What is CPA?Cost Per Action means that, when a website user completes an action, you get paid a commission for the completion. For example, if a website user sees an advertisement you have created on the internet, clicks on that advertisement and then, as requested, completes a form, requests a report, buys something or registers for a trial or quote, you receive a pay out when their action has been verified.1. The first step is for the internet user to visit a website and see an advertisement which they are interested in. This could be for something as simple as a payday loan, free report or quote on insurance, purchase of a bargain or deal promoted by you.2. The second step is they click on that advertisement to get further instructions3. Next they are directed to a salespage, landing page or another website providing further details of the offer and their required action and instructions on next steps4. Lastly, on entering their details, submitting the information or buying something, a commission is generated. The four steps you need to take to create a campaign for the CPA process is:1. Select an offer to promote using various research techniques such as previous sales, popularity and commissions2. Register with the marketplace or provider which are representing the company looking for business and get verified to promote their products, being as honest as you can i.e. if you are new to internet marketing, state this3. Register with an autoresponder to create opt-in forms for the computer users who will click on the offer4. Create a link from the opt-in form to the affiliate offer in order that the computer user can complete the required action. As part of this whole process, it is possible for you to collect the email addresses of those who request or take part in the offer in order to promote further products. The most successful CPA campaigns use contextual links which are not intrusive to you website and not necessarily “in your face” banners. There are numerous niches you can focus on when it comes to selecting your offer and creating your website as, much like affiliate and internet marketing, people are constantly looking for information and guidance and inherently lazy so will take the easy option when seeing something they need, or think they need.So in summary, CPA marketing is the easiest to set up from an affiliate marketer point of view, easiest to complete from a computer user point of view and potentially the biggest money-maker from a pay out of commissions point of view. For more information on how to get started today, visit Progress for Success NOW.

Social commerce is not a new term but it’s one that is getting paid a lot more attention lately by businesses. It refers to the use of social media in e-commerce to encourage the buying and selling of a business’s products or services to consumers online.Facebook was once the leader of social commerce but Pinterest has quickly been on the rise and looks to be taking over in the top position for social commerce. One survey conducted by Boticca.com shows that Pinterest users spend an average of $180 on e-commerce sites whereas Facebook users only spend $85 on average. These numbers show that social media sites are having a lot of influence on consumers and help to drive online sales. Just because one may be showing more promise at one time or another does not mean that the other should be ignored. After all, social media is an ever-changing flow and what works well today may be slow tomorrow. To get the most results, you want to utilize both Pinterest and Facebook for your business marketing. Each has proven to be helpful in driving customers to e-commerce sites and will continue to do so in the future. Here are some of the tactics that your business should consider when taking advantage of the marketing opportunities that are easily available through social media.Facebook OffersA while back, Facebook introduced “deals,” which totally flopped and was quickly replaced by Facebook Offers. These are really taking off, allowing businesses to offer fans exclusive offers for their products and services. The company creates a great offer, like free shipping on an order or a coupon for 50% off. Users can click on “Get Offer” and an email will be sent to their inbox. The great thing about these offers is that once they are claimed, a notification appears in their friends’ news feeds, meaning more exposure for your offer and more potential customers being reached. You can post an offer that is good at your physical location, with users printing off the coupon to present in person, or your online site with a promotion code to enter in at the time of purchase.Just make sure that you can fulfill your offer. You don’t want to offer a free donut and then have 50,000 claims when you won’t be able to make that many donuts to give away!Pinterest Board OptimizationPinterest is all about the visual appeal. You want to have pictures of your products that are great to look at. You want to entice users to not only repin your products to their boards but also to click through to your website and make a purchase.Take plenty of pictures of each product until you find the images that are most appealing. Have pictures of someone wearing or using your product too. You can also add the price so that it appears in the top left corner of the image. This lets users know that the item is for sale and for how much.Integrate Social Media to Your E-Commerce SiteWith social commerce, it’s important to integrate social sharing into your website. With each product, include a way for users to share, recommend, like and pin to their social networks. When people are shopping online, they like to let others know what they like, what they are buying and what they are adding to their “wish list.”Make it easy for them by adding all of the share buttons to your site, especially for individual items. This is essentially free advertising, so don’t overlook this important part of social commerce. What social media platform do you use the most for your social commerce marketing? Have you found one to be more useful than another? What have your results been?

So either you’re considering paying a visit to a certified credit counselor or you’ve already been to see one. Either way, the fact is you’re deep in debt and don’t know how you’re going to pay them off. In general, you need help. Either you’ve been overwhelmed by unexpected but necessary bills, you’ve lost your job but need to pay rent somehow, or you’ve simply lost control of your budget. Whatever the reason, you need help and a Debt Management Plan might possibly help. Whether one can or not will depend on your personal situation. In a Debt Management Plan essentially your credit counseling
organization takes over the managing of most of your unsecured debts. They directly interact with your creditors in order to negotiate lower interest rates, eliminate fees, prioritize debt payments and arrange what you will pay. The credit counseling agency may be able to help manage most unsecured debts. Before your sign up for a Debt Management PlanBefore signing up for any Debt Management Plan, you want to take some steps to do research and prepare yourself. The more prepared and informed you are, the better you will understand the process and options that are available to you even before discussing
the situation with your credit counselor.1 – Talk to your creditors yourselfThe fact is, many negotiations between a creditor and a credit
counselor can be done by you. Before I went to see a credit counselor, I negotiated lower interest rates on all my credit cards, so low, in fact, that even the credit counselor couldn’t do better. You also want to have a long chat with your creditors about what other concessions they might be willing to make for you and for the credit-counseling agency you’re considering. Creditors want their money and it may be the case that you can negotiate a better arrangement because you know your situation best. As my own situation got worse for numerous reasons,
I negotiated with my creditors a second time and was quite surprised that they were willing to eliminate the late fees and arrange a workable payment plan with me.The benefit of a Debt Management Plan is that all the negotiations are done for you; you simply make one monthly payment to the credit-counseling agency after you sign-up and they pay your creditors; and they may be able to provide a timeline for getting out of debt, which is really what the
goal is. In going this route, you may have to agree not to use or apply for credit while participating in the Debt Management Plan.2 – Find a reputable credit-counseling agencyFinding a reputable credit-counseling agency means research. Many of us have had trouble with debt at one point in our lives, so ask around and see if anyone has had success with a particular agency. Also, if you think you have found one, check with the Better Business Bureau, check online to see if this agency is reputable. Another option would be to, again, talk with your creditors and see if they work with that company. For me it turned out that the agency I chose didn’t work with two of the creditors that I owed the most to.3 – Work out a budgetBefore making any financial decision, one of the first and most necessary steps is to figure out just how much money you have coming in, how much is going out, how much of your spending is necessary and how much isn’t. Deciding how much money you have coming in is easy, just look at your pay stubs – printed or otherwise.Deciding how much you have going out is not always that easy and it’s important to be honest and calculate everything. First, you need to gather your bills and your receipts for all expenses, necessary and unnecessary. Add everything up to get an idea about how much your spending. Second, list your expenses by necessary and unnecessary; and, no, that $9 movie is not necessary. I was even told by a credit counselor that spending $50 a week on
food was too much and that only $20 was necessary. Of course, I was thinking, ‘what world are you living in?’. While difficult to do sometimes, you will need to make a decision about what expenses you can eliminate. When you have made these decisions,
you will then be able to see your financial situation for the future a little better and be better able to discuss your options with your credit counselor. Is a Debt Management Plan Right For You?One thing to remember is that not everyone is eligible for a Debt Management Plan. My own negotiations were so good that the credit-counseling agency could do no better, and in fact the interest rates I was paying were half what the credit-counseling
agency could get. You also might be so far in debt and simply not making enough money to afford any but the most essential living expenses and have nothing left over to pay creditors. There are other decisions to be made, though, before deciding to participate in a Debt Management Plan. Here’s what you should cover with your credit counselor beforehand:1 – Options besides a Debt Management PlanEveryone needs options and it’s always good to have a few. Before you sign-up for a Debt Management Plan, you should know what they are.2 – Other Credit-Counseling servicesCheck to see if the credit-counseling agency also provides other money management services, such as help with budgeting. Sometimes our debt is simply due to the inability to budget and manage money well. Education on money management issues can go a long way in preventing further problems with debt.3 – Impact on your Credit ScoreThere are some conflicting stories about what happens to your credit score when you sign-up for a Debt Management Plan. When I talked with a credit-counselor, I was told it would not impact my credit score. However, after talking with my creditors, I was told that it would reflect negatively on my report. I was more inclined to believe the creditors because they are, in fact, the ones who report on my payment history, length of history, etc. You don’t want anything negative on your report, so find out from both your creditors and your credit-counselor how it might affect it. While you may not be able to avoid having negative entries on your credit report, you should try to minimize the damage as much as possible.4 – How much will your monthly payment be?This is an important fact to know because it will affect your budget and you need to know if you will be able to manage the payment with all of your other necessary expenses. As with any expense, if you can’t afford it, then you don’t want to commit to it.Can the Credit-Counseling Agency do what it says?Like any major financial decision, you want to take some time to do research and think about it. Don’t simply sign-up at the first meeting with a credit counselor; you may be in for a big surprise. Here are some further issues you should research:1 – Confirm concessionsYour Credit counseling agency should provide with a list of what they can do for you by creditor, such as interest rates, elimination of fees, etc. Check with your creditors to confirm that the credit-counseling agency can provide these concessions and whether there is a waiting period for them.2 – Will your creditors be paid on time?An important fact to remember is that all of the accounts with your creditors are still in your name and you are expected to pay by the due date. Talk to your credit counselor about when payments are made and confirm that this will coincide with the payment due dates for your creditors.3 – How do you get account information? As with any account you open, you need to have a way on checking that status of that account. Find out whether this is possible and how it can be checked – email, phone, etc. Also, find out how often it can be checked and what types of information will be provided. If this service isn’t available, you need to find a different agency. Regardless of the service, it’s your money and you should know how it’s being spent. After you sign-up for a Debt Management PlanDebt management is not a passive process. This is your life and your financial situation. You need to be an active part of the solution. A Debt Management Plan only helps you manage your financial obligations to your creditors better. Your active participation can only help you in the long run and will ensure that your financial situation improves for the future. It may also provide a little peace of mind since you will be able to your debt diminishing and continue to monitor whether your credit-counseling agency and Debt Management Plan is doing what it should be doing – eliminating your debt. Active participation means you need to keep in contact with your creditors. Here are some ways to be active:1 – When does your Debt Management Plan start? This is important to know because you want to continue paying your bills until it goes into effect. Your credit rating is affected by your payment history and your goal should be to avoid any negative reports, whether you’ve had them yet or not. It would be a shame to start a Debt Management Plan to avoid negative reports, only to get them anyway.2 – Has your Debt Management Plan been accepted?Your Debt Management Plan only works if your creditors accept the proposed plan. If it hasn’t been accepted, then you should contact your credit-counseling agency again before sending them payments.3 – Is your Debt Management Plan paying the bills?
Check your monthly statements and call your creditors monthly to confirm timely payment, interest rates, elimination of fees, etc. Again, it doesn’t do any good to sign-up for a plan only to have it fail in what you’ve been told it would do and how it would do it.Since a Debt Management Plan is just a step away from, if a Debt
Management Plan isn’t going to work for you, you might want to consider bankruptcy. This was the only option given to me by my credit counselor, but I didn’t want to consider it. Unfortunately, I could have saved myself a lot of grief by accepting what inevitably did happen years sooner. However,
this option should be discussed with a credit-counselor if indeed this is the only option they give you. Regardless of what you decide to do, remember that financial issues can be very emotional, and overwhelming debt is stressful and can have other consequences besides the obvious financial consequences. Also, think about how the financial issues affect those around you; your family, your friends. Talk things over with those who are directly affected. Sometimes a little discussion goes a long way in helping to solve the problem and relieve some of the emotion strain. Lastly, the sooner you seek help, the sooner the emotional strain can be relieved and you can get on with the rest
of your life.

1. Keep your money safe – Certain parts of Europe are known for their thieves and pick-pockets that target tourists. Consider bringing along a money belt which you can fasten beneath your clothing to keep your money safe. You should also budget accordingly so you never carry more cash than you need in a single day.2. Create an itinerary – Leave it with friends and family members back home. It should list your flight information, the address and phone numbers of the hotels or hostels you’ll be staying at, and your travel plans once you’re in Europe.3. Compile contact information – This includes all important phone numbers such as your credit card companies and where you’ll be staying throughout the trip. In the event you needed to report a lost credit card or call your hotel in advance, you have the information you need.4. Plan how you will travel within Europe – If you’ll be traveling between various European countries, you may find flying point-to-point saves you time and money. If you’ll be traveling within a specific country or region, traveling by train may be more practical.5. Know common words and phrases of the language – Knowing a few simple words such as “train” and “bathroom” may be all you need to get around. Also, in many places if you simply say “English” you can find natives who speak English.6. Make and confirm all your lodging reservations – When making reservations, make sure you include all key information in your reservation requests including the type of room you want, how many nights you’ll be staying, and any special requests you may have. A few days before your scheduled departure, call ahead to confirm your reservations.7. Know the weather – What’s the seasonal climate like where you will be traveling? Make sure you pack accordingly and consider packing in layers so you can easily dress according to the weather once you’re there.8. Know the U.S. Embassies – If your passport is lost or stolen, you’ll need to get a new one through the U.S. Embassy so make sure you know where it is located in each country you will be visiting.9.Do your homework – If you don’t have much time and you’re not sure which cities and sites you should visit, read up on your destination online. Reviews written by other travelers can be a valuable source for your European travel planning.10. Create a route and time-line – Determine a logical geographical order of the places you will visit and when to ensure you make the most of your time in Europe.

That is the question. And you’re not practicing attraction marketing if you go around thinking your way is the only way. This blog post and accompanying video were spawned by a post I saw on Facebook that hit a nerve. In fact, it’s one of my pet peeves when it comes to any kind of marketing, online or offline. And that’s when a marketer is approached by a possible new prospect because they’re looking to make more money, and after the business owner explains the business, the prospect says, ‘Not interested.’And the marketer automatically assumes that this person is not going to make any money anywhere because they didn’t sign up with them.I can’t tell you how much this aggravates me hearing this from marketers today! The Scenario
Okay, you’re in business “A.” Your business is not the only business out there to make money. And your business is not the only way to make money. And just because someone passed on your business doesn’t mean that that person is going to fail or that that person isn’t interested or that person isn’t serious about making money. What it means is that your program – or you – are not a good match with that other person. And it happens!Stop thinking that if I don’t sign up with you, it’s my loss; I’m the one who’s not going to make any money, I’m not serious. No! It’s because not every program is for every one. If it was, there would only be one business in the entire world and everybody would have to do it.There are thousands of ways to make money.
There are also people that don’t want to make money real fast. There are some people that don’t want to earn a full time living. There are some people that don’t want to make $15,000 a month. That doesn’t mean that they’re losers. That doesn’t mean that they’re failures. That doesn’t mean that they’re not interested in making money. That just means that they’re in a different mindset than you. Not that they’re in the wrong mindset; they’re in a different mindset from you. That’s what competition, the free market and marketing is all about! Get over yourself!Personal Branding
You’re supposed to be marketing YOU and you are not the only person who can teach everybody how to make money. And if people move away from you then they’re not serious.I signed up a new guy in my business and inside of 24 hours he sent me an email and he said, ‘After going through the program, I realize that I really don’t want to devote that much time; I really don’t have the time to devote to market this business properly.’And I responded, ‘That’s fine. If you change your mind, we’re always here.’If I did that to some of these other marketers, which I have; I dropped out of a program or a I declined an opportunity, and the first thing I hear is, ‘Oh, well, your loss. I guess you’re not really serious about making money.’No, it’s not that I’m not serious about making money. I didn’t like your program! I want to do something different. I’m allowed to do that. No, I’m not interested in making $50,000 a month, and if I can’t sign up 100 people in a month to your business then I’m not serious.Wrong! We are all individuals.
We each have our own way of doing things. Not everybody is cut out of the same mold. And that doesn’t mean that if I don’t sign up with you, I’m an idiot. If I don’t sign up with you, I’m not serious about my life. If I don’t sign up with you, I have flawed dreams.No. If I don’t sign up with you, it’s because we’re not going to be a good match, because your program isn’t going to be a good match, because whatever you’re program is, it didn’t light a fire, it didn’t say anything to ME.It might say something to you and you’re all passionate about it, but it didn’t sit right with me.Does that mean I’m a failure? No. It means that it’s just not what I want to do.You marketers out there that get all so full of yourselves that, ‘Oh my gosh, well, after I spent all this time talking about the business and they don’t want to sign up, I guess they’re just not willing to make money. They’re not willing to change their life.’Get off your own pedestal! Be real! You are not the be-all end-all of marketers and you’re not the be-all end-all of marketing programs.I even say this with the businesses I’m with. I’m with SFI and I’m with womBoost. Those are my two primary programs. They are not for everybody. I can’t get up on a high horse saying, ‘Well, if you don’t sign up with ME, you’re not going to do anything with your life.’Wrong! Because look at how many other businesses and programs there are out there!Everybody’s way of doing things is going to be different.
I cannot stand these marketers that are so full of themselves that they think they are the only ones that can teach you how to make money, and the program that they’re in is the only one that’s going to work for everybody. They don’t realize just how many people they push away with their attitudes. I don’t want to work with people like that. The people that I work with don’t want me to be like that. This is something that a lot of marketers need to understand – when you sign up with a company, if you have the passion and the wherewithal to get out there and make all that kind of money, fine. Don’t push it into the faces of people that approach you to find out what you’re doing. That’s not attraction marketing. That’s not magnetic marketing. That’s PUSHY marketing. That’s a turnoff to some people. And when I saw this post on Facebook, I’m thinking, there’s a lot of people that are either going to go, ‘Yeah! You’re right! They don’t care! They don’t want to change their lives!’And you’re going to have other people that are going to look at that and go, ‘Boy, they’re really full of themselves, aren’t they?’ Like, is this the only person that can teach me?As marketers, we have to find our middle ground. Your business might be perfect to you and the members who are in it, but to others, not so much. You can claim, ‘We have XXX amount of people signing up every day!’ But how many are staying with the program? And that’s for just about any network marketing company out there. Not every MLM is for everyone, or we would have one world company that everyone would have to be in, because everybody would be cut from the same mold. And it’s not that way.Everybody’s vision is different.
Everybody’s plans are different. Everybody’s path to success looks different. Everybody’s reasons to be in business for themselves is different. So keep that in your head when you’re marketing. If somebody drops out or if somebody says no to your opportunity, let it go. You don’t have to post it on Facebook or tweet about it or Google+ it that this person isn’t serious.Just move on, because that kind of an attitude isn’t going to help your business.

Once the app is downloaded, you have little time to take a sigh of relief, and then again start focusing on making things easier for the them till their goal is achieved.

According to the AppsFlyer, an app marketing company, the global uninstall rate for apps after 30 days is 28%. Entertainment apps are most frequently deleted, whereas apps based on Finance is least frequently deleted. No matter which app category you belong to, your strategy should be to remain in the mobile phones of users for a long time, and not just sit around but to fulfill your purpose as well.

If we analyze the encounters of users with an app step by step, it can help us unveil the critical factors that influence mobile app audiences, so that we can work upon those and achieve our purpose. Here are the details:

Step1. Finding Your App in Appstore

For this, we have to first find out what exactly users type to search an app. Based on a research, it has been found that 47% app users on iOS confirmed that they found the app through the App Store’s search engine and 53% app users on Android confirmed the same.

What have been their search queries? Interestingly, as the per the data provided by the TUNE research, 86% of the top 100 keywords were brands. With little scope for non-branded categories, most of the keywords were either of games of utility apps. Common keywords in the non branded category are: games, free games, VPN, calculator, music, photo editor, and weather.

Leaving brands aside, if we analyze the user-type of a Non-branded category, we will get two types of users:

1. Users are informed, and they know what they are search

2. Users are exploring possibilities, have no precise information in mind.

If you are a mobile app development company, targeting non-branded users, then your efforts must be directed to creating apps that compel these two types of users. To do so, we have to analyze once they are on an app store, what keywords they use to search. Regina Leuwer, with expertise in marketing & communications, bring some light to the subject. She reached out Sebastian Knopp, creator of app store search intelligence tool appkeywords, who shared with her the data of unique trending search phrases. And according to that data, in 2017, there were around 2,455 unique search phrases trending in the US.

Now, if we study these data to get information, we will find that name of the app is critical to attract the attention of the users.

If your app belongs to non-branded category, then make sure your app name is similar to the common search queries but also unique in comparison with your competitors. So that when your app name is flashed, they click it on to it, finding it purposeful and compelling both.

Step 2. Installation

Remember your users are on mobile devices has limited resources, from battery to storage and RAM to Internet. Everything is limited. So better create an application that is easy to download or say get downloaded with 5 minutes. One critical advice here:

1. Keep the application file size small.

If you are a developer, use APK Analyser to find out which part of the application is consuming maximum space. You can also reduce classes.dex file and res folder that contains images, raw files, and XML.

Step 3. Onboarding

After the user has successfully downloaded your mobile application, don’t leave anything on assumptions. Guide them properly. This you can do through an onboarding process, where users can learn the key functionality and where to begin with the mobile app. Below are the 3 things you need to keep in your mind when creating an onboarding process for your users.

Short and Crisp: The entire guidance of features and functions should be completed within few seconds, with easy options loud and clear option to skip.

Precise Information: Don’t introduce them to the app. They already know what they have downloaded. The objective to inform about the key functions and features.

Allow Users to Skip: Let the tech-savvy users skip the intro. Your app is to meet their requirement and not to have a friendly session.

Step 4. Purpose and UI
Here, the stage is set for your app and it is the golden chance for you to impress your users. What is needed here is the collaboration between purpose and UI of the app. It totally depends on the problem-solving capability and ease of use of the mobile app. Interface design plays the critical role, allowing the users to access features of the apps easily and quickly to perform the task for what they have downloaded the app. When it comes to interface design, make sure that the design is interactive and task-oriented. Here are some factors that you must take care off while creating mobile app interface:

1. Usability: The Mobile phone is an epitome of convenience and if your users find it difficult to use your app, then there is no way there are going to make the space for it in their mobile phones. From screen size to the color of the app, there are many factors that are equally critical and need attention.

2. Intuitive: To create an intuitive User Interface, you have to read the mind of the users, and develop a model based on that. The next should be precise, clear and ‘obvious’ in an interface.

3. Availability: Key features should be hidden in the drop down menu or even if so, it should be obvious for the user to look into the drop-down. An intricate work of design and research is required to make essential features available for the customers and they don’t need to navigate here and there.
