not enough to know how much a Company expects to grow its earnings, it’s equally important to also know what investor expectations are for that company. And this knowledge, my friends, also creates buying and selling opportunities. So if your fundamental analysis shows a certain stock value based on say 10% growth for Company A – you’d know when to sell if the stock rises above its fundamentals based on over-optimistic expectations, and when to buy when a solid performer gets unfairly beaten down. So, in a nutshell, and to quote Jeremy Siegel – a respected economist, “the long-term return on a stock depends not on the actual growth of its earnings, but on the difference between its actual earnings growth and the growth that investors expected.” So much for efficient market theories that say a stock price is based on its fundamentals! In fact, in his recent book – The Future For Investors – Siegel shares his research which shows that the top-performing firms in the S&P500 Index, grew earnings at a greater pace than expected, and that virtually all of these star performers paid out consistent and rising dividends which underscored their sound financials in investors’ minds.Siegel tells us that the top S&P500 performer was cigarette-maker Philip Morris, which delivered an average annual stock return of 19.5% since 1957 – incredible! – and paid out an average 4% dividend. Siegel attributes Philip Morris’s performance to low investor expectations because of ongoing investor lawsuits and smoking bans – and these low expectations provided the perfect environment for outperformance. So, as you go looking for stock superstars for your portfolio, I’d advise you to look for companies with the following characteristics:- has a consistent history of beating Earnings Per Share estimates (most analysts put out EPS estimates ahead of earnings calls so it’s easy to see if a company beats estimates or not)- grows earnings at least 5% annually, so it’s at least ahead of inflation- pays dividends consistently and increases this payout at some rate consistent with its earnings growth- as low debt so it does not run the risk of cutting dividends to service debt, or the risk of bankruptcy in an extreme case- and choose a company that has built a moat around itself. This means make sure it is difficult for other companies to get into the business. You want a company that can fight off the competition and keeps its financial structure intact. So the next time you’re screening for shares to buy for the long run, weigh investor expectations into your analysis… and if you need a refresher, you can always find this commentary on my blog or in the archives at onthemoneyradio.org.Good luck!

  129.

Greed and Fear.

  130.
Two Emotions that play a bigger factor in the success or failure of humans than any other emotion we experience. Both fear and greed refer to an intrinsic emotional state. Tens of Millions of dollars have been made and lost based on these 2 emotions alone. In trading, in business and in relationships. So why do so many educational courses, stock trading books and online courses avoid this topic all together?

  131.
Perhaps they are not avoiding the topic of emotions, Perhaps by teaching certain methods and skill sets to their readers they are in fact dealing with the emotional side of trading head on!

  132.
It is well known that emotions create a certain amount of pleasure or displeasure. It is also known that emotions are networked with mood, frame of mind, desires and passions. The list goes on… So how do we as individuals develop a skill set to navigate these emotions in business in trading and in life?

  133.
Charles Darwin argued that emotions actually served a purpose for humans and rightfully so, If our emotions have been evolving for over 2 million years. Should we not be using these amazing skills to our advantage rather than placing blame on them for poor decision making? It is my belief the poor decision making has nothing to do with emotions and everything to do with laziness and lack of planning.

  134.
A Lesson From One of the Greats!

  135.
I would be doing my readers a disservice if we did not mention the strategy of Warren Buffett. One of the most successful investors of our time. Warren Buffet stuck to his strategy and profited greatly. Warren Buffett showed us just how important and beneficial it is to stick to a plan. When deciding whether or not to invest in a company himself, Buffett and his partners follow a few simple guidelines, one of which involves trying to determine the company’s longevity.

  136.
As the market becomes overwhelmed with greed, the same can happen with fear. When stocks suffer large losses for a sustained period of time, the overall market can become more fearful of sustaining even further losses. But being too fearful can be a grave mistake. It is precisely at this time successful investors and traders alike make their move. This is where the real money is made.

  137.
Just as greed dominated the recent Cryptocurrency boom or fear dominates the headlines on potential trade war outcomes, investors quickly move around from one “secure” investment to another. It becomes a constant game of cat and mouse.

  138.
This flooding in of money to the stock market shows a complete disregard for many technical indicators that continue to scream a correction is inescapable. Retail Investors seem overjoyed with the flooding in of headlines that read ALL TIME HIGH. Should retail investors be overrun by fear of a major correction?. Granted, losing a large portion of your retirement portfolio’s worth is a tough pill to swallow, but even harder to digest is the possibility of missing out on the massive gains the market is currently offering investors of all experience levels.

  139.
Having a clear understanding of my own personal goals, a understanding of my success and creating a list of my OWN wants and needs rather than taking dreams of others and trying to reach them has been a colossal factor in putting out the greed flame in my own trading and daily decision-making.

  140.
I have also added a link of “Must Read” Books that have been advantageous in my journey of reigning in my emotions on decision-making. I will update this as I see fit..

  141.
One method I have found to be helpful is to be careful on how I measure success, wealth, goals and most importantly happiness. It is far to easy these days to allow outside influences affect our happiness and success. Social media blasts us day in and day out with the success of others.

  160.

Although, we hear, a lot of opinions, about, interest rates, and their trends, and impacts, very few people seem to understand, the significance, and importance/ relevance, of these rates, in several areas of our lives! After, many decades of involvement, in political campaigns, leadership, leadership training/ planning, real estate, financial sales and consulting, etc, I strongly believed, one benefits, by understanding, more about these, and how they affect, many things, in our lives! Whether, related to personal, organizational, and/ or, public finance/ spending, home ownership and related costs, credit – related issues, business matters, stock and bond pricing, etc, interest rates, truly, significantly, matter! With, that in mind, this article will attempt to, briefly, consider, examine, review, and discuss, 5 of these areas, and how the cost – of – money, makes a significant difference.

  161.
1. Bond prices and interest rates: The price of a bond, generally, is inversely – related to interest rates! When these rates go down, prices, rise, and when they go up, the inverse occurs! Bonds have, what is known, as, a par – value, which is the price, paid, at the end of the term. Markets usually set these at 100, which represents $1,000 per bond, at maturity. However, during the period, the pricing can rise or fall, which impacts, liquidity – related issues!

  162.
2. Mortgage rates: For the last few years, we have been witnessing and experiencing, record – low, mortgage interest rates, which have helped the overall, real estate/ housing market, especially, in terms of, pricing increases! In most areas of this country, we are seeing, home prices, at their highest levels, ever, by a significant, dramatic amount! When this rate, is low, a home buyer is able to buy, more – house – for – his – bucks, because, his monthly payments, are so low! Consider, however, what might be the potential ramifications, and impacts, when these rates, will, inevitably, rise?

  163.
3. Consumer credit: Low costs of borrowing, help the automobile industry, in terms of consumer financing, etc! Although, not as much as other vehicles, rates on credit card debt, are lower, and there are often, shorter – term, promotions, offering deals! However, since, most of these are variable, and based, on some index, etc, what happens, when there is an increase, in this?

  164.
4. Business borrowing: Another area affected, is business cost of borrowing! Presently, they have had access, to relatively, cheap – money, which helps in reducing the costs of borrowing, overall operations, purchasing inventory, etc. But, what happens, when this, ticks – up?

  165.
5. Impacts on stock market prices: For some time, because bonds have paid so little, in terms of dividends, etc, many have considered, the stock market, the only game, in – town! In addition, many corporations, have seemed, better – off, than they probably are, and we have witnessed, a higher, ratio of prices to profits, than in the past! How long will this last? How high can it go?

  166.
Many factors impact these issues, especially: actual and/ or, perceived inflation; consumer confidence; politics/ government actions/ the Federal Reserve, etc. The more you know, and understand, hopefully, the better – prepared, you will be!

  183.

Color can be a powerful tool for website design. It can draw attention, convey emotion, inspire an atmosphere of desire, or directing conversation all these and more are accomplished through the clever and well-planned application of color. Similar to layouts and style of your words the color visitors will see on your website will determine the way they feel about it and whether or whether they’ll return.

  184.
What makes color important for Website Design

  185.
Colors can increase the visibility of your brand and can also entice visitors to your website to engage. The impression they form subconsciously about your company could be based on your website’s color scheme. So when a web design firm is first deciding to design your site, they first look at two aspects – the feelings your brand wants to create, and the cultural and philosophical contexts that it would like to be in line with. This is the initial step to choosing the right colors for the design of your website.

  186.
Color Psychology – colors trigger emotions
187. Psychology of color is the term used to describe the impact that color can influence a person’s feelings behaviours, feelings, and moods. Although the rules are not fixed in stone, we are drawn to certain colors because they affect our feelings. The context here is crucial. Red could mean fear and risk to certain people, but enthusiasm and passion to other people. When using colors in web design, it should blend seamlessly with aspects of the website including copy, typography, and images.

  188.
Below are some colors and the emotions they bring. While they aren’t fixed in stone, these are generalizations and can have an impact on the people who are watching. This will help you determine the color of your choice in accordance with how you would like your viewers to feel and the actions you would like them to do.

  189.
• Red Power, Love passion, danger exhilaration

  190.
• Orange: fun, warmth, comfort, freedom, playfulness

  191.
• White Peace, Clarity pure, purity, and cleanliness

  192.
• Blue: calm, confidence peace, trust and logic, as well as reliability

  193.
• Purple: luxury, sophistication, mystery, loyalty, creativity

  194.
• Pink: gentleness, sincerity, nurturing, warmth

  195.
• Green: health, nature, prosperity, abundance

  196.
• Brown nature protection, security, support

  197.
• Yellow: happiness, creativity, optimism, friendliness

  198.
• The Black: class, control power, sophistication and depression

  199.
Cultural Context
200. While various colors could have different meanings for individuals, colors can are also associated with cultural significance. In many Western countries, it is believed that black symbolizes mourning and death, while the same color is used in a variety of Eastern nations.

  201.
The color Red is thought to be associated with focus and pressure in Western culture, while many Eastern cultures believe it is associated with luck. It is important to consider the context when making a selection of colors. Most of the time, you’ll prefer to select the colors of your company based on the audience you want to reach. Based on the location where your market is located the colors displayed on your site could convey significant messages in different ways.

  202.
However, it’s not always the case particularly when it comes to massive and well-known brands that have images already embedded in our consciousness. The red color of Coca-Cola or KFC, for example, will typically have no negative associations anymore, considering the extent to which well-known and loved they are.

  203.
The Basics of Color Theory

  204.
Theory of Color is an established set of rules that can be helpful in understanding and creating complementary colors and combinations. These basic principles can assist you in creating a color colour scheme that is appropriate to your company’s specific requirements.

  205.
Primary Colors: They are three in total – blue, red and yellow.

  206.
Secondary Colors: These colors are created using primary color combinations like the green (yellow and blue) and orange (yellow and red) along with purple (blue plus red).

  207.
Tertiary Colors: These are colors made by mixing primary with secondary color.

  208.
Shades, Tints Tones: The colors listed above are referred to by some as “pure shades”. But, these colors can be used to create other colors. Tints are created by adding white to pure colors, which makes them less intense and lighter. Shades are created by adding a lack and making them heavier and more powerful. It is possible to use white and black in different levels to create tones using pure hues.

  209.
Contrast: Contrast is the perception of the difference between two hues when put next to each other. The greater the contrast, the more the two colours stand out from one another. This is a crucial idea since different levels of contrast can make an entirely different look to your site. A text that is colored and placed with a background that is low in contrast could cause issues with reading. Contrast may also make certain elements stand out (or even deflect attention from particular elements when used effectively) in your website and can make them stand out visually.

  210.
Color Models

  211.
When designing graphic designs, color is defined using color models. This is due to the fact that it is possible to find millions of different colors and it’s impossible to list every single one. The standards were developed to allow us to easily define colors by using numbers.

  212.
RGB Model: The model that is used when working with designs on the screen. RGB refers to Red as well as Green and Blue. The three colors are assigned a value of zero to 255, and the different combinations give us different shades. The colors are typically displayed as color codes, six-digit hexadecimal code numbers. It’s an “additive” color model.

  213.
CMYK Model: This model is utilized to print for printing purposes. It is a combination of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black Each color is described using its proportion of these colors. It is a “subtractive” colour model.

  214.
the LAB Model: The word LAB means lightness, A channel as well as B channel. It’s a more complicated model. It includes the lightness factor, which is a range of zero to 100, an A component that is located on the red-green axis, and a B component that is located on the blue and yellow axis. This means that the color description is more akin to human perception when compared to RGB and CMYK models.

  215.
Making Color Palettes

  216.
The first color you select for your website is the primary color of your company’s branding (Red is the color of Coca Cola, for example). This is where the psychology of color is particularly useful. The color you choose is in accordance with the feelings and the personality you want to communicate. Following that, you build your color palette with the colors that complement the base color. This is the time when the color wheel is used.

  217.
Color Wheel: A color wheel can be described as an instrument that is used to illustrate the connection between different colors. It’s basically an abstract drawing that arranges different hues of color within a circle.

  218.
With the aid of a color wheel, you have are five primary types of color palettes you can make with the help of color wheel

  219.
Analogous Palette: Analogous colors are put on top of each other in the form of a color wheel. They are in low contrast against each other and work well together, giving an elegant effect.

  220.
Monochromatic Palette: The palettes are made up of one hue that is distinctive, and is complemented by elements of various colors and hues. The palette is appealing to look at. To prevent an uninteresting look it’s beneficial to add different colors, or even complimentary elements to your website.

  221.
The HTML0 Triad Palette – This palette is composed of three colors, which are evenly spaced from each other on the wheel of color. This method should be employed with care, and not only to select colours that go well with each other and blend well but also to utilize the colors in a way that doesn’t appear too cluttered and loud.

  222.
Complementary Palette: The Complementary palette is made up of colors that are on opposite sides of the spectrum of colors. This is a great way to create striking art designs that attract attention to certain parts of your site.

  223.
Split-complementary Palette: The palette is similar to complement palettes, but it has another color placed beside one of the colors that complement each other on the wheel of color. If used correctly this design can be effective in creating a natural appearance without too much sound.

  224.
Effective Tools to Inspire

  225.
Inspiration for new colors can be found everywhere from competitor websites to nature, and the beautiful outdoors. It’s also beneficial to keep abreast of the new trends in branding. Here are some helpful tools to help you get going with fresh color concepts right away.

  226.
Pinterest The website Pinterest is a wealth of color palette concepts developed by designers from all over the globe. They can be an incredible source of ideas.

  227.
Pantone: The color Pantone has been the leading company in the area of color. It is an index of color that determines the various shades of the various hues. The most recent trends in color in fashion and design generally stem from pantone.

  228.
color-scheme Creation Websites: There are many dedicated color websites for designers that can assist you in creating colors and play around with the palettes in any way you would like. This is a fantastic opportunity to try out and create new palettes for yourself. Websites such as Adobe Color Wheel, Color Collective along with Design Seeds can be great for quick ideas.

  229.
Conclusion

  230.
While color alone may not be the sole factor in website design, it does play an important role. If used properly and in a way that is appropriate, the color(s) that you use be a defining factor for your company’s image. Utilizing the tricks and tips that were mentioned earlier, you will not have any issues using colors in your web design to get the most impact.

  274.

The failure of global supply lines in America is at least as old as the country. Its history goes back to the Boston Tea Party. An event where the supply of Tea and other products was unreliable, over-priced, and over-taxed.

  275.
Back then, enterprising Americans rose to overthrow this economic dictatorship and eventually declared a free and independent country.

  276.
Throughout the next century, America remained mainly true to the mantra: “buy American.” Thereby creating the most outstanding economy on earth. The American economy was noteworthy for its remarkable balance between supply and demand. American raw materials and American components supplied the mighty automakers in Detroit. Power came from the coal mines up and down the Appalachians—steel and glass from the plants in Pittsburgh.

  277.
Back then, supply and demand were kept equal by the free market operation. Decisions at the plant level meant those managers could budget, plan, and store all they needed to continue production. If the plant manager saw that coal or steel was running short, they would stockpile additional inventory to meet that future shortage.

  278.
The balance came from each actor along the supply chain, acting in their self-interest but producing a well-ordered symphony of economic harmony. It was a process that was a wonder to behold. It was what Adam Smith, nearly 200 years before, called the “Invisible Hand.”

  279.
Unfortunately, by the 20th Century, American Politicians, along with unscrupulous business interests, who thought they had a “better way.” Let’s go global. The oil industry was one of the first sectors to move in this direction. Having developed the rich Saudi fields in the 1950s, Aramco steadily increased America’s reliance on this off-shore supplier.

  280.
However, 20 years later, the Saudis turned the tables. From then on, the Saudis, not the Americans, would be in control. American oil and gas, at the margin, would be in the hands of the House of Saud.

  281.
Later, the Saudis would organize all of the mid-east oil countries. They would expand their reach to the entire globe. The Americans now found themselves out in the cold. Literally in the cold, as during the OPEC Oil Embargo, we were without energy for the first time in our history. Again, we had become reliant on others for one of our most basic economic supplies.

  282.
It was just like the Boston Tea Party all over again. Reliance on foreign supply had provided little else but a shortage. Americans had failed to learn the lessons of our history. By relying on others, we ended up with not enough.

  283.
Again in the 1990s, the most recent iteration of “under-cut America” began. It seems the entire technology sector operated under a universal business model. Market to the Americans, but build everything in China. Apple was the first to introduce this method of production. Apple would build their iPhones, iPods, Mac computers, and other products in China. At the same time, it was designing and marketing those products in the US.

  284.
I remember one particularly ludicrous moment when Tim Cooke, CEO of Apple, tried to make the case that those Chinese factories weren’t manufacturing facilities. They were just assembly plants—a distinction without a difference. However, Mr. Cooke would slice it. Those supply lines stretched across the Pacific. And Apple did not give those jobs to Americans.

  285.
Today I am hard-pressed to think of a single US Technology company that doesn’t use overseas factories to build its product. And the result is that today we have supply lines that are no longer secure. We have, once again, become reliant upon far away suppliers with different business ethics and different measures of quality. Price, reliable supply, and quality of construction are all out of the American’s hands.

  286.
The Boston Tea Party became the defining moment in this nation’s history two hundred forty-nine years ago. The moment that an unruly group called the Sons of Liberty stood up and began a series of events that would lead to American Independence. A time when Americans grew tired of working for a distant elite whose only goal seemed to be exploiting those Yankee Colonists.

  287.
I sense that we’re close to that flash point again.

  288.
Close to the time when the new group of “Sons and Daughters of Liberty” stand again and declare our Independence from today’s intertwined Global Elite.

  317.

Charcot’s foot is one of the many problems which might occur in those with diabetes mellitus. The higher blood sugar levels that stem from all forms of diabetes have an affect on numerous body systems including the eyesight, renal system as well as nerves. In long standing cases, particularly if there has been an unsatisfactory control of the blood sugar levels, you can find problems with the nerves supplying the feet. This will make the feet in danger of issues as if something fails, you don’t know it has gone wrong as you can not really feel it due to the harm to the nerves. This might be something as simple as standing on a rusty nail and that getting contaminated and you are not aware that you’ve stood on the nail. Should it be a blister or ingrown toenail which gets infected and you do not know that it is present on the foot unless you have a look. This is why foot care can be so necessary for those with diabetes and why it will be provided a great deal of emphasis. A Charcot foot is the destruction occurring to the bones and joints if you have an injury and you do not know that the injury has happened.

  318.
A way of looking at it could be to consider this way: pretend that you sprain your ankle horribly and you also are not aware that you have simply because you do not experience the pain from it. You then carry on and walk around on it. Picture all of the additional harm which you do by walking about on it. The earliest you may possibly discover that there may be something wrong happens when you take a seat and look at the feet and you observe that one is a great deal more swollen compared to the other foot. This is exactly what occurs in individuals with diabetes who develop a Charcot’s foot. There may be some destruction, such as a sprained ankle or maybe a progressive failure of the arch of the foot and as no pain is sensed they carry on and walk around on it. It should be apparent simply how much more injury that gets done to the original injury prior to the problem is finally observed because of the swelling. At times there is not much swelling, but the Charcot’s foot is picked up from the difference in temperature between the two feet as a result of inflammation related process in the damaged foot that generates more warmth.

  319.
The development of a Charcot foot really needs to be dealt with as a bit of an urgent situation since the further it advances the much more serious it’s going to be and the more challenging it can be to handle. The individual definitely needs to quit all weightbearing without delay or at least obtain a walking support so that the damage is protected. For the not too major instances and those conditions which were serious and have improved a really supportive orthotic in the footwear is required to support the feet and the injuries. Sometimes surgical procedures are required to straighten the subluxed and dislocated bones. By far the most critical situations can end up with the foot and/or leg required to be amputated as the trauma has been doing an excessive amount of impairment.
