41.
You want your home to provide you with a safe and secure place to live. That’s the most important thing. Once you have that, you can start considering aesthetics, upgrades, and any changes you want to make. If you’re in the market for a new home, but you’re not sure you want to go through all of the searching, buying, and updating stress again, you should consider having a home built for you. Then it’s just the way you want it from the very beginning.

 42.
Choose Quality in Your New Home

 43.
There are a lot of things you can change after a home is built, but one thing you can’t change is the overall quality of the construction. You want to make sure you’re getting a home that offers quality right from the start so you can trust the safety and security of that home for a long time. Newer construction methods provide durability and value, but there are still some homes that are built better than others. Keeping that in mind can help you find a home that will last for a long time.

 44.
Find a Builder Who Offers Great Value

 45.
The best way to get a quality home is to choose a builder with a good reputation for building homes that last. If you’re interested in a log home, for example, companies like Frontier Log Homes have been in the business for years. Choosing a brand-new home builder could be setting yourself up for trouble because they don’t have the experience you’ll get with more established companies. You want to feel confident in your builder.

 46.
Ask Plenty of Questions First

 47.
Ask questions about the home you will have built, and get information in writing. Then you know what construction materials are used, and can ask for any changes or adjustments you want to make. While builders all have to adhere to building codes for their new construction homes, you’re looking for a builder who’s going to go above and beyond to provide you with a quality home and the value you’re looking for.

 48.
Settle in and Enjoy Your New Home

 49.
When you find a quality home, whether you buy it or have it built just for you, the next thing to do is to settle in and enjoy it! Homes are valuable in so many different ways, and one of the biggest ways is the joy and comfort they bring to the people who live in them. You can get this experience when you choose a great new home and make it your own.

The post A Quality Home Can Improve Your Peace of Mind first appeared on Chop News.

 93.
Women’s Fashion Week in Milan, Italy, is a highlight for the fashion world. This year, Dolce & Gabbana put a masculine twist on its runway.

 94.
The styles were decidedly feminine, but they all had hints of the classic male tuxedo for a nice mix of soft and hard.

 95.
The Show Was a Mixture of Extremes

 96.
The Dolce & Gabbana runway brought out a lot of variety in the materials and fabrics. Looks included netting and sheer fabrics mixed with satin and touches of lace. There were a few fur coats, puffy polka-dotted blouses and shiny sequins.

 97.
Looks ranged from flowing to fitted. Tied skirts were common, but there were also many strappy pieces and plenty of fitted options. Knee-high boots or heels with bows on the toes were complementary to each look.

 98.
Shiny faux leather juxtaposed against soft feathers and velvet. There was even a coat with cheetah print.

 99.
Most of the looks showed off a lot of skin and featured underwear type pieces that lent a bit of sex appeal to the otherwise formal feeling looks. Yet, there were also outfits offering more coverage that barely showed anything.

 100.
The hair was slicked back and simple, with classic red lips on each of the models. It provided a very glamorous feel to the show.

 101.
The overall aura of the Dolce & Gabbana show was the classic sleek Italian styling mixed with hints of trendy and urban accents. It was a touch masculine but retained a lot of femininity. The complete collection was fairly dark in coloring, but with pops of muted silver, gold and tan to catch the eye. The neutral color palette played nicely with the style expected from this brand.

 102.
The Looks and a Stunning Conclusion

 103.
The show featured 64 unique and custom looks. It began with plays on the traditional tuxedo but twisted them with hints of femininity. Almost every look was mainly black.

 104.
The first three looks had tuxedo jacks paired with lace and silk. Bralettes were a huge accompaniment to more traditional jackets and pants. Netted hats were common throughout the show.

 105.
The brand also had looks in more feminine styles, such as a lace dress and a sheer skirt. Dolce & Gabbana also offered up a trio of crystal-adorned items, a sheer shirt, a long dress and a pencil skirt. Touches of gold also made its way into the looks.

 106.
The brand played with classic style by introducing feathers and wrap-around styling. Netting was very prominent in shirts and skirts. Big, flowy blouses with large tied necklines also hit the runway as the show moved towards its finale.

 107.
For the last look, the stunning Naomi Campbell strutted her stuff in a black lacy bralette paired with a split sheer skirt.

The post Dolce & Gabbana Went Masculine at Milan’s Women’s Fashion Week first appeared on Chop News.

 122.
Siddhant discusses Brahmastra and its significance

 123.
“One month prior to Gully Boy, this happened: the makers of an immensely large film which eventually became the biggest one offered me a part. Through casting director, it was one of several characters with no script or audition requirements – it was an action fantasy film which has since become hugely successful; their casting director suggested I do martial arts for it as it had no audition or script requirement either After I asked about audition and lines details – which they answered that it would take five years and was very complex.”

 124.
Siddhant denied Brahmastra a place at Brahmastra’s table

 125.
Siddhant mentioned Brahmastra and meeting Ayan Mukerji. As soon as he heard there would be no script at that stage, Siddhant inquired with Ayan about a three-film contract, but Ayan assured him there wouldn’t be one either way.

 126.
Due to uncertainty regarding his role and the ongoing debate about “Brahmastra hit or flop,” Siddhant refused auditioning because big names such as Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, and Alia Bhatt were part of it, and he felt nobody would notice him.

 127.
Siddhant was blacklisted from casting, because people believed that he was crazy. I became known throughout the casting circuit for declining roles they offered him and becoming known for refusing them outright. Siddhant reported hearing terms such as arrogance and cocky in regards to this experience.

 128.
Brahmastra (2022), a fantasy action-adventure film written and directed by Ayan Mukerji was produced by Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Hiroo Yash Johar, Namit Malhotra, Ayan Mukerji under Dharma Productions Starlight Pictures Prime Focus with Amitabh Bachchan Ranbir Kapoor Alia Bhatt Mouni Roy Nagarjuna Shah Rukh Khan Deepika Padukone in supporting roles.

 141.

Sandakozhi celebrated 18 years of release earlier this week. This film holds a special place in director N Lingusamy’s career as it helped him bounce back after Ji (2005) was met with box office disaster due to Tamil superstar Ajith Kumar being in the cast.

 142.
Vishal was instantly elevated by Lingusamy’s film Sandakozhi as one of Tamil cinema’s premier action heroes and continues to reap its benefits even today. Vishal posted earlier to commemorate its anniversary: “Can’t describe or even put into words how overwhelmed and emotional I feel today, marking 18 years since Sandakozhi started my career on silver screen 18 years ago on Dec 16th 2005 as an action hero in Tamil cinema through this beautiful #Sandakozhi on silver screen… no looking back for me since then… only love and affection from one and all! #Sandakozhi”.

 143.
Vishal found himself cast in Sandakozhi completely by chance when other top stars turned down the film. Lingusamy shared some interesting events leading up to its creation and revealed interesting details of its creation process in recent interviews.

 144.
Lingusamy originally cast Thalapathy Vijay in the role of Balu, son of powerful village leader Duraipandi Thevar; however, Vijay found Rajkiran’s character too challenging and stopped listening after its introduction – at which point Lingusamy asked Vijay to watch through to make up his mind about whether to continue or make another decision after Rajkiran entered the picture – according to Behindwoods reports.

 145.
Lingusamy then presented his story to Suriya. At first, director Bala intended for Suriya to bankroll the project with him leading it; unfortunately due to financial restrictions this didn’t materialise. When Lingusamy began considering only top stars as lead candidates for Lingusamy’s casting of Vishal as lead actor Lingusamy approached Vishal instead with an offer.

 146.
Lingusamy noted his uncertainty regarding casting Vishal in such an impactful role; even his assistant directors felt this character was above Vishal’s pay grade. But Lingusamy decided to take a gamble on him, trusting in his script; this gamble paid off when the film ran for nearly one year in Tamil Nadu and established Vishal as an action hero.

 147.
After seeing Vishal in action in his film, Lingusamy met Vijay at a party and offered his congratulations for its success. When Lingusamy expressed displeasure with Vijay not playing Vishal instead of him in this project, Vijay reassured him by telling him Vishal was perfect and that the industry needed such heroes in hero roles, according to Lingusamy’s account of their conversation.

 148.
Lingusamy understood Vijay’s point; he realized that Vijay’s stardom may have overshadowed his talent as a director. If Vijay had directed, this film might have become another Vijay vehicle; but, due to my success with Vishal and an unknown actress like the latter it demonstrated my talent among audiences,” Lingusamy explained.

 149.
Lingusamy noted that following Sandakozhi’s success, Telugu superstar Chiranjeevi attempted to acquire remake rights in order to launch Ram Charan’s acting career and Allu Aravind asked Lingusamy and Allu Arjun to remake it with them for release in Telugu as Pandem Kodi in 2006. Both attempts proved unsuccessful but Pandem Kodi went on to become an immense success among audiences worldwide.

The post Ram Charan, Allu Arjun, and Sandakozhi, a hit that Thalapathy Vijay refused first appeared on Chop News.

 174.
But Hema was disappointed to learn that her scene would not feature Salman; after filming concluded for her, she stated “I was really dismayed; after everything ended for me I only wanted to meet Salman sir.”

 175.
She shared that she engaged in many conversations in order to meet Salman.

 176.
As she describes it: “I contacted many people to connect with Salman Khan. At least 50 individuals assisted me in meeting and photographing Salman.

 177.
Pandit Janardhan from Bigg Boss had already expressed my desire to meet Salman Khan directly, so I reached out to him.

 178.
“He assured me it would happen and we went to meet Salman sir. However, to my disbelief and humiliation I was treated and thrown out like garbage simply for wanting a photo with him”.

 180.
She described herself as having been humiliated in front of 100 people, including several whom she knew personally, including Salman sir himself. Following that humiliating event she stated: ‘All I wanted was one chance at meeting and photographing Salman sir.”

 181.
“He wasn’t present where the incident unfolded but was present nearby; had he intervened or handled the situation he could have managed it successfully, however he was nowhere to be found.”

 183.
Recently, Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal was also pushed away by security of one of his film co-stars for ‘Wanted’ star. They later hugged each other putting all tension to rest.
